Review: 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Had a great time at this restaurant! The staff were super friendly and had a quirky sense of humour that added a fun vibe to the evening. The only hiccup was that one person's order was forgotten, but they handled it well and made sure to fix it quickly. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Comimos aquí, a petición y qué agradable sorpresa fue. La comida era excelente, caliente y sabrosa, sin duda recomendaría comer aquí, el ambiente es bueno y apuesto a que la música en vivo en el fin de semana es especialmente bueno.

Delivery time changed from 20:35 to 20:45 then advise it would be before 9pm.delivery drive was fine but the food was awful and cold

Purchased itison gift for my daughinlaw birthday- very disappointing- just returned from lunch told me - bruchetta tasteless - lasagne clumpy sour taste and chicken dish can tell was frozen not nice at all - they will not be back !! feeling unwell now !!! Very disappointing experience for them and myself as I purchased it ! Regardless of cost should have been better than this !

I got an order of burst food containers and no drink with an excuse that the drink burst before its arrival. The delivery driver barely spoke English so couldn’t communicate effectively. I took pictures of the state of the food and submitted a refund. Either the restaurant or the delivery driver are responsible.

It's great I go there regularly and the food is always good. But you need to book for busy times.

Los entrantes eran agradables (calamares y haggis bon bons) y los principales eran agradables, pero el salmón horneado estaba unos 5 minutos sobrecocido y la lasaña era sabrosa, pero tenía un centro no comestible quemado muy duro. Servicio amable aunque un poco lento. Restaurante muy bien decorado.

for every zambretto over ordered for over 2 years the juice is missing ever order

Great value lunch deal, part of the autumn deal. We had haggis bon bons and mozzarella carroza and the salt and chilli chicken pizza. All delicious and service was fab. Couldn't finish the pizza so was offered a box to bring some home. We will be back soon.

Absolutely disgusting cold chicken has just been delivered to me. I have taken a photo and it looks like something you wouldn't even serve a dog. My kids were laughing at how bad it looks.

driver phoned saying he was lost? gave him directions order never arrived!! said it was delivered on just eat disgusting! Will be deleting this app

Just eat delivered driver was abysmal. Drive around for 50+ mins after leaving restaurant. Food was literally freezing when arrived! Driver did not apologise and had an attitude! Bad service just eat!

I got a pizza and it was undercooked and through chicken was chewy so was unable to eat it. Contacted for a refund and never got a reply.

Pizzas werent same as usual as were very rubbery texture when eating - couldnt finish them. Hopefully a one off and hope the havnt changed usual cheese but if so change it back please.

I was there for dinner and the quiz night on a Wednesday. The food was good and the quizmaster did a great quiz.

It was good pasta. The garlic bread portion is large but honestly no one seemed to really like it, kinda chewey and bland. Overall we like it and would recommend.

Just went for lunch with my friend at the start service was ok. Our starters were fine, but our main course left a lot to be desired. We had both ordered fish and chip’s and were both overdone the batter was brick hard on both. The Chips were akin to crispy flakes. When we talked to staff the lady was more than helpful. But then when we spoke the bald gentleman ( using the term loosely ) he was extremely rude to us both.

ordered at 5.11pm it was delivered at 6.30pm mac and cheese luke warm and chips cold. ordered a few times from here was always happy food was piping hot but not tonight.

The food was tasteless and cold when it arrived and pizza was barely cooked. Should have read the previous reviews. Won’t order again.

Everything wonderful until told by owner we were too noisy. 10 of us in group. Most around 60 age group. Seating meant could not hear each other. Sadly, I and my husband felt very embarrassed by this. We have eaten in restaurant many times before. Will not be back. I doubt this review will make any difference to how owner views us

Garlic bread missing, some chicken seemed fresh other bits chewy. Couldn't see njuda sausage at all. And the penne had some renegade spaghetti in it . not happy..

