Pizza Express in Harrow

Being new to the area my husband and I came here in search of a new local breakfast spot. Unfortunately we weren’t even greeted on arrival, had to seat ourselves, my husband had to get us menus. No one took our order, my husband eventually went up to order a drink. We were still not asked if we would like to order and left. It wasn’t busy, all the girls were all just on their phones The menu looks great, but I can’t support an establishment where basic customer service isn’t even afforded. Management needs to work on customer service

I go there most weeks. The staff are always so friendly. Coco was our waitress today and she was delightful.

What a hidden gem! Walked past it and noticed dinner menu (thought this place was only serving till lunchtime). What a great choice that was, food was delicious and fresh. The service especially from Macy was superb. Will be back again soon, highly recommend if you want to try something new and support local farmers where the produce comes from.

We had a lovely brunch here today! The service and atmosphere was amazing. Our servers Maia, Emma, Tessa and Bianca were lovely and very accommodating to our large group order!

We normally have great service and have the best time. The staff is normally so accommodating however in this instance it was not the case and we were extremely disappointed. The manager on shift on 14 Dec 2024 was incapable of diffusing a not so difficult situation and frankly lacked professionalism . It was a shame to experience the entire staff stop their jobs to stare at us as we aired our concerns. Its such a shame as we normally really have an excited and warm welcome. Please be careful when asking questions to the manager or staff you may get a not so welcome response. Unfortunately this will be our last visit as we pay to eat where we all people are welcomed.

Really lovely place, delicious food, lovely staff and service. Couldn't really fault it in any ways. Bianca and Tess were really lovely, friendly and very sweet. They gave us ginger lemon hot water to keep us warm after dinner as my friend and are I were chatting away. Worth visiting.

Good Evening All, Today I was In Pinner I’ve chose to get dinner to Daisy&Co, it is really good classic restaurant with really friendly staff. Starting from the Entrance I’ve been welcoming from a young lady called Laura really lovely person. Then we went to table and lovely young lady with such nice smile and very presentable person Called Bianca. Bianca give as the menu begging here for the fist time we asked for a recommendation she was really kind helped us and we chose the get a Beef Stack served to the table with hot a stone along with salad and chips what a great customer service and the quality of the meet was really good and fresh we had great cocktail and delicious dessert made it by Chef Sergiu that put a lot of passion in to the dishes. Thank you for the greatest experience.

We hosted our son’s 6th birthday party in the private rooms upstairs at Daisy’s & Co. in Pinner, and it was fantastic! The Daisy’s & Co. team, especially Denise and Macy were really helpful and accommodating, making the day stress-free. The food was delicious, the ambiance perfect, and everyone had a lovely time. We look forward to hosting another event there soon!

Daisy & Co has the perfect upstairs rooms for private hire. I thoroughly enjoyed my afternoon tea baby shower yesterday. The food was delicious, especially the sausage roll and courgette and lime cupcake and really well priced with great service. We had Prosecco and lemonade mocktails (loved the lavender one!) as a welcome drink and mingled in the first room where we had fun balloon decor and space for a guest book. It was really nice and light for photos and the waitress was so helpful taking group shots. Then the main room which has the pretty dried flowers hanging was set up with U shaped tables for our afternoon tea for 12. We were regularly checked on and I know my cousin had great communication during the planning too. All my friends dietary requirements with helpfully accommodated too. I really recommend it for your baby shower or other private events 😊

Such a cosy spot for a good family brunch with excellent, high quality food. Very baby friendly in terms of accommodating us with a suitable table with space and high chair. Will definitely returning, we had a great time! Thankyou to the lovely waitresses who were so kind and friendly.

I visited Daisy & Co last weekend with a group of 12 for a birthday brunch, and the experience was fantastic. The food and drinks were not only delicious but also felt fresh and of high quality. The staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating, which added to the overall charm of the place. I can completely see why it’s so popular! To top it off, they surprised me with a plate of sweet birthday treats, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture. Despite the excellent food and service, the bill was surprisingly affordable, which made the experience even better. I had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return. I’ll definitely be recommending D&Co to everyone I know. A huge thank you to the entire team for making it such a special day!

I'm here to highly rate the amazing kids party Daisy and Co hosted for my daughter and her 9 friends. We were delighted to find out there was a cosy space upstairs for kids 'pizza and cookie dough making' party, and the event didn't disappoint at all. Evie and Caroline were excellent hosts, and the parents and kids both loved their style and approach. They took care of music, veggies, juice, and of course pizza and cookie with toppings. We would thoroughly recommend this venue for a party like this if that's your vibe.

A very lovely place. I had banana bread and coffee. The waiter was very friendly and helpful. Even the other customers were so friendly too. I had a very enjoyable afternoon tea there!

