Ate at this restaurant yesterday, it was ok, but wouldn’t go again. Our pizza with extra mushrooms had about 5 mushrooms and was very salty and my Crème brûlée was as thick as cake, the worst I’ve ever had

This place is amazing the food is always great. Today I went for a breakfast meeting and was so happy to have the scrambled eggs on muffins my clients had omlette and poached egg. The prices are so reasonable and the service was brilliant Serena looked after us very well and also Andrea everything was so efficiently done Also Serena made sure we were happy and they looked after us very well. Serena introduced me to different olive oil they do. I also met the owner Andy he is a lovely man a gentleman loves what he does and has a great passion to do the best for his customers. You can see that is reflected by the staff Serena Andrea and Felicia also thank to the chef for the amazing scrambled eggs and omlette. I will be going back soon. Aftab Ebrahim

Visited for Sunday lunch with an eye on the specials. Owner has recently introduced an extensive delicatessen section which includes flavoured virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegars! Having been offered some we both decided to have some salad dishes and I also found a special that was particularly tempting! We both had homemade sourdough bread with olives and Minestrone Soup and I went for Tricolore Salad with oil and balsamic added, a flavoursome experience. For mains, my wife gad Tuna Salad and I opted for 'Feather of Beef on Truffle Mashed Potatoes'. As it turned out, great choice, succulent and very tasty! We are regular visitors to Minori and have never been disappointed. Minori is a Pizzeria but the al a carte menu and specials board present some very tasty main course meals, the kitchen works very hard and deserves compliments!

Minori now sells the most amazing flavoured balsamic vinegar which tastes delicious and transforms a meal. They let me try four flavours - I chose orange. Highly recommend you try it

We'd arranged dinner for a friend's birthday and were shown to our table. This was probably the best part of our experience as it went seriously downhill after that. We had barely sat down when a waiter came over and insisted that we must order our starters and mains immediately (we had not even been allowed to order drinks). I pointed out that 1) we'd like to have some drinks first given it was a birthday dinner, and 2) how did they expect us to order given they hadn't even given us menus. Managed to ordered a round of drinks while the staff cobbled together some menus from other tables and were once again told to order our starters and mains immediately as they were very busy. We spoke to the manager at this point to ask why we weren't being given any time to have a drink or look through the menu and being harassed to order - disappointingly, received the same response - we must order now. Paid for the drinks and left. I've never experienced such an appalling attitude and service at a restaurant. We managed to get a table at Izgara down the road where the experience was the complete opposite - excellent service, not rushed, great food and the owner even sent over a free round of drinks after we told him about the pathetic customer service at Minori. Needless to say, won't be returning to Minori again.

I’m not sure why his place has great reviews. Pizza is too soft, very little cheese. Service mediocre. Gp to the Italian opposite! Pizzas are delicious, service excellent and you’ll eat even when you’re stomach is full. Tonito

Walk ins- were told by Felicia that we could only have the table for an hour. After being seated, no-one came to take our order for a good 10 minutes and had to call someone as we were only given the table for an hour. Food arrived quickly. Pizza was really good. Lasagne was cooked nicely although a little bland. No-one came to check if everything was ok or ask if we wanted anything else. The restaurant was still quite empty so don’t understand why they made such a fuss about the table being free for only an hour. We were there for almost 2 hours and were practically ignored throughout that time!

Sipping Coffee matters little but if coffee is served with warm welcome, good behaviour and great hospitality care then we must visit MINORI. We took friends to Minori for lunch on Friday12th January. We all chose different starters & mains, everything we had was very good & enjoyable. The menu is extensive, so much choice and all very good value. The desserts looked delicious but we were quite full, so we all had their wonderful ice creams & sorbets. The staff as usual were so friendly & attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Next time we will try their breakfast menu, such a varied menu, and again, very good value.

Have passed by a couple of time's as we normally get fish and chips on a Saturday but restaurant was closed so thought we would give it a try. What a wonderful experience a really varied menu and very friendly staff and reasonable prices. We had whitebait, prawns and rosemary focaccia for starters. Main course veal and spaghetti and a meat ball and spaghetti together with a seafood linguine. Our grandson who is just approaching 4 had a margarita pizza which he demolished. I must say the staff treated him like an adult and asked him what he wanted very impressed. For dessert we had Italian ice cream a chocolate fudge together with a couple of speciality cakes. We will definitely revisit as felt unrushed an the food exceeded our expectations.

Food was very tasty and portion size was good too. Plenty of choice for vegetarians. Little disappointed on service but possibly due to full restaurant on the day.

