Prezzo - Bury St Edmunds in St Edmundsbury

A very pleasant evening. With good food and excellent service, especially from Adam.

We booked a 1 pm slot and just as well as the town and this place was crammed! Tried to order my usual NZ Sauvignon Blanc only to be told that they only do an Italian Sauvignon Blanc. What! The Italians are not known for SV. We ordered the Merlot which was very nice and served at spot on temperature. Had spaghetti with prawns and it was served hot on a nice warm plate. I think they overdid the chilli just a tad though. Partner had a very acceptable pizza. He had sticky toffee pud which was very good. I had the strawberry sundae which was fine but very scarce on the cream. Kings Lyn serve the best sundaes. Although the restaurant was full if you get organised your food and drink comes quickly. When you are shown to your table order your drinks straight away. When they bring the drinks give your food order. Worked a treat. No waiting. The team worked hard and everyone seemed to be enjoying the food as did we. I asked for a sample of the Italian SV and we both agreed that yes, the Italians cannot do SV. At £31 a bottle don’t waste your money ,it’s like nothing I have ever tasted before and nothing I ever want to try again. Can’t fault the staff here just bring back the NZ SV.

Food served Luke warm. Dangerous served fish and meat temperatures can lead to various ailments from bacteria caused serving food which has an ambient temperature. Starters and mains lacked seasoning and flavour. We left most of our main and feel sick. These are a national chain with clearly no quality control and the just don’t care what they dish up. Everything is just cheap. Staff were loverly. Last time for us.

The food was lovely and staff as well apart of manager. She was rude..I ask her a few times about 1 scoop of ice cream for my son dessert..I told her we are in rush(our parking time was almost run out),we had to wait 30 minutes for this. At the end she was lying that we waited 5 minutes..no apology and definitely not good attention to customers.

We had the lobster ravioli ad 'nduja gnocchi - both delicious. Service was fast and friendly, atmosphere was relaxed.

Food was very salty and came out cold asked 'waiter' for one drink something different came out even had to ask for a glass to pour it into won't be rushing back anytime soon

I had high hopes for a nice lunch when I saw Italian sausages with a lentil ragu. In my head I pictured fat juicy sausages sat on a bed of lentil ragu. Unfortunately my dream was dashed, I received three sausage’s in a bowl with a starter bowl of ragu, yes, a starter bowl a six year old could have eaten. The ragu was really nice but the sausages were so overcooked they were inedible and I sent them back. The next lot turned up which were equally as tough and inedible but this time the waiter said there wouldn’t be any charge for these which is great as I would not have paid £19.99 for something as bad as that. We’re talking about a sausage here, how can a “chef” not be able to cook a sausage? (Top tip - grill at medium heat and use a food thermometer until a temperature of 74c is reached, that way you will have an “edible sausage” ) … simple. I do wonder if Prezzo has become a Wetherspoons where the food is shipped in and microwaved to within a millimetre of its life or a meter over in this case. The other thing that concerned me was the communal chunk of parmesan that was on the bar in a plastic container. If you wanted parmesan it was a free for all for the staff to pick this cheesy hunk up and grind it over your dinner, no wrapper or anything, just the same hands that are touching everything else from money to cleaning tables, then every staff member is pawing over this poor hunk of cheese then back it goes over and over again. Needless to say i declined. Choose wisely is my advice and avoid the sausages. Have fun. I will say that the staff were nice though and all very polite On a positive

Had an early lunch there today . Service was OK but do they need a manager!! Food was ok , with the exception to the lasagne, have had better ready meals !!!

Had a few meals here now over the years and each time the decor has changed ever so slightly. It's probably the best it's ever looked currently and feels very modern. Staff were fantastic, though our last visit was extremely busy and they could have arguably done with one or two extra hands. Despite one too many tables to manage, our service was fantastic and very welcoming. Not easy to remain calm and attentive when you've got lots of orders to manage, so the waiters deserve a lot of credit here. Food has always been great here. Never had a problem. Would highly recommend a visit if you're in the area. It's a lovely place to enjoy a meal.

I had smoked salmon pasta and the portion was tiny. Overpriced.

Ok it’s a Prezzo - hardly a Michelin-starred restaurant. But we found it to be a pleasant experience, with helpful servers who seemed to enjoy doing their job, a convivial atmosphere, and decent food. The only disappointment was the garlic bread, which was quite dry. Price-wise, we ended up with £90 for two, including a bottle of modest vino, a dessert, and a tip. Not exactly cheap, but not too bad these days.

