Friendly and helpful staff. Very busy with customers, but no delays. Delicious meal and facilities clean and tidy.

Brilliant quality food with affordable prices

The only reason I'm giving the food a 4 is because my chicken dish was quite salty. I did mention this to staff, which they then passed on to the chefs. Other than that, all good.

Nowhere near authentic Italian cuisine. If you know your food you would not eat here. Please - if you're selling yourself as an Italian restaurant, then please try to offer something that can pass.

Thoroughly enjoyed yet another visit to Zambretto Italian. Always a warm welcome, and delicious food.

Food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Staff were so warm and welcoming and speed of service was great. We stayed for hours and at no time felt rushed, great way to spend a rainy Tuesday afternoon

No chips arrived as part of the pizza deal

Ordered a pizza deal and never received the rustic chips. And food was freezing cold. Delivery had obviously had two previous stops and wasn't in a zipped hot food carrier.

Great wee place for food n drink x service first class

Pizza was disappointing. Asked for no Olives and arrived with olives. Pizza described with rocket and arrived with none. Overall bland.

Just can't fault zambretto. Food is fantastic, staff are friendly and very helpful. We will most definitely be back again

Food was lovely as was the lady who served us, 3 of us were in for lunch. 2 of us were using the winter meal deal voucher and our daughter was eating from the main menu but because we had our voucher she wasn't entitled to the 30% off promotion for the main menu seemed abit unfair but what can you do. This has absolutely nothing to do with food or service though so would still recommend just be aware. Also says to mention vouchers etc when booking but I couldn't get into notes part.

Great food as always, only downfall was the music. Singer was fabulous but just felt the guests who were in the front were a bit too loud for us to fully enjoy the meal.

My food was delivered 2 hours late and is lukewarm. I received a notification about 40 minutes earlier to say my food was delivered when it wasn’t and I’m not sure if they would’ve started making it - again - if I hadn’t requested a full refund. There was not an option for me to cancel the order after 2 hours had passed. I ordered my food at 17:58 and it has just arrived at 20:50.

Noté que estaban desayunando el fin de semana y pensé en probarlo. Este es probablemente el mejor desayuno cocinado que he tenido. Productos frescos cocinados y de gran calidad utilizados. A 8 libras. 95 para un desayuno escocés completo con café y jugo No tenía la mayor expectativa, pero me quedé completamente impresionado por lo genial que era. El personal era excelente, muy servicial y amable.

delivery driver was nice and food was warm

Estaba muy decepcionado de nuestra experiencia hizo una pequeña queja, mi plato de pasta parecía que tenía demasiado aceite, era poco apetitoso, el pavo tenía más relleno que el pavo, verduras empapadas y para colmo nos cobraron de más. 3 platos de lunes a jueves £ 25 nos cobraron £ 30 , no volveremos y definitivamente no recomiendo

Este es nuestro lugar favorito. Pasteles de carne y pizzas son excelentes. Tamaños de porción a través del menú muy generoso. El personal es tan acogedor y la decoración nueva es hermosa. Definitivamente vale la pena una visita.

Comimos aquí, a petición y qué agradable sorpresa fue. La comida era excelente, caliente y sabrosa, sin duda recomendaría comer aquí, el ambiente es bueno y apuesto a que la música en vivo en el fin de semana es especialmente bueno.

Purchased itison gift for my daughinlaw birthday- very disappointing- just returned from lunch told me - bruchetta tasteless - lasagne clumpy sour taste and chicken dish can tell was frozen not nice at all - they will not be back !! feeling unwell now !!! Very disappointing experience for them and myself as I purchased it ! Regardless of cost should have been better than this !

I got an order of burst food containers and no drink with an excuse that the drink burst before its arrival. The delivery driver barely spoke English so couldn’t communicate effectively. I took pictures of the state of the food and submitted a refund. Either the restaurant or the delivery driver are responsible.

Great find, first time eating here. Staff very attentive and friendly, food delicious with generous portions. We asked to take some away in a doggy bag and this wasn't a problem. Will go again and recommend 5*

Es la primera vez que vengo aquí y fue tan bueno. Todas nuestras comidas eran increíbles. Especialmente el penne de pollo con sal y chile. Personal muy amable y atento. Gritar a Mark que nos hizo reír tanto y nos alegró la noche. ¡Regresaremos seguro!

Los entrantes eran agradables (calamares y haggis bon bons) y los principales eran agradables, pero el salmón horneado estaba unos 5 minutos sobrecocido y la lasaña era sabrosa, pero tenía un centro no comestible quemado muy duro. Servicio amable aunque un poco lento. Restaurante muy bien decorado.

for every zambretto over ordered for over 2 years the juice is missing ever order

Great value lunch deal, part of the autumn deal. We had haggis bon bons and mozzarella carroza and the salt and chilli chicken pizza. All delicious and service was fab. Couldn't finish the pizza so was offered a box to bring some home. We will be back soon.

