Zizzi - Bluewater in Dartford

The food was wonderful BUT , the service is unbelievably slow we ending up leaving before we even got our desserts as they took so long Such a shame .we won’t return to this location

Enjoyed a sneaky pizza at lunchtime. It was super busy but the staff were fantastic and were attentive. Food was lovely! Thank you Joseph for an excellent service.

It’s perfect place for our family dinners .. we all love Zizzi and specially at Bluewater.

UPDATE: in every few years I visit these restaurants but there is no change. These are like McDonald's for Italian cousin.

Items not on menu, service appalling slow

Several of the menu items were not available, calamari and aranchini and fusli pasta!!!! We waited 20 minutes even to be seated, though we booked in advance, meat potions on all of our orders were meagre toilets were nasty with no soap or loo roll in the one I chose for my 6 year old. Seating was not very well thought out with buggies and large parties in the way of others, a fire escape door was continously opened by other patrons for a nicotine break and though it was peak times only 2 staff seemed to be taking orders or relaying food.... very disappointed, if we were not already so exhausted from a days travelling we probably would have left half way through. Party of 4, two adults, one senior and one child.

Terrible management as usual, with customers being ignored. We had booked a table but stood in a long queue (of mainly walk-ins) because no one bothered to put up a sign or have two separate queues. Waited 20 mins before asking the manager if we could sit down, he started a fight with us saying we were late (lies) and that we had a bad attitude. Other customers with bookings complained too. Badly run, no attention paid to customers by management (waiting staff were great and do a great job) and the manager had the audacity to blame us. Wont be going to this zizzi (or any branch) ever again.

Fantastic Service. Went there for Mothers day. They were very busy but servers were efficient and friendly. Fantastic service.

Disappointed today. The service was really slow. The food wasn’t up to the normal standards we are used too. The bread for the Bruschetta was hardly toasted. We ordered two pizzas and one had hardly any goats cheese and my one had too much rocket. Even asking for the bill, it took ages. We ordered the lemonade and 10 mins later the waitress came over and said they had run out.

I came here with 2 of my friends and everything was great. I had a rustica pizza and my friend had a pasta i cant remember which one it was though. The service was great, the staffs was great especially that worker with black hair i think his name was Vichezo i don’t know how to spell it. The atmosphere looked nice everywhere and the food was great and didn’t take that long, even though it was quite packed but that was perfect!

Marcelina was absolutely perfect, ordered our food quickly and checked on us throughout our meal, she went above and beyond. Lovely food

I recently dined at Zizzi in Bluewater, and I can’t say enough about the exceptional customer service provided by Joseph. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with a warm, genuine smile that instantly made us feel welcome. The food was delicious (the king prawn spiedini was a highlight!), but Joseph’s outstanding service turned a great meal into a memorable experience. He’s a credit to Zizzi Bluewater, and I’ll be back soon—hopefully with Joseph looking after us again!

Terrible service. Waited 2 minutes to be seated, no-one else in the queue. Restaurant very quiet with 3 visible staff. No-one acknowledged us, not even the barman who was 3 metres away. Maybe train your staff to provide a simple..'sorry for the wait, someone will be with you shortly'. We left and went to Pizza Express.

Wanted to have a lunch today. Table was given waited 10 minutes be served. No one attended. Table next to us come after us and waitress come over to take the order. Absolutely waste of time. Things need to change there.

It was a fabulous experience. Food was delicious with the right portions and great choice. Staff (including Joseph) were also friendly and professional. They went the extra mile to deduct the NHS discount on the total bill, when they tried to ask me to register the NHS Blue Light, but I was unable to do so. Thank you soo much. What a fantastic dining experience we had at Bluewater mall! We were served by the kind hearted Joseph, who went an extra mile to explain us the existing offers and the menu. He made sure we were taken care of well. Our children enjoyed the lights and ambience. Food was undoubtedly delicious. Booked a table for lunch. Lovely staff and great food. However wouldn't bother booking again as we waited in the queue so it wasn't any quicker. Booked for 1.30, turned up on time, was seated just before 2. The playlist for a half term lunch service was inappropriate but thankfully the noise bounced in the restaurant so was loud enough to not be an issue for the younger ears around.