Good food delivery and polite people but unhappily very cold food we have come out for my mums birthday and she is very disappointed in the food because she was very excited but after she tasted the food it was freezing cold and now she has lost her appetite so we shall be going somewhere else… thsi is very disappointing!

We had two servers today Louisa and Megan. They were lovely and were really working hard around the restaurant, friendly service, wonderful food and staff a must come dine and if you have these girls tip them! It will make your day just as they will make your experience.

I was really disappointed when after paying my delivery time changed from 45 mins to 90 mins!! Bit for a good meal I was willing to wait. However, when the stone cold cardboard pizza turned up I was so disappointed.. I paid extra for chicken on one of the pieces which was barely evident. Absolutely shocking. Prezzo used to be brilliant but we'd have been better off at the kebab shop and saved £30 too!! Shocking

I ordered 2 pizzas through Just Eat and was initially a bit disappointed when after paying the delivery time changed from 45 mins to 90 mins (1.5hrs) But I was happy to accept that for a good meal. However, when the pizzas arrived they were stone cold and like cardboard.. I also paid extra for chicken but it had barely a couple of pieces chucked on! This is totally unacceptable and really disappointing. I called the restaurant to see how they could rectify this and was left on hold for 15 mins..

Food was wonderful and staff were great until the lady serving us finished for the evening. 3 young men left working all sat around a coffee machine making a hot chocolate for themselves! Eating food in the kitchen but not coming to the table to check us. Had to go up to ask for dessert menu. 20 minutes later in a restaurant with only 2 other tables they were still laughing joking and drinking at the bar. Paid and left. Very unprofessional. Food that we did receive was lovely though.

I'm still trying to work out what was Italian about my vegetarian burger. This has to be the blandest meal I've eaten this century, i recommend sticking to the pizza!

Haven’t been for a while, very different to what it used to be. Currently the staff don’t wear a prezzos uniform, just jeans, t-shirt and trainers! The food came out quickly but it’s not as I remember. I had the spaghetti bolognese which actually tasted very similar to what comes out of a Heinz can! The rest of our party were equally unexcited by their meals, including our children who were unimpressed with their hot cucumber and pepper veggie sticks that had been left under the heat lamp! A real shame.

Poor quality food pizza had hardly any chicken on it ,no balsamic vinegar gone down hill since the last time I went there never again

Hadn’t been to Prezzo for a number of years ,wish we hadn’t bothered. Expensive bland food, chicken carbonara £19 two to three pieces of chicken no flavour to it dry , Tesco’s microwaveable carbonara had more flavour. Pesto dish with chicken was salty, inedible. Small portion of lasagne no side salad or anything to go with it. Then they slap 10% service charge on top. Did get money back on my meal , my daughter had her meal changed . Overpriced for what it is certainly will not be going back , far better restaurants around. Surprised they are still going to be honest.

Absolutely fantastic interior! The staff were very caring for the duration of the experience, and everything extremely smooth, having ordered a pasta with king prawns, which was absolutely delicious. Would definitely recommend visits upon your next visit here!

Ordered the Carbonara with chicken. The chicken was £3. My pasta had ONE bite sized piece of chicken. It also was chewy & bland. The Carbonara lacked flavor as well. Not worth the price at all.

Have visited Prezzo with my friend in a number of occasions as she has a discount card. We had booked a table and the restaurant was rather full when we arrived. We were greeted by staff but were kept waiting for over 5 minutes before we were shown to our table. We ordered our drinks and I ordered a ‘Porn Star Martini’ as my friend had another voucher for buy for cocktail get another one free. Ten minutes later we were told the hadn’t got any cocktail mix so I couldn’t have the cocktail I ordered. So I ordered a wine instead. That took another 10 minutes to arrive. We had our order taken after I advised Mackenzie our waiter that we were read to ordered our meals. When they arrived my friend’s chicken was undercooked. I called a female waitress over and spoke to her quietly and told her that the chicken was still raw in the middle. She took is away and offered my friend another meal. This was accepted by my friend. How ordered something else. However, we did. It appreciate the manager coming over to us afterwards with the chicken all shredded on the plate stating that it was cooked and that my friend would not get ill from what she had eaten. This was clearly a lie. The uncooked chicken had been removed and just the remaining chicken around the edges was shown in the plate and threaded into pieces and my friend stated that that wasn’t all the chicken from her meal. She did received another meal and we weren’t charged for her meal. Slow service, poor food and a rude manageress. The restaurant was clearly understaffed and the other two waiters/waitresses were working very hard. Prezzos sort your act out. You have good staff working there but need more if you are going to entertain large numbers.

