Carluccio's - Bluewater in Dartford

Just sat down for about 20 minutes while the staff member kept looking over at us clearly waiting to be served. Was so fed up of waiting we decided to just walk out.

Terrible service. We waited ages to be asked if we would like to order drinks. When I said we’re ready to order our food, off he went to get a pad and didn’t return back until he saw to others and kept us waiting another 20 minutes. We walked out and will never return again.

The meal was exceptional; the chicken saltimbocca was a particular highlight.

Did not get to eat as it was very cold in restutant asked to move as there was loads of empty seats but was told all the empty seats were booked

I visited Carluccio's with my husband to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The place is nice and the staff is very friendly. The food is very good, but I think the portions could be more balanced. We were served by Harmanie Dowling who was very kind. I loved the experience.

Had a lovely meal here. The waitress, had a funny name but told us to call her h, was excellent. Definitely recommend a visit.

Service by Harmanie who was super helpful, and nice. The food was Excellent! I got the carbonara, and the atmosphere is very calm.

Had a birthday meal just before Christmas. Great food, very helpful staff.

We stopped off for a coffee to get away from the hassle and bustle. We were met by welcoming, professional staff, who gave us a choice of seating despite knowing we were not ordering food, we were not offered just the bar. The restaurant was quite chilly, so the door staff advised we might like to sit in the main dining area- we did. It was a lovely, peaceful experience. The place is well decorated and clean. It would be nice if it was a little warmer and perhaps some low level, chilled music. Our waiter was wonderful. We opted for olives, a beer and cocktail in the end and were very pleased with our order. He poured the Moretti in a lovely, cold Moretti glass and was an excellent balance of attentive to when we were finished, not overbearing, or pushy. There's a lovely small section to buy Carluccio store items, they seem well priced in gorgeous packaging, unfortunately, olives were not an option. I will aim for Carluccios next time I am in Bluewater and fancy a quieter stop off compared to the other chain coffee houses. The location of this restaurant is great to escape the general noise and volume of people traffic on a weekend. Thank you for such a nice experience.

Really expensive for what we got, which was probably why it was very quiet. That's a brand thing rather than for this restaurant though. Nice enough restaurant with a lakeside location ar Bluewater. Close to the car parks. Staff friendly and even kept a bit of shopping we forgot when we went back later to see if they had it.

Having visited this restaurant on several occasions, I decided to go in after some Christmas shopping on 23rd December. However, after having waited several minutes I was greeted by an unfriendly man who showed me to my table. I was given a menu, and took a few minutes to decide. While I do not wish to bring up the matter of race, I feel it’s appropriate. I, someone who is not white, was seated between a white couple and a white group of six. Both tables were being served, and their orders were being taken by several members of staff. I’ll leave it to you to decide why they may have chosen to ignore me. All in all, terrible service, go to the steakhouse across from them if you don’t want to be subjected to covert racism and poor service.

Went to Carluccio's Bluewater restaurant in 2022 and vowed never to return BUT thank goodness I did, albeit at someone else's insistence! Very accommodating and helpful to two disabled persons. Excellent food and service. Shellfish and meat dishes were delicious, well presented and arrived hot, a credit to the staff preparing and cooking Serving staff were pleasant, attentive and informative. Staff assisting with produce sales also showed very good customer service. Curious to know how these changes had come about I found out that the restaurant had changed management since my last visit, and the changes are monumental in comparison. Very impressed to see the restaurant manager taking a discreet but active role in managing and interacting. All in all an excellent and extremely pleasant experience. Looking forward to returning in the New Year.