A really nice place to grab a coffee or lunch. Atmosphere is very nice and it has a lot of free space.

We were here on 7th July.That was sat or Sunday and we went in group of 6 for meals and drinks but it wasn’t too busy. Unfortunately our coffees were served in stained and dirty and cracked cups. I guess they were unwashed because of the lipstick stains on our cups. We didn’t complain but I still believe it wasn’t hygiene and they need to do pay attention to the way that serving customers. I don’t recommend this place. 👎🏻

Warm, friendly staff, a lovely vibe, the food is fabulous. The evening menu has changed recently, lots of new delicious food - the kimchi fritters were amazing. The kids say they serve the best pizzas in Pinner. We are regulars for Saturday brunch, pancakes are top notch, the full English delicious. What we love most is the warm welcome from the amazing staff, they really are a fabulous team.

From the look of the menu, creativity is evident in their mix of ingredients. I was expecting interesting flavours but was utterly disappointed. The taste was mostly flat without the complexity and dimensions that I expected.

It was my birthday but we only came in for a drink and a cake. The birthday platter they brought was amazing, with lots of delicious extras and served with a cheerful greeting. Extra maple syrup for my friend's pancake, instead of the compote. Flexible service. Just great!

Disappointed. Went for set menu but some was not available. The little extras added up to an awful lot and overall cost was shocking. Will not be having dinner there again.

Brilliant ambience, delicious variety of food and lovely staff. I would definitely go back! Such a gem of a place. We had not planned to stop there so I got a vegan chocolate cake and my friend had sourdough toast with marmalade. Fresh mint tea and coffee was divine. Great decor and loads of space. There is even an upstairs area.

Great atmosphere, consistently great coffee, great food, the friendly staff really make an effort to go out of their way to give you a great experience, I love the free mini croissants with the coffees, and it's always easy to find parking opposite. I'm someone that really cares about my coffee, and this is my favourite cafe in NW London.

Had really high expectations of this and it is truly a beautiful place. However: I ordered the full breakfast only to be informed h the meat delivery had not arrived and no sausages My mum ordered avocado and poached eggs and when food was served the waitress dropped the toast on the floor so had to redo the toast but did not redo the eggs so my mum was left with stringy cold poached eggs by the time the fresh toast arrived. The service charge was still applied to bill and you’d think that after these let downs it would’ve have been waived. Just a heads up if first visit try not to expect too much for first impressions. The coffee was nice.

I just held a friends baby shower at Daisy & Co and it was simply perfect! The decor of the private room is beautiful, the food and service couldn’t be faulted! We opted for a Pizza Party with welcome drinks and everyone commented on how great the food was. They even had alcohol free Prosecco available for our non drinking guests which is not always easy to find! Really nice touch. Caroline the events manager was so helpful in the planning, and all the staff on the day were brilliant! We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend coming here for brunch, or hosting a birthday or baby shower just like us!

We are vegetarian with special diet, no eggs, no onions and Garlic. Bianca made sure our dishes were specially made and sorted it all out. Very accommodating and helpful. It was my friends impromptu birthday brunch. She took care of it all without us having to make a fuss. Thankyou Bianca for today!

We had a really enjoyable meal with friends at Daisy’s (High Street, Pinner) recently. It is a lovely setting (in the old Pizza Express building). We shared a selection of starters and had mains. Highly recommended the cod dish. Service was very good and prices reasonable. Sadly the restaurant was quiet so please support!

Lovely local spot, good location. Went with 2 friends who had the shakshuka which they enjoyed. Good service, the manager in particular is super attentive. I had the courgette fritters- good portion size. Atmosphere- relaxed, great for a Sunday brunch. Be prepared for lots of families with young children

A great little eaterie and reasonably priced. We were an evening party of 5. We spent between £22-27 each for dinner and cocktails (2 for 1). Pizzas are a good size so can be shared. The duck is DELICIOUS!!

We popped in for the first time for a hot drink..the staff were polite & welcoming. I had a cuppinco,which was good,my friend ordered a hot chocolate,both were very enjoyable. There was a nice touch in which they brought over 2 small cubes of biscoff fudge to have with our drinks,it went down very well!- Would 100% recommend a visit! Great place.👍😊

Went to Daisy and Co for an impromptu birthday lunch. The staff were amazing, friendly and welcoming. They overheard me saying to my husband it was his special day and they brought over a slice of carrot cake to wish him happy birthday. With my flat white we had complimentary fudge. We had courgette fritters, croissants florentine, and a marmite waffle. We will be back to try the other menu items, as everything was super tasty.