We went for dinner last night arrived at 7. Recieved our starters at 8:15 and continued to be slow from there. Unfortunately a table of 16 arrived and somebody from the staff forgot to get a preorder for that table so everyone else had to wait whilst they dealt with them 2 tables behind us left without receiving their orders. No-one came back to check on us or see if we needed more drinks. The food was tasty, the staff were trying there best Unfortunately they just didn't have enough staff on. 3 1/2 hours for food is just unacceptable.

We have eaten here twice now for take out and they’ve never got my order correct. It’s not hard to add mushrooms and pepperoni to a pizza. Instead that’s all they gave me and then charged me extra for it. We won’t be going back.

The food was terrible the service terrible and the prices for drinks were extortionate. No way were the young staff to blame they were trying there best. The manager was not present. How low has prezzo’s dropped

Food great as usual .Service young man first contact could not have been more helpful if it had just been him would have marked service as5 the female staff let him down .On leaving there were 3 customers waiting at bar because bills were not brought to tables everybody moaning about slow service.Atmosphere non existent due to lack of customers. Which was not surprising as we were told when we were9 miles away that there were no tables available for an hour

Unfortunately a very poor experience, over priced, small portions and given mouldy olives!! Has put me off Prezzos now 🤢

Shocking service when out with family

Honestly some shocking service in here 😑 There was about 5 people in the whole place when we arrived. We stood there and stood there waiting to be seated. All 3 members of staff looked at us and just left us standing there. In the end I had to ask to be seated. Nobody asked if our meal was ok. The plates took ages to be cleared. Never experienced a Prezzo like it. Seeming nobody was in there, the level of customer care was shocking.

Having visited at lunch today 12:40 , the restaurant was half empty, I was refused admission because they were due to become busy at 13: 00 I am surprised that they can afford to turn trade away , especially as I passed by at 1: 30 and there were many vacant tables !

Visited on a Sunday evening and my experience was the worst. The restaurant was understaffed and they were more focused on deliveroo/ just eat orders going out the door in minutes than their paying customers. The staff barely came to our table, service was slow, the food was not fresh and I had a hair on my pizza. Shocking restaurant, I will not be recommending this to anyone

Food was rubbish over priced .would never return I recommend everyone to save there money and give it a big miss .

Make sure you have time to spare here. Took 20 mins to just be acknowledged by the wait staff and order some drinks which only occurred because we initiated the contact. Food was almost 90 mins and was mediocre at best. Definitely wouldn't bother here again.

Booked a table only to be informed its card only. The choice of payment should be left with the customer. Fortunately found a local restaurant which allows the customer to choose payment method.

We came here as a group of nine, after many years of not going, but hoped it would be as good as we remembered. Sadly not. The food took over an hour to arrive and when it did, many of our dishes were luke warm and adult portions looked the same size as child portions. The taste was nothing special - I could have made better bolognese and carbonara sauce at home to be honest. So disappointing as this used to be one of our favourite restaurants many years ago.

Wedding anniversary meal completely ruined by the long wait for food. We waited nearly an hour and there were only 6-8 other people in the restaurant. We will not be going back.

Greeted when arrived and seated promptly. Waitresses were friendly and took food and drinks orders promptly. I ordered the Devonshire crab linguine (gluten free version with fusilli) and this was very disappointing. It was dry and bland and for £17.95 there were only a couple of flakes of crab in the whole dish which seemed a rip off. I ate a bit but then spoke to the manager to complain. He tried to explain away the lack of crab and blamed the gluten free pasta for it being bland! He did offer to take it off the bill but did not offer for me to order anything else. We were made to feel like we had to pay and leave so we promptly left (still hungry). Prezzo used to so lovely and welcoming but this was very disappointing and I won’t be going back anytime soon.

Very good and tasty food, with reasonably quick service. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and we had a good experience here. Would happily return again.

