Our server was Ashley and she was great! Both me and my friend did not enjoy our food. We where very disappointed by the food.

Amazing food. Lovely staff. Great covid protocols. So happy to be back. Restaurant was spotless. Pepperoni pizzas all round and smiling faces throughout. Thank you

Took the kids out to dinner out to dinner and xsite and popped into Frankie and Bennies. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The food was superb and the children loved it, and constant refills for their drinks. The waitress, Steph, was chatty and funny and when we had to leave early for mini golf we were going to leave dessert but she packaged up the kids brownies so they’d be able to rake them home. Outstanding service! We will be back again

My boyfriend and I took 3 very excitable kids for dinner but Steph couldn’t have been more lovely, patient and accommodating, taking the time to chat with them directly, making all of us laugh, checking in with us throughout and always on top of the drink refills for the kids. She even offered to let us take their desserts home when we said we wouldn’t have time for them as we’d booked mini golf. She made it a very enjoyable experience and we’ll definitely be back!

It was just me and my daughter, very pleasant staff especially Steph who looked after us and nothing was was too much trouble. Both meals were hot and delicious! Thank you.

Visited F&B Xscape on 31/05/21 for an impromptu lunch with my adult daughter . First time visiting since 1st lockdown. Impressed with the clear covid safeguarding in place and explanation of how it all worked by the gent at the door. Our server was Ashley who was bubbly, friendly, enthusiastic and happy at her work! Drinks and food came out in good time. The potato skins were crispy and flavourful and the chicken burger with avocado was beautiful . A very lovely experience

Over a year's wait to get back to frankie and bennys and it was soooooo worth the wait! Our server Steph was amazing! Gave us our mains the way we wanted it pizza pasta Jimmy style. I wasnt 100% on the dessert I wanted was thinking about the new one (Antarctic roll) steph highly recommended it and it was spot on. 5 stars for everything will definitely be back real soon

I can tell you guys the waitress was really nice lady, we order a steak and we get a thiny one and ask for medium cooked I got the bigest one and a rare, so I send It back and I got a thiny one and dry, and not with all ingredients btw they not using any herbs so meat was like a sand... So I also thought to send It back, but my friends already finish to eat and feel bad for them to wait for me... I will not going to bacn there sorry guys...

We were in frankie and bennys braehead. Our sever was Steph who was very friendly and our food was tasty and pretty quick.

We went for lunch and it was beaut! Everyone was so nice, served by Darren and Steph and they were great with my nephew too. Food was delicious, loved the bacon and cheese fries! Felt safe being there and so good to be back!

Went shopping on Saturday then went for food into Frankie and Benny’s. I didn’t have a booking but the 2 lovely ladies on the door squeezed us in. What a lovely meal We had, what a lovely day. The service was perfect couldn’t fault my waitress Stephanie, we will be back soon and I will remember to book. All the staff were so happy and you could tell they are all buzzing to be back at work and the restaurant open again.

The restaurant was empty when we went in however we did arrive 30mins early! The staff were lovely , especially our waitress Ashley . She was very friendly and was great with our wee one. She also recommended a few items in the menu and she was spot on with them as the food was really nice . Our needs were definitely met today . Satisfied customers

We were a family of three and decided to pop in for something to eat before going to Paradise mini golf. Excellent social distancing felt very safe. One way system in place which everyone adhered to. As soon as a table was empty it was throughly cleaned. Steph was our waitress and couldnt do enough for us. Excellent value and food was excellent. Will definately be back

The service was phenomenal!!!! We were served by ‘Chelsea’ who went above and beyond to help and support us. Nothing was a chore. She was very knowledgeable about the food and business in general. She really made our experience extra special. The food, drink and environment matched her wonderful service also. Our first trip out since lockdown, last visited Frankie & Benny's in Strood, Medway about 2 years ago. What a shock we got! Its not the Frankie & Benny's that we use to know, no more American Italian Theme, no 50's/60's music anymore, felt more like a Little Chef, was a complete let down so far!It was my son's 17th birthday and his girlfriend ordered a Carbonara with extra chicken but received a Chicken & Prawn Alfredo with Rigatoni. I ordered a sirloin steak with fries and onion rings, when I say onion rings I got 2! Had to keep asking for condiments whereas in the past they were always offered at the start of the meal!The food was lacking presentation. Ordered 2 Tiramisu's, only one turned up, when this was corrected the additional one was warm as if it had been microwaved to defrost quickly?Overall we were disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. Do not think we'll be making a return visit!