Mixed emotions. Been to Daisy's a few times and have to say that the service is not really up to the mark. Ordered two Coffee..half an hour later we were still not served. Lady came and asked if we have been served.. The answer was NO.. She double-checked the order, ordered again.. 10 min later. Still nothing. So we just got up and left and went to the French Corner across the road. The other day I was trying to order a non alcoholic drink/juice and lady suggested to order some sort of beer! Please or have the green juice instead of the one I actually wanted. Ended up just having a glass kd tap water! A bit over proced I'd say for the service they are delivering. It's a very cosy and cute place but that's about it!

The food was lovely and the service was excellent. However, we did find it odd that a brunch restaurant doesn't serve mayo. A small thing would go a long way!

We hired the space upstairs for my cousins baby shower a couple weeks ago, and I have to say it was a fantastic experience. The space was intimate but was perfect for the amount of people we had. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional and couldn’t do enough to accommodate us. The food was fantastic and we had plenty to all take home. Huge thank you to the staff. We all had a fantastic time and highly recommend this venue

Had a really excellent dinner here, without doubt the best food in Pinner!

Place was quite poor. Food extremely expensive, £14 for a full English with one egg and one sausage is theft!!! Bacon overcooked, sausage mushy, mushroom undercooked, just overall very poor and would not recommend at all. Coffee was nice though.

The restaurant has a very elaxing vibe. Very nicely designed and decorated. And it's a quirky place. Orla welcomed us very warmly and looked after us really nicely. And she has a beautiful smile that just relaxed us. And she really represents the Hospitality industry. Best service. We requested for Garlic bread and although it's not on the menu she requested the chef if he could accommodate us. Which he did and the Garlic bread was awesome, had both textures soft and crunchy. Really yammiiee. Our drinks, Special Hot Chocolate and Coffee were smashing. And lime and raspberry cheese cake was out of this world. Omg. Fabulous. Over all very happy to have taken a chance and stepped in for the first time but not last. Highly recommended. ♥️

We simply had the best experience here a few weeks ago because of Bianca - she took it from being good to excellent ... the food is great, the atmosphere was lovely (we were in the room at the back), but Bianca's friendliness, her attentiveness and just general fun made it a super special visit And she made it more incredible by recognising us last night as we dined in a restaurant a few doors down asking when we were coming back - that's personal and genuine service, that's the stuff that makes you want to go back! And that's why I've written this belated review☺️

Came in today at lunch time with a friend to find it was fairly busy! However this did not change the amazing service and food delivered by daisy’s. It really is a hidden gem! Our server Melissa was amazing and even when she was really busy she still made sure that we were seen to with our needs. A lovely place with lovely people, definitely will be visiting again.

Today's experience was below par. Miso and soy mushroom was good. Buttermilk fried chicken on waffle was terribly overcooked. I was way too hungry to send it back Also heard a lot of swearing from the kitchen. One customer had to get up and tell them to keep quiet. Please do something to keep the standards the way they were, it's a really good place otherwise. Today I didn't enjoy it at all.

Thank you to Bianca and the rest of the team for a wonderful brunch for a bride-to-be! Bianca went above and beyond with her recommendations, check-ins and even a a special hen-do treat, and we can't wait to visit again. The iced mocha and hot chocolate were yummy. The aloo waffle was delicious with a little extra seasoning. The banana bread was veryy generous. Sadly, the brioche french toast felt more like bread. Easy online booking, lovely decor with gorgeous crockery, easy parking on a Sunday and a lovely atmosphere - would really recommend!

Loved the big mug that the cappuccino was served in although maybe a handle might have been easier. The cake was delicious.

There's an ornate splendour about Pinner and the place has fared a darn sight better than many of its Metroland mates as the years have whittled away at their Middlesex faces. It's still green and splendid, the business rents uncomfortably sky-high but the welcome warm. We went for pizza and they were wonderful. Go again? For sure.

2 stars given we've been here 3 times, spend a lot of money as we order more than 1 dish per person and the service we received today was abysmal. We ordered the child portion of the brioche twice, but were charged more than a normal sized portion even though the menu clearly states a kids portion would be half the size and half the price. I had to ask the waitress to follow up on it and she clearly didn't want to. The bill was reduced to reflect the price on the menu but the service I received afterwards was COLD. The waitress refused to talk to me as if I had done something horrific! It made me feel really uncomfortable. Her manager was quick to point out that kids meals cost £6 - but he couldn't find any evidence of it on the menu, and mentioned "it was only 10p"...(1) incorrect; (2) it's the principle not the cost as I don't expect to be charged differently to what the menu states; and (3) the way he responds to customers is not what is expected from someone in the hospitality industry.

Great space for brunch. Efficient and friendly staff. Lovely facilities and decor. Food was top notch and worth the price.

