Seriously bad, food tasteless, poor service, was told they were fully booked, when they were not. Rude waitress, no customer service terrible customer experience. No atmosphere. As a family with our friends we do not recommend this Prezzo franchise in Haverhill 🫤

We popped in to Prezzo as it was en route and convenient but without high hopes of the chain. What we got was a really pleasant surprise, my pizza and my wife calzone were served piping hot, full of flavour and just very good. Service was excellent with a smiling Isabel, all very good. With the chef and staff they have right now I can only recommend the experience only marked it down as they were very quiet (3pm) so bit of a lack of atmosphere.

Visited this evening. Must be said this was an excellent Prezzo…. However, tonight service was slow, meals no where as good as many previous visits, very few staff. Needs a visit from area manager to sort issues out. Otherwise I am sure this restaurant will go. Come on Prezzo Haverhill we deserve better !

Another poor vist to Haverhill prezzo. Really under staffed, waited over 1 hour for food. Felt really sorry for the 3 girls running around over worked. Kitchen staff stuck in first gear this is the 2nd time recently we have experienced the same issues. I think the area manager needs to address the issues before it becomes another closed restaurant. It's such a shame as it used to be so good before. Will not be returning anymore

Arrived at 6:20, after waiting a long while to be seated with a LOT of free tables, it took an absolute age for 1 starter to be brought out, and then it came out cold in the middle and needed to be redone. The mains were OK. These low scores are based on a very slow service, not hugely knowledge on the food they were to soon be serving and the only starter being brought out cold.

Absolutely fantastic. The food was delicious and plent of it (had to take home roughly half of our meal). The service was excellent. We had the calamari and stretched garlic bread to start, and the calamari was the best we had tasted for a very long time. The garlic bread was also lovely. For our main we had the tuna pizza and the chicken alfrado pasta. Both were absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. Our servicer, the GM, was very attentive and lovely. She was talkative, had a great sense of humor and a smile, which makes all the diference. We will definitely go here again when we are next down that way.

Went tonight for sons birthday , my mum ordered a burrata for starter and received a mozzarella when we questioned it they said they had run out if burrata , mum then got the wrong salad for main course , my son and daughters burgers were cremated and my daughter was struggling to eat it as it tasted so burnt , she had to ask for a glass of water , I had the sage chicken which should have come with potatoe al forno , I recieved a jacket potatoe , when I questioned it I was told they don’t do potatoe al forno and that it’s a hassle back potatoe which was not stated on the menu , the sauce the chicken came with had no taste at all , I said it was false advertising to try and give my mum the wrong cheese and get away with it and to give me a sliced jacket potatoe knowing full well they don’t do what it says on the menu , she said she has had loads of complaints , I said it should be taken off the menu and my mum should have been told that they had run out of the cheese that was ordered . The whole birthday evening for my son was spoilt , the young lady said we did not have to pay for any of the food as it was a complete disaster ! Prezzo has really gone down hill , it used to be my favourite restaurant but sadly I will not be returning ever again .

Had a really good quick lunch in Prezzo Haverhill. I had Crab ravioli and my son had a pepperoni pizza. The ravioli was cooked perfect - Al dente with a good balance of flavour. The pizza was crisp, lights and digestible. The best aspect of the meal was our waitress Georgia. She was helpful, energetic and extremely friendly - real good. All in all highly recommend: )

The food was fine and the restaurant was busy when we arrived. However, whilst the service staff were friendly, sadly the service was extremely slow and error strewn. Drinks took ages to arrive, a main course was wrong and had to be switched and despite the restaurant quietening significantly towards the end of the evening, empty plates were left on our table and we waited to order desserts, whilst other staff ignored us and cleaned and relaid vacant tables. One of our children ordered a lemon & basil trip drink. We didn't realise this contains CBD and is not suitable for children. Fortunately we realised before much had been drunk - how can this be in the soft drinks section?? As the final straw the errant main was added to the bill alongside the new one and had to be asked to be removed. It's fair to say we won't be returning soon!

