We booked a table, we arrived on time, got shown to our table and sat there for 20mins waiting for someone to ask if we wanted a drink. Really bad, obviously short staffed but they shouldnt take so many bookings if thats the case. We left and went to another restaurant for food.

Great selection of dishes on the menu and pasta-dish portions are generous. Friendly and welcoming staff.

My husband and I visited last night at 7.30pm. the staff were lovely and attentive even though it appeared to be short staffed and they were ridiculously busy. We shared a bruschetta to start. It was flavourless . The tomatoes were watery and had no flavour. We both had a calzone, mine was the vegetarian option. When they arrived my husband's was cold inside it had only been heated on the outside . Mine was barely warm and cold in places. We sent them back. My husband's next one was piping hot but he said it lacked flavour. Mine was lukewarm and I ate as I didn't want to send it back a second time. Again it had not been heated through properly . I guess I was naive thinking they were freshly made but obviously they are just heated up. The staff were lovely but the food quality and the expensive prices let it down. Almost £9 for a 250ml glass of wine is too much with the food which we found expensive . I doubt we will be returning unfortunately.

Having booked a table, after an hour and a half sitting there we'd only had our starters. Kids food was awfully small, especially the starter, Felt ignored by the staff the whole meal

Having been here quite a few times, we booked a 6pm table as a before an 8pm show that we had lined up. The starter turned up 50 mins after sitting down, and in the end we had to cancel our main course at 7.25 pm as we had to head off. The staff were very apologetic, and it wasn't thier fault, but they do appear to prioritise home deliveries over restaurant guests which is not serving them well at all. This may be a company policy, but it does need to be looked at. Sadly, we wont be returning for a very long time, if at all.

We arrived on time for our reservation, the restaurant was almost empty but the table we were shown to had too few seats for our party, so they had to add a table. The table was dirty with crumbs over it, I had to ask for it to be cleaned. We were missing 3 sets of cutlery. We didn’t want to order on the app as we had a voucher to use but we’re made to wait half hour to order anything, our drinks order was missing the water, we asked 3 people over the course of half hour for the water before it finally arrived. Our food took just under an hour to arrive, my two kids were getting cranky they were so hungry. We saw groups that arrived just before and after us had eaten and left before we’d received our order and we witnessed Deliveroo drivers collecting food repeatedly it seems deliveries are prioritised over actual customer service. We were there for my son’s 9th birthday dinner & the delay totally flattened the mood. When the food did arrive it was nice but the wait and disorganisation was too much

Absolutely gourmet delicious meal, with an undoubtably majestic atmosphere. The food was incomparable with anything I’ve potentially ever eaten in all honesty. It was simply delicious and could eat anything they provided to me. If I had the chance, I’d eat there all day. There are great options of pizzas and pastas, even having calzones as an option, an amazing drink menu is available also with desserts that are to die for. 100% try out just for the quality of food. The atmosphere is unquestionable also, the entire place looks like it was built in Rome itself and is a pleasure to look around during or waiting for your meal. The service was the cream of the crop however, our server was a lovely gentleman who was the kindest soul possible. He consistently checked up to make sure everything was to our liking, willing to take special requirements into consideration and was great to have a little talk to, interacting with us and just having a great joke about. Overall, everything was amazing and to an incredible quality that may not be reached in the entirety of Swansea. The only issue was the price being a little extensive, with a drink, main and desert coming to about £32~ per person. We will however be visiting again because the quality was simply to die for.

The food is usually amazing. My wife and I often eat in Ask. I dropped a star because they have changed the Bruschetta and I felt although the starter was bigger - actually, a bit too big for a starter - it didn't taste as nice as previously. The bread was different and the recipe has changed. I probably won't order it again. (pic attached) Nevertheless, the rest of the dishes I have tried are delicious. Definitely recommend Ask Italian.

I would have loved to have given 5* as the food was lovely, but unfortunately, the service was so slow & poor it stopped me. A large group of us booked in for a xmas celebration get together Saturday 2nd Dec with our food being pre ordered. One member of the group ordered a glass of coke at 14.10pm & when he left at 15.30pm, it still hadn't come!! Our desserts were brought out without spoons & we sat waiting at least 5 minutes for spoons to be given to us! I ordered the 'Chocolate Etna' for dessert. The toffee sauce that came alongside the dessert to melt the chocolate bomb wasn't warm enough to melt the chocolate & I had to use a knife to break the bomb 🤦‍♀️. The fact that the restaurant was absolutely freezing also didn't help with the melting 😅 I understand that during the Xmas period that restaurants are busy as that's a given, but if an establishment can't deal with the demand, then they need to advise customers that unfortunately they can't offer their services as it would be better than having dissatisfied customers.

