Visited with my parents and kids. Had the 2 kids meals free as part of the one adult, one free kids meal. Pizzas were tasty. Chef and servers were really good with the kids. Good value for money and nice food.

Firstly we chose our meals, and ordered a side of garlic bread and were told two sizes available medium and small so chose medium. This arrived as a small to my surprise and was told they only serve small and large! Secondly drinks took a very long time to arrive. The mains arrived but my spaghetti bolognaise was spay with a dribble mince sauce with very little flavour so much so I left 3/4 . So had mainly just my side of garlic bred! Nobody came to ask how our meals were. When a waitress fin came to our table to clear and asked was everything ok with your meals I said awful and she took plates and left! She came with the bill, no discount for meal or any comments about it being unsatisfactory. We would not recommend to anyone!

It’s a great location & setting but the prices for the food on offer need to be reviewed. It’s a great place to visit with plenty of parking.

Great serve and good. Very clean. The staff were very knowledgeable about the food and menu. Great range of drinks on offer.

It was my birthday treat to go to Cinema & follow it by having a Calzone in a nearby eatery. I'd never eaten at Prezzo before and it was delicious. The staff were great & we all enjoyed our meals

Bit disappointed, starters were lacking in taste . Mains pizzas were average, my lasagna definitely not as good as previous visits, have had better frozen lasagna and they charged £17.50 for it . Service was good Wouldn’t rush bad

1st issue - Main meal incorrect. There was only 2 of us dining and they got 50% on the order incorrect. Not a great start. Waited over 20mims for the server to return with the dessert menu she had offered. Had to grab the attention of another server. Only 1/4 full so not like they were run off their feet and busy. Asked for the bill and to use a One4all gift card we had, was told they don't accept them. Paid the bill on debit card and questioned this with the manager. Was then told they do in fact accept the One4all gift card. Asked to be refunded my money onto my card and use the gift card. Was then told Prezzo don't do refunds, even if they are at fault!! Shocking! Still waiting for contact from Prezzo who still have our gift card and have taken the money from my account. Be wary! Happy to take your money but won't refund if they are at fault!

Brilliant gluten free meal and dessert for myself and my husband on Friday 27/10/2023. My husband is a coeliac and has to be very careful to not eat gluten otherwise he is VERY poorly. He chose the GF Chicken Carbonara Al Forno for his main and the CF chocolate cake for his dessert. I am not coeliac and so had the Chicken Spaghetti Carbonara and Tiramisu for dessert. They took GF food VERY seriously and it was served by a separate server on each occasion to minimise cross contamination. The food was delicious and the service very attentive but not intrusive. The restaurant was very busy and if this is the service they offer, I am not surprised why. The greeting and checking on our meal from the lady who welcomed and seated us was very nice as was the service provided by Holly throughout. A lovely visit and if we lived nearer, we would visit often.

Food was very disappointing, meat sparse in pasta dish , so reordered the ravioli which was tasty but cold in the middle. Staff were trying hard to be friendly but they seemed very busy .

Last came here a few years ago. Met a few friends. It was busy for a Saturday night as expected. We got seated and they took 40 minutes to take our drinks orders we said we'd order food as well as it was quite late. Waitresses were stood around. There was 1 lady rampaging cleaning tables as others went straight to stand at the till/ bill and avoid eye contact with anyone. Food was good. Risotto was small but lovely. Service was horrific. We saw I assume a supervisor..?? Argue with a customer about their order. When me and my friend asked for the bill. We normally split it. But the waitress just bought out the card reader with no receipt so we asked for it in order to pay out halves. Definitely won't be coming here again until some drastic changes are made.

We visited with family who were visiting the area. My wife's risotto arrived (all £15.50 of it!): a few spoonfuls. When we complained, we were told it is 'prepackaged' (apparently not the first time this excuse has been trotted out) and would she like to order a bigger meal?! The 'sundaes' were a few dollops of chocolate ice-cream without the advertised wafers. We left feeling like we had been treated with utter contempt, and had paid through the nose for the privilege. We won't be returning, unless we get free meals by way of compensation and apology.

