The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Italian food

Overcrowded and staff overworked. It started well. We had drinks and main course. I went for the three courses for £26.50. Alas the desert just didn't happen. We tried desperately to call attention to order. I even tried ordering via the scan. Nothing, we patiently waited for ages. Finally we gave up and waited by the till to pay. Eventually a waiter arrived and asked if we had a reservation!!! We said no we were disgusted by the poor service and wished to leave. I gave the guy an ear bashing and said " Don't even think about a tip". He gave me my £26.50 off the bill and apologised. We have always had a good time and good service but this was awful. It will take some time before we visit again.

Restaurante italiano realmente muito bom em Londres. Esta unidade é pequena, aconchegante e parece mesmo um cantinho na Itália. O atendimento foi muito bom, pratos bem servidos e deliciosos (recomendo o salmone) e preço justo. Gostei muito!

Bella Italia ya es un conocido que debes comer donde quiera que vayas. Pero este tiene el personal más amable y agradecido de todos los tiempos, particularmente Natalia, es muy amable, atenta y elegante. Ella se asegurará de que disfrutes tu comida y de que no falte nada; además, ¡siempre tiene una sonrisa en su rostro!

Ho cenato in questo posto durante il mio viaggio a Londra con la mia amica celiaca. La cucina italiana e gluten free non ha deluso le aspettative della clientela italiana. Abbiamo preso dei piatti di pasta fresca, ed era assolutamente tutto squisito. Le ricette sono particolari e non banali, il locale accogliente e lo staff super gentile e professionale come si confà a dei professionisti italiani del settore. Ci tornerò

We’ve been to a few zizis and as always food was spot on for a chain. Service was fine. The problem was when the bill came an 18% service charge had been pre populated on the card reader (we were a table of 2 - myself and my daughter - late afternoon / early evening). The waiter stood and watched as he told me I could slide it up or down to increase or decrease the tip. Feeling a little ambushed I left it at 18%. If this is a new across the country practice I will be avoiding Zizzi going forward. Unless you’re not paying a living wage, tipping should be up to the customer and for excellent service - not for doing the bare minimum.

Avoid… food absolutely awful .. not at all authentic, tasted processed.. so disappointing.. toilet dirty and next to kitchen !!!! Restaurant cute different restauranteur and it could be great .. will not return..

Probablemente muchos años desde mi última visita. Esta vez fue antes de un show en el Empire tan temprano para cenar. No demasiado ocupado y tengo que decir frente al personal de la casa acogedor y atento. Teníamos un entrante de queso fondue para compartir que era suficiente seguido de pasta. La pasta fue muy lenta en llegar, pero eso no fue un problema. Uno estaba en una salsa de setas que era bastante acuosa el otro era una carbonara que en realidad no estaba caliente en absoluto y los salchichas de tocino colocados en la parte superior estaban en realidad fríos que aparentemente era como debería ser. Estaba bien, pero no lo suficientemente caliente.

On returning home after dining out with friends on 25th March I was shocked to notice that a charge of £1.50 had been added to the bill as ‘Extras (Ketchup), which agreeably I had requested. I emailed Prezzo’s customer relations as Prezzo were responsible for programming the ordering software to cost in any request that could be made chargeable. Of course Prezzo took the easy option to remain silent. I sent an additional email, again no response, so I emailed their ‘press’ department, again the same very positive response - nothing. So, next I dine at a Prezzo perhaps I better be prepared for any additional possibly additional charges, perhaps tap water or chilli oil.

As usual the service was great and food lovely, we've never had a bad meal here 😀

Nunca me había sentido tan molesto como para escribir una mala crítica sobre nada antes, pero la pizza que pedimos era como masticar tomate - cartón empapado. Si no tuviera hambre/tacaño habría lanzado esa pobre pizza anémica al océano porque sus posibilidades de convertirse en una balsa salvavidas para un hombre que se ahoga son más altas de lo que yo elijo pedir a Bella Italia de nuevo. No sé qué hice para justificar un atentado contra mi vida pero ese bebé está a punto de vencerme. Cuestan más de cinco dólares. En general, una experiencia muy deprimente para mí y mi esposa de jengibre.

Buen ambiente y comida. Oli era genial, muy atento y amable. Buena elección de comida y bebida. Solicité una cabina que tenemos. Gracias.

Decepcionante. Fui a almorzar el domingo. La comida estaba bien, las patatas fritas estaban claramente congeladas, las hamburguesas comestibles. El inodoro, sin embargo, era repugnante, claramente no había sido limpiado ese día. Si este es el estándar habitual, definitivamente no volveremos

Awful! Me and my son had garlic bread then bolognaise and it was absolutely dreadful. The garlic bread was so dry you could barely swallow it. The Bolognaise had hardly any meat at all and the pasta in his was mushy and almost soggy. It was just over £60 for me my husband and my son ! Massive waste of money!

Another visit here today again stunning food and great price,staff first class as always,will be back, nothing is a chore, thanks guys
