An anniversary meal and chose what WAS a great restaurant The text sent the dat before stating that had to reply with name number and time of booking made over a week ago as it would not be confirmed till this detail was given. Welcome was not what had previously experienced there and not given a great table. Had to ask one of the four waitresses if we could order a drink 10 minutes after being sat down - wouldn’t have minded but there were only 3 other tables occupied. Ordered starter without ‘peppers’ I had to explain to the waitress what peppers were as in “bell peppers, the green, red, yellow, orange ones- bit worrying really was not asked if we had any allergies which was surprising as this is a repeated question you’re asked nowadays. After and hour of arriving for our reservation, ordering and finishing our starter the main came. My wife ordered smoked salmon and pasta, what arrived was cooked salmon in the pasta not smoked a totally different taste and flavour. I asked to check the menu and smoked was stated, we explained this to who appeared to be the head waitress, who could not comprehend the difference in cooked or smoked, no apology or explanation was given and we were only asked to reselect, lasagna was asked for. I had ordered and had a lovely veal Milanese, with salad, which I finished, my wife asked that hers now be cancelled as would not want to eat on her own as I was finished, minutes later a lasagne arrived this was duly returned and the bill asked for. Very unprofessional No apology Poor service A total and unfortunate change and a restaurant I will not voluntarily go to again Times are a changing and this is a shamefully wrong direction

Plesently surprised with the food. Watched our pizzas being prepared & then cooked. Extremly good service & value for money for a change , good size & staff happy to give a doggy bag.. will use again for certain.

Thought I’d write a review since this place wasn’t open last week when I wanted to eat there and really hope it opens again soon. I’ve been coming here for six years ever since I moved to the area with friends, my partner or even just by myself. My friends and I love it as a down to earth, independent Italian restaurant with fair prices - so hard to come by these days. Their food is great - pizza, pasta, crunchy Ceaser salad and nice house red too. I love the semi-old school decor. I threw a bday party here on a Friday evening once and service was amazing for such a large table.

I've reviewed this restaurant before but after a fantastic meal last night am reviewing it again. Usually go with the whole family but yesterday went with my husband for his birthday and we had the best burger (him beef, me chicken) with delcious truffle oil fries that we can remember! Also had fried Mozzarella and prawn and gnochi starters which were enjoyed too. Our server was very pleasant and helpful , the drinks were cold, the atmosphere was good (it was quite busy for a Tuesday evening) and service was quick. Am definitely going to return soon. I have a taste card so get the advantage of 2 for 1 midweek but if we fancy a meal at the weekend I am happy to come here and pay full price. Was looking to see why the 1 star reviews and most of them seem to date from a period around Sept/October 2021 when they maybe had staffing problems, would recommend you give it a chance if you haven't been before.

We had a delightful experience at YvTa Covent Garden. The restaurant is situated in a charming location, allowing one to immerse themselves in the lively atmosphere of the street performers while enjoying a beverage or a meal. We were promptly welcomed and seated by a courteous lady who made us feel most welcome, despite not having a reservation and being accompanied by our dog. The menu offered an extensive selection of dishes and drinks to choose from. Upon the arrival of our meal, we were impressed by its presentation, generous portions, and, most importantly, its delicious taste. Overall, our experience was exceptionally delightful from the beginning to the end. The staff members were incredibly welcoming and demonstrated utmost professionalism, consistently ensuring that we had the most enjoyable experience possible. Surprisingly, the restaurant is also dog-friendly, which is a commendable feature. Most importantly, the food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the YvTa, and we eagerly anticipate our next visit.

Order from prezzo from time to time mainly when there is a deal on through one of the many delivery sites. The pizza is always great quality and tasty and they have white pizza Bianco options that I really like. The garlic bread with caramelised onion is always lovely too, this said if we had to pay full price I would buy elsewhere as there are various pizza options locally. But if there is a deal and its the same price I would recommend you give it a try.

Everyone enjoyed their food, my seafood was excellent, staff were friendly and attentive and the decor looked nice as well.

Absolutely delicious, my daughter and I had a cone and a sundae caramel and vanilla. We took the option of a vanilla macaroons aswell. Ten out of ten

Siamo stati a cena durante la nostra vacanza londinese e siamo stati benissimo. La pizza e’ buonissima con ottimi ingredienti e materie prime. Bravissimo lo chef italiano Fabrizio e ottimo il servizio con Alessandro che ringraziamo tanto. Locale super consigliato! Noi siamo già tornati!

Firstly, the staff were so rude, we were waiting for ages for someone to notice us. Then they forgot to put our order through which I understand but after it finally came out it was left on the side for 10 minutes to go cold. It was then brought over to us and the food was not nice at all. It wasn’t even busy but the service was terrible and the 2 members of staff just looked so unhappy.

Ambiente accogliente, molto bravi tutti e proprietario molto gentile. Ho mangiato un’ottima pasta insieme a mia mamma, se dovessi mai ripassare da Chippenham Sì andrei di nuovo sicuramente!

Popped in for a quick meal before going to the cinema. I am gluten free so checked in advance to see if they did gluten free pizza which they did. Service was excellent, very efficient and fast. I ordered tuna and garlic on gluten free pizza base and it was excellent. There was the usual coeliac tax to get the base gluten free. This was an additional £3 but given the normal pizzas were so cheap the overall cost wasn't as bad as some places. Pizza was brilliant and huge, served super quick. My partner who eats gluten commented that they would not have realised that it was gluten free. His pizza which was a diabolo was also great. We will be back.

My sister booked a table for lunch at 2pm. We were shown to a filthy table with food on the seats and were just ignored. We waited for 20 minutes and nobody even offered us a drink or came to take our order. We ended up walking out. We went to Zizzi’s instead and had a lovely meal in a clean restaurant. Absolutely awful!

Wow what can I say from the minute we arrived treated so well nothing was a problem food amazing deano ,Maria and Jo Jo unbelievable there customer service above and beyond highly recommend this restaurant and thank u jojo for the lift home see u soon xx

Service was good but the food was not. Seated under an air conditioner blowing cold air so we asked to move - not a great start :-/ Food came fairly quickly but we got the impression it was reheated not fresh. Salmon past Rigatoni was dry and lacking content. Chicken with white wine did not have enough sauce and the baked potato was very small. Glad we at least had a 50% off voucher as prices are obviously over inflated so they can regularly use offers to entice customers. Still not worth it though which is disappointing.