Spent a very memorable New Years evening at Minori. Everything from the smiling staff serving us to the excellent food we ate, the live music and our fellow diners who made it a night to remember. Well done Andy and Team we’ll be back.

What a lovely restaurant this is! Authentic Italian food, fantastic service, very reasonably priced, and the owner Andrea pays such special attention to his clientele. We passed an awesome New Years Eve 23/24 at the restaurant which provided live music and fireworks at midnight! Bravo Andrea!

I visited Minori last night and I had to write this. First of all, the service was excellent. staff extremely friendly. great atmosphere. it was like being in italy. I have to say, the food was incredible..!!! I had the lamb shank, with mashed potatoes and a wonderful rich sauce. it was so soft and so so tasty. The coffee cream was incredible.. I enjoyed it so much, I have booked my Christmas office party there. Looking forward to going back.. well done Andy and all his staff !!!!

Ahh the nduja pizza is yum! Slap on some chili oil and you're good to go.

I was expecting the veg pizzas to be something different but was disappointed. Was lacking the wow factor.

Hadn’t been to see Andrea and his staff since before lockdown and was not disappointed. We had crab and chill linguine it was amazing. The pizza we shared was also the best we’d had. Well done Andrea you’ve still got it and we’ll be back !!

We went to eat pizza. Very good. The dough is exquisite and not at all heavy. Made for 72 hours with hardly any yeast and very fine, which makes it digest very quickly and avoid that feeling of heaviness. We also had two starters. Both very good. Magnificent service professionally and personally. A 10. It is authentic Italian food, with authentic Neapolitan recipes, owned and run by Italians. The three people who served us are Italian. I will definitely recommend it.

I wish I could give 0 star to service ! No one cares about you there if you’re not in bigger group or god knows what other reason. I went with my two little ones for nice meal there ! Half of the restaurant was empty still waited to be seated, finally we found a table and sat by ourselves. After that for good half an hour no one even came to take our order or asked us if we needed a thing! All the waiters were taking care of two or three other tables who had max 6 people on it. They could see I had two little ones they didn’t even care to ask if they were hungry . Good my little ones were so patient that they didn’t make any fuss and waited and waited. Finally I had to get up and tell someone to come and take out order. Even then they were all pointing at each other like he will or she will take order . No one was interested even to come near our table . It was so humiliating, I wanted to get up and go but I also gulped it and thought what would my kids learn if I don’t be patient and also my little ones name we kept after Minori pizza restaurant so kids were very excited so I sat there and ate my food. At last my older one just mentioned oh Minori how cute you’re name after this place but waiter was not interested at all so finally we told him that this kids name is Minori . To which he said oh ok .and that’s it . We paid and left . Extremely bad experience. I like the place and food but will never go again as staff are extremely rude and service is worst than worse !!!

As a regular diner in Hatch End and Pinner I was surprised and delighted to see that Minori now serves breakfast. I tried this morning with group of regular local breakfasteers …we were not disappointed !…pleasing thing is was place was spacious and airy unlike...

Came here for lunch and got the 2 course set menu. Got the penne arrabiatta as a main- definitely a portion that is generous in size but, didn't taste authentic. Got the chocolate fudge cake with ice cream for dessert which was great! Service was very average.

The place was packed, lots of families, noisy, great atmosphere. The menu is excellent with a wide choice of pizzas and pastas and plenty of specials. Service was prompt, friendly and timely, despite a crowded room. We celebrated an anniversary and a release from hospital....

Authentic Italian cuisine 🍕🍕loved it

An excellent restaurant serving Italian food, gelato and coffee. The pizza and pasta are delicious with generous portion sizes. The service seemed to be a bit of a miss when I visited the restaurant with overwhelmed staff which took a significant amount of time to take the order, serve the mains and finally we ended up waiting for 20 minutes to get the bill. The lackadaisical attitude of staff members is a big spoiler in the mood. I will give one more shot, in the near future, hoping the service levels will improve.

Decent Italian food - we stuck mainly to the mains and ordered 2x pizzas, arrabbiata pasta, and a veggie lasagna. Overall, the food was nice, the pizza was definitely better than the pasta. It was a very spacious, we were given a huge table for 4 of us. The service was good and friendly. Very surprised for a friday night that it is pretty much empty by 9.30pm considering the area. Overall, it was nice and would tell people to get the pizza if going.

