It was amazing 🤩 and we had a wonderful time, the food was great and so was the atmosphere there was also a play area.

We booked a party of 10 to celebrate a birthday and the whole thing from start to finish was fab!! We were seated and served immediately. Fresh lemonade tasters to start us off. Drinks orders taken quickly and gave us enough time to look through the menu while still chatting to family! Staff were all amazing, Lee was a star! Will definitely be returning soon! Recommend 100%

Franco Manca in Richmond delivers exactly what you’d expect from the brand - great pizza with that signature sourdough base, fresh and flavorful every time. The space is roomy and airy, which adds to the relaxed, laid-back vibe. Combined with the friendly service and lively atmosphere, it’s a solid go-to for a casual pizza night in a lovely part of town.

The place has a beautiful atmosphere between modernity and antiquity. The service is fast. The food is very delicious 👌🏻 (the taste is 100% Italian) Perfecto Lasagna 👌🏻 Arugula salad with parmesan (regular) Restaurant tables where you can see most of the dishes I went to Weekend on Saturday at 3pm and entered quickly without a reservation. I strongly recommend the restaurant

Large bar/restaurant over 2 floors, seating indoors and out. Nicely decorated with friendly staff. You can order from table using App or go to bar. Food was delicious, the Rump Steak did not have one bit of chewy rind as you can see in the photo. Depending on the time of day, food can be up to 30 minutes from order, but always delicious and well presented. Menus change a couple of times through the year.

Absolute Rubbish. Don’t waste your money. Waited an hour and a half for our food. When it finally arrived my steak was an ice cold hockey puck. The garlic butter sauce was even colder. I asked if it could be heated up, they took it to the kitchen for 30 seconds, brought it back with fresh chips just as cold as before. Waitstaff inept. Eat at one of the local hotels, better than any of the restaurants we went to in town.

As it was 99p pizza and pasta night we had to queue outside. We have never seen a queue before at this Prezzo, so we were surprised. It took about ten minutes to arrive at the front of the queue, but it was lovely weather so we did not mind. We were shown to our table and ordered quickly. Food took about 35-45 minutes to arrive as restaurant was busier than we had seen before. Goat cheese pizza very good as was my affrogato.

We had a lovely experience. Lilly was super nice, made us feel really welcomed and excellent service. Definetely will come back! Thank you ❣️

Went for a late pizza for 1, enthusiastically greeted by Amelia (vietnamese/welsh), Ilka and smiling pizzaioloa. They clearly knowledgable about the menu, helpful, attentive and very efficent in their roles. My order was taken swifly, cooked and received hot within 4 and half mins. I was impress all 5 teams members checking day doting food labelling & cleaning the whole time I was there, toilet not a spect of dirt too. Plenty of colouring packs for the little ones, Vegan and Gluten free options.

We didn't book a table but it was very quiet as it was a weekday lunchtime so they seated us immediately. The chap who took our orders was brilliant, really friendly, helpful with our food allergy enquiries and also funny. The food was lovely, our group of 5 ordered 3 pasta dishes, 1 pizza and 1 fish main. It arrived fairly quickly. The bill included a 10% service charge which was fine and well deserved. The low rating for atmosphere was simply because there were only 3 tables in use but the views of the harbour made uo for that.