Everything was amazing! My family and I were visiting from America, and all the service we so patient with us! They answered all of our touristy questions, and our server (I so wish I could remember her name, she had a ponytail) was just fantastic! Along side that, food was AMAZING! We enjoyed everything. 10/10, would recommend to anyone.

Delicious brunch and great service

We were looking for a breakfast spot when the lady at the spa told us about this little gem. Recently opened 8 weeks ago, the cafe was more than half full at 9am on a weekday which was a good sign. The interior is really pretty, even the toilets upstairs were tastefully done. Our waitress was really friendly and very good but she seemed the only one working the floor during that time so service was a little slow. I had an onion intolerance and she was very helpful in checking with the chef and informing us on the various items that contained onions in the menu to help us make an informed choice. We ordered the Soy Miso Oyster Mushrooms which they were able to modify the dish to accommodate my intolerance. I really regretted not having taken pictures of our food because it was so delicious! The mushrooms were seasoned perfectly and went well with the sautéed mixed coriander greens that were atop the toast with the egg gave it a perfect protein balance. We also had a green juice that was very refreshing and a perfect cup of latte which was like a hug in a mug. I would most definitely come back again to try the rest of their items!

The newly decorated restaurant is lovely inside and the garden at the back is a gem on a sunny morning. Service was also good. However the coffee is just abysmal. I ordered a mocha and the drink I got was just a milky something. Neither coffee nor chocolate were in evidence. For £4.22 there are plenty of places in Pinner serving really good coffee.

We had a delightful brunch, the restaurant is beautifully decorated in line with the grade 11 listed building. Delicious, well presented food, excellent service with friendly staff. We will definitely be returning

They have a big restaurant with big overheads , I hope it keeps fine for them .They serve one mug of tea and do not offer a top up .The fried eggs were not runny and were hard and the sour bread toast they were on was not buttered and also hard. Also it must be the only brunch restaurant in the UK & America that does not serve smoked salmon with scrambled eggs or eggs royal and to top it off, the sauages they serve are hard and tastless.We will be going elsewhere in future They should change the name of the restaurant to HARDS as most of their food is

They dont know the difference between a machiato or a cortado. As well the coffee is served luke warm.

The place appears clean. It appears quite cosy and relaxed and organized. The menu with quite a few breakfast or brunch type offers is nicely presented in the cute windows. A sign suggests evening service will soon appear at Daisy & Co. It is nice and the dishes seem original and a fair amount of choice is there. For me two poached eggs and some bacon for around £13 is expensive as is full English type thing for £14. But if you disagree the food is there for you.

Came in here for a quite wednesday dinner with my partner. Had previously came here and got awful service, with long waits for drink and food orders. On this occasion we ordered starters but they were never put through so mains came straight out. When we mentioned this the waitress wasn’t really bothered (potentially due to a partial language barrier). Gave this restaurant 2 opportunities however will not be spending our money here again.

We like PE's Pizzas and it's great to have this branch on our High Street Staff is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing

We have been to this pizza Express for first time and we have been very impressed with food and serviceManager was quite nice and going to all table to make sure everyone is happy, abit expensive for what you get but you check the menu before you go inside so no complain.Had a great time here.

the staff member who served us was very good. the food however was poor for the amount charged for it.Me and my sister only ate the topping on the pizza - the bottom was soggy and more like a pancake mix - and £1.95 for 4 anchovies - a bit steep!!! I am not sure the mozzarella and tomato should be chopped baby toms and a lump of cheese! this is supposed to be an Italian plate, how weird. With drinks and a tip, our bill was £90.00. £30 a head. NOT GOOD VALUE OR APPETSING. wont be going again!

Manager could smile a bit more when welcoming customers but our waiter was very pleasant and helpful. Food was very nice but did seem to take a long time to arrive even though they were not that busy. The 3 desserts we had were all delicious. What really lets the whole experience down is the internal decor. There are numerous cracks and holes in the walls and paint flaking off everywhere. Shame really it definitely needs some tlc.

Overall we had a great time in this Pizza Express. Their new menu had some great options (especially vegan options) and the prices were reasonable if you use the right Tastecard / Tesco vouchers. We ordered a Leggara pizza which had plenty of lovely grains and greens in the centre (they added double as I took off the cheese!). The pasta we had however was very bland and needed more seasoning. I love the décor inside and the service was great as always. Will definitely be going back if looking for a pizza around Pinner but we'll try to avoid the pasta next time.

Left the pub. They were serving pizza and we thought let’s pop next door for proper pizza to Pizza Express. Ex stands for used to be and thats just sad. Reduced toppings. Pour your own drinks. Realign your knives and forks. Dessert. Don’t bother unless you like warm marsceponi. In fact. Don’t bother. And that is sad as over 25 years we’ve love Pizza Express. Divorce time.