We celebrated my daughters Graduation on Saturday evening and we can't thank the staff at Minori enough for their attentive service and the absolutely fantastic food. We dined in the private dining room at the back of the restaurant which would not look out of place in Central London. Designed and decorated to the highest of standards. It makes a special celebration that extra special. We were in Naples only last month and the food at Minori is as authentic as it gets. Every single dish is of the highest quality and worth every penny. We've dined here many times previously but not for a while and so glad that they have not let their high standards drop. Thank you to everyone once again for making a special night even more special.

Lovely food. They have a good range of pastas and pizzas and also a few vegan options. Nice interiors that bring you right back to Italy. Can get a little noisy during their evening busy times. Friendly staff and food came out quickly and hot. Would recommend.

Prons: Kind stuff, excellent food, nice atmosphere. Cons: Expensive, the cost of Pizza Margherita is about 12£, and a Baba’ is 6.50£, a soft drink is 3.50£. If you want one scoop of ice cream is cheaper 2.20£. Plus service charge. If you book for a group you have to give a deposit in advance and in cash, so you have to travel to the place. Car parking you have to find in streets Around the place.

Yummy food and best pizza available. Service is a little slow but warm and friendly staff. Select your dishes carefully. Leave some place for the excellent Gelato ice-cream, it's yummy.

A mixed bag for me. The starters were great, such as my King prawns and the goat's cheese. However, the main course of veal was bland and the beetroot salad disapointing. They forgot the salad and when it arrived it was just pieces of beetroot...

Truly awful lunch at Minori Hatch End. My Melanzane alla Parmigiana looked like they had scraped someone elses meager leftovers from a previous plate. Meanest serving,no Parmesan cheese on a Parmegiana, they didn't bother to come out with our salads, and forgot about them all...

You've got to visit once, right? No. You're lucky to be reading this review and will save yourself time and avoid disappointment in Hatch End. Given the massive choice of places to eat in this part of NW London, you'd think there would be some pride in the staff in their work, a chance to welcome guests and make them feel valued and comfortable. After all, if you did that, they'd not only order more but also tell others about the place. How odd then to visit on a quiet Wednesday evening when at most ⅓ of the tables were occupied and despite generous staffing levels to be left twenty minutes for drinks, to have to ask twice and finally go to the bar to remind for the second time. Perhaps the lack of attention was made up by the smile and demeanor of the staff? No. They gave no clue that they were enjoying the work or wanted to be there. So then to the food... A saving grace? No. Bland enough to need seasoning at the table and even then, not just uninspiring but forgettable. Like I hope the entire visit will be in due course.

Highly recommend this place - have been a few times and the food is amazing and has so many vegetarian/vegan options aswell! The staff are lovely and they have an amazing lunch deal Mon-Sat 2 courses for £12.50 or 3 courses for £15.50! Big portions...

Went here for a family celebration: Ben, the new mixologist, is amazing. The drinks were better than anywhere in central London, the perfect compliment to the superb food and superior service. We are Italian and this place is the most authentic, wonderful food.

Great atmosphere, friendly service which was quick and attentive in spite of being extremely busy on a Saturday evening. Food was delicious and came quickly and hot. Great cocktail option with a extremely friendly bartender. Can’t fault a think. We were a group of two families with kids and the kids loved it too! Highly recommend.

Bit of a mixed bag here We started with a truly excellent salumi and cheese platter, great selection and very good pizza dough bread. The menu said was for 2 to share, there were 3 of us and to be fair it could have served 4. Impressive. For mains we had a pizza and pasta. Pizza was a decent Napoli style with a good crust. Felt that it had been sitting around for while though Pasta was tomato and mixed seafood. Pasta was over cooked, seafood over cooked and way to much sauce. Very disappointed. Service was functional, some staff could make a bit more of an effort. Would come back for starters and pizza, pasta and mains would give a miss.

Visited quite randomly for a late lunch. Restaurant was fairly quiet so got served really quickly. The waiter was incredibly friendly and humorous which we appreciated. The food was delicious, but I have to say I preferred the pasta over the pizza. The pizza did have the fluffiest crust though!

Authentic Italian food in a very Italian setting with friendly staff. The pizza was really good, didn’t leave me feeling bloated which was a great feeling. Red wine on offer are well selected. The arancini was not the greatest, compared to other places I’ve had them. Fast service too if you’re rushed. If you’re picky you may find it pricey..

Delicious vegan starters and their pasta based dishes are excellent. The vegan pizzas are so so. But be sure to explicitly tell them if you want it to be vegan and get them to confirm it when they bring the food to you, especially when they are busy. (A recent visit left me with a not very vegan-friendly taste in my mouth). If they could be more attentive and take a little more care, this would be a five star review.
