Prezzo Mumbles in Swansea

Fantastic and the setting sitting out in the sun over looking the bay was just stunning. Good delicious and service great.

Yes food was pretty good. I had a burger. But this should come with chips and onion rings as standard. Also there was only a tiny amount of lettuce and no relish ! My wife had lasagne she said was quite good.Drinks quite expensive. Staff were friendly. Service was good on both the occasions that we visited the mumbles restaurant.

A wonderful early evening sitting in the sun . Atmosphere was really nice . Food looked tasty and really enjoyed . Service was excellent . Waitress called Fab was really lovely , chatting and really friendly. We throughly enjoyed . As always . Thank you so much 😊👌

Awful. Pasta cold, pizza not cooked enough. Service was not good either. Staff didn’t appear to be able to cope. Not asked if we wanted more drinks, had to go up and queue to pay my bill.

Once again a good night out At Prezzo's they never fail to give good service. This time I had the Chicken Milanase which I'd say was over done as it was In bed asleepi dark and crispy. My pet hate in all restaurants is the need for the stall to interupt your meal to check if everything is OK.

Always have such a fantastic service and great food here, the food is quick for a busy restaurant (we went at peak dinner time) and always served hot. Special shout out to our server Chloe J who was very attentive and helpful. Also bonus is Prezzo do blue light card discount which I am so grateful they support. Thank you! :)

We come here for food once a month as we love how consistent the food and service it. It’s always good , always great value and always a nice, clean and welcoming atmosphere.

My wife and I had a meal overlooking the sea on a beautiful but busy day. This did not affect the level of service we received. We received excellent attention, which made the experience very enjoyable.

Went for my wife's birthday. Right on the sea front with amazing views. Fairly quiet but we were in there relatively early I imagine it could get quite busy when the weather is better. Plenty to choose from on the menu and also they did lunchtime specials which you cant turn down if you fancy a quick light bite. Service was very very good so all in all well worth a look if youyin the Mumbles area.. Definitely will be going back

Este lugar se enorgullecía del Día de la Madre. Había una gran selección de un menú fijo y la comida salió caliente y era delicioso. También había un ambiente muy concurrido, concurrido y colas por la puerta en un momento (siempre una buena señal). Muy recomendable como un lugar de cadena decente para comer. Sí, los precios de las bebidas son altos, pero eso vale para casi todas partes en estos días. Ya hemos reservado para un par de comidas de Pascua y estamos deseando que llegue.

It is always good value here. I have never had a bad meal. The service is very good and the ambience fine.

Servers were very polite and service was quick. Who I assume was the manager was very friendly and he made sure are plates were cleared and we had the opportunity to have dessert menus ASAP.

Out for tea I had the Prezzo burger with one side of broccoli, sad and basic, but all that was eclipsed by the fact it was the least amount of food I have ever seen on a plate as a main course. I could have picked it up with the little tooth pick they stuck it. Back home now and cooking something for tea.

Tenía un vale de compra para mi cumpleaños hace unos años y se acercaba la fecha de caducidad. Desde que se le diagnosticó la enfermedad celíaca, las opciones de restaurante en el vale eran limitadas, pero Prezzo parecía una buena opción. Con el vale, había reservado una comida de tres platos para 2 que habría sido de un menú fijo. Cuando llegamos, nos dijeron que también podemos pedir desde el menú normal y £ 50 se puede quitar de la factura que nos pareció genial, ya que mi pareja tenía más opciones para su comida. Comí la bruschetta sin gluten para empezar y luego la carbonara sin gluten. Me gustó mucho mi comida. Estaba muy bien cocinado y estaba todo etiquetado y comprado a la mesa por el gerente, que mantuvo mi mente a gusto durante toda la experiencia. Nuestra camarera también me aconsejó que no podía tener gluten, así que sabía que me estaban cuidando bien. Mi compañero realmente disfrutó de su comida también, y los dos tuvimos un gran almuerzo. El restaurante también está en una excelente ubicación. Tuvimos un hermoso día soleado, lo que hizo el día aún mejor.