We had some vouchers so decided to eat here before a cinema trip. Positives: the staff were friendly, the pizzas were lovely. Negatives: the pasta dishes were awful! Watery, tasteless and overpriced. We remembered why we don't visit these chain restaurants...

Waited to be seated while 2 waitresses chatted while a queue was forming behind us Sat down at a table where there had obviously been a child as there were fries on the floor that were not cleaned up The waitress took our order and came back 5 minutes later as she couldn’t remember 2 of our drinks Waited 10 minutes for the drinks and 20 minutes for food The pasta had very little flavour but the garlic bread was nice,no bruschetta so maybe tell people that when you sit them down as 3 of our party then had no starters The drinks are the Maoist expensive on the coliseum and they are the only cashless restaurant there and encourage you to use the QR code in the table to pay to save them time,they don’t worry about getting a tip as again the only restaurant on the coliseum to add a service charge Definitely not worth the charge as service cleanliness and food nothing special

Right from the start the waitress was rude .I tagged along with my son and bother, last minute. I was paying separately to them and had some tesco vouchers to use. They had 25% off but the waiteess was very rude bout it and wouldn't let us do separate checks ,which is possible. Point blank refused and tried to make us pay together. Never been so embarrassed 😳 in my life and the service was awful . The staff spent most of their time talking ,whilst the restaurant was a mess and turned customers away despite empty tables

We hadn't visited Prezzo since before Covid. So decided to book a table for 4 to see how it was getting on. Booked table for 19.30 and arrived a few minutes after. After waiting for a while a young man requested we wait in a particular spot as our table was just being cleaned and set up. I couldn't help but notice that their was a table for 4 ready and prepared but not offered. 20 minutes later we were sat down. Staff were polite and quite effecient. Two of us ordered the chicken tagliatelle which I found to be blind and lacking in sauce. I'm guessing that the kitchen staff has changed over the last few years. A head chef with experience is required to oversee the kitchen as food served was not value for money.

As many of the other reviews state, the prices have gone up exponentially in recent times and the portion sizes have decreased at the same time. Service was quick. Food was OK at best. Garlic Bread and Calamari were nice as starters. Penne Arrabbiata was OK but a bit bland. Spaghetti Bolognese was awful. So watery that everything slipped straight off the spaghetti so it was like eating plain wet spaghetti with a brown watery sauce left in the bowl afterwards. It also had barely any flavour. I can make better pasta myself at home. I get 2 for 1 here with Tastecard and would not visit without it because it's not worth the full price menu cost. Would give this restaurant a miss in future due to the food quality - food at other Prezzo restaurants is better and there are plenty of nicer restaurants in the vicinity at Cheshire Oaks.

We arrived for our lunch time booking, 2 adults 2 children. One child wanted the burger- no buns!!!! I ordered the Caesar salad and the other adult the lasagne. Other child had the bolognaise. Food arrived but no poached egg as described on the Caesar salad. No eggs!!!! Something will be done when we get the bill we are told. I asked did you not have lasagne sheets either as the “lasagne “ had pasta shells in it. Told that it’s prepackaged and that’s how it comes in. Turns out it was the pork and fennel Ragu! Several desserts not available either. Also the cappuccino had enough chocolate on the top to make a hot chocolate drink!!! Anyway bill arrived and the reduction was embarrassing! Still left a tip though!!!! Won’t be returning!!!!!

We had a very enjoyable late lunch and were seated quickly but given time to choose our meal and drinks. Our starters arrived quickly and were hot and tasty. As we were finishing our starters , we were joined by 2 more family members who initially were only having drinks, so just pulled chairs up to our table. They decided to have something to eat and, without being asked, a very nice gentleman ( the manager?) pulled another table next to ours which made it much more comfortable for them. All our meals were delicious and the service was excellent. Will definitely return and would recommend this restaurant.

