Love the spaghetti it’s very tasty, desserts are good too I like the chocolate icecream is good too!

Will definitely be returning. We had the 3 course Christmas menu and it was divine. Fantastic staff especially Nikky from Czech who was so bubbly and attentive. Many thanks Zizzi.

Would definitely recommend the place. The food is delicious, seems very safe in terms of anti-COVID procedures and service is grate. We were served by Simon who was very helpful and friendly. Defo 5 out of 5

Popped in for an early 2 course lunch (a bargain at £10.50). Staff were attentive & place was super clean. Socially distancing was observed. My pasta was delicious. Great experience all round.

A bit hard to rate and give review of this place.It started very nice, smiling staff, but as the meal progressed they where just not there, always polite the few times they came to the table, but not often at the table, hard to order new things,(more wine,desserts etc) and lots of empty things at the table.The food was very good.Toilets clean.6 of us at the table.If the waitresses had actually served us and been a bit more at the table, I would have given top score.

Asuimme Novotel hotellissa Paddingtonin aseman lähellä. Seutu on toimistoaluetta, joten illalla on melko hiljaista. Ravintolassa oli kuitenkin viikollakin mukavasti porukkaa. Keskihintainen ja monipuolinen ruokalista. Hyvää oli, että pizzoja sai tilata puolikkaitakin. Lapsi sai mukavan puuhapaketin heti alkuun. Ystävällistä palvelua, vaikkakin vähän hitaanoloista. Nälkä meni.

Yeah pretty shocking from the Zizzi’s lot. Once seated it was half an hour before we were able to order drinks and only when we beckoned the staff over. Worth noting that the restaurant was less than half full. Food was okay, but the staff generally appeared to not care - luckily we were not pressed for time.

Walking through Regents Park, London, we decided to head for Zizzi’s at Paddington Street, off: Baker Street, London W1U 4HQ. We love the warmth of the hospitality of the Manager, Ms. Veronica Bellova and her team, and the very warm, sizzling hot Pizza straight from the wood fired oven straight to the table, to our liking, served at Zizzi’s, Paddington Street, off: Baker Street, London W1U 4HQ which has a distinctive and unique taste filled with the smoky flavour of the wood fire from the wood fired oven, which can only be experienced in Authentic Traditional Italian Ancient & Rustic Italian Restaurants in the ancient small Towns, & Villages in Italy. We were pleasantly surprised with a warm welcome from Ms. Veronica Bellova and her team consisting of Mr. Samson Fernandes, and others, who pampered us with their usual superb services.Veronica’s suggestion of lip smacking Italian Fondue called “Fonduta Fromaggi” was truly yummy ! The blend of 3 Cousins, Gorgonzola, Alpine, & Percorino Cheese from the Italian Family of Cheeses, was a perfect blend, which is very unique & innovative to taste, especially for us who always have the sophisticated palate for innovative variety of foods. All other new dishes added were also very sumptuous..We wish the Management, Executive Officers, Ms. Veronica Bellova and her team, and all the staff of Zizzi continued progress to attain the peak of success in all their endeavours! Today me and my best friend we had a dinner at this brunch , the food was good the waiter with blonde hair was good as well but still she did know anything about what a melon,than she didn't ask as about allergies than when we finish the starters she remained that she should to ask us about allergies and when the mains arrived the Zucca salad was with GF ticket she take it off when we said her that we a don't have a gluten free allergies and the bread was missing from the plate and when I ask her she just bring to us !!!!The manager was so unprofessional we order a bottle of rose wine and I told him that the glasses are dirty if he can clean them he said you can help yourself and just wipped with the napkins sorry but this is unexpectebell he try to check the glasses from the different tables I said we checked already and they are dirty and all the glasses which one he give to us was dirty ...He said that we are so rood bcs we can clean them by ourselves I was feeling so bad because all the people around was watching this conflict!!!As well the fork has some dry parsley when we said to the manager Saymon he just take it a different fork from different fork !!!!We love zizzi but this situation from today was so bad !!!!He even didn't apologise to us !!!

Me and my sister arrived at zizzi paddington street for dinner time. After a long and hard day's work. The restaurant was busy, but I didn't wait for our table. I didn't wait too long for our waitress serving drinks and food. I'll tell you at a time when a restaurant was busy. The service was excellent, my waitress Andreea was very kind and friendly. The meals offered by the waitress were delicious, large portions and very tasty. We had a great time and we definitely come back soon this restaurant. thank you for a wonderful evening Andreea

Good food.. taste like in ItalyServer was so smiley and nice with us. She helped a lot for food. She gave to us advice for dishes.Prices is good too.. and really quick service. Probably I will go back sun. I really like to go somewhere like this. They give to me what Im pay for it. My server name is Andrea, but the other lady who is in charge was nice too.

