I have just finished eating at Zizzi’s in Bluewater and have to say it was excellent. The Sticky Pig pizza was fantastic and probably one of the best pizzas I have ever had. The service was excellent and the tables are not crowded together, which makes the dining experience much more pleasurable. Definitely 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Lovely family meal for Mother’s Day. Was booked in for 5, we happily let in early as our toddler being restless with no nap all day. Food was absolutely amazing, the starter pork and garlic meatballs were very yummy. Didn’t have any cucumbers for little menu and couldn’t eat the carrots as they aren’t raw but she was happy with the bread, mains was good same with desserts. Not sure on our waiters name but he was excellent, could’ve done with another door host poor guy was sitting all the tables by himself on a busy Sunday. But thank you

We went, having booked first, to Zizzis in Bluewater on Sunday the 10th March for a Mother's Lunch {mid afternoon}, not the best day to go as the restaurant was rammed. We have been to the restaurant a few times before. We were greeted and shown to our table, soon after which a very pleasant and happy waitress came over and took our drinks order. It was not long before our drinks arrived - surprised they were so quick. She took our food order having given us some helpful suggestions and our food arrived much quicker than expected. I said it was extremely busy so the last thing we expected was for any of the restaurant staff to be happy having been rushed off their feet all day, add to that they are likely to have had a few awkward customers along the way, but they were enthusiastic and couldn't have been more helpful throughout our time there. 5 stars guys. We had the Mother's Day lunch, good selection to choose from. We were warned that the plates were hot, actually they were 'roasting hot' and our food remained 'very' hot through out. 5 stars guys. Rammed restaurant - you could excuse them if the quality of the food and service had been below norm but it could only be described as excellent, nothing to complain about at all. 5 stars guys. I have a thing about great customer service, something that is quite rare these days, but the staff really ticked the boxes. Great service is driven from the top. 5 stars guys.

Family birthday table of 9. Greeted and seated promptly. Our waitress came over got drinks whilst waiting for everyone. From beginning til the end our waitress Lucy was amazing , efficient friendly helpful and polite. We had good communication where we learnt of Lucy’s name and interactions was appropriate throughout. Chef made a small error on one of our meals , Lucy made us aware and rectified the situation and compt the meal in question off the bill . We felt Lucy was an asset to your company and made our evening . it’s hard to find descent servers these days and hope Lucy can progress as showed good customer service /complaint handling skills. Thanks again food was also very nice this time round .3 course meal great value

Excellent cuisine and pleasant atmosphere!

Came for dads birthday 9 of us. Wanted to post this as since COVID the industry has been hit hard with alot of changes taking the service style away from us. Lucy was ourbwaitress and from being to end she was exactly what u want of a server, friendly, with personality and timely visits to our table. She deserves a promotion but for now she got a well earned tip .Thanks Lucy keep it up . Great 3 course meal value for money helped the pocket too.

Well done Hayley! I have never been to this Bluewater restaurant and Im glad I did! We had a late lunch here with 4 of us. I was impressed with the service from start to finish. Hayley was efficient, polite and professional, a real credit to the brand. Our food was swift and the pizza's tasty. I had the breaded Chicken breast, which although was fine, just did not hit the button in terms of value for money, I've had better cheaper. The ambiance is fine, clean and tidy, nice touch with well chilled glasses for beer and water. The bill was a little on the high side, but Zizzi's are friends of Blue Light Discount which made the total bill much better value. Overall a pleasant experience and a venue I will return to.

Took my money from order left it 2hrs then cancelled my order . Contacted customer service told i will get refund but no refund and no reply from customer service

We booked for hear as we had a voucher , once sat down we was told we could only pay by card but could use whats left on the voucher it was a shame as we had saved up for those meal with cash , lucky we did have some on the card. The food as ok not great and it all felt a bit rushed. The most disgusting thing happened half way in the meal , a woman who had a medical dog came in and another table kicked off so instead of moving them they moved the poor woman with the dog , its awful they had to be moved because of some selfish people. It was a good dog as well and not doing anything.