What a terrible attempt at lunch. On entering manager brusque and off hand showing us to our table. Ordered small bottle water and 1 litre arrived. Started was 3* but we waited an age for main course. Eventually my jumbo penne and (now tiny) spinach balls arrived but I had to ask for cutlery as waitress seemed oblivious. She then brought cutlery but I was stunned when she placed my husband's on his plate either side of food as though he was a child. I wondered if she i tended to cut his chicken for him. My pasta was under cooked by several minutes and almost hard. Waitress surprised and too it back. 15 mins after husband finished his lunch my second attempt arrived. Not much better and Manager realised I was cross but curiously seemed to know the pasta had been undercooked , - obviously a common occurrence? I left it and no attempt to reduce the bill was made unlike a decent restaurant which acknowledged there HAD been a problem. I found a Costa, had a cheese toastie and vowed never to step inside this once super busy place again. We had driven 1hr 45 mins to get there but I suspect the young (untrained?) staff are the same in their 'kitchen' as they chatted a lot leaving the very few diners to wonder if the kitchen was on strike. Service like ruptured tortoises and completely unaware of how to ensure customers are happy. I expect the usual blurb after this ( see all the other complaints?) telling me 'lessons will be learnt'. Cooking lessons learnt would be a good start.

Carluccio's Bluewater: A Festive Fiasco. Now bear in mind Carluccio's lost its soul years ago and is now a brand owned by the Boparan group. At their Bluewater restaurant, I'm not sure what's worse: the service or the food. Let's start with the service. It was like waiting for a bus on a deserted island - slow, infrequent, and utterly unhelpful - especially when half a carafe of water was spilled onto my wife by accident. When our food finally arrived, it was a culinary catastrophe. The "festive menu" was a rip-off of epic proportions. The duck arrancini were more like deflated footballs than delicate morsels and had very little rice in them... Squidgy little things they were!. And the Sardinian Fragola? Probably a recipe from Slough rather than from Cagliari: It tasted like something straight out of a microwave not a Sardinian kitchen. Lumps of fragola topped with butterflied shrimps...no sauce, no taste...not the stew the menu promised. The bruschetta was a hard toast topped with halves of cherry tomatoes. The ravioli bathed in a sorry sauce and tasted half as good as the ones from that German supermarket. If you're looking for authentic Italian food and decent service, avoid this place like the plague. You'll save your money (£61) and your taste buds.

Really busy time of the year to go out for breakfast but once the bosses got involved things started to snap along nicely. Had really nice hot breakfast's the pancakes and strawberries was really nice as was my wife's traditional English breakfast. I would recommend stopping here for eats even if there's a bit of a queue if the Italian guys are on duty as mentioned then suddenly things start to happen at speed !

Very dissapointing, small portions and overpriced. Despite the restaurant not being busy, they seemed to be trying to rush us through our meal. Ordered; the beef parpadelle which was very bland with hardly any beef and a cocktail which came as half of a small glass. We ordered desserts which didn't arrive and they still put this on the bill, when I asked them to take it off the staff kindly rectified this and offered us the desserts on the house and eventually arrived, however the portions were really small. Despite all this they also added a tip automatically.

Terrible cooking and hidden charges not to mention the long long wait to get service. The food was tasteless and mediocre at best. Avoid at all cost save your wallet and palet.

We popped in before the shops opened today for breakfast and was greeted by Lee. He took us to our table and talked us through the breakfast menu. Very attentive and friendly service. Our orders were taken quick and our drinks arrived very shortly after. Food came out quick. My husband ordered Avocado, salmon and poached eggs which were cooked to perfection! My children both ordered the pancakes and strawberries and a smoothie each and nothing was left on the plate. I choose an almond croissant which was to die for. The restaurant was clean and filling up but the service was great. We were also checked in on by Rui who again was friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble for both of them. Will definitely be returning to try out the cocktails and dinner!

The food is delicioso. Ms Anushka is friendly and able to accommodate us. She explained the menu with a great smile. We would like to eat again in Carluccio's.

Attended back in Oct everything fine retuned 10/11/20 to to a huge disappointment my wife was fine .I ordered Lausanne what there was of it came out dry and burnt, that was after an extended wait which we were informed of,After complaining it was immediately taken away no questions ask ( why if it was taken so swiftly was it sent in the first place) after a period of time i had had enough and for the first time in my life i left the restaurant ( the manager gave me a zero bill although i offered to pay for what we had had.Some clients were served their starters and had their mains brought while still eating the starters .God alone knows what was happening in the kitchen and with the staff that day ,i actually felt sorry for the manager .

