Fabulous food and service . Crab linguine wonderful , great portions , we took home what we could not eat it was too good to leave .

The best Italian food we've had in years. Service was great, they paid careful attention to my daughter's food allergies, apps and main were fantastic and desert was even better. A must stop for anyone in the area.

This was a great little spot just near the Old Vic theatre. Flavoursome food, great staff, a good time had by all. Definitely be back!!

It was busy so one assumes popular. But, based on at least two of the main course dishes the standard of the food is sometimes poor. For example, a pizza with goats cheese was not thin, not in the least charred, with little goat's cheese present and hardly any tomato. Maybe other diners are less critical?

Booked this Restaurant as we were visiting The Old Vic for the play Just for One Day and booked it based on previous reviews. I am really glad we did as it was lovely, we had an early booking, 5.30 pm, due to the show but it was very busy which is usually an indication that it is popular. Service was very professional, we were shown to our table promptly and offered the menus and asked if we would like a drink. We were not rushed, even though we had 90 minutes for the table. The food we ordered was served promptly and was piping hot, I would recommend the saltimboca which was delicious and I would also recommend the tirimisu for dessert, my favourite pudding. Overall, we were not disappointed and made the evening prior to the show, I would highly recommend this lovely Italian Restaurant if you are in the area.

We had a good meal in this lively Italian restaurant. Excellent food, well cooked and presented, and generous portions. Good service , with a special mention for Zoltan who made it a very pleasant evening. We have dined here before and will do so again

We were staying around the corner to this restaurant, managed to book ahead for a Sunday night. The food was lovely, staff friendly and attentive and the restaurant had a good atmosphere. We even managed to embarrass my husband with the staff singing happy birthday to him!

Food was lovely but the waitress let us down.I watched as a birthday cake was brought out and they wished a happy birthday to another customer.A little later I asked the waitress in private if we could have the staff do something similar for my girlfriend as it was her birthday.She said we don’t do that.REALLY ? I questioned it and she shrugged her shoulders and said she would find out.She never did so nothing happened.She never even bothered to come back to our table,someone else did instead.Customer service at its worst here.Shame as food and drink was very nice.I don’t like to complain,just a bit of constructive criticism.

We had walked past on so many occasions, do not know why we never stopped before. Glad we did. Very friendly and helpful staff, decent menu with a good variety. We had Carbonara and a Serafino mains, the salad was delicious and a good size, the Carbanara was excellent, in fact commented that this was probably the 2nd best I have had, will never beat the small place we found many years ago in Sophia Antipolis but close. sparkling water and large glass of Sangiovese went down well. Grandaughter not that well, so had an orange juice and ice cream . We finished off with a Latte and an amaretto. An excellent lunch, will be back. £61.

Third visit and as previous - very very good. Food delicious - we cleaned our plates (mains and beautifully presented desserts). Lovely atmosphere and welcoming staff, on this occasion a lovely super attentive young lady Mary served us. It has definitely become a firm favourite with me and my friends.

We have eaten at Olivelli for three consecutive nights during our London break. Each dining experience has been first class in every respect. A warm friendly welcome from professional staff. A great menu, excellent pizza and pasta dishes and the veal in truffle sauce was exceptional. Great deserts. Highly recommended and thank you for your warm welcome.

Solid Italian restaurant on The Cut. We went as a group of 8. Feedback on the food ranged from good to ok. Good atmosphere and service was ok also. Was busy so is clearly doing something right. Worth a try if you are in the area (theatres etc).

After a walk from Battersea it was a relief to arrive at Olivelli, I had originally booked for 1.30 then changed it for 12.30 and we arrived at 1. no problem , a warm welcome great table a very efficient pleasant waiter and you immediately felt at ease. The young lady running the room was you could see in complete control, all tables attended to . food was good the chestnut and mushroom pasta , unusual but delicious as was the service and the bill , highly recomend for an easy time

On a VERY wet Thursday evening in early January we were surprised to find this restaurant so crowded. We did get a table but it was very squashed and the noise made conversation difficult. So why play music when there are so many customers in. Food good and staff attentive and friendly but the difficulty of making conversation meant we left without desert or coffee.