While in Newcastle for a weekend we have the pleasure of dining at Ask Italian in Gray's Quarter. The food was lovely and very reasonably priced but what made it for us was the wonderful guy who served us. From the moment he greeted us and showed us to a lovely table, to the time we left. Ben was our server. He went out of his way to make us feel so welcome. He even went as far as getting us a new candle for our table. You have a realise treasure in Ben. He was so pleasant and engage with us. We would recommend this restaurant. Thanks again Ben for your wonderful hospitality. Eddie (Ireland)

Lovely place to eat in Swansea loved the house lemonade very nice!

The food was absolutely amazing. Staff were extremly friendly. The wait was over a hour long but it was incredible busy and the food made up for it. Had a difficult time paying for the food weirdly, had to ask three different members of staff for the bill i kept getting told they were gonna bring it to me but never did and one of the staff members even told me not to worry about the bill yet and just sit down and chat with my partner?? Took me over 20 minutes to leave which was a bit frustrating. Also a tip was forced on to my bill which was a little strange as i was not made aware (didnt notice till i left) but maybe this is common in this area?

Fantastic service - friendly, fast, efficient. Food tasted lovely. Ate early, at 6, so not many people present to add to the atmosphere but it looked as though it was getting quite busy and vibrant as we left, at around 7. Thank you to the front of house team for being so great 👍

Food delicious Service absolutely shocking too busy satisfying their just eat orders and neglecting their customers who dine in. Over 45 minute wait for dessert. Several customers walked out due to the waiting time. The restaurant was only a third full.

The food was lovely when it arrived (over an hour wait), I think they needed extra staff to cater for the Uber/just eat takeaway trade. The manager was apologetic and gave us a discount off the bill. We had Tesco vouchers which covered half the price of the meal.

Italian cuisine in the heart of the old town in Swansea. The food is good, but it is extremely hard to get a table. Be warned - book in advance or else you are not eating in. The worst time to visit is Fridays afternoon and evening, and Saturdays and Sundays throughout the entire day. There is no way they would let you in. Mobile signal reception is terrible and their wi-fi does not help much.

Went early for lunch and were the first 2 there. Fantastic place and lots of brilliant options to choose from. The restaurant filled up quickly from 12 pm, so we were glad we had got in when it opened (11:30).

I visited last week with my mother and sister while Christmas shopping in Swansea. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Food and drink were served very quickly and the quality was excellent. Would recommend highly.

Visited with my partner for date night. Welcomed straight away in such a warm manner. We didn’t book, but no fuss to get a table arranged for us.Ordered by a new app that they have. The young man who seated us explained how simple it is to use and offered support throughout our visit if needed. We found this fairly slow to load but worked just fine for what we needed.Drinks came very fast. Served in cold; clean glasses. Ordered starters of calamari and garlic bread. Massive portions for starters, which was great for us to share.Mains of carbonara and a margarita pizza. Simple and classic. We both enjoyed these dishes so much.Missed out on having a dessert as we were so full. Payment was simple and we were given a goodbye from all the staff on our way out.Looking forward to coming back very soon.

Went out for lunch in Swansea whilst doing a bit of Xmas shopping. Work hard so don’t get much time to relax and this experience was far from relaxing, will not go to an Ask Italian again whilst they insist on phone ordering. Went in to be told by staff couldn’t place order with waitress had to do everything on my phone, couldn’t get any WiFi connection which meant 10 stressful minutes trying to order food. Order then went through to kitchen multiple times despite asking manager to check. So she eventually took our order the traditional way. Food when it arrived was bland. Couldn’t order extra drinks as app still didn’t work. When paying bill were directed to another qr code to pay, this didn’t work either. Relaxing day off work with my husband turned out to be a very stressful experience. Feel for older people without a smart phone or anyone who wants to pay by cash as you can no longer visit Ask. Won’t be going back

Had a lovely meal here, didn’t book and they fit us in. Food was quick and they accommodated changes to the menu. Adrian (sorry if that’s not how you spell it) was our waiter and he was super helpful.