My sister, niece and I visited this restaurant and were greeted by Eve who was so lovely and attentive! You could clearly see she was the same with other tables too! Couldn’t fault anything! :)

Visited here with my partner & 2 kids during the eat out to help out scheme.There was a time limit of 75 minutes on the table however 15 minutes in order still had not been taken & half a’ hour later we were still waiting on our food when people around us were getting theirs despite coming in after us. After promising our 3 year old desert, we had very little time left so went elsewhere for ice cream.Much prefer the service at the quay!

Amazing staff and food .. Michael is an awesome server, wonderful and funny ..😂 Considering whats going on with the virus etc, so very well organized. Also really thoroughly cleaning tables and chairs after every meal.. Love coming amazing atmosphere too..

I visited this restaurant a couple of days ago with my daughter & nephew. Our waitress Ashley was fabulous, especially with the kids. I had the steak salad (again) it is delicious! I asked Ashley if she could find out what was in the dressing and the lovely head chef Tom was kind enough to give me a bottle of it. Such a lovely gesture! My family and I love frankies and will be returning soon. Thank you once again to Ashley & Tom x

First night out since lockdown, was a little worried but felt very safe with the one way systems, sanitiser stations and friendly staff helping along the way. Night was almost ruined with a horrible woman shouting at staff from outside the restaurant but the staff quickly resolved the issue even though she was extremely rude! Very professional and don’t know how they put up with that behaviour! Foood came quickly and was amazing to boot .. just what we’d been looking forward too for months! We will definitely be back!!!!

We had a lovely meal tonight in Frankie & Bennys at Xscape. We were served by Natasha (Jennifer) and she was so friendly. Really made us feel welcome and had good banter with her. The food was fantastic as well. Will definitely be returning in the future!

The quality was very good, staff was polite, food was great and food was delivered quickly. We went there as a family of 3. I was amazing. Our waitress was Steph was amazing and we have no negatives. Only Positives. And I liked the fact that you could have coupons from the Frankie and Benny's app.

We visited Frankie & Benny’s at Soar yesterday on a very busy day. Our waitress Ashley was excellent! Even though the restaurant was exceptionally busy, Ashley did not stop smiling and was very attentive.

My sister had a birthday lunch here and from the second we sat down, the wonderful Ashley made us feel SO welcome. There were 8 kids and she was so wonderful with every single one of them and made sure the girls were fine the entire time!! We have never had anyone look after us as wonderfully as she has at any of her previous parties! I have a gluten allergy and all the staff made sure my food and drinks were delivered separately so thank you so so much for that.Message From the birthday girl:Ashley thank you so much for making my birthday amazing and special! After a visit to Soar, we decided to go out for dinner and as we had vouchers through the App to get 50% off mains, Frankie and Benny's won over the mainy restaurants to choose from in Soar.Service was a little slow at the beginning but the waiter was nice and friendly and our food was delicious. The menu has been updated since our last visit and I tried the new Lamb shank which was delicious - the meat fell off the bone. Kids had the usual pizza and my son who has a peanut allergy was well taken care of with a list of ingredients in every dish.All in all, a nice experience although it was noisy and I couldn't hear the usual F&B music which I enjoy. I do enjoy Soar as it has an American, holiday atmosphere.