Awful gluten free food. Genuinely tasted like i had been given a bowl of cheesy mugshot. Pasta was hard and hardly any taste to the sauce. Don't know whether the chef was having an off day or what, but won't be rushing back

A very long wait for food even though restaurant not busy. Tiny portions and very expensive. Left feeling hungry after 3 courses. Had to eat when I got home.

Desde el momento en que entramos hasta que nos fuimos, nos dieron la bienvenida. El caballero en la parte delantera de la casa era educado y amable y nuestra camarera (romaní creo que su nombre era) se tomó el tiempo para leer el menú a mi pareja y yo y constantemente nos preguntó si estábamos bien y nos cuidó. La comida era deliciosa y el tamaño de la porción era más de lo que esperábamos. Definitivamente volveré y te recomendaré. 💯

Had a delivery from Deliveroo food stone cold wouldnt use delivery again shame as we visit restaurant often and is always good.

I would like to thank the manager for fitting us in as we tried to book over and over again online but every slot was taken. So my wife popped in as we were walking past and he found us a table for 2. The food was lovely but the damper on the day was the price of a drink. We paid £15 for 2 pints these are London prices its absolutely ridiculous. Drop your prices and more people will visit.

We had a lovely dinner. It was super busy as it was blue Monday with an incredible 99p main deal but the staff were really great. I'm dairy intolerant so had the vegan cheese on a pepperoni pizza and it was surprisingly good. Vegan cheese sucks but they put the perfect amount on it and the base really saved the whole thing, really tasty. Thank you!

Good food and always good service, they were slammed but kept going as the kitchen was behind. It's in a great spot and is decent enough.

Cheerful atmosphere and good service

After waiting almost 40 minutes for our food,It was bland and had hardly any filling. Completely overpriced and no apology for the wait. The restaurant was empty so no excuse for why it took so long

I was really looking forward to my dinner here, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. Despite making a reservation, we were seated at a makeshift table in the middle of the restaurant, surrounded by noise. It felt more like an afterthought than a reserved space. The drinks came out half-empty and were either missing the Prosecco or the tonic water , which was disappointing. The mains were decent, but the desserts were a real letdown. The tiramisu was warm and melted, with an overpowering alcohol taste that ruined the flavor. As for the cheesecake, it was served without the advertised cherries and lacked the creamy mascarpone texture—it was just single cream instead. Overall, it was not the dining experience I had hoped for. There’s definitely room for improvement, especially when it comes to attention to detail and honoring reservations.

Nice place, clean and bright. The staff were amazing and the food was excellent. A little expensive to a misor like me but you get what you pay for and the cost was worth it. My thanks to all the staff.

Had a lovely dinner with my mother and Grandfather. All three of us agreed the food and service was excellent. Initially thought the prices were a bit high but it was well worth it. The lady that served us as well was absolutely brilliant.

Always have a fabulous meal in Prezzo, fantastic service.

Not many restaurants have both excellent vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Prezzo does. My wife is a fussy vegetarian that strangely wants the vegetables in her dishes cooked properly. Prezzo's vegetarian dishes are well thought out and cooked with care and attention.

Location makes this place somewhere to go - everything else is as you'd expect

Good service, clean, respondent staff, good location. Food well cooked but not true Italian. Didn't try pizzas but others in the group did and were happy.

I really don't appreciate the enthisiasm of others for this glorified cafe, the food is very basic in ingredients and choice. the service is chaotic with no menus presented on arrival slow order taking and ordered items not broght to the table, meals and drinks are well over priced £7 for a pint £19 for a burger is just not good value There are many eateries in Mumbles I shall choose another next time

Overlooking Swansea Bay, with seating available inside & out, extremely large restaurant that was buzzing with holidaymakers all enjoying the sea air & food. Our food order didn't take long to arrive due to the large number of staff available, all very pleasant greeting us with a warm welcome. We chose our lunches & were able to use a tastecard, giving us 2 for 1 on all courses.