As it was my friend's birthday, my husband and I got some vouchers to spend in Zizzi and we chose this one as it was near to the theatre we went to afterwards. We were seated quickly and put our order in promptly, as we were hungry. We all ordered pizza and calzone, which arrived quite quickly. My one was delicious, and cooked to perfection, as was my Husband's and my friend's one too. We fancied a dessert and coffee to finish so we caught the server's attention, but instead of coming over to us he made up the bill. We explained that we wanted dessert first and he took our order, repeating what we wanted. A few minutes later he brought over the wrong dessert. He was very apologetic, however I felt that he hadn't really been paying attention. A shame as the service and food had been excellent up to that point. I would still recommend this restaurant though, as the food was really good and reasonably priced too.

Very relaxed atmosphere. No pressure to order quickly. After visiting 2 exhibitions this was the perfect wind down before getting the train home. Simon, our waiter, was very helpful and polite. Good food. Hot and tasty.

Had a great time celebrating my birthday at Zizzi’s restaurant! Perfect service! Lovely environment and YAAAAMI Food! This was my first time in London and I couldn’t have a better meal! Went for a group Christmas dinner for around 30 people. Was super easy to organise and they were so accommodating. Veronica and her team took great care of us on the day. She has a pragmatic and welcoming style to running the evening. It created a nice dynamic and everyone left happy. Highly recommended for large groups!

Very good restaurant with a big range of choice, however my favorite pasta is the simple pomodoro, but there is one special thing about this place and this is the manager Veronika.. always there for you.. whatever, whenever🔝🔝🔝

Cuando llegamos, la camarera nos preguntó cuántos de nosotros, luego, después de que dijimos 4 de nosotros, ella se alejó sin decir nada. Luego señaló la mesa. pedimos 3 prosecos pero nos dieron solo uno porque estaba muy apurada pidiendo nuestra bebida y no podía concentrarse en escuchar. después pedí los brownies de chocolate con caramelo salado, pero recibí una rebanada dorada de millonario. Le pregunté por qué no hay salsa de chocolate caliente, ella dijo "oh, ya está allí. "Entonces le mostré la foto enfrente del menú y la descripción del postre. ella dijo: "No sé por qué, está bien, solo les preguntaré". Regresó con una salsa de chocolate caliente y pequeñas estrellas de chocolate blanco, y le pregunté qué es esa estrella, ¿qué pasa con el chocolate blanco a un lado? "" No tenemos eso, o no sé si lo tendremos ". Me sorprendió cómo me respondía. Le pregunté por qué no me dijeron que no lo tenían antes de que ordenara, así que debería haber elegido otra cosa, ella solo dijo "sí, no lo tenemos, lo siento". Un super restaurant découvert lors d’un séjour avec mon fils, le cadre est très agréable et un service au petit soin. Nous nous sommes régalés, hâte de revenir à Londres pour y retourner.

No estoy seguro si visitamos en un mal día (domingo por la tarde), pero el servicio fue bastante lamentable. El restaurante no estaba casi lleno - aproximadamente 6 otras mesas. Esperamos bebidas, que se vertieron y se dejaron a un lado durante 10 minutos, lo que como un café, no fue genial. En el transcurso de los siguientes 90 minutos atendimos a 5 miembros diferentes del personal. Fue confuso / casi cómico y terminó repitiendo el pedido de postres. La comida era buena, pero el servicio frustrante.

Had dinner with friends. The Menu is perfect, something for everyone. Service was awesome and Andreea was very friendly and sweet with us. friends were very accommodating. Will be back definitely!

We have had many great meals here. The new Manager Veronica is super. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely vegan options too for my daughter. Highly recommend!

Please boycott this branch as it is staffed by people who enjoy racially profiling customers.The waitress, Andrea, in particular refused to acknowledge me and later grabbed the receipt out of my hand and threw it at me for absolutely no reason! Staff were rude, incompetent and it took almost 30 minutes to even be acknowledged in the restaurant. This is coupled with the fact that staff were drinking copious amounts at the adjacent table and staring at customers - despite Andrea later claiming to be understaffed due to poor management. Incredibly unprofessional. Unlike any Zizi’s I’ve ever been to before. Have no idea who hired these people to run this place. It’s a joke. Food was terrible - will also be reporting this branch to the FSA.

This is one of the nicest Zizzi's I've have been to recently. Good food and very good service. Very attentive waiting staff. My one complaint was the level of the 'background' music. Even after asking for it to be turned down it was still high.