We were really looking forward to going to Zambretto...the food was nice, tasty enough. I think we just chose a time to eat when they were busy, and mostly chatting to each other. Two younger girls were mostly serving our area and tried to smile but looked distracted, unfortunately the other older woman waitress seemed stressed, impatient and quite rude. Not when she was chatting away for ages to the male staff. I bit my tongue with her rudness as trying to enjoy our time there. As I said the food was nice.

the spaghetti tasted like someone took 2 cans of cream of tomato soup with overcooked mince and undercooked carrots and mixed it up. Flavourless and waterer ragu, any Italian would be ashamed.

Food was good and OK priced too had pasta deal 1 which was carbonara with garlic bread - it was good and tasty also got macaroni cheese and chips which although good could have been a bit more cheesier but that's probably more for my taste tbh. I will still order from here as I have in the past and still sit in as I have in the past as I have since it originally opened aa Sapporito before changing its name. So overall I scored food 4 out of 5 but only due to not being able to give it a 9/10. So highly recommended from me

Brilliant quality food with affordable prices

After a recent experience we will not be back. I asked for a table on entering as the man behind the bar did not seem to be on a hurry to offer us one, and was a bit perturbed that I had asked him, he then gave us a table in the bar area. Which was cold. I sat down and saw a pubic hair on the table 🤢 then I had to kill 2 flies that were constantly buzzing about us disgusting, then midgies, were crawling along table as well as hovering about us, which I get is hard to stop at the minute. Food was decent enough. Was not comfortable with the table we were at and wasn’t until halfway through our meal we saw that there was a separate dining area that looked far more cosy and inviting than where we had been situated. There were a lot of male staff hovering about the bar area which was rather off putting and intimidating for the females in our party. Not a pleasant dining experience..

The goat's cheese pizza came without balsamic glaze and rocket. It happened before and I thought it was a mistake.

First time visiting. Used an itison. Food was excellent and service was excellent too Would definitely go back with or without a voucher.

The food had no other taste apart from garlic, the chicken was too hard to chew, everything was congealed together. The carbonara was again over powered with garlic, and the one thing that was supposed to taste of garlic (garlic bread) was burnt n too hard to eat and tasteless 🤦🏻‍♀️

Been here a couple times and always great. Sometimes have to wait a while to be seen to but quality of food and drinks are amazing for what you pay. Highly recommend the peppercorn chicken

Bank Holiday Monday with my mother for lunch. The Balmoral chicken was outstanding. The whisky sauce was delightful. The veg was perfection. The staff were very friendly. Great welcoming, homely atmosphere. I will be back. Best food I have had in Paisley!! To top the afternoon off, a wee bit of sweetness goodness. ❤️

Had such a lovely experience tonight. Food was lovely and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more attentive. I would like to especially mention Mark as he went above and beyond, making a fuss of my mum on her birthday and making it that little bit more special. Will definitely be back in the future, thank you for a lovely dining experience!

Great service. Brilliant home cooked food. Scotch broth to start (beautifully home made) and lasagne for main. I wish we had an Italian restaurant like this where I lived!

Food was very bland - carbonara was tasteless and the pizza wasn’t much better (sparse cheese and toppings too). Disappointing meal.

Good food but served by a male wearing a hoodie and denims, tried house white wine which was warm so tried spending a little bit extra got the Sauvignon Blanc which was also not chilled properly and tasted cheap

This place is shockingly bad. Was told to sit down and menus would be brought over.. had to go get my own menus after waiting 15 minutes and the waitress behind the bar choosing to complete mundane tasks instead of serving us. Waited another 15 minutes before being asked if we’d ordered drinks by the waitress who has been blatantly ignoring us the whole time. Starters were cold and the mussels were hilariously small. Waited another 30 mins for the mains which were lukewarm and the chips had a whisper of potato in them. Tastes like they’re collecting the scraps from neighbouring restaurants and sticking them under a heat lamp. Think the aim of the restaurant is to make you wait as long as possible so the food might taste slightly good given how starving you are.

