We've visited many places in London in search of finding a good pizza and this was definitely the best one we've had so far. Classic italian pizza with thin crust but with a lot of flavour and fresh ingredients. Eveything we had was just as good and very flavourful. The vegetarian lasagna perhaps had a little too much bechamel which was overtaking the rest of the laters but still it was tasty. Everyone working there was Italian and therefore you'll get the traditional italian taste in every dish. The only thing that threw us off a bit and it is the reason I put four stars, was that on the set menu it was mentioned that if it was shared then an extra £6 per person would be added. I understand that it's meant to be for one person, but I was going to share some of my starter with my partner and we weren't sure if we would be charged for that (which we weren't at the end). I've never seen something similar written on set menus before, and even though I know it's trying to clearify in case someone decides to share the whole set menu with someone, I think it's a bit obvious that it's meant to be for one person and it can be misunderstood when it's read by a customer. Something else that I'd say can be improved is the service, and even though the lady that served us was lovely and very polite, when it got busy it became quite slow. Therefore, when it was time to pay we had to wait a while to catch the attention of one of the servers. We personally weren't that bothered by it but I can understand how it can be a bit frustrating for someone. One little thing that I'd like to add, completely from an architectural prespective, is that the lighting of the place perhaps needs to be a bit warmer and less bright, to make it seem more cozy and welcoming to the customers, I believe it would make a difference to the atmosphere of the place. Overall it's a great restaurant and I recommend eating there if you're craving some traditional italian.

27th January 25 The Resturant was clean and nicely laid out. The staff were attentive. I had Calprese which was a good sized starter but not so big that I couldn't eat my main. Then Paccheri alla Norma and finished with the Torta della Nonna. The dishes were beautifully presented, fresh and flavourful. I was delighted with my meal and would thoroughly recommend a visit.

Visited with my partner & daughter for valentines night. Completely understand they were overly busy staff were rude! One lady was swearing at staff members thinking we couldn’t speak the language! Food came out all over the place starters with mains pizza to take away came before the mains Lovely food but staff were very rude towards customers & and each other!

1st visit here. The table of 11 was not asked if we has any allergies. Then I felt the waitress didn't explain or understand me. I wasn't offered any information on what the ingredients were in any dishes. We ordered drinks with no drinks menu offered so we kept being told no we don't have that. We then waited 1 hr 15 mins for starters to arrive. Then after we finished them waited another 45 mins for mains. 2 of our party had to leave with time restraints and missed their food. The 2 waitresses serving had no smile were very abrupt and never asked of things were OK or if we would like any extras. Many of us would have ordered much more drink! We felt like an inconvenience. This ruined the vibe of our meal. We refused deserts and we wanted out. Overall the food was extremely nice except 1 dish where the chicken was rock hard and had to be picked out the pasta. Overall a dissapointing evening and we won't be returning.

Best place to enjoy pizza outside Milan👌🏼😋😋😋

I and my family love this Italian restaurant . We have been their customers since it opened in Hatch end . We mainly dine in the restaurants but sometimes get takeaway . The owner couple are always very nice and accommodating and the food is so delicious. My favourite pasta is their Seafood linguine. And the favourite drink is their fresh virgin mojito. The atmosphere is similar to Italian restaurants in Italy . I highly recommend them to everyone.

With getting on for 100 guests all choosing from the set menu it was very impressive to see how they were able to deliver good quality dishes with speed and efficiency. The staff were friendly and patient and looked after us all evening. We are very fond of Italian food and I would have no hesitation in returning with my family and recommending the restaurant to friends.

As someone who has visited Minori many times with different groups of friends and family, I felt very disappointed with the service and food on my recent visit and am sad to see that the customer service has declined. The business seem to have become more business focused rather than customer focused and this is reflected in their service and food offerings. For example, as a vegetarian we wanted to switch a meat ingredient to a vegetarian ingredient on a pizza to make it vegetarian. They refused to do this which seemed ludacris and illogical. We specifically asked for the food to be spicy and made this clear. When we asked if the chef could add chill we were told this would cost extra for adding chillies?! We asked for the food to be spicy and it was far from this. We found the food on this occasion average at best. Finally, the service from the older waitress felt hostile. We had brought a cake and she tried to pretend that regulations had changed so they refused to even store the cake in the fridge and wouldn’t let us eat it. She then said instead of cake, we’d could buy deserts which showed to us it was purely a business commercial decision. It was crazy they wouldn’t even store the cake for us…. when we threatened to leave to go elsewhere, they quickly changed their mind. The waitress then purposely later ruined the surprise of us having a cake by making it known at the table we had bought a cake even though we had arrived early to give the cake (she knew it was a surprise as we had told her). Due the above, we won’t be returning again and will be sharing this experience with others. I visited Minori yesterday for the first time with my husband and my 2 year old. There were empty plates all around, the food was delicious (still dreaming about that pizza!) and the staff were fantastic. The kids portion was devoured quickly which is always a very good sign with a toddler. We absolutely loved our visit, 10/10 would recommend

Food quality wise very average as many other people have reviewed and not worth the price. Any minor changes you make even if you swap one ingredient out for another they still want to charge full price plus for the additional ingredient. They have chosen short term profits over long term customer satisfaction and gain as it’s safe to say we won’t be returning.

