Julianna the waitress was lovely. Food was great. Overall a nice experience as always at Prezzo.

Manager unhelpful with regards to my buy a gift booking. Just keep telling me I had booked it wrong even though I had a confirmation email & unique code. Was not interested in helping brought over laptop in front of other customers to show me I had booked it incorrectly & kept repeating i had done it wrong then asked his waitress to deal with us and thank God julianna took over I had infact booked it correctly and had the unique code the manger needed. Manager just did not want to know & came across as rude Julianna however was brilliant & we received excellent service from her I have emailed head office about this too

We always go to the Thurrock Lakeside Prezzo as the staff are helpful and friendly and the food is always delicious and great value for money.

Pizzas very dry. Lasagna slightly burnt on top. Waitress spilt Prosecco over me and my chair. I had to request a dry chair. Not the best experience I’ve had there.

We had such a lovely time today at Prezzo! From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and welcoming — a big shoutout to Julianna, who was absolutely brilliant throughout our visit. She made us feel so looked after and added a really personal touch to the experience. The kids’ bunny pizza was a huge hit — not only adorable but tasty too! It was the perfect size for little ones, and they loved the fun presentation. It’s such a creative touch that made the meal extra special for them. And let’s talk about the Cream Egg Calzone — wow! What a showstopper of a dessert. Gooey, rich, indulgent, and everything you could want in a sweet treat. It was honestly one of the best desserts we’ve had in a long time. Thank you again to Julianna and the whole team for making our visit so memorable. We’ll definitely be back soon!

My first visit to Prezzo. Plenty of choice on menu. Served quickly. Staff really kind and helpful. Shall certainly be going there again. Can recommend.

So disappointed food was average at best and service was unbelievably poor waited 35 minutes in a nearly empty restaurant to get the bill and the lady serving us was incredibly rude and snarky refused to accept my taste card because I couldn’t provide a qr code when I showed her my membership number which has Worked for me in every other restaurant that accepts taste card wouldn’t recommend save your money from this over priced restaurant

Our family had a lovely meal out at Prezzo, Lakeside after a trip to the cinema. Booked a slot online as a precaution, but it turned out that space wasn't an issue on a Tuesday - even during school hols. Service was fast, very friendly and super helpful. Everything we ordered on the menu was available, cooked well, and brought to the table in good time. Very tasty and filling. Prices are about normal for eating out these days, so still more of a 'treat' than something we'd do regularly. Would happily return again.

3rd visit to try to use buyagift present. Were issued very limited menu but ordered. Chicken pasta in creamy sauce came out without no sauce. We sent it back. It came back out still no sauce and chicken was now rubbery. Complained to manager vivianna were blanked. But got a sarcastic bye as we left. We won’t be back. Rest of staff were great.
