Waited 90 min for food. Arrived cold and tasteless. Poor service. Would not recommend .

Kyle was incredible, great service.

Food quality and flavour 5 stars Portion size 3 stars Waited an hr from the time we had our starter to the time we had our main meal. After waiting so long only 3 out of 4 meals were served with a further 10 minute delay for the fourth . Three of us had almost finished our meal by the time the fourth meal was served . Just eat take aways etc definitely prioritised over sit in customers .

They did not have what we wanted and phoned to tell us. We ordered an alternative but I couldn't get my money back without phoning Just Eat (which I did not have time to do as I was very poorly). The pizzas when they arrived were cold

The food was AMAZING!! We were served by kyle, which can I say was the best waiter I have had in a long time. We are new to swansea so we didn't know the area and he gave the best places to go here. The best thing was, he never even asked to leave a review and I had to ask for his name. The starters are so worth it and the main was so good!

Beautiful restaurant, the staff were friendly, energetic and attentive, our server Kyle, particularly was an absolute delight and he had the coolest pair of jeans on! Best pasta I've had, will be returning soon :)

Great place for a quick evening Italian bite to eat, very nice resturant, staff & atmosphere. Food was great and filled the spot, the Lemon Meringue was very tasty. One of the deliveroo delivery guy's in front of me when I queued was kinda rude but that's not the resturant's fault.

our server was Kyle, he was very nice and helpful and gave great service, when there was a problem with my friends food which meant it was going to take slightly longer (only a few min) he took it off the bill and also gave us complimentary drinks to apologise for the wait, Kyle has served me a few times now and it has always been great, no complaints at all

Wonderful experience, our waiter Kyle was great, so friendly and could not do enough to help us. The kitchen made an error with my main twice which wasn’t a huge issue but Kyle was so apologetic and rectified the issue as soon as possible. Great food, great staff, definitely worth a visit :)

We recently visited Ask Italian in swansea and had an amazing experience! Kyle, who served us, was incredibly nice and friendly making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The food was delicious, and we especially loved the raspberry lemonade he offered us; it was refreshing and had a great taste. Overall, the service was genuinely outstanding, and we can't wait to come back.

This was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had for a while. The food was lovely but the service really was the star of the show. Kai, our server, was chatty and accommodating. It was also lovely to be able to order our food in Welsh and have our server make the effort to speak our preferred language! He also complimented our grandmas earrings and thoughtfully brought her coffee in a take away cup, in case she wanted to finish it later. STELLAR SERVICE! Diolch yn fawr iawn Kai!

Delicious food, everything was perfect. Food portions are huge, very filling. You can also have as much parmesan on top as you want for no extra cost. Service was great, Kyle was super nice and accommodating. All the waiters were amazing, cleaned a spill very quickly. I would recommend the pollo della casa and sticky toffee pudding, rich and decadent. Perfect atmosphere.

We nipped in to Ask Italian Swansea on Friday night and despite them being busy and short staffed we had the best time, this was all thanks to Kyle! He was so friendly and so welcoming it made the experience. The food was great and so were the drinks, we will definitely be back again.

Booked for a meal at Ask Italian in Swansea to celebrate a birthday. Food was delicious and decently priced. Service was exemplary. Adrian was very friendly and attentive without being intrusive. We all agreed it was the best service we've had anywhere in a long time.

We went to Ask as a family for my sister’s 21st. Kyle looked after us this evening and cannot fault him at all. He was very friendly and helpful, keeping us informed about our food. We had two young children with us (age 2 and 7) and he gave them chef’s hats to have some fun and brought their food quickly as they were hungry. It was an absolute pleasure to be served by Kyle!