It’s difficult to comment on the food because we waited over ten minutes after being seated and no one even acknowledged us let alone asked if we would like a drink. We were one of only three tables seated in the entire restaurant so it is unclear why no one was able to serve us. We decided to leave and even as we got up to go no one bothered to approach us to ask why or to apologise for the poor service. On the plus side, it meant we went and had a nice meal somewhere else.

Just cheap offers with small tiny portions and cheap wine all probably made in a central production unit and transported here in a chill truck. Came here first years ago when it was great and before the menu changed to one which is now cheap stodgy food and not much of it. The staff are nice. I didn’t complain, what’s the point? Are they going to change the culture of the entire menu for me? Of course not. It’s now just a sad reflection of what it used to be. I don’t know but it’s probably just another chain Restaurant owned by private finance where those in charge are money grabbing accountants rather that professional restauranteurs

Our server, Rosie, was very kind and efficient. My friend has a nut allergy and herself and the manager made sure to provide a nut-free menu. We the service was also quick and we didn’t have to wait long to order or get our bill. Food was great, but the pizza was a bit spicy for me

Had a good meal with a group of friends. All our dishes were delicious and served fresh, good service and very nice atmosphere. We had desserts which were also very yummy. One of our party is gluten free and he was able to get gf dishes too. Will go again.

All good, quick and easy and not to costly for a quick pop in and bite to eat.

The margarita pizza was so deliciously cheesy and tasted amazing the strawberry lemonades were refreshing specially on a hot summers day. The staff were friendly and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere. I highly recommend coming to this prezzo.

Disgusting behavior treating people the way you do .... Boycotted

Of all the places to eat in BSE this would be bottom of my list, table booked for two adults and two children who both had the child’s menu which was ok. I had the calzone which was nice but I wouldn’t have called hot in temperature, my wife had a pasta dish which was cold in the middle, we called over the waiter and let him know. He apologised and took it away. A few minutes later returned with the same dish which had obviously been microwaved, food had no sauce and was dry. Very poor, I did complain and it was removed from the total bill but that’s not really the point. How about cooking fresh.

Very busy Friday Night. Good atmosphere, customers all seemed happy. We had pizza & beers. As it was very busy, food was a little slow to arrive, but our waiter, James, was great! Excellent service!

I went here today with my mother, my son, and my partner. I am profoundly Deaf, so going out is anxiety-inducing for me, even with people with me. Our server was super friendly, really clearly spoken, and the service was fantastic. She made my elderly mother very happy and she was chatty & fun, putting me at ease. The food was excellent. I definitely recommend it.

Prezzo is probably my favourite Italian restaurant and this branch did not disappoint. All the staff that we had dealings with were very courteous and helpful and the food was spot on. The establishment itself was spotlessly clean which is important to me. I can definitely recommend a visit to this restaurant.

Party of nine for early evening meal. Seated in the back part or the restaurant. Decor nice in the restaurant. Drink’s and food orders taken quickly. Food arrived in a reasonable time all looked good all good and said tasted nice. Mine was on the cool side the chicken tasted nice but a bit dry and over cooked but still OK. They restaurant allowed us to serve our brought in cake and supplied plates and forks. Shame the restaurant was using one table as an office with staff using it and another for bag and coats. Saying that a good restaurant with decent food. See pic of some of the food.

Summary: Dreadful poor food for a high price with exaggerated menu descriptions that don’t match what we were served. If you are looking for a good restaurant in Bury St Edmunds then visit one of the many others in the town. --- Date of visit: 31st December 2023. Evening meal with family. Having booked a table for my family and invited my elderly parents to join us we were looking forward to a nice meal out at Prezzo in Bury St Edmunds. However, the evening turned into an embarrassment due the woefully poor and expensive meal my father received, together with the substandard and again expensive meals that my wife chose for herself and my 3 year old daughter. Please see the images attached. Described as “generously filled with crab and lobster” the ‘Crab & Lobster Ravioli’, costing £17.95 arrived on a cold plate with just 12 pieces of ravioli on (meaning each ravioli piece cost £1.50) that were bordering on cold and had very little filling in. Surprised by how little was on his plate but not wanting to cause a fuss and potentially ruin the evening my father decided to tried some, but soon stop describing it as “disgusting” and “the worst ravioli meal he has ever had”. Upon trying some for ourselves, we too were surprised and disappointed with just how poor the ravioli was, being rubbery, cold with no detectable taste of any crab or lobster in. Disappointed we called the Manager over who apologised and removed the meal from the bill. However, my wife’s meal ‘Spaghetti with Devon Crab & Chilli’ again for £17.95 was not much better and certainly not worth the money we paid, but again not wanting to cause a fuss decided to leave it. Having visited several Prezzo restaurants many years ago in London I was looking forward to a meal out with my family, but if this is a representation of how Prezzo restaurants are today then they have gone noticeably downhill and are certainly not worth visiting.

