I ordered the Butter Chicken with Kachumber Salad and Mint Sauce, which was full of real Indian flavors. It tasted so good! I also tried the Mango Lassi, which was very smooth and creamy – the best I’ve ever had! I loved that there is an option to personalize your own protein bowl too. The team was warm and welcoming, enhancing the service and overall experience. I Highly Suggest this place!

The food is ok but overpriced for the portion sizes.

Can't get anything right. Third time we're trying something. Food was dry and the samosas smelt like they had expired.

Worst experience, took pani poori and aalu were spoiled. When I opened the box it was smelling gross🤮. They didn’t even apologise, just took the food back and returned money.

I had one of the best meals in the pali kitchen today. I went in for winter shoping in the lakeside shopping center and saw this restaurant. I had a rice bowl .The food was delicious with large quantity and the staffs were so happy to serve..

Have been here so many times and food is consistently done to a high standard, always well seasoned and full of flavour. Prices are extremely fair, the spicy bombay chicken and crispy chicken are our go tos.

I went yesterday for the first time the workers were so welcoming and food was so fresh witch made it so much better they were very nice and respectful

Absolutely delicious and the portions were really generous. Unlikely to go anywhere else after this. I had the buttermilk chicken rice bowl and it was as lovely as I've had in any restaurant. Less than £7 and I am full and happy. Lots of gluten free choice too.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to you guys. I went to every restaurant in the food hall tonight and was seriously let down by the gluten free options and lack of knowledge from other venders. The guy on your counter was really friendly (sorry not sure of names) but he was the only person to help me in the whole food hall by telling me what was and wasn't gluten free. Being coeliac he was the only food place that offered me an option and knew his stuff. I had the rice bowl and it was delicious and the portion size was really decent. 100% recommend 👌

I recently visited Pali Kitchen at Lake Side, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. I ordered a samosa chaat, and it ended up being a huge mistake. Shortly after eating it, I felt extremely sick and even vomited. It completely ruined my day. The food tasted off. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent meal. Very disappointed, and I won’t be coming back.

Great tasty food, plenty of options, very nicely priced for the size of the portions, had a spicy bombay chicken rice bowl and a tandoori chicken kati roll and was very satisfied with my meal, definitely my go to place in the food court!

Lakeside visit to Pali kitchen The food is amazing full of taste and delight. We ordered a vegan chana masala wrap, chips and a drink. Service was excellent like the food. They will be seeing us again 🥰 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wow! I have walked past this place many times and been contemplating whether to try it and I'm glad I did what a wonderful experience the food is. Its very fresh and the spices are not over powering at all and it's wonderfully balanced would 100% recommend going here and I definitely will be again

The food here is sooooo delicious and authentic! I tried this out for the first time 5 days ago and I already came back today because I could not stop thinking about it! I got the Bombay chicken rice box and the portion was really good! Me and my friend also shared the samosa chaat and the fried chicken bites and it was honestly amazing! They also do a really unique drink which is mango lassi with popping boba and it is AMAZING! the food is delicious and worth every penny, you won’t regret it :) oh and I can’t forget, the staff are soooo lovely! 10/10 recommended 👍

Really nice patient staff. Big portion of food for around a tenner that was customisable and delicious. The food court itself where you need to go sit is pretty grubby but this is no reflection on the kitchen which is very clean and vibrant. If you're looking for a place to eat in the shopping centre then definitely go here.

Wrap flavours are weird. Tandoori chicken with rice inside is a bit odd and doesn't taste nice. No garlic sauce and no red meat option. A better idea would've been tandoori with onion salad with chilli and garlic sauce. And the chai was not great. Bit too strong on tea flavour and not enough or no evaporated milk. But the roti they use is perfect for wraps.

We stopped by yesterday for lunch. I had the nourish bowl with crispy fried chicken and my partner had the rice bowl with chicken tikka. It was absolutely delicious! Really fresh ingredients plus salad and toppings. The beetroot yoghurt is excellent. Served with a warm smile and reasonable for a big bowl of goodness! Wish there was a Pali Kitchen near me. ☺️

Wonderful experience, good food and good portions topped off with fantastic customer service. The boys behind the counter were simply great with warm welcoming smile and good interactions with customers even when it was busy with numerous customers (at Lakeside food court). Mr Jyotish (Jo) was very helpful in explaining the dishes and helping us choose. Mr Scott and Mr Bipin also joined in later to help each other. Keeping in mind that they start in the morning, their levels of enthusiasm are appreciative even at around 2 pm. The spicy chicken curry(moderately spicy) with rice is a must try and we are glad we went for that based on Jo’s suggestion. We also tried Kati rolls which was good(could have been a bit more spicier/we could have added a spicy sauce to it). We topped it off with couple of drinks and I would recommend the Kadak chai from them, which has a nice aroma and a hint of spice in it. The model is similar to a subway system, where you select your food followed by salad (Dont forget to add the Kale and chickpea salad) and sauces. Thanks Jo once more and we shall definitely come again.