A very special evening for us enjoying a warm welcome with exceptional service from Laura . The food is really authentic and reminds us holidays in Venice . Matt the welcomed us warmly and introduced us to Laura who made us feel special . Helped us with our choices and made us want to come back . Arrived at noon today Friday 10th February for a lunch time treat, seated quickly as it was empty, waited a few minutes for the waitress to come over and take the drinks / food order, was gobsmacked when she said, "sorry we can't serve food at the moment , we have just received a big food delivery" could be 1:30pm at the earliest you are welcome to wait, We where so shocked, we just said ok thanks and left.

We were seated quickly by the friendly host, our server was efficient without being intrusive and seemed to be working alone but was always there when we needed him, food was all great didn't are long to come out at all, lobed dessert the tiramisu was beautiful! Matt was great!!

As soon as we sat down the serving staff member informed us, there was no goats cheese or Parmesan Cheese. It’s an Italian restaurant without Parmesan, unbelievable. Once we had started eating our Starter the serving member of staff informed us there is no chicken for the chicken, avocado and bacon salad. Outrageous we had already started eating and drinking and then we are told there was no chicken for the salad. I doubt we would have stayed had we been informed of that prior to ordering. On another note the prices for a pasta dish have increase by 65% in the last 18 months. Authentic independent Italian restaurants are now cheaper to eat in and all the food is made to order, clearly unlike Prezzo’s who are ripping the public off. Never again will I support that chain. 16 of us visited Prezzo to celebrate my birthday. I visit regularly and it was lovely to share my enjoyment for the restaurant with my friends on a special occasion. Most of us ordered off the 2 courses for £15.95 menu which was really good value for money and everyone really enjoyed their food. As ever, the friendly staff made our visit extra special and nothing was too much trouble for them, particularly Lauren and Maria.

Called in without booking for an early evening meal at around 630 pm. The starters were hummus with pitta and breadcrumbed mozzarella. Both were reasonable portions. For main we both ordered pizzas which were a big size. One was the goats cheese/peppers and I had chicken with caramelised onions and peppers. Service was good and we both enjoyed it.

The pizzas are far above the best option here. My chicken dish was very ‘Frozen fillet’ but my husbands pizza was gorgeous. The staff were lovely and attentive.

Booked online, not been before. Followed website directions and Google map directions which took us to Cheshire Oaks shopping area. Couldn't find restaurant there so rang phone number twice. No answer either time, just an unhelpful recorded message. Gave up and went to Pizza Express for an excellent meal.

I regularly come here with my partner and have yet to have a bad meal. The service is excellent and even when they are busy you are not kept waiting long. They provide good authentic Italian food and wine at reasonable prices.

Went after the cinema. Service was fine. Pizza tasted sweet as did the pasta dish, the meatballs were to my eye and taste clearly not freshly made and appeared processed. We had a prosciutto board to start, which I could have produced and made to look better by going to Aldi

For what you got and the time you waited, it was not worth it in my opinion. Definitely do not go if you have somewhere else to be later on at a specific time I.e cinema! The food itself was okay