Absolutely disgusting food today and service was rushed and not helpful hadn't finished starters and they bring out the mains one main was there tuscan sausages (3) on a bed of lentils which was more like a lake of oil and for £18.50 felt really ripped off not going back there anymore

No anchovies for my pizza. Yes, they are on the menu! No Tiramizu, suppose to be part of the Christmas deal. Not told until after we had been left to make our choice. NO COFFEE! the machine was broken, only told on ordering, no offer of an instant coffee. Ain't got none! The waitress was sweet and pleasant but desperately needed customer service training. The meal was very expensive , the food straight out of Icelands. This is not typical of other Prezzos we have been to, but spoilt our family reunion, and it will be a while before we return.

Overpriced for what the food is, same for drinks. Nearly £7 for a beer, that's London prices...I paid that at the Royal Albert Hall. Service was very slow, even though the place was 85% empty. Two mains came out lukewarm. Even had to go to the bar to pay the tab after receiving the bill as we were waiting so long. Not good.

The most wonderful and amazing staff here! Food was impeccable, can not fault it. Highly recommend any of the cheesecakes for dessert or the chocolate orange one😍 Imacculate restaurant, friendly staff with nothing ever being too much trouble, spacious, welcoming and all round GREAT place! We arrived at restaurant given a standard menu ,no Christmas menu was give until we asked , my startef was nice , as for my chicken burger it was that dry and over cooked i could not eat it , dessert was ok but very small in size , other people in our party had also complained to the waitress on how dry and over cooked the chicken was but we got no feed back from the chef , cutlery especially the knife was so blunt you couldn't cut your food up , dont think i would visit agzin again.

Visited for a family lunch before Christmas, honestly i don't think i would return nor who I was with. When arriving we were only given the standard menu even though they had a 2/3 course festive menu available ad also a bottomless brunch menu, both which we ad to ask for. There was minimal staff serving considering is was a Saturday lunch time in December so being served by one server was quite long winded and she could of been quite new as she had to go back to other staff behind bar and ask various questions we had asked. She only took half our drinks order before leaving the table. She was ok with our food order and to be fair we were quite indecisive and it did take a little while hence why we gave her a lovely tip ! The food itself was mixed reviews by our party of 7 The Goats cheese and Aubergine Bruschetta was too overloaded with cheese and underwhelmed with aubergine and honey drizzle. The mains was a consensus, everyone who had the chicken remarked how dry it was we even let the waitress know but there was no feedback from the kitchen, we had to ask for additional white wine sauce becasue it was so dry but by time it finally arrived most of us had tried best we could to get through the chicken meal before it went cold and what I will say when the sauce did arrive the wine content was still so strong the alcohol content of it had obviously not been cooked off. The desserts although nice were very measly in portion size and if i had brought this nt in the festive offer I would of expected a bigger portion. Overall a little let down by the lunch but catching up with family was lovely and the waitress did a marvelous job.

We booked a table for 2 on Sunday afternoon at 1pm . Nice little table was offered in the middle of the place so all was going well ....then it came to ordering!!! Our first 2 choices were unavailable, this being lasagne and spag bol .... we got a couple of drinks then perused the menu again. The waiter came back after a while to take our order and guess what ???? They didn't have that either... with that we said don't bother drank our drinks ( which the manageress kindly gave us ) and went to McDonald's. It's frustrating when these damn chain restaurants who were bleating during lock down about this and that can't organise a pxxs up in a brewery.

Highly recommended for big groups! We booked a large group event with 30 people plus another 10! The staff were absolutely perfect from the start, helping us preorder, catering personally for a member of the party with allergies, helping us make the bill as easy as possible. Every course came out with the names on the list so people knew what food they'd ordered, the staff were smiley and helpful the whole evening :) Couldn't ask for more.

