The best restaurants serving Italian food in England

Was looking forward to trying this restaurant but left disappointed. The service was polite but slow, the pasta was bland and required a lot of seasoning & Parmesan, and you should fix the front door which would bang open every few minutes when a delivery driver arrived. We didn’t order pizza and probably should have.

Fantastic village pub with a great garden and added bonus of an outside bar that also does the best cocktails at a great price. Happy hour 3 till 7 Mon to Fri is a bonus when you finish work and fancy a beer. Great atmosphere and the staff are very happy and helpful. Leon's food is delicious 😋

Food was absolutely horrendous. Meatballs were certainly NOT made with Wagyu - Note i left was also not followed so this added to the non-enjoyment of the food. Garlic & Mozzarella Bombe...food was burnt on that one. Absolutely horrible experience.

I’m from Veneto, and I can assure you this place is truly authentic. The flavors brought me back to my grandmother’s cooking, an emotional experience. The carpaccio is one of the best I’ve ever had. The staff is incredibly kind and made me feel at home. I’ll definitely be back and recommend it to everyone I know!

The food was wonderful BUT , the service is unbelievably slow we ending up leaving before we even got our desserts as they took so long Such a shame .we won’t return to this location

Shame we had such a bad experience on entry told there was no pizza's laughable it being a Italian restaurant so pasta it was.sested at a table not layed up menu thrown down waitress walked off 20 minutes later still sat there it wasn't busy half empty wonder why this was a Sunday afternoon .I don't think I've every walked out of a restaurant before. But felt stupid sat there with not even the offer of a drink will not be returning went to another Italian completely different service couldn't fault they will have are custom from now on

We visited today at lunchtime for a pre-theatre meal. We were seated by the very friendly and professional manager. The waiter and waitress who took our order were extremely polite and both the food and service were impeccable, both in taste and presentation. Thank you for making our visit very enjoyable and memorable.

Visited with friends for lunch one Thursday. The restaurant was very quiet with only a couple of other diners. There was plenty of choice on the menu and we all very much enjoyed our 3 course meals. Would visit again, just a shame it wasn't busier.

Exceptional food, lovely staff and a really great atmosphere. Best pizza in Clapham!