Had a meal there and it was very noisy and although my meal was ok my husbands chips were cold and when he complained they took it away and brought back a steak instead of ribs, when he noticed it he got up to follow the manager and was told just to go and sit down and she would come to the table, not very nicely said. His side of onion rings were so cold they only had the chill off them. Not enamelled about her attitude but must say the rest of the staff were excellent.

Just finished our meal in Frankie's in Braehead and it was absolutely phenomenal...the service we received from Natasha and the team were brilliant. My fiance has an allergy and this was no problems at all. We were looked after from walking in to leaving. The food was cooked perfectly and nothing was a bother to anyone in the restaurant. Will definitely be back!

I visited today mainly because the other restaurant I usually go to didnt setve breakfast but this visit was a total game changer. Food was great and service from Darren was outstanding!

The staff and service at this particular Frankie & Bennys is excellent. We had a slight hiccup with regards to our bill but it was resolved smoothly and quickly. Thanks again to April and her staff, we will definitely be back.

I visited here with my family on Saturday the 7th Dec after a busy shopping trip in the centre. To say we were tired and had enough at this point was an understatement . The service we were extended was so good it cheered us right up and considering I have 2 young kids that was some feet . Our server couldn't be any more helpful and interacting with the kids , our food was lovely and out in good time . Overall a really enjoyable experience and defiantly one we will be repeating!!

Always like to give credit where it's due and the staff here are fantastic! Every time we are in they are great with the kids which makes it so much easier for us. Food was great as usual. Kids loved their after school treat on Friday

Visited this restaurant last saturday for a wee treat with my mum and 5 year old son. It was really busy but we got a seat and ordered our food. We tried to use the tablet they give you for allergies as my son has egg and nut allergies but the tablet wouldn't load then locked us out.

Visited the restaurant on Friday 15/11/19 around 4:30 pm with my kids and grandkids, only 3 or 4 tables in but seem to take forever for the food to come , consistently asking why it was taking so long , an other family came up to us and said that they ended up having to leave the service was that bad , kids missed there bowling slot , staff never even asked if our food was ok , foreign and unprofessional

I went to F & B's for lunch with friends. I had not visited this branch before and I wasn't disappointed. I ordered the Mac cheese and Cajun fries on the side. Both were very tasty. One friend had a pizza which looked lovely and the desserts were delicious. The staff were polite and helpful. The only thing that could be improved was the fact that the baby changing table comes down over a toilet. Certainly a good place to drop into for lunch if you are at Braehead or Soar.

We have been to various Frankie and Bennys and this one at Braeead has topped them all with welcome, service and helpfulness.

Very nice two course meal after a visit to the cinema. Well cooked and nice presentation. Service couldn’t have been better. Much less noisier than our local F&B;’s.

Hello, We popped In for a family meal yesterday lunchtime. Great sevice, lovely meal and the kids enjoyed theirs too. We will definitely be back soon. The manager was very accommodating with our double buggy and getting us colouring for the kids. Great service!

Took the kids out for lunch during the October holidays, busy place but helpful manager and quick service made our visit less stressful. Great food, lots of choice (even with a fussy eater)and would definitely go again.

I've been a customer of Frankie & Benny's for many years and I've always had a great meal. Went to xscape today with my family and wow its went downhill. We had ordered cokes and had to ask the waitress for fresh ones as they were no syrup in the drinks. Just fizzy water. She did get us fresh ones right away. It was actually the portion sizes I'm mostly annoyed about. Barely a handful of chips with the burger and we ordered a double sized burger and it was pathetic for the £14.99 they asked for. Their new menu is rubbish, they have removed the cheese dip with the dough balls. Other customers were actually leaving their seats as they weren't getting their meals and so many tables that were left without getting cleaned. Staff are clearly understaffed and the chefs need to actually taste their own food before serving as myself ordered a pasta dish and their was no taste in the sauce. VERY POOR. I wont be returning to this restaurant again.

I was in yesterday with my family before going to the cinema. Had a new menu on which we all enjoyed. We love coming here as the staff are great, especially with the kids. Lesley served us today and she was a delight. A happy customer once again!

