We were served by Kyle and had a wonderful experience. Food was good amazing came out quickly. No complaints

Had a Deliveroo from here and the pics and some good reviews so we were really looking forward to it But when we opened the cardboard bowls we were really shocked by the amount of food we received. They weren’t even a quarter filled and for the price you would expect a lot more The chicken was so overcooked and so dry it made it inedible because it was so chewy it just put me off and the amount of actual “salad” was just so small The only saving feature was that the salad dressing was absolutely delicious all in all it was absolutely ridiculous for the price they charge

We use Ask in Swansea a few times a Year Yesterday we had another great experience the food was of a high standard as usual but the service we received from Kyle was fantastic although he had numerous tables to look after he made us feel incredibly welcome without being over the top so friendly but professional at the same time almost as if we were the only table he had to look after There was a large family group on the adjacent table & you could tell they liked him as well What an asset Kyle is to Ask Italian Restaurant in Wind Street Swansea We will probably return that bit sooner after having such a positive experience

Had the most stunning evening with my fiancé at the Swansea branch tonight. Food and service was incredible. We were greeted and served by a charismatic young man, I believe was called Kyle. He was passionate, perfectly attentive and very knowledgeable of the menu which was extremely helpful as it was our first time dining here. He gave us great recommendations for both food and drinks. Everything was delicious and presented amazingly. We cannot wait to return as this has quickly become our favourite place to dine! Thanks again to Kyle who made our experience extra special.

We ordered lasagne , £20 for 1 portion , nothing served with it , just a portion of lasagne !! Tasted awful and wasn’t even warm !

Amazing experience in the this restaurant, great food and amazing service, Kyle was a great waiter, he was very helpful and friendly.

We had Kyle serve us and he was fantastic, he looked after us and our children. We were also offered in house craft lemonade which adults and children enjoyed.

Realmente no está impresionado con ASK Italian Swansea. La comida era aburrida, nada especial en absoluto, y el servicio estaba por todas partes. Ni siquiera elegí este lugar (no un fan de las cadenas), pero incluso tratando de ser justo, era simplemente pobre. Parece que este lugar está diseñado más para estudiantes que para personas que buscan una comida adecuada, comida rápida y promedio con poco cuidado. Hay lugares italianos mucho mejores en Swansea, como Vesuvio’s, donde realmente saben lo que están haciendo. Definitivamente no perdería mi tiempo o dinero aquí de nuevo.

We had a lovely meal this evening, with absolutely stunning service from Liv. She was so friendly from the beginning, and couldn’t do enough to ensure that we had a perfect experience there. The vegetarian options are plentiful, and the cocktails are absolutely divine. We were shocked that the place wasn’t very crowded but it made for a lovely intimate date night!

Me encontré con ASK mientras buscaba un lugar para almorzar en mi paseo desde la estación de Swansea a mi hotel. La comida era excelente y no hubo una larga espera. El camarero (Kyle) era amable y servicial y no me sentí incómodo estar en el restaurante por mi cuenta.

Danniii our Server really looked after my 6 year old and myself. The food was lovely and my boy loved his Ice cream. Service was excellent thank you. See you soon

Lovely, hot food with a great variety of different options. Authentic Italian cuisine. Pasta was really tasty however portion sizes on small side (plenty of pasta but added chicken only a few pieces and not a breast as expected). Overall expensive for what you get. Salad was nearly £5 with about 50p worth of salad. Pizza was excellent. Service very good and lovely customer service which is always welcomed. Children’s menu a particular plus and fantastic value.

We are camping near Swansea and popped into Ask for a lunch after a session at the leisure centre. It was brilliant- great menu choices for the kids, good decent food for the adults, quick and friendly service. Just what we needed after a damp camp!

We came here straight from an awful lunch at another venue where the food was so bad, we couldn't eat it and left hungry. We came in to ASK hoping for a few snacks, and we could not have asked for a better experience. We were served by Kyle who was friendly, experienced, knowledgeable and could not do enough to make sure we had the best time. The food and wine was way better than expected, the ambience was perfect, dessert was unreal and it was such good value for money. I have a mild peanut allergy and they went over and above to make sure everything was safe for me, reassuring me more than needed. There was a table next to us with children and we could hear how amazing the staff was with them too, offering extra marshmallows, popcorn and caramel sauce. Highly recommend regardless of the occasion, thank you all!!

good was lovely just wasn’t what i was expecting as the salad had a lot of vinegar in it. apart from that the service was excellent kyle was amazing such a good server and was so friendly and helpful and also loved having conversations and interactions with us.

El entrante llegó en tiempo razonable y era caliente y bueno. Los platos principales tomaron siglos. La pizza estaba tibia. No el mejor. La pasta estaba fría. Worst I’ve ever had, waited 2 hours for cold food, was really disappointed when it arrived, food was terrible, looked like microwave food, tasteless, bland, and restaurant never answer the phone once when calling to find out where my food was or when it would arrive! Wast of money and time!

Normalmente me lo paso genial en ASK Italian, mi novio y yo tuvimos nuestra primera cita aquí. Vine aquí para el día de San Valentín y esperó una hora y media para nuestros entrantes. Esperé otra hora para que nos dijeran que había una mezcla con nuestra red y que tardaría un poco más en salir. Pagamos por nuestras bebidas y nos fuimos, sin querer esperar más por nuestra comida.