Absolutely disgusting cold chicken has just been delivered to me. I have taken a photo and it looks like something you wouldn't even serve a dog. My kids were laughing at how bad it looks.

Just eat delivered driver was abysmal. Drive around for 50+ mins after leaving restaurant. Food was literally freezing when arrived! Driver did not apologise and had an attitude! Bad service just eat!

I got a pizza and it was undercooked and through chicken was chewy so was unable to eat it. Contacted for a refund and never got a reply.

Pizzas werent same as usual as were very rubbery texture when eating - couldnt finish them. Hopefully a one off and hope the havnt changed usual cheese but if so change it back please.

I was there for dinner and the quiz night on a Wednesday. The food was good and the quizmaster did a great quiz.

It was good pasta. The garlic bread portion is large but honestly no one seemed to really like it, kinda chewey and bland. Overall we like it and would recommend.

Just went for lunch with my friend at the start service was ok. Our starters were fine, but our main course left a lot to be desired. We had both ordered fish and chip’s and were both overdone the batter was brick hard on both. The Chips were akin to crispy flakes. When we talked to staff the lady was more than helpful. But then when we spoke the bald gentleman ( using the term loosely ) he was extremely rude to us both.

ordered at 5.11pm it was delivered at 6.30pm mac and cheese luke warm and chips cold. ordered a few times from here was always happy food was piping hot but not tonight.

The food was tasteless and cold when it arrived and pizza was barely cooked. Should have read the previous reviews. Won’t order again.

Everything wonderful until told by owner we were too noisy. 10 of us in group. Most around 60 age group. Seating meant could not hear each other. Sadly, I and my husband felt very embarrassed by this. We have eaten in restaurant many times before. Will not be back. I doubt this review will make any difference to how owner views us

Garlic bread missing, some chicken seemed fresh other bits chewy. Couldn't see njuda sausage at all. And the penne had some renegade spaghetti in it . not happy..

We were really looking forward to going to Zambretto...the food was nice, tasty enough. I think we just chose a time to eat when they were busy, and mostly chatting to each other. Two younger girls were mostly serving our area and tried to smile but looked distracted, unfortunately the other older woman waitress seemed stressed, impatient and quite rude. Not when she was chatting away for ages to the male staff. I bit my tongue with her rudness as trying to enjoy our time there. As I said the food was nice.

the spaghetti tasted like someone took 2 cans of cream of tomato soup with overcooked mince and undercooked carrots and mixed it up. Flavourless and waterer ragu, any Italian would be ashamed.

Food was good and OK priced too had pasta deal 1 which was carbonara with garlic bread - it was good and tasty also got macaroni cheese and chips which although good could have been a bit more cheesier but that's probably more for my taste tbh. I will still order from here as I have in the past and still sit in as I have in the past as I have since it originally opened aa Sapporito before changing its name. So overall I scored food 4 out of 5 but only due to not being able to give it a 9/10. So highly recommended from me

After a recent experience we will not be back. I asked for a table on entering as the man behind the bar did not seem to be on a hurry to offer us one, and was a bit perturbed that I had asked him, he then gave us a table in the bar area. Which was cold. I sat down and saw a pubic hair on the table 🤢 then I had to kill 2 flies that were constantly buzzing about us disgusting, then midgies, were crawling along table as well as hovering about us, which I get is hard to stop at the minute. Food was decent enough. Was not comfortable with the table we were at and wasn’t until halfway through our meal we saw that there was a separate dining area that looked far more cosy and inviting than where we had been situated. There were a lot of male staff hovering about the bar area which was rather off putting and intimidating for the females in our party. Not a pleasant dining experience..

The goat's cheese pizza came without balsamic glaze and rocket. It happened before and I thought it was a mistake.

First time visiting. Used an itison. Food was excellent and service was excellent too Would definitely go back with or without a voucher.

The food had no other taste apart from garlic, the chicken was too hard to chew, everything was congealed together. The carbonara was again over powered with garlic, and the one thing that was supposed to taste of garlic (garlic bread) was burnt n too hard to eat and tasteless 🤦🏻‍♀️

Had such a lovely experience tonight. Food was lovely and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more attentive. I would like to especially mention Mark as he went above and beyond, making a fuss of my mum on her birthday and making it that little bit more special. Bank Holiday Monday with my mother for lunch. The Balmoral chicken was outstanding. The whisky sauce was delightful. The veg was perfection. The staff were very friendly. Great welcoming, homely atmosphere. I will be back. Best food I have had in Paisley!! To top the afternoon off, a wee bit of sweetness goodness. ❤️

Food was very bland - carbonara was tasteless and the pizza wasn’t much better (sparse cheese and toppings too). Disappointing meal.

Good food but served by a male wearing a hoodie and denims, tried house white wine which was warm so tried spending a little bit extra got the Sauvignon Blanc which was also not chilled properly and tasted cheap