Went to braehead glasgow restaurant. Wont be back. Ordered bbq chicken pizza it looked like my kids made it. Burnt black with few chicken pieces and saturated in what looked like bbq sauce from the bottle. Wanted it changed to pepperoni but came back with bbq chicken although slightly better than the first. I had to wait a while for mine while my friend ate theirs. When we complained the server was blaming other staff members for the mix up and basically saying 1 girl is ONLY a table cleaner and that the chef has been so busy this is why the pizza looked crap. Not the best customer service. I would have rather gave no stars. I have a photo of what they thought was acceptable to serve.

Had a lovely meal in here yesterday with my girlfriend. Food was great and didn’t take too long even though the restaurant was really busy. The staff were excellent, went over and above to make sure everything was to our liking. Couldn’t fault it.

Its over priced poor service poor management but the food was very bad. If i knew better i would think its delivered by BRAKES FOOD. Think on before you go

Been to Basildon restaurant many times but this occasion stood out.... Had meerkat vouchers but even without the meal was well worth it.... And the service by Ella was excellent, couldn't fault it.

Popped in unannounced on a Fri night and despite being very busy we were sat immediately and our waitress Natasha was extremely attentive. Food was excellent and the service was first class. We will definitely be back.

Have been a few times and enjoyed every time. Food very good and good atmosphere. Staff friendly, music played and good for celebrating with family and friends.

We visit Frankie and Bennys in Braehead regularly as we always find the service and the food is excellent and great value for money. Our children are never treated like pests and we are always asked if we need more drinks and if our food is ok. I never feel uncomfortable passing my phone over to show I have voucher codes the staff are always keen to add this to my bill when I have one.

Stopped for a quick meal after bowling, fantastic food & great service made us feel welcome from the start. Thanks Darren, thanks Steven. Will definitely be back

Service terrible and eggs undercooked. Menu swaps difficult. All in all not a great experience. Used to be destination of choice bu Great Yarmouth branch is one to avoid. Go to Tesco’s instead for better service and better cooked food.

Went for breakfast here for the first time and sorry won’t be back. I ordered the waffles and bacon with maple syrup. When it came, everything on the plate was cold. I spoke to the waiter and he took it away. Thought I would get a fresh one but no, the original came back after being heated in a microwave so I now had warm very soggy waffles and dried out bacon. I would have complained again but my companion had since finished hers. No discount or apology. Poor customer service

The food was delicious, great waiting times. And our service from Jolanta was superb! She was very attentive and friendly.

My brother took me here today for a birthday lunch treat. We bought from the lunch menu, two courses for £11 (or thereabouts). Southern fried chicken starter was really nice and pure chicken breast. The potato skins however weren't all that great. We got wraps and fish which were al very tasty. However one tip is to ask for a refillable drink at £2.99 instead of paying £3.19 for a small glass of draught... Staff looked like they were short of a body but they were working hard to get people's food out on time so can't fault that.

From the moment I booked the table until we left the service was amazing. Nothing was too much hassle and every member of staff went out their way to make my sons 6th birthday lunch a success, from the hostess, the management and even the girl who was clearing our table. Our server Ross couldn't of been more patient with all the young kids and treated them with respect and he was full of fun. Serving younger children is not easy and we had a table full of them. Having eaten and Frankie and Bennies before, we weren't expecting amazing food just a quick bite but all of the adults eating were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Some of the best carbonara I have tasted in a long time. Me and my other half eat out regularly and working in hospitality for years we always pick up flaws but this time we could not. It was amazing thanks. Will be back soon

Absolutely shocking service because they don't have nearly enough staff on for the amount of punters. Waited 30 minutes to get the drinks. Asked for sweet potato fries, got normal fries but asked to pay for sweet potato ones!! Fries were cold, tried to attract a waiters attention, any of them, to tell them they were cold but couldnt even do that. Quick enough to bring the bill though. Tables sitting with old plates of food on them for 45 minutes whilst the queue to get in is about 20 deep. Wont be back.