We had a large group of 30 + 10 on another table and the team were epic! I can't praise them enough how well they dealt with everything and kept smiling all night. So impressed. We'll be booking Christmas next year too!! Xxx

It is really sad to have to write this review, Prezzo BSE was one of my go to restaurants for an evening meal, but since Kevin sadly died a few years back the restaurant has declined rapidly. It was often almost impossible to book a table if you left it too late, at 8.30pm there were under ten tables occupied, which was significantly different from the other restaurants we passed on the way there. My friend ended up with her FOURTH choice, so basically having something that she did not really want, which was surprising as the restaurant was virtually empty. When the two meals arrived I was actually shocked with the quality and presentation of the food. I immediately asked to see the manager. A young girl duly arrived at our table to whom I expressed my displeasure at the apparent lack of choice and the quality and presentation of the food. To be fair, she did accept my criticism and we were offered a free drink. We also passed comment on the empty tables still laden with empty glasses and plates of uneaten food, despite the fact that there were plenty of staff with obviously very little to do. So all in all a very poor experience and I do not see us going back there in the foreseeable future.

Overpriced for the quality of food provided. Service team was amazing and the atmosphere was nice.

We went for my daughters birthday with the family. They had been told when we booked the table, but they seemed understaffed, and they just didn't do anything to make us feel special. I'm glad we used the taste card to get a discount as the price without it was far too high.

My only criticism was the temperature of my meal. It had cooled, I think, as it stood on the serving hatchback awaiting the completion of my wife's meal, otherwise all was very enjoyable.

Service was quick and clean place. Flat bread with starter was burnt, did mention it to the Waitresses but they just said chef needs to do better but did say sorry. Apart from that a lovely place to dine.

Bury isn't spoiled for good places to eat out, Prezzos is not bad. We had a very nice ravioli and ragu. Both tasty and served pretty quickly. Value isn't great, and I wouldn't buy too many pints there! Although it's a decent place to eat, it doesn't have much atmosphere but I'd be happy to go back.

Went for dinner, reserved table. Please wait here to be seated. Staff rushing past avoiding eye contact doing other things. The place was overwhelmed and impossibly slow. I presume most of the kitchen staff had failed to turn in, because the waiting staff were turning...

It's been a while since I went here, it's so nice and the food is delicious. My daughter has her bday here too with her friends.

Booked for lunch and service by Kirsty and Rosie who were friendly and chatty. They made us feel very welcome. The service was excellent. As the food looked really delicious we dived in and forgot to take photos. Will do next time we are in Bury St Edmunds.

The food was freshly cooked and tasty. We went at lunchtime and the service was good. Very nice

£18 for chicken carbonara no garlic bread on the side! My 15 grandson was left still hungry! He finished off his little brothers burger. I appreciate things are more expensive however this was far too expensive!

Visited on Bank Holiday Monday and we were seated and served quickly by friendly staff. I love Prezzo’s vegan spaghetti bolognese and it was fabulous as always.

I had a caesar salad with chicken. The chicken was fine an enough of it, however, there were no croutons or bacon buts, there was quite a bit if cucumber and not a lot if lettuce, didn't really notice any parmesan and there was barely any sauce. Not the best caesar salad by any means, but it was a salad!!! Staff were great and very patient and attentive

Came here to eat with my mum and mother in law and daughters. As we came in and waited to be sat three members of staff stood behind the bar chatting and none of them acknowledged us, after about a minute the girl walked out and picked up the menus still not saying a word or even looking at us until she was directly infront of us. She then sat us at a table and explained the grill wasn’t working so had no burgers or salad. My mum who had been looking forward to ordering the burger asked if they had the crab ravioli, the girl went and checked with kitchen and came back to say yes. After a while the waiter came to take the order telling us again about the grill but also they had no calimari. We order drinks which the waiter struggled with after me ordering a blood orange margarita and being asked if that was a double or single shot he then asked me what mixer I liked, and looked confused when I said it was a cocktail, after that we ordered a bottle of wine to be asked if we wanted a small, medium or large. To top it all off after the first girl checking the kitchen we were told there was no crab ravioli when trying to order that. We ended up cancelling the whole order and leaving to eat elsewhere. It would really be an idea to take your staff through more training, even just down to the basics of acknowledging the customers and understanding your products.

Slow service due to two of the servers flirting with the barman. No mind your head signs for a drop in roof height below 6 foot. Chip fryer not work, apparently for the third time in recent months. Starter came fairly fast but then rapidly downhill.

Been here a few times. Always enjoy it. Recently refurbished. If you're on their mailing list you can get some good deals.
