Lucy's Restaurant in St Edmundsbury

Lovely atmosphere, excellent customer service and fabulous food. Giuseppe’s special pumpkin, goats cheese, sausage and nut pizza was absolutely delicious as were the salami & warm honey and carbonara pizza’s too! Thank you! 🙂

Just stopped here on route to the airport. The food was excellent. Could not fault. We don’t live locally but would definitely return.

Really Excellent! We had lovely freshly made Pizza’s and a caesar salad. Both were superb. The best pizzas we have had for ages! Friendly, prompt service and a relaxed and welcoming setting. Just sad we don’t live close by so won’t be regulars.

On the evening we visited the weather was good enough to sit in the charming garden, but the decor inside was so perfect that I’d happily go again just to sit indoors! The service was impeccable and we were made to feel very welcome all evening. Now the food….just amazing! Beautifully cooked pizzas (you can see the chef in action with the huge pizza oven!) packed with fresh produce and something to suit everyone, whatever your dietary needs. If you have ever had a gluten free pizza before you know that the size of them can often be a bit of a let down when compared to the standard pizzas….not here! Size does matter! Very tasty. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Five of us went to Lucy's for the first time, all of us knew about it as we all come from the same village, just along the road from Fornham All Saints. What a delight we'd been missing, the two young girls who were running the front of house were excellent, super helpful and had been really well trained. Our order was taken, drinks arrived & within 15 mins our main course pizza's had arrived. Many years ago I ran pizzeria's in Cambridge, Oxford & Bath for twelve years, so I hope I know a good from a bad pizza, these were terrific, great toppings I chose the double pepperoni & it was top class, good quality pepperoni, light & crispy base. We followed up with some nice desserts, the Caramel Ice Cream I had was perfect to cleanse the pallet after the spicy pizza. This restaurant hasn't been over thought, the menu is small & uncomplicated, there's just house red or white wine instead of a long wine list, plus a selection of other drinks you'd like with a pizza or pasta, the tables are not over crowded as you might expect in a small restaurant, so I'd really like to congratulate Lucy & her lovely staff for a great evening & I can't wait to return.

Even tho they were incredibly busy they managed to fit me for a takeaway pizza this evening which I was incredibly grateful for. While waiting I managed to have a nice chat with who I believe was Lucy's sister who honestly was one of the best parts of eating from there. Never take time to write reviews but i felt the need for this. I was staying in all saints hotel, and this is round the corner, and what a find! The pizza was unbelievable, possibly the best I’ve ever had!

Such a wonderful place. We visited as a family with 3 young children and staff could not have been nicer or more attentive to us all. Millie was wonderful with our kids and they loved watching pizzas being made. Pizza was delicious. Menu is fantastic. Restaurant is really nicely decorated and has great ambiance. I haven't written a trip adviser review in years but felt compelled to do so as was so impressed by Lucy's!

Came here in the summer months and it’s officially our favourite restaurant. The food was wonderful, the restaurant has a really cute feel to it, the staff are friendly. We just love it here. They have lovely quirky ideas added to the menu which is nice like we really liked our frozen rosé wine!

We had a fantastic evening at the Pizzeria. There was a good range of pizzas and a few pasta dishes on the menu. The staff were warm and welcoming. Special thanks to the chef. I have not had a pizza that nice in Italy itself! Great job.