I ordered my pizza before going to cineworld to see 2 fast 2 furious, couldn't wait as I'm a huge Paul Walker fan, we finally ate our meals only to find out that Paul Walker had died sometime between the calamari and the second round of drinks. The worst service I recall in years, by a long distance (!) Myself, wife, an infant and a toddler. Sunday tea time, not busy. Waited an hour and fifteen minutes for our meal - had obviously been forgotten about. Had to chase this. Turned up eventually. They’d forgotten the side. Had to chase - though had largely finished the main when this turned up, and it wasn’t what we ordered. Had assumed it would be reasonably easy to order a drink. Did this when chasing the main - finally got that after finishing my meal. Made a general complaint. Didn’t serve much of a purpose, as we still had to chase up desserts for the children (after being promised these would be timely). The whole thing would have been irritating *without* an infant and a toddler, much less fun when they don’t understand and are completely confined and bored. Utter rubbish. Won’t be returning in a hurry.

We decided to book Prezzo at the last min thing at 16:30 on a Sunday, when we got there there was only 3 or 4 tables being used, so we expected quite a quick service. We had to wait until we prompted them that we would like to order some drinks, again had to wait 15 mins for a bottle of wine, which was just placed on table and not opened or served. Our starter was good, but when our mains was served my partner mac and cheese was done in a microwave and would of been like a cake when turned out. My spag bowl was asked for without cheese, but was served with cheese, and when taken away the same dish was returned with cheese, but we got there in the end. We was offered complementary coffee but these never come. we did get 50% of the food bill, but the experience was poor and the staff was without interest. Maybe just above a Wetherspoons but expensive,

went in for dinner with family everyone seemed lovely at the start, not many people working even though it was quite busy two young woman seemed so exhausted and over worked, an older lady came and took our order and was awkwardly walking round the table when taking our order leaning into us and just weirdly getting way to close for comfort. food was lovely though really enjoyed the food when we asked for the bill a young man seemed confused and was quite rude when we was paying our bill. overall the other staff was lovley just seemed like a couple more workers would of helped out.

It's a better of the prezzos we've visited. Managed to get booked in at the last minute which was great. Staff was very attentive and polite, very prompt on orders considering it looked busy. Food was as prezzo provides... A lil plain but presented well. The only draw back was my daughters meal took a lil longer to come out but the manager gave us a 20% discount for the delay.

We had a lovely meal here celebrating a family birthday. I had the calamari with pesto mayonnaise sauce for a starter which was really tasty and nicely cooked. Others shared the Antipasto Sharing Board which was Italian cured meats (prosciutto, coppa di Parma and salami Milano) with mozzarella and tomato salad, hummus, house olives and freshly baked garlic bread. That was really nice too. Our main course dishes of pizzas and pasta were all enjoyed.

A year had passed since our last extremely disappointing visit and we received a voucher as compensation. SO, we naturally assumed there would be ample opportunity for some improvement after a year. Sadly this was not the case. Although there was a slight improvement in the service it was the mains that was a complete let-down The salmon dish didn't even look or taste like salmon! But had the look and taste of mackerel! The sauce tasted like a heinz beans sauce...bland and flavourless. You would think that with other local dining places in the vicinity to choose from this one had the opportunity to improve after a year, but alas, this was not the case. We will, unfortunately, not be returning.