Had a fab time here with my friend, food was amazing and even though we were full couldn't resist trying the desserts! Our waitress Raima and also Jodie were lovely and very helpful with recommendations for my friend's dairy allergy ☺️

Came to Swansea for a small weekend away with the family before summer ends and Ask Italian has kickstarted that in the best way possible!! A warm welcome from a gentlemen we assume to be the manager. We have a 14 months old who was treated as part of the family by our server and not just ignored. We had a portion of Nduja bites and king prawns for starters and they were cooked too perfection. And once we had finished we were asked for second drinks and if we wanted our mains now or to have sometime which is very considerate as some places really try to rush you out in the current climate. For mains I had the new pizza and my partner had the new burger and they were both amazing!! 100% recommended by us both. Our son enjoyed his cheesy pasta which he nearly finished which we were amazed by. Covid standards extremely high, test and trace at the door and tables, sanitizer and social distancing rules adhered to.100% Value for money

Came as a table of 3 with our 3 year old son. Track and trace on entry. They were very accommodating. We had a prawn & crabfish pasta dish, a calzone and kids meal. Service was quick and food was delicious. Waiter was really nice and friendly with our son. Would definitely come again. Little bit pricey but it’s worth it id say.

I was unfortunately very disappointed with my recent visit to ASK Italian. We ordered 3 meals including, a Carbonara, Penne Al Manzo Piccante and a garlic bread. The Carbonara had a minimal amount of sauce, and just was not very tasty. The Al Manzo portion amount was tiny and just very bland - unfortunately our shop bought sauce would have been nicer than this. The garlic bread was so thin and hard it snapped when you tried to bite from it. Very disappointing as a whole from a restaurant I used to visit regularly. I understand this is a pandemic and this is an unusual time - but the quality of the food was just not up to scratch and needs significant improvement to keep people coming back and not moving to visit Pizza Express instead, which I unfortunately will be next time.

Me and my boyfriend are visiting Swansea for a few days, booked a table here on 1/9 and were not disappointed, the food was amazing and hot and well presented, there seemed to be only two members of staff working by the end but they absolutely smashed it, could not fault them both. The female manager kept her cool and delivered great service, the only slight let down was our waiter seemed to leave mid service when they clearly could of done with a bit of help for an hour or so! But that didn’t stop them both keeping everyone happy! It was our first visit to an ASKitalian and would definitely come back :)

I'm about 2 years late writing this - me and a girlfriend came for valentines day in 2017 and the service we received was second-to-none. The food tasted amazing however it appeared that there was only about 2 or so prawns in our spaghetti, which we spoke to them about and without hesitation the manager went back to the kitchen and remade our food perfectly, and took the meals off our bill! Mistakes will always happen every now and again in every restaurant it's inevitable but the way the manager dealt with it says alot about the place as a whole. Thanks for a great experience. Have been back several times since and each time has been amazing!

We visited here 18.03.20 the manager Christopher was so welcoming considering the current crisis to the hospitality sector. The food was excellent so compliments to the chef. Will 💯 be back as soon as this hopefully blows over. Kelly and Laurence

Made welcome as we entered the restaurant and shown to a table. Offered drinks straight away and given menus. Good choice of food plus vegatarian options. All staff polite and curteous, would like to give a special mention to Jodie who servied our table, she was friendly, polite and helpful. Will definately vist again when in Swansea.

Visited with 10 friends to have a meal before friend goes away. service was absolutely ridiculous, only us and another group table of same amount was there. pre ordered but they said they didn't receive it. had to ask to have drinks order taken. had to re order which there was a huge wait, waited 2 hours + before we had our food. wasn't even busy was told we couldn't split bill and there was a £32 service charge on the bill. no discount was honoured, even though we had proof. will not be returning

Meh.Wednesday 4th, birthday meal.Service was poor, stood at the door for 5 minutes without being attended to (waiter and waitress has seen us).Waiter wasn’t interested, looked like he didn’t want to be there whilst taking our orders, no eye contact, too busy looking around the room.Food was very good, couldn’t fault it.Probably won’t go back, why bother if they weren’t?

We called in on spec recently as a family of six on a Saturday evening looking for a meal before the evening performance of a theatre show. Despite time pressure and each of us ordering something different the food was served speedily and was perfectly cooked. This was our first visit to Ask but we will be back, next time with a booking and time to enjoy the atmosphere of this great restaurant.