A lovely lady called anishka who served us all night long and made the night worth while 10/10 service from her and great restaurant

Had one coke but did not get a sip because of my large friend slurping it all up. Very kind and interactive waitress Anushka was very helpful and George had some good humour 👌👍

Oh where to begin. Let's start with the good parts about the restaurant. The decor is pretty good and it hasn't changed much over the years. The staff have changed a lot except for one person and he's doing his best to try and make things better. The rest of the staff are friendly but they do need more training to get up to scratch. They are attentive and do listen to any complaints The food. Oh boy. Ever since the old manager left, it's just been going downhill. After a few months of not coming in (we were out and exploring places other than our hometown), me and my mother decided to come back again today. The arancini sauce had no spice, the mushroom risotto was bland and had the consistency of PVA glue. The olives were extremely over salted because they were just left in the brine. The penne giardiniera, pasta wasn't even undercooked it was just dough, the sauce was over salted and the dish couldn't be eaten. It was sent back, and it came out wrong a second time. Not great. I don't think I'll be going here again unless the food improves. Check your bill as well because they forget to change the bill if you have one of the set menus

Ate early evening in Carluccios and have to say the food was pretty good. The service however was slow and we had to ask if our main course had been forgotten. If the restaurant was busy you can understand waiting a bit longer but there was 4 or 5 people in there. I will definitely go again even just to try to get a smile out of the staff.

Lessons learnt - Don’t trust Italian restaurants that serve pre-packaged, pre- grated Parmesan cheese.

Food was ok, nothing special. Personel super friendly. Did not apreciate that they already included a tip in the bill, whithout saying it...

So, second outing here - definitely seems to be hit and miss. Orders were: Spinach Giardina, Cheeseburger, Chicken Milanese, Chicken Milanese burger, cheese and garlic Focaccia and bread basket. Bread was satisfying, not the greatest but went down well. Oil and Vinegar were great quality and helped the bread out. Service had one menu mistake and one portion of overcooked frites, but replacements came quickly and overall the service was speedy and friendly. We were also given a £10 discount due to these issues. Burger and Giardina were very good, Milanese burger was a little dry and the Chicken Milanese bizarrely came with basically nothing. I probably should have read the description better but for £16 I didn't expect a breaded chicken fillet, 2 stewed cherry tomatoes and a finger bowl of green leaves. I wouldn't order that again but I may give this place a third try at some point.

Frequent Bluewater visitors, we visited this restaurant for the first time. Mediocre! Prawns marinara for starters was good. My husband's sea bass was OK. But how on earth can an Italian restaurant get pasta so wrong? I had lasagne and it was the worst one I have ever had. Dry without a sign of bechamel sauce, burnt areas, the mince was almost invisible so little of it. Just a mess of dry inedible pasta with a smattering of tomato. A 175ml glass of wine was £8.40, very over-priced. We refused to stump up 12.5% tip - 10% is quite adequate for a cafe-style place as service was good. So, the first time will be the last. Shockingly bad for an Italian restaurant.

Was amazing chef Chris made our pizza and it was the best I've ever had . Our waiter was Slav and he was really nice and welcoming . Would come again.

The staff at Carluccio's was very nice and polite. They asked if we had any allergies to food. Which was a nice tuch. We had a request that we wanted a smaller pizza 🍕witch they were happy to do. Our food came out fairly quickly, but we weren't disappointed. Tasty food quick service, what more do we want.

My friend & I shared a main course, which we have done before but had an abrasive server, which had the food not been so good, would have totally spoilt our lunch. How you’re treated, shouldn’t be subject to how much you eat/spend.

