Almondo, our waiter was absolutely amazing with our little toddler, kept her entertained and engaged. Very thoughtful and helped her with her drawing. Too service from a really friendly person. Made the meal even better

Service was absolutely shocking. We waited 20 minutes just for our drinks as they forgot. We waited 50 minutes for 2 meals, in which we could see sitting waiting on the side to be given to us for 15 minutes. Obviously by this time our good was cold and not good quality. Would not visit this bella italia again

My friends and I have now used this twice as our 'meet up place' and will use for the foreseeable. We try to see each other about every 3 months but would recommend it to family and friends too.. The atmosphere is really nice very 'downbeat' and friendly. Our server was really good and I am really sorry but didn't get a name. Had a really bad meal here years ago and vowed never to come back but so glad I did.

We celebrated a birthday party for my 13 year old daughter, I didn’t expect much also from the food and the birthday cake that we brought with us but the service and the attention to detail from Maria , armend and Galo was superb. Another visit and as always -fabulous!! We were greeted as family which felt fantastic! Food was just great and served with so much speed it was still piping hot . Delicious as always meatballs, but also tortellini and mushrooms - we took second round home 😅. And gigantic shout out to Valerie!!♥️ If there is a perfect service - she is 120!! My husband and I had lunch here yesterday the first and last time. We arrived as they opened for lunch. The waitress was a lovely friendly person. We ordered pizzas. They arrived warm and the toppings lukewarm. The mushrooms were small black blobs, the ham was hard and black around the edges (looked like overcooked streaky bacon). The chicken pieces were cold. It honestly looked like it was left over from the day before and barely heated through. We were both ill with stomach pains that evening - it may not have been the food. I had read such good reviews but it was such an expensive letdown.

The service was excellent, friendly and efficient. The food came up steaming hot and was exceptionally tasty. All 3 courses were faultless. The ambience was welcoming and homely. We will certainly be visiting again

Good food, good drinks and fantastic service. My daughter and I stopped here for dinner after a shopping trip. We had the set menu which offered excellent value for money and we enjoyed all our dishes. The cocktails were also good for this type of venue. The best part of our experience was our waitress Valerie. She was just the right mix of friendly, professional, attentive and funny. Valerie is an asset to Bella Italia and absolutely made our meal.

Lovely place to visit for a beer. Used to be a regular customer, but hadn't been there for some time. Visited New Years Eve and today (27th). Staff are nice and good service.

Atmosphere and food was lovely, we had garlic bread and gamebroni and we really enjoyed it. We was looked after by manager Monique, she was very attentive and asked us about allergies. She was very sweet, created nice and relaxing atmosphere while she was dealing with rude customers. We definitely coming back again!

Everytime I go at Bella Italia Lakeside ,I always have great time. Service is excellent and food always spot on ! Today I went for an early dinner with my children and the waitress,her name is Monique, she was absolutely amazing, very helpful and also explaining all the difference offers/discounts and deals. Unfortunately I have seen some other customers, two ladies, being very rude to her, throwing stuff on the tables. While the waitress remained calm and professional , the customers continued to trash the tables with salt, pepper all over . I felt very bad for the waitress as she is always very kind ,helpful and professional each time me and my children go there for a meal. What I have witnessed today was very bad as the situation was held with professionalism by the waitress (Monique) and seeing these two ladies treat her badly was awful and I hope won't happen again. Shout out to the whole team at Lakeside and a big thank you especially to the waitress that served us today. Great customer service!!!