My partner and I went to ASK because of its Gluten free options. Unfortunately, the service was poor and the food was very slow and very bland (gf and regular food), would not recommend or go back. Very disappointed

Great service and helpful staff. The food was really nice. Although I did have a small issue with my meal (spag bol) but it was resolved quickly and the manager came over to apologise and went above and beyond to make our visit a pleasant experience. I will certainly consider Ask Italian again in the future!

My family and I were a table of 8 adults and 4 children. All food was pre ordered in advance. We were hassled to get our starters out although we hadnt even been asked if we wanted a drink. My brother had sharp plastic in his pizza (cut his mouth) hes very laid back and didnt want to cause too much of a fuss. He did inform staff who told the manager and instead of coming to see if he was ok, went looking around the kitchen area as if trying to find what it was or prove there was nothing there. He eventually came over and said he could have the meal for free. The least he could of done in my opinion again if it were me or one of ny children I would of been completely furious. My mums margarita pizza didnt come out with all the mains, had to wait 10 minutes to arrive! My pasta dish was so small I couldn't believe it. Kids meals were very dry and basic. My husband and I had the same desert and both were burned to a crisp, I burned ny thumb on the dish it was scalding, I was scraping black cookie dough off the bottom of the bowls. Very very burned! And then to top off the disaster meal, there was a huge bill which when we all worked out individually what we had all ordered, it was unexplainable. Manager went over it many times ( the 4 young children were tired and had quite rightly had enough) he argued that we must of had more, which we had not!!!! Ammounting to over £50! Plus they added a tip! In the end he said there must be a fault with their menu so I would not go here ever again! And advise large bookings to check your Bill's as they are adding on fees which are unexplainable

It was supposed to be a nice lunch...We had a window seat as I requested, so perfect… It started off ok apart from the silly lemon cordial shot they pour (what was it?). Our orders were eventually taken around 1.50pm. We chose from the main menu. Starters were decent enough, despite the waiter saying he was busy (not really our problem!) Where was the manager to help? A long wait for the main course gave us time to view how bad Wind Street has become. Bird 'guano' on the buildings opposite and weeds growing from the facades (I accept this is not the fault of Ask). Main course was okay-ish. BUT time was getting on….possibly 1 hour and 15 mins later, we wanted desserts. I ordered their advertised "rhubarb and custard ravioli". DON'T!OMG a watery concoction of slimy, cold and wet pasta, supposedly filled with rhubarb and warm custard. Rhubarb was still frozen, custard was lukewarm, £5.95 - shocking! I was going to complain, but I was losing the will to live. It was now approaching 2 hours. We stood at the counter to pay and get out of there. We still had to wait! Seriously, other customers were clearly annoyed. The table behind were complaining that their drinks hadn't arrived, another table seemed fed up with waiting for their order to be taken. 2 hours later we were free. I would recommend a Marks and Spencer dine in for 2 for £12.00. Better quality, better taste and a less than a fifth of the price. £66.35 for a 3 course meal and poor service over 2 hrs ..the choice is yours!

My nan had bought myself and my husband a buy a gift for a 3 course meal and a glass of wine with cinema tickets so we decided to go and have a date night as we hadnt for a long time as we have children, we booked inadvanced and was given the menu they use for this 3 course dinner buy a gift which was lovely, we were seated right away, and then they took our order for drinks and they came after a while and then took our order and our started was with us withing minuites, to then the lady that was serving us went on break as we saw her leave and this waiter just kept walking around clearing tables and could blatently see we had finished our food and took no notice but kept looking and doing nothing, the clock was ticking and then we realised we had finished our startes nearly an hour before! so my husband gets the attention of this waiter and he tells us 2 minuites which was another 10 and in that 10 minuites he was seating people and giving them glasses and a jug of water a small glasses of orange free? which we didnt get any of that when we came in, he eventually came over and said 'can I help you ? do you want the bill?' and I said no were waiting on our mains and we have waited a long time! he apolagies and then in less than 2 minuites our cabonaras came out which tasted ok but not the best, and I had asked for water but that took forever and I was just getting annoyed, we eventually got it with our pudding wich just was not our taste but we know its the way it should of been that was just our taste and our own faults for the pudding so I can critisise them for that. we then paid with our voucher and as I left I saw on the right hand bottom odf the door a hygene rating of 2 I was so so so dissapointed as it seems so beautiful inside, and they hid that rating extremly well so people dont look. I should have none better to check but it looked so good that I didnt feel the need to!