We went to Zizzi and we were greeted immediately by a Young lady (manager) Who found US a table immediately. The service from start to finish was exceptional. The food was great, the atmosphere was lovely. All the staff worked so well together from bar to the management. We will definitely be going There again. Special thank u to Niki. Best service.

Came here with the family on a Friday afternoon as we were going to the theatre later on.

Came with 4 other family members. We ordered the grande antipasti for starter but there was not a lot on the plate, wouldn’t say grande. I ordered the carne calzone, I found it too spicey, but might be to some people’s taste. The chilli was all in one place. There was only one piece of chicken in my calzone despite it saying it in the menu. My family seemed to enjoy their meals. Other than that, an enjoyed meal. :)

My pizza was tasty, but my daughter said that her calzone was lacking in chicken and that the dough was under-cooked. I felt it was a bit expensive compared to other similar restaurants that I have eaten in, especially the drinks. The ladies toilet was out of use (disabled was identified as a replacement) and the men's toilet floor was very wet around the urinals.

Been here a couple of times for dinner in the past. Food is always nice as most zizzi’s are and quite cheap if you’ve got a coupon. Nice meal, would definitely return.

I would like to say I love zizzis and have been to many restaurants however I do not recommend this one. We were served pretty quickly for starters however, I ask for 2 sets of drinks which didn’t come, the starters plates wasn’t cleared until our mains came. Once my lasagne came it was burnt around the edge and nothing was done about it. I then again asked for more drinks still nothing came, we then got desert menus then ask if we wanted a desert 25 minutes later. Which is where I complained and made it clear I was not happy and again nothing down about it. I the restaurant only had 3-4 tables in. Then manager and 3 staff members was then sat down and i my stood up when new customers came in. Then a chef member went behind the bar and started making drinks in a chef hat and outfit. I travel for London for a nice getaway which went down hill with our dinner. I hope to hear from zizzis soon!

Went here after walking through the city and we were craving for something hot and sweet.

I have eaten in this Zizzi before and been pleased with the meal.

We are serious Zizzi aficionados, and regularly come to Paddington Street Zizzi when we are in London. This meal outshone all others; lovely smily waitresses, gorgeous rustica pizza cooked for exactly the right time (springy base, not overcooked as sometimes happens), great gluten-free pasta, all served piping hot. The added cabaret was watching the young lady chef making the pizza bases from scratch, stretching the dough, putting the toppings on and transferring a series of pizzas into and out of the wood-fired oven - poetry in motion!

Food was awesome. Andrea look after us and she was great. Would defo recommend eating at zizi Yh. Can’t wait for next time

Rustica piccante was recommended by Andreea our waitress, the pizza was delicious and the service was just great! We are coming back.

For a chain restaurant I have to say this is my favourite! We had the new chorizo and prawn pizza ,rustica of course:) it was brilliant ! The help of chilli oil was a delight ! Good service to boot ! Very happy customer:)

I hosted a family lunch for a party of six which started at 1pm and finished at 5pm. It couldn’t have been a nicer party, thanks in no small way to the friendly staff whose entertaining banter and helpful recommendations made a memorable occasion a fun one, too – without any of them politely looking at their watches and wondering when we might leave. We all tasted each others' dishes so I can heartily recommend the thin pizzas, the calamari, the venison tagliatelle, and the pepperoni. The bill came to £185.50 (or £30 a head) including two bottles of wine, some exotic cocktails and countless gelato scoops for the kids. Go for it, even if there are just two of you.

El lugar tiene un buen ambiente, tranquilo, con muy buen servicio. La comida está bien presentada, sabrosa, tiene una buena selección de platos y muy asequible. Me gustó especialmente que, dependiendo de lo que te apetezca, casi siempre puedes encontrar algo que te guste dentro del primo italiano. Vengo aquí cada vez que quiero una comida agradable y fácil, acompañada o por mi cuenta, y me complace tener una cita con la elección de un lugar.

Accueil et ambiance très chaleureux; les prix sont corrects et la cuisine plutôt bonne. Le service impeccable.

So the main thing I didn’t like was that I asked to swap garlic potatoes for chips however this wasn’t allowed and I was only allowed to swap with sides in that part of the menu... they are both the same price, for someone that used to work in a restaurant it was if they were the same thing or pice it could be swapped, having a calculator on our table to then check we are paying correctly is also very rude, you should work it out before coming over, otherwise food was really good!!

Have been there with friends for dinner and couple of drinks. Delicious food made chef Karolina and Rocky. Custom made to our order. Also had this great drinks suggested by Alexandra. Overall athmosphere was very friendly and optimistic. Waiter name Michael kept us intertained. This is what makes the best start of the girls night.