Visited on a Tuesday evening before going to the cinema. We were greeted within a minute and seated. That's their only saving grace. Took an age to come over to take our order, by which time we were ready to order both food and drinks. When asked if we could place our food order too the waitress said she couldn't take a food order as she was "already behind"...confusing! Our drinks were served not long after but this waitress (a different one) also couldn't take our food order, we were told "someone will be over now". They weren't! Other tables were seated next to us and subsequently had their orders taken. We had clearly been overlooked. I should mention that we had our 5 year old with us who was getting aggitated and kept asking where her food was. On the brink of walking out, a waitress eventually took our order. By this point the two tables next to us, who had arrived AFTER us, were eating! Ten minutes passed. At the 15 minute point my partner called the waitress over to ask where our food was. She seemed flustered but went to enquire at the food preparation counter. She came back within a minute to say it wouldn't be long.....another ten minutes passed with not only my partner and I getting increasingly annoyed and increasingly hungry but our daughter crying for food (and probably bored!). My partner went to the maim bar counter to speak with the manager, the manager came over tp our table and offered us free drinks. My daughter and I were drinking tap water so I refused his offer. I told him many others had arrived after us and yet been served (and eaten) before us and that our 5 year old had been waiting over 40 minutes to eat. He said he would "sort something out".Our food arrived eventually - over 45 minutes after being seated! It was tasty, no faults there. We were however eager to leave so ate and called over for the bill. The manager said he would knock 50% off to compensate for the very long wait. The bill came to £23. We paid and left. On the drive home however we wondered why it had cost us what it did despite there being 50% off. We had two mains (£11/12) a children's meal (£3.95) and one Coke. Diddled good and proper! And we missed our film. Terrible service. We most definitely won't be returning.

Really disappointed, I usually love it here but this time was a shambles, I will start by saying the food as always was fab no fault there! What let’s this down was the service, we were stood waiting for a possible table for 2 for at least 5 minutes whilst being ignored by all members of staff (I am happy to wait for tables or when people are busy to have to hang on) but no smiles no hellos no ‘I’ll be with you in just a moment’ not a great start! We were then seated and left for a further 10 minutes before even being asked for drinks it just carried on like this for the rest of our evening waiting stupid amounts of time for things! Not the good and most likely won’t be coming back

We had lunch here on our shopping trip really enjoyed the food and portion size was great the garlic bread with cheese and caramelised onions was to die for staff were friendly couldn’t fault this restaurant and will definitely go back when we are in the area..

Once a again we returned to Prezzo for our family Xmas meal , this years menu better than last years , as the good old favourites returned . I had the spaghetti king prawn followed by the sticky toffee pudding , an outstanding combination, that I return for time after time , with a carafe of red wine , you just can’t beat it and look forward to my next visit .

You cannot go wrong with our local Prezzo at Cheshire Oaks, it is a family favourite and we have never had a bad meal there. Tonight, we again have had a lovely meal with fantastic service from Anna Maria. New to the menu is a garlic mushroom pizza with avocado which was delicious.

Sat down and ordered drinks and food (shared starter and two mains). Was attended by two waitresses up to this point, both miserable and clearly not bothered about giving great customer service.

Friends and i meet for dinner once a month but had been a bit longer as dad has been in hospital. Waitress who showed me our table asked how i was as been longer than usual and asked about my dad who sometimes goes with us as a family.

In a few words I had a great meal,great service,not had to wait long time for a table even the restaurant was busy.thanks to the chefs for my amazing burger (I am a fan burger).and thanks to the staff for the good service.

My partner and I came here for the second time and again enjoyed our food. The staff were friendly and the food tasty. My partner had the calzone which he said was nice and I had the sea bass which was cooked to perfection, the top crispy which is how I like it and it was accompanied by tender-stem broccoli and greens with tomatoes. Would of been 5 stars however I found my meal slightly under seasoned.

Food is amazing. My favourite restaurant by far. Staff are really nice and helpful. Pasta dishes are my favourite so tasty.

We had a lovely meal at this Prezzo. Service was quick, very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent meal.

This is one of my wife's favourite restaurants. We went hear for her birthday and it did not disappoint. Staff very friendly and attentive. Food was superb as always. Very good atmosphere.

Returned to the above restaurant ,, to savour the return of two favourites of mine , spaghetti king prawn and sticky toffee pudding , both didn’t disappoint , with a carafe of red wine the evening turned out extremely good , the only down side , hence the dropped point , it was a bit drafty from the air conditioning ,, so we had to request another table , which was a bit warmer , other than that , looking forward to my next visit .
