Eaten here maybe 8/9 times and every time it’s always spot on. Thank you for making my birthday special

Had a bad experience here, food and service lovely but didn’t expect to be harassed by drunk patrons at 10.30am, the man in question was being served alcohol with no food and unsurprising started to kick off. There weren’t enough staff to deal with him so a fellow diner had to take charge and manage to persuade him to leave when upon he continued to rant and rave at us all from the pavement. I don’t know the law regarding alcohol service before midday but I didn’t expect it at this time of day and won’t go again despite the lovely position and food, the management are putting the staff at risk as no one came to assist the two female staff on site.

It's been years since we last ventured into Rhyl town centre for a meal but we were advised to go to Rossini's by friends of ours. The food this evening was superb and every member of the family thoroughly enjoyed their meals. This really is a hidden gem and somewhere we will be visiting regularly now. Nice to see somewhere so busy early on a Friday evening in the town centre. It really made us feel confident for the night ahead.

I love this wee authentic Italian cafe, great for grabbing a bite to eat and coffee and watching the world go by. Nice coffees, fantastic bakery food and the meals are tasty and proper homemade with fresh incredients.

Can not fault from entry to leaving all good, food was enjoyable , my only issue with prezzo is different people pay different prices for the same item due to having voucher of not

A cosy atmosphere, the best of the prezzos! The loviest staff with delicious food and beautiful decorations. Such a shame it is closing, it will be surely missed, has always been the one to go to for birthdays and special occasions! Thank you to Jane and all the staff.

After receiving the incorrect order, I was told on 3 separate occasions that the manager would contact me with instructions/how to get my money back. As a customer, I listened, silly me. After many deceitful conversations over the phone, my trusting nature was again abused. I was told that it had been over 24hrs, so they couldn't do anything. Confused, I ask why they told me to wait for an email......obviously it was their policy to take advantage of customers. To this day, I'm out of pocket by £15. Polite throughout on the phone, I can only imagine their staff laughing at me and this post. As for the food I ordered......can't comment. As for the food that arrived.......meh.

Mi hija y dos nietos vinieron aquí a medio término para el trato de la comida, el lugar estaba ocupado, nuestra orden tomada rápidamente, pero después de larga espera para los niños entrantes, fueron otros 40 minutos más tarde para mi pizza grasienta bajo cocinado y las hijas ensalada de pollo seco e insípido aparecer. El camarero fue v disculparse y nos dieron descuento del gerente, pero eso no es excusa para que la cocina no esté totalmente preparada. No recomendaría ni volvería aquí.

Pizzas soggy, seafood spaghetti 4 smalls mussels, 5 tiny prawns. Pretty awefull food. We will not be going back !!

The menu choices in this establishment has something for everyone. I chose a salad which was so good with Mediterranean flavours. This suited my healthy option diet plan. My partner enjoyed the burger which tasted great. Nice atmosphere. A great place.

Friendly staff, amazing food we all enjoyed everything we ordered..it was busy dtaff cleared vacated tables & relaid them so fast we were impressed..meal didnt take to long to arrive..& was very tasty.

Excelente comida italiana, una visita obligada. Empezó con el aperitivo de calamares, cocinado a la perfección. Seguido con una cerveza para mí y un vino tinto para mi hijo. Luego tomé la pasta penne Arrabiata y mi hijo tomó la pasta carbonara, la mejor. Terminado con la crema brûlée, final perfecto para una comida fantástica. El personal era rápido, eficiente y atento. Total 64 libras. 79 . ¡El almuerzo perfecto!

Food was mediocre. My pasta was undercooked and very bland. No pepper on the table either. My partners pizza was soggy. We also weren’t asked once if our food was ok which you come to expect now when dining out. Because of this I couldn’t bring it upon myself to mention anything regarding my meal as I was never asked. Over all an awkward experience and nothing to write home about. Which is a shame as it looks beautiful from the outside. Money down the pan. Won’t be returning.