I tried the spicy Bombay rice bowl and it was so good. The salads were fresh and healthy. I never thought salads would go this good with rice bowls. The Mango lassi was also good but a bit expensive. But still worth it. The staff was friendly and was one of the best customer service in Lakeside.

I been to the Pali kitchen lakeside branch a couple of times and I must say they have the real authentic Indian food especially their Spicy Bombay and Tandoori chicken for Non veg lovers and Dhal makini for veg lovers. Moreover their presentation style and different combination is also spectacular. Most importantly the service and positive nature of staff

We were having a long walk on the lakeside shopping centre after a long weekend and had one of our best experiences in London dining at the Pali Kitchen thanks to Jo. Professional and kind, he provided a very class service and was attentive to every detail. Seating was cozy and comfortable. Dinner was excellent and we are definitely coming back. It was an incredible evening and we will always remember.

The best Daal Makhni I had in London. The service was exceptional. Tried the samosa chaat and Vada Pav. Both were yummy. My friend tried the Spicy Bombay rice bowl. Bibin and Jo was very friendly and helpful.

Pali Kitchen serves the best flavours one would never want to miss. Their customer service and ambience are the other exceptional factors that calls me back. Our family loves the food here, especially the chai! The rice bowls have an amazing balance of flavours, I particularly recommend the chana masala and butter chicken. This is what we look forward to on a trip to lakeside.

Being a vegetarian and craving for Indian food ! Well this is the best place to have it ! Quantity is really good and the dal makhani and beet root raita is a must ! Definitely recommended for a vegetarian

I ordered a chicken tikka wrap today and to be honest when I ate it I started felt like vomiting. The chicken in the wrap was hard and overheated . It looked as if it had been there for a few days . They charged me £11.00 and for what something that food poisoned me . I started having very bad stomach pains , and I still am .

I opted for the Nourish bowl and it exceeded all expectations – absolutely delicious! 😊 The flavours were so vibrant and perfectly balanced; it left me craving more. The experience was so exceptional that after finishing my meal, I couldn't resist ordering three additional dishes to take home for my family. The Rice Bowl with Chicken Tandoori, Rice Bowl with Paneer Tikka, and Krispy Fried Chicken were all incredible, accompanied by a mix of refreshing salads and the most heavenly roti. The roti, in particular, had that homemade touch that made it stand out. Feeding a family with diverse preferences can be challenging, but Pali Kitchen made it a breeze. Each dish catered to different taste buds, and there wasn't a single morsel left – a testament to how much we enjoyed every bite. I also want to express my thanks to the fantastic staff who served me. They were exceptionally nice and pleasant, adding to the overall positive experience. Im really sorry to share this, but i ate from here and immediately had food poisoning from it. I had the kati roll, and i just cant tell you how bad i felt after 48hours vomitting and the rest...i wont go into it too much but please make sure their food is fresh before eating here

Decided to try the food on a whim as it smelt so good, despite only having a curry the night before. Pleased to say it was all excellent! We tried the tandoori wrap and butter chicken. The latter was better than any delivery Indian food I’ve ever had. Will happily return often. Service was with a smile too

The food tasted great. A bit pricey in comaprison to the other fast food chains offering similar food, but can’t fault the taste. Friendly staff, keen on their product. You can ask for the salad to be added into a separate container if you want.

The KATI ROLL is absolutely incredible - we've eaten here two weeks in a row because it's just SO good. Don't be tricked by the other restaurants in the food court...they dont have a patch on Pali Kitchen!

I got the tandoori chicken nourish bowl and it was outstanding. Lovely flavour combinations and really fresh. My partner got the paneer tikka Kati roll which was stuffed full with great toppings. We got the works on both with mint sauce. Will deffo go again in one of their central London locations!