I've been there with my employees to celebrate the good week as we sold a record amount of products, been served by Michael that was very professional and kind. The pizza was amazing, the chef Rocky made it perfectly! We'll be back without any doubt!

Zizzi is one of my favourite restaurants but this location does not compare to Croydon or Banstead. It was quite cold and under staffed. The food was still nice and would probably return again.

This is my fourth visit here. We visited last night around 7:00pm without a reservation, six of us as a last minute place to have dinner and the staff were so friendly and more than accommodating to all members of my party.

Me and my boyfriend came here for our anniversary, we had been given a buy a gift voucher for Christmas for a three course meal with wine at Zizzi. On arrival, the waitress had no idea what I was talking about when i showed her the voucher, and it took a while to be given the right menu. We ordered and the food came out quickly which was good. The food was mediocre. Took an absolute age for plates to be cleared, in a restaurant that was pretty much empty. Just bad service. As a waitress myself, I can give a lot of slack when needed as I know how busy and stressful service can be. This was just lazy. Such terrible waiting times in between courses. We were not given dessert menus and then were asked what we would like, without having even seen the menu. Overall it was just okay. I won’t be rushing back to Zizzi that’s for sure

Had a lovely meal it was 3.30pm and nice and quiet. Just how we like it. We decided to have a shared starter of cold meats cheese and bread with olives and sundried tomatoes. Absolutely delicious. We are the whole lot. Wish there was more as we would have kept eating. Then for mains came the pepperoni pizza with mushrooms. Choose the rustic option which was bigger with a crispy crust. It was a huge portion and my partner ate the lot. He said it was best pizza his tasted and we've been to a few Italian restaurants. I had the crab canneloni it was very tasty and hot. Washed down with a couple glasses of delicious montepulciano wine we were full so didn't taste the desserts but we looked at the menu and there was a good choice. All in all was a lovely early dinner. Will definitely be coming back again. Thank you for a lovely visit.

Pedimos los calamares fritos para comenzar y luego pedimos la Rustica Primavera, la Carne de res y trufa Rustica y el linguini de langostinos. . . todos los cuales eran abundantes y frescos y el servicio también era genial. . . . Una gran opción rápida. . . . Los postres también fueron buenos:)

Fui al restaurante Zizzi Paddington Street Marylebone hoy para llevar una comida y el personal fue muy grosero. Cuando pedí el menú cerca de la cajera, la señora me pidió que la acompañara a buscar el menú. En cambio, me trajo el menú. Estaba al lado del mostrador, esto es tan desagradable.

We visited today and were horrified to find two dark hairs in my king prawn linguini (which was pretty naff anyway) they definitely weren’t mine as I have light brown hair. However they did take this dish off the bill. But it is no exception for the chef to only have her hair net covering half of her dark hairs!! Yes, we could see her. Safe to say I won’t be visiting a zizzi ever again!

Came here just for desserts. Busy restaurant with a nice cosy atmosphere. Walked in and stood waiting to be acknowledged. Took a while before we got someome's attention and a table. Ordered the plum crumble and a tea. The crumble was heavenly, homely and warming. They did not have the ice cream flavour that was meant to come with it so I chose another which was nice. The tea was lovely and came with a small piece of honeycomb. It took about ten minutes or so to come but worth the wait as it was warm and fresh. My only negative was make it bigger. Really perfect for a cold winter's evening. I could have done with two and I am a tiny eater. Service so so. Served tea but had to ask for milk or sugar. It would help if they asked or brought it.

Had a family reunion in Zizi recently, we all left very happy! Love that there's a vegan menu, which has improved since I was last there. Michael provided an excellent service from the moment we took our seats.

Zizzi's always seem to have a better selection than other similar priced chains. They also have a good cocktail selection and amazing desserts.

I decided to give this place a go as i was very hungry after a training session at the gym nearby, and am not into junk food. I often dine alone when on business, i know exactly what i expect in terms of service, and from the moment i walked in i was relaxed and comfortable. Warmly greeted by the manager, chose my table and the waitress came over. Very pleasant , very efficient and chatty(but not too much!) I had the crab canelloni which was on special and a side salad. Enjoyed both dishes, cleared both plates. The ambience of the restaurant was very good, and would not hesitate to go back.

I was visiting the area as I had an appointment in London to attend to. Once that was over I got a bit hungry so went for a bit of a walk and after some thought I decided to give this place a go.

Excellent calamars fris et brushetta avec des tomates très fraîches , en plat des pizzas copieuses et croustillantes (j'ai rajouté du "salami picante", ma pizza était très goûteuse) et c'est sympa de déjeuner devant un vrai four à pizza !
