Raff 55 in East Lindsey

Just TERRIBLE! The only good thing to say was the waiters were polite and friendly but the food selection was awful and the quality was shocking. Over cooked mush with chow mein and chop suey, tiny overcooked chicken bits in sickly sauce and rice like bullets. For the price (we spent over £60) it was shocking. AVOID at all costs!!

This place is hit and miss. We went in by the time we left only 1 hour we had gone into same food same service but twice the price. You really need to watch your receipt as they like to add extras that you haven't had. We have been 3 times but we will not go again as something is wrong with times and paying. Food is OK but you do have to wait around as there dishes don't come out fast.

Everytime we visit Skegness we make sure to visit this place. Just visited for lunch this last weekend and it was great as always. Really tasty food, a decent choice and nice staff. See you next time!

Pretty awful experience. The one star is because the young lady that served us was very friendly, as was the chap working at the grill station. The food is so terrible. Pizza is either margherita or margherita with one slice of pepperoni on it. The oriental and Indian options were absolute slop. Prawn toast was rock hard. To top it off, the salt and pepper chilli chicken was basically cheap chicken nuggets with bits of chopped chilli chucked on the top! Just embarrassing. I don’t think we stayed for more than half an hour. £18.99 for an adult! Very, very poor.

We had our first and last experience at raff55 tonight it was absolutely disgusting noodles was hard so was egg fried rice pizza was full of grease when u bit in to it the manners of staff was shocking I've had a bigger burger at McDonald's they class it as all u can eat I've seen bigger choices on my local ice cream van i end this with a good point the pop was nice Don't be like us listen to the reviews

Went here in August 2022 and my grandson loved it. Especially the chicken wings...so this year he wanted to go for his birthday dinner,excited about having his chicken wings(he's never eaten them anywhere else)....A bit disappointed I was charged full adult price for him as he made up 10 that day, I didn't say anything as it was his birthday and its what he wanted...we walked up to find that they had stopped doing chicken wings and replaced them with cheap chicken nuggets, I asked a waiter if they where doing any to his reply of sorry we don't do them anymore ...people prefer the nuggets ..these nuggets where in a big dish and when we tried them where soggy and disgusting as they were cheap..how do I know this...well I used to have my own bistro so I can tell a cheap nugget to proper chicken nugget. Everything else was over cooked..no meat in the Indian curry's just a whole lot of onions. My advice...walk in and look at the food before you commit to taking a seat...pizza and grilling station was 👍though after observing them while I was their....hand washing after handing raw meats then cooked meats was never followed..also never did I see them use utensils to pick raw foods up....they used their hands every time...and just wired their hands on their clothing...Needless to say we didn't visit the grilling station. Also no fly traps where seen anywhere, we was left fighting flys off our food 🤬

We thought breakfast was good! You get a plate with bacon and egg on then help yourself to: sausage, fried bread, hash brown, beans, tomatoes and black pudding. There’s also an omelette station and you can help yourself to white or brown toast. You can go up as many times as you like and have as much as you want . The place is a bit warm with no air con. Staff were pleasant and helpful . I’ve seen some poor reviews about this place but we thought it was great. 😊👍

Not up to standard I thought it would be since the last time I went and the price has nearly doubled staff not very friendly wouldnt go again

When family come to stay for holidays we have a meal at Raff 55 as part of the week's entertainment. In the past we have enjoyed it, but this visit was totally different. The food was poor, indifferent at best. Several large containers full of 'sauce' with no meat, for example. All food seemed very tasteless. Tables, hand rails, surfaces, etc, very sticky and not much in the way of service. We are a family of nine and paid just over £150 for this. Four out of nine were up in the night with d&v. One was severe enough to trigger an Angina attack. Not to be repeated.

Hands down the worst buffet I have ever had the displeasure of attending. "Curry" I assume bought in a bag and banged in the dinger. Anything with a sauce tastes all the same and just awful. As soon as it hit my stomach I stopped eating. Then tried a plain old chicken satay stick. Deep fat fried and dripping with grease. Pizza is edible. "Steak" on a grill...these are not steaks...this is the thinnest slither of beef you have ever seen. Burger...wow. just don't do it to yourself. If the food goes down before touching your tongue then crack on. If you enjoy eating then stay away.

Where do we start with this place it’s disgusting staff were just chatting among each other as the duty manger tried her best to control them she got nowhere they just ignored her There uniform we so dirty and looked like they hadn’t been washed for weeks and that includes the chefs they displaced nice clean uniforms on the posters but once inside it’s the great unwashed And now the food it was awful all you can eat we all managed about 1/2 a plate each the salt and pepper chicken nuggets were a new one on me but none of the food was over 63°C (legal requirement) And the pizza base was raw and I mentioned to the duty manager and she did nothing about it just told the chef who wasn’t happy but so what you didn’t cook it correctly Saw the chef on the grill spraying the grill with oil that looked like the bottle was once in a bathroom And got the pleasure of all this we were charged £39.97 what a joke

Staff act as if they don't want to be there, 2 of them were standing around giggling like silly school girls ignoring the fact that a family of 5 had just walked in. Food was cold and mine had 2 hairs in. Long blonde hairs, none of my party were blonde and looking around, the only blondes in the place at that time were the 2 giggling school girls. My plate was chipped, wine glass had a lippy mark on. All we got when pointed it out was a 'sorry bout that' and she walked away. Won't be going back and certainly won't recommend the place, which is a shame as we live nearby and thought we may have found our place to take our visitors when staying with us. I'll spend my money on the other side of the road at the steamboat cookhouse, never had a bad meal in there and the service is 100%

Cheap sausages. Raw black pudding. All you can eat but they limit you on one egg and 2 bacon which were also undercooked. Won’t go again.