Pizza is nice. So is the garlic bread Wasn’t a fan of the pasta, and the lasagna isn’t great either. If you go here, do NOT get pasta ! And then you will have a nice meal Ice cream is nice though

I visited Minori on Christmas eve and had intended to use a £100 gift voucher. Prior to ordering I informed the waiter who had recognised the signature of the issuer of the voucher but had to check with the manager to see if it could be honoured? He had informed us that it could not be honoured as it had been 4 years since the voucher was issued. The voucher did not have an expiration date on it! I spoke to the manager and she did not have any intention of honouring any of it. I've received vouchers in the past where they put an expiry date on them or the establishments have said as long as they are in business, the voucher will be honoured. I am very disappointed in Minori and saddened that they have benefitted from my friends £100.

Very average Italian. Burrata with aubergine lacked flavour and the chicken with cream sauce was ok. Highlight was definitely the pistachio and the hazelnut gelato. Staff were very friendly.

Starter was very good, the pizza and the calzone was unde rcooked, soggy, cheese was overpowering, not me ntioning the waiter was explaining us how the pizzas are made , basically not listening to us at all It's a hit and a miss tbh

Spacious restaurant. Big portion size. Food was okish. Could be better in taste or more flavorful. Slow service - considering we went for late lunch.

Pizzas were good, starters were average but the real let down was the service. Really poor attitude from several members of staff. One of the worst I’ve experienced in a long time. Every question was dealt with rudely. For this reason I wouldn’t go back. Price was also at the higher end.

I highly recommend this cosy and lovely restaurant. It is the right place for family and friends. With delicious and fresh food including starters, mains and desserts. Children’s menu is great too. My favourite part is ‘Special of the Day’. Very kind and welcoming staff. Definitely, it is my family’s “must have” at least once a week.

Noisy but it was Saturday night. But everything else was splendid as usual.

Fantastic restaurant with such great service and really tasty food, not to mention the generous portions! We booked Minori for my mum’s 70th birthday celebration, and the team were brilliant in accommodating our group of 21 guests. The preparation and communication in advance of the day, and the consideration during the event, were great. Particular thanks go to Felicia and Rita, for their friendliness and warmth of service, and for ensuring the celebration went so smoothly :)

Outstanding authentic Neapolitan pizza. The desserts and pasta aren't bad either. One of the best pizza places in North West London, great vegetarian options too.

Rude staff and very basic pizza. I do not recommend at all.

Tiramisu was perfect, staff service was horrible!!! As soon as we asked for the desert menu, the hostility began, bare in mind even though it was a weekend it was clearly not that busy and they had never specified that we cannot book a table just for desert. the bill was given without asking, and it was as if they were rushing us out of the restaurant when the place was clearly not full, and there was ample room for guests who wanted some dinner. Poor service!!!!!!

Pizza and pasta are very good of course, but that's not special. For me, what makes this place really awesome is good secondo - the pollo crema e funghi is awesome.

I went for dinner with my family and we got the ribeye it was not good we asked for medium and we got big parts of it that was rare. We told our waiter but she had no reaction and didn’t even say anything not even an apology! Very bad costumer service. Very rude! As this happened we didn’t want dessert. The only reason I gave one review is because the pizza was good!

Customer service is very poor. Ordered a steak medium. It came rare and when the waitress was told, she just stared and said nothing. Not even an apology. It put me off ordering dessert and I just wanted to leave. Over rated. It shouldn’t be in hatch end especially when most of the restaurants in hatch end consider customer service a first. Very disappointed. They really need to train staff on customer service and how to act when there’s an issue. Two stars only because my pizza was ok!

The food and the price is great. The owner has a slight upper lip and sometimes comes across as arrogant but the food makes up for that and I am assuming the guy is very involved and hence the way he reacts

Lovely Italian decor. Comfortable environment. Waitresses were very welcoming and friendly. Service was efficient. A wide choice of authentic italian cuisine. Food was delicious, piping hot, full of flavour & freshly made. Portions were generous. It was great value for money, especially the set menu. An overall lovely lunchtime experience.

My favourite local pizza restaurant! We have been coming here for the last 4 years.