Visited here as a group of 7 and were seated quickly. Our waitress was patient and friendly. You can choose food from the set menu, either 2 courses or 3 courses for a fixed price. But you have to look carefully for the symbol next to the food which shoes you this is in the set menu. It can be quite easy to miss the symbol. One person from our party ordered 2 courses from the set menu, and when it came to paying, the waitress said they should have said this when ordering, not at payment. Nevertheless, the waitress solved the price difference after this was raised at payment. The restaurant wasn't overly busy, and food did take a while to come out. But all food was served hot, and the waitress ensured we had everything we needed before eating. I feel portion size was quite small, especially the pasta. However, the carbonara tasted delicious! Everybody enjoyed their meals and said it was tasty. If you are a chocolate lover, I definitely recommend the chocolate brownie! Again, it was a faily small size but it was delicious!! We had a great visit here, food was tasty, and staff members were polite and accommodating.

We came a little early for lunch, staff were wonderful, food is excellent.

We visited Carluccios Blue water for my husband’s birthday and despite being so busy and short staffed the staff were outstanding service with a smile and made our trip extra special a big shout out to Myselia and Amelia Hope I got the names correct they truly deserve some recognition thank you so much also for the dessert a great place to visit thank you so much 😊

We have been to different carluccio's across the uk this is a well run one so good team and the pasta is great and some good desserts

Had lunch at Carluccio's in Bluewater for a friend’s birthday it was great, atmosphere and service. We were served by Tina and from seating to payment it was a wonderful experience. I wasn’t feeling too great that day and the initial menu item i wanted to choose was out but Tina helped pick an item that allowed me to throughly enjoy the meal and the rest of the experience. 10/10 a really great host and service, thank you

A tiny child size portion and no cheese! Very disappointing

Really really disappointed with our visit. The service was shockingly bad. The staff were not interested in doing their jobs and had bad attitude. The waiting times for the food was so long even though it was quiet, which caused a few tables to actually walk out. Food was mediocre at best. Would not recommend!

Service and the wait time is absolutely awful here!!! Staff need some customer service training.

I was really disappointed with the quality and value for money. I had chicken saltimbocca and i paid £17.25 for a flattened chicken breast, tiny piece of parma ham and potatoes, such poor value i reckon the ingredients cost no more than £5. I will not be going back. Such a shame. The service was good.

I have to say we visited on Friday 21st of June for a family dinner and it was the most disappointing experience ever, the service was shocking and disjointed , we received our starters but had no cutlery, my son had to find some for us. The food was awful and tasteless, moreover it was mostly cold. Although Carluccios discounted the meal we will not be returning. The surrounding restaurants two being Italian were far busier , which can only mean are better. I can only hope they improve

When we arrived to eat at 2:pm there were hardly any customers sitting at the tables, we ourselves along with another two customers were told there was no food left!! The lady at the door said they had run out of food as it had been busy all morning, WTF? How can you run out of food = pasta, spaghetti, bread, tomatoes etc, at 2:pm and how long would it take for someone to go to the supermarket and get some more? Bluewater shopping centre is open until 9:pm on a Saturday... Had they run low on beverages too? We have never known anything like it and are not surprised that most outlets have shut down. It is absolutely ridiculous and Mr Carluccio himself would be turning in his grave at the fact this place turns it's customers away due to a lack of food?......

I'd expect better for less money. The Dough wasn't cooked through, Toppings were lacking or missing. The tiramisu was partially frozen, while the main dishes were barely warm.

Working here can only be described as a circus, disguised as a restaurant!.

Disappointed. Mains came before starters. My daughter said that her carbonara was probably the worst she had had very dry and tasteless. I had the Ragu which was okay. Our waitress was lovely (pink hair) and apologised for the errors. There were lots of items missing from the menu wouldn’t return.

Had a cooked breakfast as soon as the restaurant opened. We were the only customers but appear to wait for some time before our orders arrived. We both commented that the meals were luke warm. We also noted that a glass on the table looked dirty but was advised it was constant washing in a dishwasher that made the glass misty. Had I been the manager I would have disposed of the glass. No tip given. A positive was that the food consumed was very tasty, we both thought our breakfasts had just been left on the side and therefore lost heat.