Like so many other reviewers, a pre Covid trip to Prezzo in Haverhill was for us an absolute pleasure. Fantastic customer service, consistently high quality good food and well maintained facilities all made for an enjoyable evening for couples and families. Post Covid, our first visit was the exact opposite. Unprepared for our booking, taking ages to serve, food missing and some cold. Customer service was lacking entirely and loos were not clean. We were SO disappointed. Speaking to friends they were experiencing the same. I had some unused Tesco Prezzo vouchers worth £20 which were just about to expire. My autistic daughter has just finished her latest mocks and we were going to go to Prezzo to celebrate but she was too anxious to go. We decided to order a take away but when I came to pay there was no option to use the vouchers. I tried ringing to check up on how to do this. The automated service told me my call would be answered soon, how important my call was and how they were sorry my call wasn't being answered. Eventually the option to speak to someone was no longer an option. I rang again. And again. And again.. until I had tried to call 10 times! Still no answers. So. .. I went to the restaurant. I thought it would be very busy but only 4 tables were occupied. The manager said they had not heard the phone, could not explain why the phone system options stopped being options, and told me there was no way he could accept thd vouchers for a take away. Against my better judgement but with no wish to disappoint my daughter, I went ahead with order. It was on time!! But sadly only one meal lived up to expectations. My calzone was floppy with claggy dough. As for the pathetic portion of fries for £4.25. I took a photo. It is so sad to see this once excellent restaurant fall so far. No more chances from us. Maybe someone will take it on who cares about the customers and the food but at the moment it isn't worth considering.

This Prezzo has slid so far downhill it's no longer tenable. We had bland, drab, grainy Bolognese, and risotto that was so crunchy it had to be returned. An argumentative waiter contested the number of glasses we needed, which was odd because we didn't care. Terrible food presentation topped it off. At least the risotto return was handled well, and a big chunk was cut from our bill - although we'd have preferred good food and service.

Crunchy risotto had to be returned. Bland, grainy Bolognese was endured. Presentation was poor, wine was banged on the table without pouring, parmesan is now ordered in advance and added in the kitchen (how stingy is that?), and we had a mini row with the wine guy over the number of glasses required (odd, since we didn't care). We had 35% knocked off our bill, which was welcome (although everyone else had "coupons" or "Tesco vouchers" - it's a 'never pay full price' place, and we were asked twice what discounts we had). We won't be back. There's a great new, independent Turkish place nearby...

The first thing we were greeted with when we arrived was a member of staff telling us it had been a really tough day. This probably should have been a warning sign for us! We asked for a table for 2 with a highchair. We were shown to a table but we had to get the highchair ourselves. Our drinks order was taken by the most unenthusiastic member of staff. He didn't know what a Pimm's was and we had to direct him to it on the menu. He came back to say they no longer offer Pimm's and that the pale ale I'd ordered also wasn't available. I asked if the other pale ale on the menu was available to which the response was "I don't think so, no". I asked if the children's menu, main course only, would be cheaper than the advertised £7 something for 3 courses. "Yes" was the answer, but upon checking the answer changed to no. The garlic bread starter that arrived was not the one we ordered so we had to wait for the correct one. The calamari starter was wet and soggy and pretty poor in flavour in all honesty. We both went for pasta main courses. Both were abnormally scolding hot, and both were bland with tonnes of pasta but minimal chicken, peppers, tomato etc. We had to get cutlery from another table as this wasn't offered. We finished our drinks before our main course arrived, but weren't offered more until we'd finished our mains. Honeycomb cheesecake is normally a pretty guaranteed tasty desert at Prezzo, but on this occasion it was warm, and the cheesecake base was wet and soggy. One toilet out of service. In the toilet that was available the soap dispenser was hanging off the wall. Old dusty pasta on the floor where we were sat and some sort of old bolognese sauce splashes on the banquette seating we were sat at. Service generally was poor, except for one girl that actually seemed to care about customers. The rest were unfortunately unenthusiastic, unknowledgeable, and unwelcoming. We've been to this site before and had a good experience, but after today we won't be returning to this particular one.

Love to visit a Prezzo. We had not been here before as last time it was still being built. Easy to find and get parked up..we booked early evening on Easter Sunday. We arrived early but this wasn't a problem and we seated immediately. After ordering drinks, we soon selected starters , mains and sides! All freshly made and lovely...squid, spicy prawns and hummus, pepperoni pizzas and risotto to follow and garlic cheesy bread! Yum!