Waited for a while for a pre booked table. Actual pizza was average. Not on the list for next time, better to be had

I was in Blue Water with my friends, we decided to go and eat something Italian at Zizzi's. We ordered 4 pizzas and several cocktails. the pizzas were really very good and the service truly excellent, especially Vincenzo the GM who spent a lot of time with us and made us feel at home, obviously the limoncellos couldn't be missing

Had a fabulous time in Zizzi after a bit of shopping in Bluewater. Been a few years since I have been and was very pleasantly surprised - the service was excellent from the moment we arrived as was the food and drink . Great place to spend a bit of quality time with the family in a relaxed and fun environment. The manager and our waitress were particularly attentive.

Visited Zizzi today for lunch - excellent customer service. Waitress was very attentive and provided great service. Had to speak to the manager about an issue that wasn't their fault, he was very understanding and helped resolve the concern quickly and efficiently which was very much appreciated. Will be very happy to visit again.

got a takeaway earlier after work, 10/10 service as usual from the manager, she was extremely attentive as well as a young blonde waitress (didn’t get her name!) she was lovely and polite. Great staff and great food.

We had a lovely visit at this branch, we wanted to make a special mention to our server Harvey, he was friendly, attentive without being over the top and is a real asset to the restaurant! We don’t have much money especially at this time of year so this was a real treat to us and Harvey made it all the better! The food was great too!

The garlic bread bomb was awful- dry.

Food, toilets, server were all great. Unfortunately, food was very slow to arrive. We waited at least 20 minutes for our mains after ordering and then 15 minutes after our table was cleareemd for dessert. This was for 2 people - a pasta and a pizza. I'd go again, hopefully they get faster at serving.

So, I visited Zizzi's about a year ago and I haven't been back since. This is honestly one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to. I was physically sick after eating here. The Zizzi's brand is american, not italian, and they basterdised EVERY "italian" dish on their menu. Everything that has a supposed "small amount of parmesan cheese" is CAKED in it. I ordered a starter which had liquid cheese and it tsated expired. It was smothered in it. I had a main, which again, was caked in cheese and tasted rank and expired. I then had a tiramisu which had way too much alcohol and way too much cheese. I went to the men's toilets and was physically ill to the point I almost collapsed. I got food poisoning from here. I had to ask someone to get a staff member to help and my mum came in, not a staff member. The staff didn't even offer a glass of water so I could stay hydrated let alone fully conscious. I suffered for 3 days with headaches due to dehydration caused by vomiting. Safe to say, my mum and I have NEVER been to a Zizzi's restaurant again. The expirence here has put me off going to one for life. I can't say that anyone should go here because I genuinely fear that people will get sick from the food.

Can't go wrong with Zizzi's, always consistently tasty. Not sure if it is me but have the pizzas gone smaller? Also, I do have a gripe on the waiters/waitresses interrupting conversations to ask if everything is good. There is a time and place to do this and you can see when the best time to do this is. This is not just limited to Zizzi's as other restaurants do this. I know they think this is good customer service practice but they need to get better at the timing.

Visited this restaurant around 5 pm yesterday with a friend. We have eaten here in the past and had fond memories. I'm not sure what has changed. We had two pasta dishes both very watery and very bland. There was 4 prawns in one dish and barely any mince meat in the other. The sauce consisted of uncooked tinned tomatoes. Considering this was at a cost of over £15 per dish it was barely edible. I raised this with the waitress who was apologetic and passed on our displeasure to the chef. She asked if she could doo more but we declined, paid and left. It was a dissapointing meal we were both looking forward too. Please re-consider if thinking of eating here. It feels like we are being taken for granted in these venues with Xmas coming up and there is no concern over the quality of service due to the number of people visiting Bluewater.

