Called in for mid afternoon lunch Excellent service from staff Food was cooked to perfection Excellent menu and drinks choice

Great food and friendly staff. Lasagne was superb but the place felt rather cold, dark and uninviting. Maybe if thry had switched on the fairy lights it would have felt a bit more welcoming but there are other pizzerias in the town which are similarly priced with a lovely ambience.

The restaurant is ok location maybe so more lights outside, inside very quite and staff speak very loudly overall ok , clean on the restaurant order and drink been served excellent the temperature of the food but in our conversation at table you have to stop because staff speaking between them very loudly and is interrupted you. Main course been served no been checked if the food ok or we like more drinks, but we ask one of the staff members if we can have one more round of drinks, all fine , we finish the food and we wait to be ask for dessert but no way , we ask again for more drinks and deserts ( the restaurant have 3 staff and 1 in pizza side and just 2 tables our self and 1 table of 2 plush children). Anyway the restaurant environment ok but but staff totally sucks disgusting between them ( one yang person, one italian accent and one kind ladies ) FYI the restroom need to be a bit fresh up and the fire extinguisher block the door and the mop bucket hold the fridge door ( not very nice to see that)

Otra maravillosa experiencia gastronómica aquí , Vinimos aquí por la noche de San Valentín, el servicio era bueno, pero la comida era aún mejor, Lemonchello Spritz tampoco decepcionó , La pizza Bianco que estaba en los especiales era delicioso, no puedo esperar a volver.

Excellent food with great service. I wasn’t sure about going based on the pictures on trip advisor. I was pleasantly surprised and loved my dinner! I highly recommend Luigi’s!

I visited this place several years ago with my daughter who was 8 at the time. The owner asked what she was dong at school. She mention that she was learn ing the cello. He produced a violin which he said he had recently acquired at a jumble sale and gave it her to try. She could not play it so he asked if she minded if he tried. What happened then I will never forget. He played that violin to concert violinist standards, absolutely amazing. The food is great but the violin playing is just superb. I hear it is closed temporarily as he has had a hip operation. I wish him a full recovery and my sincere thanks for what he did on the very special visit all those years ago!

We have been going to Witham Prezzo for years and always find its great experience. It’s definitely the best one in the area both in terms of food quality and level of service. Our fav servers are Liv and Veronica, always so nice and attentive! Until the next time :)

Five of us booked for a meal at 7 pm . Hugely disappointing, we have been going to Marcellos or over 35 years. Seated down stairs , waited ages for drinks order to be taken. Husbanded ordered draft pint of moretti, waited at least 35 minutes for it to be brought , after repeated requests and being told the keg was being changed. Eventually food orders were taken and as we ordered we are told there is no asparagus not thatwe asked for it and asked if we wanted extra spinach instead of asparagus , which we said yes to. The food was fine . We asked for a dessert menu , left it with us while we decided what we wanted to order , decision made and waitress came back and said “ I’ll tell you what we haven’t got” which then reduced the dessert menu to about four items. I ordered pannacotta, a favourite of mine. Two others ordered flat white coffee to be told the coffee machine was broken . Pannacotta arrive a thin watery custard in a glass with some squirty cream and a couple of wafer rolls, it was so liquid it couldn’t stay on the spoon. Two of our party went to the toilets and came reporting that barely a dribble of water came out of the taps for handwashing and the hot air dryer was broken . A waiter asked if everything had been ok and when I said no he wasn’t very happy in fact bordering on rude . My first comment was that we had paper napkins while every other table had linen napkins, his argument to that was they had been very busy and that the paper ones didn’t have to be washed, I pointed out every other table had linens not paper even all the empty tables around us. He then said that we were late in the day coming in ( we booked for 7 pm and arrived a few minutes before that) I takend about the wait for the beer, and the poor quality pannacotta .he didn’t seem to think that anything said was of import. By this time we had asked for the bill three times and it hadn’t arrived so we asked again. Bill arrived and when I went to pay he took off the price of the pannacotta. I was really disappointed, we were there to celebrate a birthday and I’d hoped for a good experience for our family. We won’t return which is sad because we have had many happy times there in the past.

Este es mi lugar favorito para comer en Harrods. ¡Su pizza blanca es deliciosa! Nunca decepciona, así como su lasaña... buenos postres también y como siempre, muy buen servicio.

Now called the Italian kitchen.......ordered a takeaway, 2 garlic mushrooms, 1 margarita pizza, 1 calazone pizza, 1 chips.......over £36 for a takeaway, calazone not much bigger than the size of a large hand, strangest taste of a pizza we have ever had, the ciabatta that the garlic mushrooms came with was on the bottom so that was very soggy, not our idea of nice food, staff were lovely.

Siento que tal vez me he perdido el punto dulce en este restaurante, ya que en verdad fue una experiencia bastante poco abrumadora. Tal vez el hecho de que todos me habían dicho pasadas salidas había traído gran comida, servicio, ambiente me hizo esperar mucho más, pero no puedo evitar sentir que se han perdido el camino si es así. Éramos una mesa de 5 pero parecía estar viendo la peor parte de demasiadas cubiertas y personal insuficiente y nuestra comida whiole salpicado en lugar de fluir. Todos tomamos el menú del chef, que de nuevo tal vez un error de los escolares, pero a excepción de las papas fritas parmesanas todo era bang promedio y para ser honesto el Tortellini estaba mal cocinado y la combinación de calabaza / crema no era muy agradable. El venado estaba bien pero para entonces creo que la batalla siempre fue cuesta arriba. 110 libras esterlinas por una comida de cinco platos yo esperaría más y normalmente alguien se toma la molestia de explicar realmente cada plato mientras que en esta ocasión, (¿tal vez uno fuera? ) , nadie se molestó. El vino era precioso pero caro y £ 1250 , es decir, £ 250 por cabeza, espero mucho más y algunos, especialmente cuando hay tantos restaurantes grandes por aquí hoy en día. Quizá me equivoque, pero siento que una estrella Michelin ha atrofiado y no ha empoderado a este lugar para entrar en cosas mejores. W Supongo que el tiempo dirá...

Very tasty pasta dishes, unusual and creative. Because we had some people with us who don't like creative cuisine, we made some extra classic Bolognese. Thanks for that!

Fantastic evening and family dinner at Cheikos - the waiter was fantastic and attentive- the food was quite incredible. We had it on a voucher deal but quite frankly it is a very reasonable priced menu anyway - would highly recommend - my friends are now booking and we will definitely return again - thank you