Had dinner at Minori recently and appreciated the more extensive menu. I had a lot of pizza pasta in the days before this meal and was worried that the non pizza pasta items on the menu would be limited. But it was a nice surprise to see many main course dishes including grilled rib eye steak and veal Milanese cutlet on the menu along with chicken and other meat dishes too. I can see why it’s a popular local spot. Thanks

Nice place for good food at affordable prices. Great place for large groups and birthdays. Good layout of tables, not squished in. Not much to complain about. Pizza and pasta dishes are great. Some dishes were heavy on the cheese and garlic :D. Lots of options for vegetarians. Good selection of drinks. Lots of dessert options. Was a first time vist and will be back.

Lovely Italian food with friendly service

I had high expectations based on reviews. However, a bit of let down. Food acceptable, coffee shop quality but not the authentic cuisine you would expect for the prices you pay. Staff trying but a bit lost and unaware of the professional etiquette. I don't think I wii try again. Really sorry and disappointed.

Terrible servers, quite rude, they didn’t answer our questions, rolled their eyes when asked about allergies in front of children. Food was average, nice interior of the place but that’s it, would never go there again.

Great food amd good prices. I love that you can buy some Italian product too. The staff is quick in serving and very polite. Good Italian music, not too loud. The look of the place is a little kitch. They want to push the image of Italy at all cost but the result is that they made the place look odd.

Staff are arrogant and rude. They care less about customers and more about their own convenience. They forgot to make our order and rushed it. Didn't taste as usual and pasta wasnt even boiled properly! Owner is pompous and arrogant and told us its because there are other customers he has to also serve in the restaurant after 40 mins of us waiting. We went for a birthday and staff ruined it, I requested a nice table they crammed us in a corner. Shame on you, your food is great but your attitude makes me not want to pay you a penny again!

Disappointing Experience at Minori Pizzeria Cafe My recent visit to Minori Pizzeria Cafe was a thoroughly disappointing experience, which is disheartening considering our past visits. What stood out most was the behavior of the older waitress who served us. Her demeanor was shockingly rude and unprofessional. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that her attitude towards us, as brown customers, was starkly different compared to her treatment of white patrons. She was exceptionally courteous and attentive to them, even prioritizing their orders over ours despite taking theirs after us. It was incredibly frustrating and disheartening to witness this blatant preferential treatment. While she was engaging in friendly, cheerful conversations with other customers, she was terse and dismissive with us. The contrast was glaring and made us feel unwelcome and marginalized. This kind of discriminatory behavior is unacceptable, and it overshadowed our entire experience. We have visited Minori Pizzeria Cafe many times, and has been my kids and wife’s favourite breakfast place ,but after this experience, we will no longer be returning. It’s unfortunate to see such behavior at a place we once enjoyed. We hope the management takes note of this issue and addresses it promptly to ensure all customers are treated with the respect and fairness they deserve.

Lovely spot and a family favoirite. Popped in for a last minute family dinner after a busy day and as ever the food and service was spot on!

Good value and very tasty pizza. Ordered foccacia as a starter, but it was simply pizza base.

It's just a lovely place with Italian food

The staff and food were great. My husband had the full breakfast with 1 free coffee and toast which was great and the 2 sausages were lovely too. I think they were home made. I prefer a simple muesli and honey yoghurt with fresh fruit which i didn't, see so had toast. . It took a while to come as when you have young kids you need food quickly..Toast and jam is great with simple bread or a simple nice French stick with butter and jam. I really don't like sourdough ciabatta, focaccia and other doughy chewy breads. I had to ask and it took me a while to explain, that I want simple white loaf bread, and the waitress made me laugh, as she clearly couldn't work out why their speciality breads weren't what I wanted. The staff were great. We'd go a lot more if they opened at 8.30/9am, as the kids can't wait that long for breakfast. We (11 of us) wanted to go tomorrow (Saturday)but 10.30am is too late.

First time ordering from Minori via deliveroo. I had a special request which Rita helped me with without hesitation. The food just arrived and it is amazing. Thank you team.

Food was good but service was so appalling I wouldn’t go back as a result. Staff are clearly unhappy and make customers feel as if it’s their fault.

Visited Minori yesterday for a nice relaxed dinner catching up with a friend. We had barely sat down and the lady came to take our order. We asked her to give us 10 mins and she gave a dirty look. Once our food arrived she kept coming over to see if we were done and to clear our plates. She also got our order wrong. We felt rushed to finish our food and the restaurant barely had 10 customers in total at this point. After asking her to not collect our plates twice and to not rush us, she ended up taking our plates when we hadn’t even finished our food! She was very rude and highly unprofessional! Safe to say, I won’t be returning to Minori with a service like that!

