Gallini's in Swansea

Awesome venue overlooking the Marina. Ordered mackerel pate and prawn cocktail. Reasonable enough and decent sized portions. Bagged salad is a let down. Mains were linguine marinara (seafood) and Lasagne. The linguine dish was ok but lacked seasoning and was relatively tasteless. £3 supplement to the £19 (2 course menu). The lasagne was shocking and was mush on the plate. Decent sized portion but was cooked to death initially and then frozen and reheated. Have had some good food here; but not tonight.

Myself and two friends visited and chose from the set menu. The staff were friendly. I had the calamari, beef manzo (which was £4 extra) and chocolate fudge cake, with two Diet Cokes. The food was very hot and fresh. However, it came to around £40 for mine alone which for a set menu price I think is a bit steep.

Six of us had lunch at this gem of a restaurant We all had the set 2 course menu ( £15.95) and washed it down with a couple of pints of their lovely San Miguel. Quality of the food and drink was excellent Courteous and professional staff Highly recommended
