I recently dined at Zizzi in Bluewater, and I can’t say enough about the exceptional customer service provided by Joseph. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with a warm, genuine smile that instantly made us feel welcome. The food was delicious (the king prawn spiedini was a highlight!), but Joseph’s outstanding service turned a great meal into a memorable experience. He’s a credit to Zizzi Bluewater, and I’ll be back soon—hopefully with Joseph looking after us again!

Outstanding Service & Delicious Food! I had a fantastic experience at Zizzi Bluewater ! The food was absolutely delicious—especially the Pasta Della Casa, which was full of flavor and cooked to perfection. But what truly made our visit special was the incredible service from Giuseppe. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. His recommendations were spot on, and he went above and beyond to make our meal enjoyable. It’s rare to find such genuine and exceptional service, and he truly made our evening memorable. Thank you, Giuseppe, for the amazing hospitality! We’ll definitely be back soon.

I came here with 2 of my friends and everything was great. I had a rustica pizza and my friend had a pasta i cant remember which one it was though. The service was great, the staffs was great especially that worker with black hair i think his name was Vichezo i don’t know how to spell it. The atmosphere looked nice everywhere and the food was great and didn’t take that long, even though it was quite packed but that was perfect!

Terrible service. Waited 2 minutes to be seated, no-one else in the queue. Restaurant very quiet with 3 visible staff. No-one acknowledged us, not even the barman who was 3 metres away. Maybe train your staff to provide a simple..'sorry for the wait, someone will be with you shortly'. We left and went to Pizza Express.

Wanted to have a lunch today. Table was given waited 10 minutes be served. No one attended. Table next to us come after us and waitress come over to take the order. Absolutely waste of time. Things need to change there.

Joseph our waiter was absolutely fantastic and went through the whole menu with us to ensure that we knew exactly what we were ordering. He didn’t rush us at all a d made our experience at the restaurant so much better. Clearly Joseph cares in customer service and satisfaction as he went above and beyond when waiting on us.

Went for lunch. As always, restaurant was spotlessly clean with a great atmosphere. We received a warm welcome & were given a choice of tables / location to sit. Quick service, food was excellent quality, fresh, hot & delicious. Waiting staff profesdional, friendly & attentive without being obtrusive.

It was a fabulous experience. Food was delicious with the right portions and great choice. Staff (including Joseph) were also friendly and professional. They went the extra mile to deduct the NHS discount on the total bill, when they tried to ask me to register the NHS Blue Light, but I was unable to do so. Thank you soo much. Certainly recommended place to eat out

What a fantastic dining experience we had at Bluewater mall! We were served by the kind hearted Joseph, who went an extra mile to explain us the existing offers and the menu. He made sure we were taken care of well. Our children enjoyed the lights and ambience. Food was undoubtedly delicious. We will definitely visit again, especially now that we are part of the zillionaire’s club.

Booked a table for lunch. Lovely staff and great food. However wouldn't bother booking again as we waited in the queue so it wasn't any quicker. Booked for 1.30, turned up on time, was seated just before 2. The playlist for a half term lunch service was inappropriate but thankfully the noise bounced in the restaurant so was loud enough to not be an issue for the younger ears around.

Went as a family of 3 including our Granddaughter of 7, big Thanks to Our Waitress Marcelina who gave our Granddaughter some Colouring in with Crayons so that kept her happy. Drinks & Food came fairly quickly even though it was busy. The Food was lovely and I enjoyed my Beer & Glass of Wine especially after trudging round Bluewater for 3 hours. Can’t fault it in any way so we will definitely be back and once again thanks to Marcelina (Hope I’ve got her name Correct) , also the kids Meal was FREE!!!!

Spontaneous visit on a Friday evening. They greeted us warmly finding us a table for 5. Joseph our server was really friendly and very helpful. Food was excellent and the 3 course set menu had lots of choice and was very good value.