Minori is my favourite restaurant in Harrow. I’ve been an handful of times and it’s always been delicious. Pizzas and pastas are lovely, and their breakfast is such good value for money. Love their homemade sourdough

The Margherita Pizza was so yummy 😋. Food portion is big. The staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are moderate.

food was okay, when ordering i asked for no tomatoes in my salad and she gave me a dirty look. i couldn’t even finish my sentance she snatched the menu before i finished ordering. very unprofessional. i hadn’t finished eating and my plate was already in her hand. she took our plates and i wanted to sit down and relax for a while and she brought the bill when i didn’t even ask!!! the card machine was in her hand all ready and i felt so uncomfortable with her staring while i took out my card. i payed 20£ cash and didn’t have change so i asked to put 2£ on card and she looked at me funny like i was poor.

the food was good but the staff with black hair was very arrogant and rude, put me off my food.

I like the food in Minori but was very disappointed with the service. We pay good money that we work hard for and to be treated like we were not in a restaurant was appalling. The staff were too busy cleaning up and when a party of four and two toddlers went to asked for drinks, the lady did not even wait for us to finish our order. We then had to ask three times for another drink before we got it. So we then ended up with just two drinks with our meal one for me and one for the toddler. Never again I would eat in Minori again or recommend any of the locals to go there. It’s just not worth the hassle. There was enough staff and when we went in we went late when the rush was over so there are no excuses. The worse thing is the waitress started talking back at me when I said to her I had ordered the drink three times and it still had not arrived.

I've been Minori Pizzeria costumer from some time now I've ordered a Proschiuto e funghi cotto pizza and I've received after the price went up already they cut from the quality of the pizza ( instead of Proschiuto cotto they put some thick ham ) I've been really disappointed with that.

Ate at this restaurant yesterday, it was ok, but wouldn’t go again. Our pizza with extra mushrooms had about 5 mushrooms and was very salty and my Crème brûlée was as thick as cake, the worst I’ve ever had

Food was lovely, staff helpful & Nutella pizza a good treat to share. Nicer atmosphere than Rickmansworth but bit noisy once it’s full.

This place is amazing the food is always great. Today I went for a breakfast meeting and was so happy to have the scrambled eggs on muffins my clients had omlette and poached egg. The prices are so reasonable and the service was brilliant Serena looked after us very well and also Andrea everything was so efficiently done Also Serena made sure we were happy and they looked after us very well. Serena introduced me to different olive oil they do. I also met the owner Andy he is a lovely man a gentleman loves what he does and has a great passion to do the best for his customers. You can see that is reflected by the staff Serena Andrea and Felicia also thank to the chef for the amazing scrambled eggs and omlette. I will be going back soon. Aftab Ebrahim

Visited for Sunday lunch with an eye on the specials. Owner has recently introduced an extensive delicatessen section which includes flavoured virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegars! Having been offered some we both decided to have some salad dishes and I also found a special that was particularly tempting! We both had homemade sourdough bread with olives and Minestrone Soup and I went for Tricolore Salad with oil and balsamic added, a flavoursome experience. For mains, my wife gad Tuna Salad and I opted for 'Feather of Beef on Truffle Mashed Potatoes'. As it turned out, great choice, succulent and very tasty! We are regular visitors to Minori and have never been disappointed. Minori is a Pizzeria but the al a carte menu and specials board present some very tasty main course meals, the kitchen works very hard and deserves compliments!

Minori now sells the most amazing flavoured balsamic vinegar which tastes delicious and transforms a meal. They let me try four flavours - I chose orange. Highly recommend you try it

We'd arranged dinner for a friend's birthday and were shown to our table. This was probably the best part of our experience as it went seriously downhill after that. We had barely sat down when a waiter came over and insisted that we must order our starters and mains immediately (we had not even been allowed to order drinks). I pointed out that 1) we'd like to have some drinks first given it was a birthday dinner, and 2) how did they expect us to order given they hadn't even given us menus. Managed to ordered a round of drinks while the staff cobbled together some menus from other tables and were once again told to order our starters and mains immediately as they were very busy. We spoke to the manager at this point to ask why we weren't being given any time to have a drink or look through the menu and being harassed to order - disappointingly, received the same response - we must order now. Paid for the drinks and left. I've never experienced such an appalling attitude and service at a restaurant. We managed to get a table at Izgara down the road where the experience was the complete opposite - excellent service, not rushed, great food and the owner even sent over a free round of drinks after we told him about the pathetic customer service at Minori. Needless to say, won't be returning to Minori again.

I’m not sure why his place has great reviews. Pizza is too soft, very little cheese. Service mediocre. Gp to the Italian opposite! Pizzas are delicious, service excellent and you’ll eat even when you’re stomach is full. Tonito