Food only just adequate pork belly was ok small portion ,but crackling extra was a waste of time so small a portion.

Our waitress was lovely, we ordered the rustica margherita pizza, and a side salad. The side salad was approx £4 but it was a meagre quantity for the price. The pizzas were bland, no taste at all, hardly any tomato base. Very dry. Was not offered any recompense. Will not be ordering that again. Very poor value for money

Overall recommended 🤌🏼💯 I would go for the vegan layered lasagne and the two sided pizza. The prawns on the skewer are very nice too. Pricing is okay because portions are good. The Decor is nice.

Shown to table but had to wipe crumbs / debris from the bench myself before sitting down. Not a good start. Tried using the website to add items to the order but this is woeful. It needs ditching for now until it is properly designed and tested. My advice? Find out who designed the pizza express app and use them as that one works perfectly. The main meal I wanted from the menu wasn’t available and only found out when I tried to order it. Had to go with alternative. The food was passable. Service okay. Ultimately disappointing as the last time we were here it was pretty sharp all round.

Zizzi helped us with dislikes and allergies. They were more than helpful with our request. The food is good, the service was excellent. I'm happy to go again.🫶

For main I had the Casareccia Pollo Piccante, accompanied by Garlic bread with cheese & for dessert I had the Zillionaire's Fudge Cake. The main lacked flavour so I was left with having to add salt & pepper to flavour the meal. The garlic bread was delicious. As for the dessert, pure disappointment for a fudge cake. This also lacked flavour. For drinks, I had a small bottle sparking water with lemon slices. The price for the water is quite higher compared to the size of the bottle. Overeat I had a great time with those who I was with but as for the food? Definitely lacked.

I had the salmon & prawn fresh pasta which was really tasty, plenty of fish and flavour and would absolutely eat it again. The waitress was very engaging and chatty/jokey with us. Food (starter & main) came out very quickly and a decent size portion starter (garlic bread with cheese). The only negative was in relation to the atmosphere as the music was very loud for a restaurant which made having conversation as a group quite challenging and uncomfortable and left me with a headache

The food was okay, but like so many restaurants nowadays not enough staff so service suffers when busy. For the money, I expected a better overall experience.

Wouldn't give a spoonful of vegan ice cream for a 1 year old baby with a dairy allergy, as it was on the adults menu and not the children's. Food discrimination.

Thank you so much zizi! I had lunch here today and it was amazing. They were super accommodating to the dietary requirements! The food was amazing but I was so impressed with the staff more than anything. I had lunch with my elderly grandparents and aunt and the staff were so kind, helpful and patient with us, and were super friendly dealing with our dietary requirements (gluten free and chrones disease). I would love to thank the staff member (sorry I don’t her name!) who was wearing a grey blazer and white top today- 21/6/23: she was incredible. She was so patient, friendly, helpful and kind. She was amazing at answering my aunt many complicated questions about the ingredients for her dietary requirements and was super with my elderly grandparents who were slow to know what they wanted. The other staff were incredible and friendly too and were super fast to take our order and bring it out. But this women especially made my meal at zizi’s easy and enjoyable. Thank you so much grey blazer lady! I really appreciated your patience!

Ziz ok - Visited one evening with my father and brother. Tad expensive but the food was ok, if a little lacking in flavour. Started with Chicken Spiedini - fancy but didn't go on the honey dip, would have preferred the king prawn version if I'm honest. Nastro Assurro Beer was served with a ice cold glass, so nice touch. Mains were all calzone carne piccante, tasty until I discovered the chilli peppers! Who the hell decided to chillis in Italian food?! Given the up and down reviews, Deco and staff were ok and attentive in our experience. Then again it wasn't that busy. However don't expect to pay in cash, as they only accept card payment...4/5

Nice fresh food with good customer service

Very expensive for the portion sizes. Three courses and wasn't satisfied. I usually only have one course so probably won't go back.

