Pizza never arrived, ordered at 6pm for 7pm and at 8.30 still no sign. When restaurant was contacted they were incredibly rude. Very disappointing

Food was good (what came at least) and they failed to understand that they were at fault for not sending food to us!! Eventually they did send it but they left it on the door handle to fall when someone opened the door! Unhappy and disappointed, avoid. #upset

Ordered a full meal and they forgot my chips and drink then when u tried to call them to let them now guy kept on putting the phone down and did not want to send me then chips and drink, was telling me next time i will have them free but i told him there will be no next time , eventually he sent me my chips and drink i was missing but they took 40 mins and the chips where freezing. To top it all of I ordered 6 chilli nuggets only to found out there was only 5. To say i am devastated is in understatement will never order from here again left my kids crying without their chips and drink! Was a terrible end to a bad day with swans and wales loss absolutely gutted. Guys avoid this place at all costs.

Have ordered numerous times before and will again but the wrong extra topping was put on my vegetarian pizza and I ended up with pepperoni not pineapple as requested. The strange thing with pizza ordering is that extra pizza toppings are compulsory. You can't add to basket otherwise. Why is this? Makes things too complicated.

My regular was closed so I gave this place a try. I should have done so way sooner.. the food was SO GOOD! The donner and chicken shish was the best I've had in years. The salad has way more variety. 10/10

Food was decent and delivery was fast.

Food arrived hot and earlier than expected. Napoli burger was good, with fresh lamb doner. Lush hot wings and chilli cheese bites. Onion rings cooked to perfection and nice chips. Only let down was their fillet chicken burger,.. expected fresh chicken fillet, but unfortunately it was like a cheap reformed piece, zero seasoning on coating and their mayo was flavourless too. Would order again but will avoid their chicken burgers. Hope Napoli will take note and use fresh chicken fillets and make fresh seasoned crispy coating in the future.

I wish I could give Napoli’s more stars to be honest. They go above and beyond every single time I order. There’s no restaurant or service better 😍! Me & 🤰 are eating well. Can’t wait for the baby to be born and experience their food.. I can’t begin to explain how outstanding they are. Keep it up 🤩🤩

Nice place for kebabs, wraps and burgers. The seating is a bit limited but if you want a takeaway it's good.

Tasted like cheap processed food. Young lactos intolerent person was given what should of been just gravy on chips, but the gravy was covering lots of cheese! Very upset and disgusted!! Yet another 'Just Eat' resturant to avoid :(

I paid £4 for a burger thinkin it comes with chip it did not come with chips. The sausage I also ordered it came cold. The can of pop was warm. And the curry sauce was warm not hot at all. Will NOT be ordering from here again.

They dont give you what you ordered or read the comments....I specifically asked for no minted onions...and I only asked for coleslaw..yet I got all the salad...i have a customer for few years now..and recently which I don't know why they have got worse

Delivered wrong food, refused to send correct order, hung up the phone, cancelled all other calls. Pitta dripping with grease, salad soggy, more coleslaw than meat. Absolutely disgusting food and customer service. Shouldn’t be allowed to refuse people the food that they’ve paid for!!!

Ordered pizza meal 3 which is a 12inch pizza large chips and a can Meal got delivered has the pizza has the can and a tiny box of chips....when i say tiny i mean the single burger box half full. Call up the shop and get told no thats the chips that comes with meal...not a large..... It states on deliveroo and their own website large chips.....get rudely told by the guy on the phone to call deliveroo as its not their problem. Absolute shambles....con at best

Unexpectedly brilliant, we were a large group and ordered pizzas, kebabs and cookies all of which were delicious, fresh and served with a smile. We didn't eat the cookies till the following evening, and they were lovely. The staff were delightful, efficient and very good looking

Always recommended you to my customers as a local business owner.. never ever again. Will be advising them to use the next nearest zero1 I always say to my chefs.. if you wouldn't be happy to receive this meal... don't send it out SIMPLE . What an absolute waste of my hard earned money... shame on you!

I can only give two stars because of halal meat. I don't understand it, I can't comprehend it. Y all the kebab shops in swansea are halal. I'll never know, cruelty to animals for taste is disgusting. Funny thing is knobody even realises its slowly tortured meat.. Had one by accident which I'd give 2.5 out of 5.not good. Apart from that decent guys.

They forgot to put sauce on my pizza… it was just cheese, gave me thin crust when I ordered normal and the dough tasted sour and had strange pink things in it. The garlic bread was the same tasteless and strange dough taste. Couldn’t stand eating more than 2 slices.

It was so delicious and, fresh and warm same as when you collect it from the shop. It arrived so quicker than I was expected. Highly recommended to everyone and be sure this is best pizza shop in Swansea city.

First time ordering from Napoli Pizza and very pleased! Delivery was 20 mins earlier than estimated. Pizzas were made on genuine dough bases and very tasty with lots of filling. Pizza meal deal with 2x 12" pizzas was really good value for money. Will be ordering again.