Late restaurant trip as both me and my partner were hungry, quickly seated and order taken promptly. Starters were fab both me and my partner enjoyed. My main (spaghetti) was very good, partners pasta came out very spicy to the point where he struggled to eat it. No one came to check on how the food was regardless we enjoyed our food (as best we could) service was friendly, only 4/5 stars for the lack of check back and the super spicy pasta.

Well where do I begin food was awful, belly pork all you could taste was herbs and spag bol had a dishwater smell to it and taste like wise. Then I went to the toilets on opening the door I could smell the damp, on the the walls down to the toilets made me feel sick pics to follow. Manager was accommodating as we had a full refund on food but that didn't surfice really as our night out for a family members birthday had been spoilt and we were all left hungry,on leaving the premises we then noticed a 2star rating which was located at the bottom right hand corner of the door... Tut tut Won't be returning 1st and last.

Christmas Eve meal. My risotto was getting hotter the longer I was eating it, that can only mean one thing... microwaved! There was only a choice of two desserts as they were out of everything!! Toilets were horrible (revolting customers not the staff's fault).Just a pretty miserable experience all round. £120 plus bill didn't make me happy either!!

Food was delicious, and can’t thank Tristan enough for the service. Nothing was too much and him being in such a good mood rubbed off on us! Can’t recommend enough, especially the cheese fondue starter!

Booked here as it is on the Meercat meals app. The app states that this deal is unavailable from 24th-26th December and also on New Year’s Eve. However after eating we were informed that they don’t accept Meercat vouchers as they have a set Xmas menu (which we didn’t have!)

Whitebait, great portion and v tasty. V interesting and huge pizza with spinach and eggs. Excellent vegan and gluten free choice for friend. Could not manage dessert unfortunately. Good coffee. V good service. Really helpful Unfortunately no meerkat deal anymore but instead they did 2 for one on all of meal Inc glass of wine, except the coffee so 15 quid each! Shame it's a bit damp descending to toilets or wld be 5 stars.

We had a fabulous meal here as a family of four. The staff were attentive, friendly and great speedy service. The pasta was delicious and perfectly cooked as was the pizza. There was a great ambience and to top it off we were able to use our Tesco club card points to pay for part of the bill!

Visited ASK with 2 other friends not even realising there was a restaurant here although I’ve lived in Swansea all my life. Food was delicious quick service, staff very friendly and couldn’t do enough the only let down really was the restaurant was a little cold. I felt a little rude but I ended up sitting with my jacket on, did try to remove it but myself and cold are not a good combo. Defiantly will be returning too.

Potatoes were rock hard! But we were generously compensated with free drinks and desserts, so not all bad.

We ate here on Sunday 13 October. Afrer ordrering our meals I made the waitress aware that I had the Meerkat meals app entitling us to half price food, only to be told that they no longer accepted meerkat meals. So far as I know this has not been promulagated. However the helpful waitress directed us to another app that was in place until late November which offered half price meals.

Food was nice, although looked like someone had just thrown it on a plate with no care. Staff incredibly rude- rushed us through our order and didn't check on us once. One waiter even walked away midway through me asking him a question, rolling his eyes. Asked for a box to take my food home in as the atmosphere of the restaurant was terrible, and the waiter just threw down a cardboard box, expecting me to get my food into it by myself using only a tiny fork. Really disappointing from a restaurant with such high food standards. I have thoroughly enjoyed eating at every other Ask Italian restaurant I have been to, but I definition won't be back here.

Having had a great experience at ASK Italian in Marlborough we were a little disappointed by the service and food in Swansea ASK. Very loud music restricting conversation. Food was acceptable but a little disappointing. Staff rather slow to serve as chatting with students at a busy bar area. Would probably not return.

Getting straight to the point ... The food at very best was bland and boring and I had a spicy dish! It was most definitely not worth what was charged ... Service okay, they forgot to give us complimentary shot of whatever it was meant to be? Waiter asleep on table outback, overall experience really poor. Don’t recommend.. would never eat at this fast food outlet again ... wish I’d gone to Weatherspoons opposite, it would have achieved the same outcome for far less money!