Family dinner and we decided to go to eat Italian Unfortunately this is the worst Italian I’ve ever tasted My son carbonara had no sauce was very dry My seafood linguine was tasteless Sorry I think this is our last dinner there

Staff are lovely, however, food often doesn't turn up all together and so one person has to wait. Today we chose to go there and not Cŏte, but it was a mistake. I had the duck and it was appalling: it had not been cooked fresh and had been reheated so it was more like dried meat. 80% was inedible, so I asked the waiter to show the Chef. We were offered one free desert, but weren't having desert. Sorry, but your chef should not be allowing this low standard of food to leave the kitchen. Customers aren't going to be appeased by free deserts - just make sure the food you serve is good quality. I''m afraid we will be voting with our feet and going to Cŏte instead for the foreseeable future.

Lovely fresh food and the portions not too big at all - which appeared to reflect “quality over quantity” - a refreshing change. The service was excellent. Our main waitress was so friendly and interacted with our children asking them questions (producing smiles), along with others that assisted bringing our food out who were dressed more as managers, but all with smiles and exceptionally friendly. Our first experience of this restaurant and not the last! Thank you.

We were a group of 14 and had lunch on 30 March. Delia looked after us. The service was good and we felt very welcome. Delia was very patient and friendly. Even though we did a pre-order it was no problem for those who didn’t put an order for starters/desserts for them to order theirs. We had a toddler with us and it was also no problem when we asked for the toddler’s food to be served first. Whatever we wanted there was no issues. The only small criticism is the fries were very oily. Would have preferred thick chips. But would definitely eat here again.

The positive first, the food was delicious albeit a little on the small side. I was at restaurant for a treat for my 12 year old daughter, who just received great news (medically) now for the bad the waitress was awful, she was obnoxious and seemed she didn’t wanna be there at all, and any request was too much for her! I even told my daughter to “tell the nice lady, your good news” this was met with “great” and an eyeroll… This alone is enough for me to NEVER take my family back and tell others too… The waitress was young slim black lady & I believe her name was Tolani, I mention this incase they give out awards for the worlds worst waitress…..

Good food .I had the duck the meat fell off the bone,my wife had the lasagne she loved it ,she is hard to please. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We went today about 2pm at the entrance was a man we asked for able for 9 people he said he don't have a table he was absolutely not welcoming. I walked inside I saw I big table that was empty I asked a lady if that table is available she said yes.i went outside and I asked the man if he can move us inside but he said the table was booked. I felt he just don't want to have us so I asked for the manager. The manager walked to me and I started to explain that we felt unwelcoming and that the man was trying to be tricky.While I was explaining to the manager he came to us and started to interrupt sever times so I asked him to stop so I can explain to theanager but instead he laughed at my face. Manager did not react to his reaction but instead tried to be difficult too. I asked her what's the name of man but she refused and said do we wanna sit or make this more difficult and go down the hill.so we sit. At the end I asked the lady who was serving us, she was lovely but she also refused to give his name. At the time he was the only man serving.Don't be in hospitality if you absolutely hate being welcoming! inflated sense of self-importance! At the end no one apologized and everyone ignores us on the way out! Absolutely disgusting!

I went with a friend last week to Carluccios in Bluewater, where I have been many times before, but prior to covid. The food used to be brilliant then, but now it was bland and luke warm. My friend had a Tuna salad, which she said was the worst salad she has ever had. The quality of the food has gone downhill, although the cost seems to have increased. We both agreed that we would not dine there again. Very disappointing!