The sun was shining so I've given an optimistic star rating, we didn't dine but it is pizza and pasta so they shouldn't go to far wrong. Table was dirty until asked for a wipe. Table service was weird, someone comes to the table outside, asks if you're dining or just drinks, if drinks, please go to the bar for a lacklustre service. The prices are shocking, it's Swansea......£44 for two beers and two wines.!

Staff are fantastic, food brilliant.

We go here often, service not so great this time, but that's a first, they seamed a bit rushed, as they gave us starters and mains all at once, which meant some of it was going cold while we were eating the rest. Not usually like this. so 3 stars

Well what can I say been a while since going to mumbles for a date night, went to prezzo, I was truly blown away by the welcome and service I recieved by our waitress Grace, she was attentive incredibly friendly she is a true asset the prezzo. If only there was more of her thank you for your exceptional service. Looking forward to coming back very soon x

Authentic Italian restaurant on mumbles seafront. Good menu and gorgeous food although the prices are a on the high side, especially for the drinks at 7.50 for a pint of lager. The pasta was fresh and delicious not to mention the dishes were plentiful and very filling.

Never been here but giving them just 3 stars as they only have 4 stars when all italian rwstautants should have 5 stars . A blind child can cook italian food , its so easy even my microwave does pasta.

The restaurant is located right on the waterfront with a spacious outdoor area and offers views of Swansea and Swansea Bay as well as Mumbles Lighthouse. Inside it looks a bit like a fast food restaurant, but then there is an extensive menu (including a variety of vegetarian dishes) and extremely friendly and helpful service. The food is: AMAZING! You feel like you're in Italy and enjoy authentic, high-quality cuisine at surprisingly fair prices. The starter plate was also very good (see photo). When it comes to wine, we recommend the Primitivo, which tastes excellent. Overall, the restaurant is highly recommended!

Food was amazing, had the cabrese calzone with added red chili and it tasted amazing. Cooked well and was a great size. Also had a really good iced mocha. However, 4 stars as the service was rather slow. Waiter was slow to ask us for drinks and even slower to come back and take our food order. Food also took a while to come but was worth the wait.

A rainy evening and Italian food was calling us. Arrived around 7.45 pm , ordered wine anda bottle of beer for three people. Beer arrived without a beer glass and this happened twice. Our food was quickly delivered but so disappointing as it tasted like fast food without any italian flavour. Whilst we were finishing our drinks and relaxing we were asked to pay our account. I’ve never experienced this lack of bad manners before. Not recommend unless you’re after a quick tasteless meal at top restaurant prices.

We had an amazing time at Prezzo. Our food was beautiful, but the thing that stood out the most was the service. The lady who looked after us was absolutely brilliant. She was friendly, attentive and was wonderful with our 5 year old son, looking after him and having plenty of fun with him. We will definitely be coming again.

Great position on the coast with lovely views and inside and outside eating giving a feel of the Mediterranean. Very pleasant staff and my home made to order pizza was excellent.

Amazing Italian experience at Prezzo! Everything we tried was delicious—from the pizzas to the salmon and salads, all fresh and flavorful. The desserts were equally impressive. The view from the restaurant is just lovely; on a sunny day, you can enjoy your meal and drinks in a beautiful outside setting or on the upstairs terrace. Highly recommend for a delightful dining experience!

One of the best restaurants in Swansea. I had a pleasure not only to dine, but also organize an event. For each my request the answer was - 'not a problem'. The food, atmosphere, service, location, facilities, surrounding - were on the highest level. The experience exceeded the expectation. Totally recomend!

Visited with family tonight, 6 June. Lovely friendly welcoming & attentive waitress. All of us thoroughly enjoyed the delicious choices we made & any alternative requests were made for us. Only thing raised was that one roast potato with the grilled sage chicken dish was not enough to accompany the meal, please make it two potatoes to go with two portions of chicken 😍. Looking forward to a return visit!

As using tesco vouchers felt we were looked down on.