Had lunch here today and what can I say it was amazing. Really authentic Italian , had the garlic bread for starter it was delicious. Had the fettuccine bolognese it was fresh and homemade pasta just lovely . Had the Tiramisu for dessert it’s the best one I’ve had yet! . The servers were friendly and attentive . Venue was clean and nice decor . Will definitely Be returning :)

I Visted this Restaurant on the Occasion of my Grandaughters Wedding day . We had a lovely meal freshly made& very tasty and served efficiently by lovely Waiter very attentive Plesant & Polite very Accomoding to any Request ,Faultless ill dine there Again.

A friend and I took advantage of my 2 for 1 Compare the Market deal. Both had the carbonara which was both ample and tasty. Not amazing but fine. We had bread and oil to start along with an ok bottle of white wine. Our waiters were fine. Nothing out of the but pleasant enough. We decided to go with the coffee and cake deal and whereas the coffee was good, the TINY piece of cake was sad. We didn't expect a full piece of cake but a little bit more would have been a good deal. However we had a pleasant meal and I do like Ask and its menu so will certainly be back.

Family meal with 3 vegetarians in the group, plenty of choice for them. All meals were very nice, service was fast and friendly, restaurant was clean and tidy. Only slight negative was that it was a bit loud, both the music and generally.

I guess i can only review part of what they offer as we didn't stay long nor did we get any service. So we went on a Tuesday night and on entry we we waited a few minuets for someone to show us to a table. We then waited about 10 more for someone to bring us a menu and take our drink order. When we asked for the menu we were told they would be back, another 10 mins at least and we still didn't have drinks or a menu.20 over 20 mins after getting to the restaurant we still didn't have drinks or a menu. The couple next to us said they had been there over an hour and still hadn't had their food and were being told there were no staff to wait on the tables. With this we got up an left.

Went for an earlier dinner with 3 children after a fab day at The LC. No staff to welcome us into the restaurant, we found our own table. Children's meals were disappointing, my daughter had spagetti boulanise, it was taste less and watery. The other 2 had pizza's which were very small and not enough to fill them . We had ordered 'free peas' which was advertised everywhere but these were forgotten and brought out after we asked. When the staff came to take our plates away, he asked if everything was ok and I advised 'not really' and he carried on clearing and said nothing. Maybe its better when busy but in a practically empty restaurant, it was poor.

Just an absolute delight. The food and service was the best ever . For the price we paid the quality and service was incredible. We were made to feel so welcome . It actually made our holiday as food is a big part of that . Memories. I highly recommend this place

Had dinner here last Sunday evening, the place was buzzing and had a good atmosphere. We were shown to a nice table and our waiter quickly took our order. Our drinks arrived promptly followed by our delicious starters of butterfly prawns which were superb. Our mains arrived in a timely manner, my partner had the slow cooked beef in black and white pasta with a vibrant pour over jus. He was still enthusing about it the following day. I had the pea and asparagus ravioli again delicious served with a side order of rosemary bread. We then opted for the warm cookie with hot salted caramel sauce and ice cream. It was fantastic but very rich and filling, but so worth it. We love Ask as it always delivers, but this time it even exceed our expectations, both in the quality and flavour of the food, and also in the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. A real Italian treat, this restaurant never ever disappoints.

Our work took us out to Ask Italian a few weeks ago and I just thought i'd let them know that we had a great time and that they looked after us well. Would definitely recommend

Four or five times i've been here, and the food just seems to get better and better. At this point I have tried almost every dish on the menu, and none have been short of delicious and worth ordering again, this rarely is the sentiment! The calamari is a must order.

A rare occasion to have dinner with my Wife without the kids. As I had already cashed in some Tesco vouchers for Ask we decided to come here. I'm so glad we did, our first visit to Ask Swansea certainly won't be our last. We ordered the Lamb pizza, Carbonara linguini, cheesy garlic chips and calamari. All was awesome, this has to be way up there with the best pizza I've ever had. The linguini was lovely and fresh as well and the chips fabulous. Fantastic service from our waiter Adrian. Really enjoyed the whole experience, highly recommended.

Booked in for 20:30 on the 19th July but we turned up 20 minutes early. We we're seated immediately even though it was quite busy at the time. We we're served by a young man named Adrian who made a real effort to make our night a good one.