If you like waiting 30+ minutes to get served, eat mediocre food & get ignored by staff, this is the place for you! Overpriced & low quality food.

Hi I ordered on just eat Thursday night when it arrived very disappointed with my order, it was luke warm frozen veg in the spaghetti Bolognese which was hard, tasted disgusting, the burger and chips was saturated in grease, over cooked chips, salad soggy, the macaroni was bland and watery no taste, for my order of £38 the food was vile and it all went in the bin, and I am demanding a refund.

For an Italian restaurant and something as simple as a bolognaise it was really poor. Overcooked pasta. The sauce was just bad and poor flavour, pieces everywhere. Not great. Wouldn’t order again.

Worst takeaway ever! My experience was utterly disappointing. From the dry chips to the horrendous pizza and what seemed like a basic penne pasta drowned in canned tomatoes, it felt like I was eating a meal I could have easily made at home, but with much less flavor. Having to season everything myself was the final straw. Definitely not worth the money or the time spent waiting!!!!

Pasta very bland but garlic bread and chips were ok, not sure I'd order again, ordered a few times now and keep thinking I'll try again but regret it every time, food is not great. Don't expect piping hot food either cause it never is always only luke warm.

Usually order the salt & chilli chicken when visiting the restaurant & it's my favourite item on the menu.....opted for this for delivery last night & it was very disappointing! Nothing salt & chill about the chicken, toppings flung out without a care, and no sweet chilli sauce. Won't bother with takeaway again :-(

I went for a meal with my mum. The abysmal behavior exhibited by the assistant manager and the staff at this restaurant is utterly disgraceful. Deliberately making customers wait excessively for their food and openly expressing personal animosity towards my mum is beyond reprehensible. The fact that they denied us the chance to voice our concerns formally demonstrates a complete disregard for customer feedback and satisfaction. It's abundantly clear that this restaurant has a severe deficiency in basic customer service etiquette and should be avoided at all costs.

Nice place but they need to up the quality of the food, starters were average but I don’t know what the risotto was but it definitely wasn’t rice, the texture was awful, mush…. the plate was left untouched and the waitress didn’t even question it, makes you think it’s a regular occurrence that people just don’t eat it 🤔

After I didn’t receive the pizza within this order, when I had to repay for another pizza it took over an hour to come. The pizza was also cold and chewy. Disappointed. Ruined night.

A great atmosphere and very busy being a Friday evening. The food drink and service was fantastic, but the only negative I left with was that we were, not necessarily rushed, but the clearing of plates, ordering a desert and production of the bill was done quite quickly. At time of booking it is made very clear the table must be vacated after 1hr 45 min, and I fully understand that, but it just felt a little rushed, especially being a soecial occasion.

Arrived without parts of the order and the food was cold.

once again you forgot to write gluten free on the pasta box, we had no other option that to not eat it just in case. pizza and chips were good.

Gluten free was not written on the lid of the pasta box , I imagine it was gluten free since instead of spaghetti pasta there was macaroni pasta. writing down if it's gluten free on the outside of the box (like you have always done) is a peace of mind for me and my unborn baby. thanks!

Never disappointed by the quality of Zambretto's food.

I was disappointed. The food was boring. Instead of grilled chicken there was a piece of breast from the oven. Buying a piece of chicken and three potatoes for 20 pounds is stupid. It was the same with fish....salves are not enough for service. Forks lying right on the table. Disposable place.

I looked in the box and thought my main meal was missing. There were not many chips but they still managed to hide the chicken breast. This would have fitted in a small box. I know it was Friday and Just Eat was playing up but if someone was paying for food I was preparing that would not leave my kitchen.

I had seafood risotto, the food arrived hot. The portion was a big portion and was fresh. I really enjoyed the seafood risotto, I recommend the seafood risotto. Will definitely re-order the seafood risotto again.