We have always enjoyed dining at Bluewater Zizi. However, we hadn't been there since having our baby, who is now 10 months old. Recently, we went for lunch with my wife and our baby. We had an amazing time! Our server, Joseph, was very kind and empathetic, ensuring that we were well taken care of and that our baby was having fun. Thank you, Joseph! We would highly recommend Bluewater Zizi.

We came in at 7pm on Valentine's Day so it was obviously heaving. Despite that we had excellent service from Cara,the food came out quickly and was delicious and there were great vegan options. A lovely meal to celebrate our son's 17th birthday. Thanks!

Came here for Valentine , as expected was very busy. They had moved tables so more couple tables rather than 4s. Even though it was very busy still felt like we were being locked after ( Haliey) our server, bouncy and attentive. The food was lovely to, no too busy food it was very nice. I judge a place on how clean toilets are, I think it’s a reflection on the other end of (no pun) of the service and these were clean and well maintained.

Lovely food and great service despite being shorthanded and busy. We had Marcelina as our waitress and she was very nice and showed great customer service.

Friendly and helpful staff! I dine solo and love coming back here as the staff are so friendly and go above and beyond. Not only for me but I see them doing it for everyone who dines here. I especially would like to mention Hayley who was so kind and explained the zillionaire app/points/system to me. Thank you to all the staff!

Disappointing experience. We waited 30 minutes over our booked time in the queue with no offer of a reason or apology. Ordered the food and was then told 10 mins later that they don’t have any of the lasagne left so I had to chose another dish. Hubby’s dinner came out on its own then sat waiting for mine. They tried to charge for the first meal I ordered as hadn’t changed the bill. Once they changed it they then verbally suggested we pay 10% gratuity! Errrr I don’t think so. Will not be revisiting this Zizi’s again.

We booked a table in advance as thought being December it would be busy, it was also my mums birthday and I had been recommending the festive menu to her as had it a couple of weeks before in Zizi Leeds and it was delicious. On arrival was advised no more walk ins were being permitted as the kitchen was finding it hard to cope, but as we booked would let us in as soon as a table was free as they were full. Eventually got seated and after some considerable wait got served, we ordered the mocktails, to then be advised they had run out of ingredients so would we mind changing our order - no problem. We then ordered from the festive menu, waiter then came back to advise my mains dish was unavailable, not doing well here - are we? For starters we had the pigs in blanket bombe and the prawns, we didn’t have to wait too long but mums prawns arrived, they looked delicious and she tucked into them, as she was eating the last one on the skewer I was still waiting for my starter, it then arrived, as mum was finishing, bit disappointed at the service. We then observed that no further people were being permitted in, there was obviously a staffing resource issue, they had 1 female manager, 1 floor manager, 1 waiter and 1 clearer for a busy large restaurant at lunch time ! Even the bar tender who was making the mocktails brought our drinks over. It was quite a long wait before our next course was ready, I could see on the serving pass that our food was sitting there waiting, it was there for ages, I was tempted to go and get it myself, our first course plates were still on the table and hadn’t been removed but I kept thinking I don’t want cold food. Finally the main course arrived, with our first course plates still on the table and no cutlery, the plates were put down, I had a pasta dish and it was stone cold, mum had the chicken dish and it was luke warm, I advised the waiter we could not eat as it was unacceptable, he looked at me in shock ! A few minutes later the food came back, guessing it was microwaved, it was a lot hotter, it actually tasted really nice. Finally, dessert - that was great. Asked for the bill …. Guess what? …. That was wrong too! Charged for the mocktail they didn’t have ingredients for. All in all a pretty disastrous visit, didn’t even make mum feel special for her birthday despite putting in the booking. A generous 2 stars here at a push!

Joseph was excellent and looked after us well

We’ve been at the Zizzi in Bluewater shopping centre today and the food was amazing . Josep was taking care of every detail, making sure nothing is missing. He gave to the little ones extra crisp to keep them happy meanwhile we were waiting our food. I would recommend this place and for sure we will go back there again.