We had lunch at Carluccio yesterday. We were served by Jenny. She was cheerful, very efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. She served us very quickly and attended to our needs. The experience was very pleasant

I came here today as I needed a place to give my 1 year old boy his lunch. The waitress very kindly found me a space with ample room for a high chair and his pram, I only ordered a Mocha, so they didn't make much money out of me! But they were kind and acted with compassion to give me the space I needed to feed my boy. I did say I'd come back with a tip (needed to find a cash point) but I really struggled to find one anywhere in Bluewater! If anyone from Carluccio's reads this, please let me know how I can provide a tip after the event or perhaps donate a little something to a charity you support? Thanks again, I'd be very happy to return as a proper 'eating' guest next time!

Turned up, asked the staff for a high chair, this didn’t get brought over for another 10 minutes after we asked again for one. Starters. Mozzarella garlic bread was essentially cheese on toast. Didn’t seem to be any garlic taste. Was left half eaten. Marina prawns had the thinnest sauce, hardly any flavour. Main Kids pasta for a 2 year old. Served in a scorching hot bowl that our child couldn’t touch as too hot yet managed to contain stone cold pasta. Lasagne. Lukewarm. Burger. Ok. Penne al arrabiata. Sent back and asked not to be replaced. Cold pasta. Was either completely uncooked or left under a heater for so long that it had gone rock hard. If had been eaten would have needed a second as the portion was tiny. We have had better pasta out of a Heinz tin.

Great food, lovely ambience & amazing staff. Jenny went above & beyond in serving us. We love coming here as a family for lovely breakfast & lunch options. Love their Ravioli & pizza too. Their coffee is a must try as well. Sometimes they do set breakfast menu, which is always the best. Highly recommend this place for an Italian eat out.

Carluccio's Bluewater is not what it use to be. before we even sat down we were informed that this was not available or that was not available, so disappointing. I was going to order the Penne Giardiniera but that wasn't available so I ordered the Chicken with Parma ham. The Parma ham was the size of a postage stamp! It was warm though unlike other dishes that were served up. The kitchen definitely had a bad day as dishes went back because they were cold. Would I go back..No, not for a while anyway. There are many places to eat so I hope they raise their game and sort themselves out and soon.

Had a lunch time bruschetta and it was fine. Our waitress was very attentive.

What a lovely restaurant!! Nice surroundings and very clean. Friendly and efficient staff who provided excellent service. Our food was served in generous portion sizes and tasted very good. Overall we left feeling satisfied.

Avoid places that don’t have a queue. There’s a reason for it. Food came 40 minutes after ordering. And the portions were pitiful. Shame about the quality too. Better off getting a sandwich from M&S and go home. Sad place to be.

Dreadful experience. The young man who greeted us on the door had absolutely no people skills what so ever. He showed us to our table, gave us menus and walked off. No interaction, no emotion, no engagement - nothing. We ordered our food and my burrata arrived as bruschetta and my tomato salad had been made with tomatoes that were so cold I could barely eat them - no flavour at all. My burrata then arrived. Initially I was grateful they had turned it round so quickly, but when I looked at what was on the plate, I can only say that I wish they hadn’t. The cheese looked like it had been dumped on the plate, the prosciutto was the same and the crisp bread was broken. No dressing, no oil and no garnish. This was supposed to be a nice meal for myself and my daughter - it was far from that. I left most of both plates and there was absolutely no comment, no question when the waiter returned to clear the dishes. In his ‘non interactive, robotic manner’ he simply scooped everything up and said ‘ dessert?’ I really would avoid this restaurant and go to one of the many others which can be found in Lakeside.

Food was terrible, everything about it was so poor. We won't be going back .

Service was good, waitress nice and attentive. Food unfortunately was very average. Came out very quick and tasted like it was from the value isle at Tesco. Tough salad tomatoes, thinnest fries and calamari, meatballs sweet/tasteless and not meaty. This is the way all these chains have gone sadly (forget their routes GOOD FOOD)

Omg! Seafood risotto was brilliant, plenty of prawns. Recommend that dish if you like seafood. Chicken & mushroom risotto is tasteless. Coffee is tasty! Pizzas is so juicy. Pasta is okay. Tuna salad is so healthy, people who is on diet. I recommend tuna salad. Tiramisu taste wasn’t good but panna cotta is so tasty!!! Let me know what do think 🤔 of their dishes….