Before we even went to be seated unfortunately they must have been having a bad day because they were a little grumpy. A man from the neighbouring restaurant (we thought he worked for ZiZi) was exiting ZIZI, we thought he was coming to us as we were standing in the doorway. But he made eye contact and walked straight past us, wasn’t a good look as he was coming out of ZIZI so we assumed he worked there. After a waiter from ZIZI came to finally seat us we were disappointed and even when we spoke to the waiting staff to seat us, we didn’t really want to go in as they were discouraging dismissive and laughed at us when we explained what happened. I bet the food is nice (smelled good at least)

Bluewater store never answer their phones. You can’t use a gift card on line and are meant to call and collect but you can’t!!

My partner and I had our first date here a couple of years ago, last night he took us back for my birthday and he proposed! The staff were amazing. They had helped him plan for a few weeks before, walked him around the restaurant to choose the perfect table. I really wish I had got the staffs names but in my excitement, I forgot. Thank you to all of them and the meal was amazing too!!

Great staff - always friendly but felt a review was worth writing as I’m a bit peeved at the amount of food that you now get at this chain. The prices have gone up since Covid and the cost of living issues which is fine but it seems the portion sizes or amount of ingredients that you pay for just aren’t the same. For example the prawn linguine - this is now more pasta than prawn - think I had about 4 prawns in all which is a bit of a rip off considering I can buy a bag in lidl etc for less than £3. I realise there are overheads and staff but really….? You put the prices up then remove the contents of the dishes rather than them staying the same. Seems very profit based and at the detriment of the customer. I wonder how many prawns less and then it becomes linguine with a hint of prawn?!!!! The other dishes ordered similarly were skimpy - pizzas are always a good bet but then they’re just bread and cheese at the end of the day….. take heed Zizzy owners, people don’t like being conned.

Been to Zizi Bluewater twice now and both times were very good. Service is 100 percent, food is hot and well presented and the restaurant is situated in a nice area of Bluewater too.

Waited for a table whilst staff tried new pudding. Then had 3 courses option for 25 pounds. Then to be told kitchen closed so cant have 3rd course. Then had to ask to take price off unbelievable

Great food and and fantastic staff very helpfull and friendly I messed up my booking for a large party but they still were able to organise a table for us. Everyone enjoyed themselves we will definatly return

Recently moved to the area I decided I would eat somewhere I'm familiar with and that just so happened to be zizzi. Decided to try their pasta dish salmon cabonara. The smoked flavour was a little on the light side but I must say it was still lovely. My friend had a pizza which I tried a slice off and it was fine. I would recommend trying out the pasta though as you might be surprised. Staff were attentive even though it was rather busy

Dinner for five, three meals from the children's menu. 'Small soul bread' translates as a very small roll and the bowl of pasta was so small we suspected we had been served the pasta from the baby menu but a look at another table disabused...

This branch of Zizzi has been our go-to when visiting Bluewater, but our experience yesterday has put us off returning in future. When we arrived (having already booked a table), we stood for ages waiting to be seated. Plenty of staff around but not one...

Very nice attentive staff, bit over priced considering, food tasted nice, but please do not bring my food out on a manky looking plank of wood, this is a very basic requirement for a restaurant is that you serve food on a plate, would have given a higher star rating if not for this ridiculous unhygienic way of serving food.

We visited a Zizzis last night. When we asked if they had gluten free meals on the menu we were told yes then handed a what can only be called a tatty handbook not a menu for allergies. It was disgraceful not to be introduced...

Best part of the meal was the kids’ tomato and pepperoni pizzas - I guess not difficult to get wrong. My wife’s king prawn linguini needed a good search for sparse seafood. Craig Revel Horwood would have declared my nuked vegan lasagne swimming in sauce...

This was the perfect lunch spot to take a break from all the shopping. The pizza and risotto was incredible, service was quick and if you subscribe to the zillionaires account they run you get a free garlic bread. It does get busy during peak...
