We had the pleasure of being served by Aga during our lunch, and we couldn’t be more impressed! Aga was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcomed from the moment we arrived. Aga at Prezzo was amazing! She was working alone but still super attentive. She greeted us warmly, took our orders quickly, and checked on us often. It’s clear she cares about her customers. If you visit, definitely ask for her!

Food is always good Server was polite and friendly The restaurant was busy and noisy and unfortunately the family on the next table was changing their child's nappy at the table. This is not the fault of the restaurant though

The overall ambience of the restaurant and the friendly staffs are the main highlight. When is comes to food one of my personal favourite is the pepperoni pizza and they have a large menu for drinks as well. The overall hospitality and service is just awesome.

The food as always is good. The service is always good. There was a mix up with my daughters food but Deepak made sure it was sorted in minutes.

It's not a secret that the management here are abysmal. They act as though prospective employees are a dirt on their shoe - I've had multiple people also come through and describe their experience in a very similar way. Horrific encounter all around - left a dark stain on my overall impression of Prezzos.

We had the lovely Julianna as our waitress tonight and she did a fantastic job in making us feel relaxed and welcome. Would definitely come back if all servers are as nice and attentive as her :)

Not what i expected and wouldn’t rush back in a hurry, pizza was nice but spaghetti bolognaise was like a kids dish, we also had to wait while the staff were finishing there fasting. We were bought a voucher for a meal for two from some friends which we were grateful, but they have a different menu for these vouchers to which i personally dont agree, a meal is a meal, so not for me im afraid, we certainly wont be going back in a rush. The lady that served us was very nice though.

Hugely disappointed with the lunch menu. Mains were served on small plates 🥴 what we did eat was delicious but people need to be aware they are getting small plates. Never known this anywhere before. We did express our disappointment to the waitress but she considered it good value and "well at least you tried it"!! £60 down ..won't return. Shame used to be a favourite

I had a good experience having lunch here. The restaurant was very full, they found me a table and were very friendly. The service was fast and the food was tasty.

Rubish service , food took 1 h to get after the starters came , pasta was dry , pizza less than appealing no wonder thei are closing restaurants everywhere

We had a lovely experience at Prezzo Lakeside this evening. The food was delicious, especially the chicken Milanese, and the service was top-notch. Our waiter, Lavinia, was very attentive and made excellent recommendations. The ambiance was perfect for a relaxing evening out.

We were met with a friendly greeting from Ausra who seated us right away. Our server Julia gave us a few minute to look over the menu before we ordered. Our starters came so fast we were surprised. It was tasty that we ordered seconds. Soon after, our main course came. Food was delicious and filling. We had no room for dessert. Will definitely be back soon as love the space and location to lakeside

Very nice and clean restaurant. Food was nothing than excellent. Very friendly staff who served us. Certain items was out of stock (food & drink) which was disappointing. Do not take cash which is another disappointing thing, this is I believe is a company policy nothing the staff could do.

My first experience here was disappointing, and it’s unlikely I’ll return. I traveled a long way, only to receive poor service. The staff was unwelcoming, and we felt completely ignored. They passed by our table without even acknowledging us. While the food was decent, I’ve had better taste and quality at other locations. Overall, it felt like the staff wasn’t happy to have us there. I won’t be visiting this branch again.

Big thank you to the manager on duty Sunday lunchtime, my wife and l had a buyagift voucher which we were struggling to access the email which was needed to confirm the pin. Wife has tumor so brain not functioning as normal but manager to time out to assist us. Food very tasty

Ordered 2 lasagnes at £17 each. Not overally hot but warm enough to eat but there was only meat around the sides of the dish, nothing much in the middle, so much cheese and pasta, really heavy and a tonne of parsley over the top which I don't like, Not mentioned in the description. Tried to pick as much of it off as I could but the taste was still there. Really disappointed and the only thing the waitress did was offer us a box to take it home with us! The garlic mozzarella bread was lovely, as were the mac n cheese balls. The place was clean and atmosphere nice. Real shame as we drove up for a day of Xmas shopping and food.

What a great experience, been there today for quick lunch, great service from Ausra also from general manage, food was so tasty your beef with mash potatoes is outstanding, complimentary for chefs. Overall great meal during xmas lunch.

We recently visited Prezzo, and overall, it was a good experience. The food was delicious, and the dishes we ordered were well-prepared and flavorful. The ambiance was also lovely, with a nice interior design that made the setting comfortable and inviting. While we enjoyed the food and atmosphere, the service could use some improvement. There was a delay with my coffee, and it took about 20 minutes to arrive. However, our server was very polite, apologized for the wait, and kindly offered us an extra drink on the house to make up for it. All in all, it was a positive experience, and we appreciated the friendly gesture from the staff. With a bit more focus on timing, this place could be even better. Looking forward to visiting again!

We ordered a tomato, mushroom and olives pizza and had to wait one hour for it and then when we received it i realised there was anchovies which we did not want. I paid for salad and 2 soft drinks and had to go to somewhere else. My point is that mistakes and delays happen however, the staffs were not even apologising properly she went to speak to manager and never came back. Me and my girlfriend had to go to somewhere else to eat something we had a terrible experience in this place i do not recommended at all

Had a delicious King Prawn Spaghetti and a wonderful experience at Prezzo with the best service from Lavinia!

The vegan spaghetti bolognese (one of the only 2/3 vegan main options) was £16 for spaghetti, lentils and vegetables, and was prepared like a school dinner. The spaghetti was thick, bland and soggy in consistency- not what you would expect of a restaurant. A huge rip off. The waiter, Lavinia was very nice though and provided excellent service. The starter and dessert were also very nice.

Firstly Thanks Prezzo for the 50% off voucher but that's where the good news ends. Food was children protions, once the bill arrived they added 2 more main meals on there so in fact it was full price. Please check your bill when it arrives as the deal is not a great deal

What a shambles. A 45 Minute wait in a half empty restaurant to still not have an order taken. I get that service can be stressful and busy but if you seat someone 45 minutes ago they're more than likely ready to order. Will be avoiding from now on.

Absolutely shocking service. Seated for 45 minutes- not even offered a drink. Floor staff would walk straight past us- more concerned about taking payments than customer service. I understand a busy evening, but the restaurant had plenty of empty tables. Would’ve expected far better if I’m honest.