Had a lovely lunch here with my kids and some family members today , Our server was so helpful and polite ,I have one fussy family and was never made to feel anything was a problem or too much for them to accommodate, Our drinks were served fast and then replenished quickly by the bar staff aswell .

We went with three grandchildren and spent too long waiting for our food. The order was incorrect when it came.I had to start with part of my order and await the remainder being cooked. We noted at least three other orders being returned during our time there. We were using Meerkat meals offer and bill, when it eventually came, was too complicated to check. Service was offhand verging on ignorant. We will not return and certainly not recommend.

Me , my boyfriend and our friend came here this afternoon for a late lunch and what an absolute mess of a place.

Had a family birthday here last week. Staff couldn’t have been nicer or more attentive. Made the night fun for my 3 year old daughter. Definitely recommend for any kind of night out.

Service for over 2 hours alwas absolutely absimal.. freezing cold starter, 1.5 hours to get a drink, rude obnoxious female server only saving grace was Callum. He literally carries this place and he does it so happily. Callum deserves a pay rise and a stiff drink!

My cousins and I ate at this particular Frankie and Benny's on Tuesday the 2nd of July and I was honestly not at all happy with the service in the restaurant that night. The food was for the most part not bad- aside from cold fries with one of our meals. However it was the standard of service that really shocked me.

We come up to Renfrew every few months and enjoy the shopping centre with its selection of shops and places to eat. Tonight visited Frankie & Benny’s at the adjacent Soar centre.

We arrived at 4.30 and were seated in a booth and offered lunch and dinner menus . We chose from the lunch menu. Service was fast and attentive. Food was not bad , we had a house and a cheese burger. It didn't seem that the patties themselves were made to order. The meat was solid and if it wasn't for the relish and onions l don't think there would be much taste. No garnish at all ,served with fries of choice. However the real issue was the level of noise. I am so glad l wasn't there for a romantic meal with my husband. But l did want to chat with my friend . I had no idea that the place was popular for children's birthday parties?! All of a sudden the music was up full blast and l really do mean belting out ...happy birthday. There were at least 3 such parties happening. It was like a kindergarten in there. Balloons everywhere, screaming kids, my idea of hell. I have kids so l am not some old fuddy duddy. I asked if the music could be turned down, she said she could do it a little. I didn't notice that much difference. We decided to go, we did try but l actually gave myself a sore throat. I will NEVER be back. I started going to (other) Frankie and Benny's 20 years ago and its changed so much and l feel standards have really fallen. Its absolutely not the same. Very very dissatisfied and disappointed!!

A friend and I had breakfast here this week,they have a new breakfast menu, as well as old favourites (eggs benedict which I ordered, delicious) my friend ordered the new breakfast pizza - amazing a whole breakfast on a pizza!, service was great from Janetta and April nothing too much trouble, would certainly recommend a visit here if your looking for a hearty breakfast,will definitely be back.

On the particular night we visited I think we were unlucky. Everything we ordered was either off menu or run out. It was fine, understand this can happen.

We used to come here over a year ago when they used to be alright and the vibe of the 50s diner was good with old style music which made it even better. Now the music is all different with current pop hits playing, just takes away the atmosphere. We got served all our food within 5-10 mins of ordering, starters and mains came together. They almost forgot the drinks too. Food was almost cold and my mums burger bread was a bit hard. I felt like we had to eat so fast because food was going cold and finished the whole visit in about 25 mins! Compared to how this place used to be, it wasn't as good experience so won't bother coming back here!

Popped in for late lunch. Surprisingly not too busy, greeting was very nice and friendly. Restaurant was very clean, menu looks good. Ordered the Mediterranean salad with salmon, which sounded lovely, and when it arrived looked lovely, however as a personal taste I thought it was a little bland and in need of a dressing to lift the flavours. Service was very good and servers were pleasant and attentive. I would return but I think I'd change my food choice.