I live in Italy and this place was a disgrace to our Italian culture. The pizza was sweet and would remind you of a two day old Pizza Hut pizza. Pasta tasted like it was microwaved and had zero taste. The waiters were polite and nice but the atmosphere was awful, loud music, nosy children, and annoying dinner mates. It was way overpriced. I paid 65 pounds for 4 dishes. Awful. Bathrooms were nice but small and built for people under 5’5. Overall it was very not good

Two light bulbs out above our table made it very difficult to see the menu. Torch on phone became very handy. Vegetarian options it seems are stuff that is pretending to be meat and is to be blunt, horrible! My fault entirely as the young lady who served me didn't know what the vegetarian option was when I asked her and I took a gamble hoping I'd get actual vegetables, mushrooms aubergine, onions..... Friendly service but would be nice if staff knew what's on the menu! Would also be nice if lights worked.

Food is lovely and staff are very friendly and helpful. My one comment would be that when busy it’s difficult to hear people on your table talk. It’s quite an open place with nothing to buffer the noise.

I've visited twice in the last 2 months and both times there was unavailability on a few items on the menu first time was on a Sunday (presumed busy weekend, so acceptable) second time was on Friday night. No spag bol, no vanilla ice cream, no sorbet?? Both nights the main meals for our table were delivered at different times, so much so we had to start eating before all meals arrived as the food would have been cold if not. Staff doing their best, but definitely gone downhill.

Saw that Bills was closing, which is a terrible shame as a favourite brunch spot of mine and my partners for the great gluten free options, so on Saturday 29th July we popped in for brunch. In the past we would always be warmly welcomed at the front. On this occasion we waited at the front for a few minuets with no sign of any staff. A few minutes later a young waitress walks down the steps, looks at us and then starts clearing a table, but putting items on a tray. She then looks at us again, then walks over to another table to ask how their food is, then returns to clearing the table. She looks at us again and finally decides to walk over after ignoring us for close to 5 minuets, it’s now been nearly ten minuets since we walked in! She walks over “table for two?” - I reply “Yes please” and I continue to say “one gluten allergy” but she interrupted me and said “just a second” before picking up two menus and walking off without us. My partner and I looked at each other and both said “nope” and we walked out. Service at Bills in the past was always superb. Always asked for allergies at the door and seated quickly. Which given service charge is included you’d expect. On this occasion is was severely lacking, I assume in part due to staff being aware the store is closing and there no longer being a reason to care about standards. We walked to Edmundos instead, we were greeted within seconds of walking in and as soon as we said a table for two the following question was “any allergies?” For me as someone with Coeliac this immediately settles me. The food was also great. Shame to lose bills, but thankfully Edmundos is there and doing a great job.

I recently visited Rustico’s with my fiancé for what was meant to be a lovely final meal before heading home, but unfortunately, it was far from that. The customer service was virtually non-existent. We felt like we were an inconvenience rather than valued guests. The food was equally disappointing. We was told that there was no pizza available so I ordered pasta, and it was overly cheesy to the point of being inedible. Beyond that, the flavor was bland and uninspired—definitely not what you’d expect from an Italian restaurant. It was a frustrating way to end our trip, but at least one silver lining is that we won’t be returning to Rustico’s. I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for quality food or service.

If you want warm white wine and lots on the menu that’s unavailable, then this is the place for you. We arrived at 6pm and the restaurant was empty but the girl pointed at a table we could have, when we could have sat anywhere! We were served white wine un-chilled / limited menu/ no chilli oil/ had to ask for cutlery and pepper, and this looked to be a hassle. The girl behind the bar seemed fed up and I asked for chilli oil 3 times and eventually she said they did not have any without telling me this. Felt bad for the boy waiter as he was apologising for all the failures that had occurred. We were also told the restaurant was busy dealing with the tables outside (there were only two covers). Can’t believe the pizzeria doesn't open until 5pm and they don’t have basic ingredients to fill the menu and the wine is not chilled. Call me old fashioned, but the customer is the customer and we are all paying a bill at the end of the night and expect good service and a smile. Food was actually nice but not an enjoyable experience. Lucy did not make us feel welcome. :-(