This Carluccios is a shadow of brand experience and other restaurants I’ve visited. Service was pedestrian (90mins), no communication and manager (Justyna) has woeful customer care skills. Wish I read some of the previous comments as really wouldn’t have bothered. Think twice.

Didn't want fast food, so popped into Carluccio's for a quick bite. It wasn't busy and we ordered drinks which came very promptly and our food order was taken. Pasta crisps came reasonably promptly and that's where the problem started. Must have been another 20 minutes before our mains came and when they came the order was wrong. Partners ravioli was nice but I had to wait another 30 minutes for my pizza (nothing complicated, right?) Was just about to leave when the pizza arrived. The waiting staff were fine, kept us informed, most the time, but 1 hour 20 minutes for some ravioli and a pizza (eventually) is pretty poor. We did receive reasonable compensation for the inconvenience but we were really expecting better from Carluccio's and will think twice before going again.

Today I was in Bluewater Carluccio’s the seafood linguine was absolutely fantastic, loved the service and atmosphere will definitely be returning.

This place is nice and easy to get to and is a beautifully set restaurant. Considering the Tunbridge Wells branch recently closed, we decided to give this place some love. The service was fantastic and food arrived in record speeds. We chose their small meals offering which definitely wouldn't need bread on top as most dishes arrived with bread included. While being very tasty, I felt that some of the dishes lacked finesse - Unfortunately, I don't mean in the way you'd want from a rustic Italian affair. The bruschetta was possibly the biggest let down here. Sliced tomato quarters from around 8 tomatoes, unseasoned and strewn atop some struggling toast is not how I've ever remembered bruschetta being served. Perhaps I'm not Italian enough to know that is really how they eat it out there. Aside from this dish the food was wonderful for a lunchtime break. I didn't mind the price for most of what I was given and especially considering I didn't stick to their lunch menu offering. I would definitely return again, just don't order the bruschetta!

Decided to call in for a lunch as we've visited many times. We took up on the offer of 50% of main meals and didn't have tobeait long for meals to arrive. We enjoyed our lunches and a big thanks to Tina who served us. We will visit again.

Tina who serviced 12 of us for over 4hours due to a delay in transport was positive, pleasant and professional. She went above and beyond with her service. THANK YOU TINA!

A late lunch that turned out to be afternoon tea … Echo a lot of the comments here about service and slowness of food … not a place to visit if you want to a quick lunch. 15 mins for water (tap) , nearly 45 mins for pasta... (this was after 2pm when the restaurant was only 1/3 full . waitresses seem to try their best, less so for those in the kitchen…pastas on the dry side, tasted bland . Very . mock tails ok. anywhere else in Bluewater would offer a better dining experience ! Wouldn’t bother to come back and I am not sure if many customers will …. Good luck !

A little expensive for what it is, but a good place to eat nevertheless. Make sure to visit at a time where there is an offer so you get better value for money. The pizzas are tasty, the lasagne is also good (although small), the seafood linguine is one of the bigger portions offered and the risotto is a little heavy on the sauce. The desserts are pricey but pretty tasty - the sharing trio attached was particularly delicious!

Diana was our waitress on NYE lunch, we had such a lovely experience from her and made us feel so welcome, can’t wait to go back. Thanks for a wonderful lunch.

Lovely light lunch. Our server Tina was great. Very attentive. The beef carpaccio was delicious and the kids enjoyed the children’s menu. The carbonara pizza was also a hit. We normally visit for breakfast but lunch was also lovely.

It’s always a pleasure to visit here for breakfast on Sunday morning. The food is always great and Christina made us feel welcome. Highly recommended.

Arrived here at 10.30 am and were seated straight away. Our server was Tina, and she was very friendly. We had the full English breakfast, and I had the eggs benidick. Both are very good. I'd prefer mine on English muffins rather than a slice of bread but was still good. Both had juice and cappuccino.