Sat for 20minutes trying to get service, totally ignored. Terrible. Gave up and left.

Felt like an inconvenience turning up, only served us because we booked!!😫. Food fine when we got it, staff to busy moaning about how busy they had been, not what you go out to here about.

Attended here a few days ago with my partner. The food was good, but very overpriced. Our waitress left me speechless at the end of our meal. The calamari was a very small portion for £9.50, my partners chicken burger was again small for £17.95. The only thing appropriately priced was the margherita pizza for £12.95. We visited Prezzo as I had Tesco clubcard vouchers I wished to use. Upon informing the waitress and showing her the QR codes on my phone in my hand - she proceeded to start zooming in on my phone without asking my permission. What truly shocked me was that she then swiped the phone out of my hand to get a better look at the vouchers - without communicating what she needed to do. Both myself and my partner were speechless and looked at eachother in disbelief. If she had asked me to zoom in etc I would have, but I couldn’t get over how rude she was with her actions. Will not be paying a visit here again.

Awful...meals may aswell be Iceland own brand chicken meal...rubber microwave food..Oh and no email no receipt...Avoid

Dreadful. Ordered 2 starters,only one arrived. Ordered 4 pizza's, only 3 arrived. Mine finally arrived, unfortunately when my family had already eaten theirs. Restaurant virtually empty, no excuse for such bad service. I would definitely not recommend. There are far better places to eat in the Mumbles.

First time dining alfresco this year. Sunshine, great service , relaxed atmosphere, food was lovely. This will be the first of many visits this year. Special mention to Tom our server ,which was so polite and welcoming .

Poor! Booked for our anniversary last night, which they asked when we booked. This was never acknowledged!!! Why ask on the booking. The food was bland and no taste, the garlic bread was like a crisp and overdue. The chicken was like water , I would never recommend and also I really don't think it was freshly cooked it was as if its been warmed in a microwave. I would never return appalling experience, the only good thing was the wine and that was overpriced. Would really like a response 🤔

Very nice place with friendly staff and good wine and food

I normally enjoy going to Prezzo’s in Mumbles but my experience was not pleasant this last time. First of all it was freezing cold and we had to keep our coats on the whole time we were there. What really ruined my lunch was the attitude of the blonde European waiter that served us. On a few occasions the way he spoke to me was patronising and arrogant and I will not be going back to Prezzo’s again unfortunately.

This chain Italian restaurant was an excellent addition to the Mumbles dining scene. Family friendly with excellent views over Swansea Bay and the Mumbles lighthouse. Prezzo is certified by Coeliac UK for those of us who are forced to avoid gluten and both the kitchen staff and the wait staff are properly trained on allergies and intolerances. Gluten-free food is served with a flag on a cocktail stick so you are sure they are aware, and in 5 years of dining here, I have never got sick. Decent wine list, by Swansea standards at least. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff, though those not from the Principality may struggle with the local accent (an American friend I entertained there asked me if they were speaking Welsh - it was English but the local accent is strong until you are used to it)

Very over priced we thought, £17.95 for lasagne nothing else comes with it.. Fortunately we had a voucher code therefore had discount. Lasagne was nice, but not worth the full price.

My husband and I have never been a fan of Prezzo as we have had a couple bad experiences from various establishments. Well tonight we take it all back. We took our grandson for his request for a calzone. Other grandson staying at home. The staff were wonderful food great they couldn’t do enough for us. We felt comfortable, welcome and most of all valued. As it was buy one get one free on mains we were allowed to take one for other grandson. Whoever was working in Mumbles branch on 18th April 2024 at 6.00pm ask your owners for a pay rise as you have changed the mind of two hard nosed people. We will be back and bring all the family and friends thank you

Such a fantastic location with parking directly outside too. The restaurant is very spacious with seating on two floors and also outside. Tom and all the staff were very efficient and helpful. The menu is good and all three courses arrived in good time and were a perfect temperature and taste. I highly recommend here and will be returning within the next few weeks.
