Beautiful place, food was amazing.

Over priced food but service was good, will not use again 3 sausages cost £18 and a pint of beer was £7.95, crazy money for what u get, they robbing you blind day light

Very busy and still served very quickly but still served promptly by a friendly young girl blond hair tied back. Service excellent but unfortunately the meal we had was over salted and very small portion of fish. We will go back as the service was excellent but we will skip the sea bass.

the food was horrible the gnocchi looked like what Tesco sells for £1 something massive and industrial swimming in a pile of poorly seasoned pesto I ordered a burrata in the gnocchi it came cold we ordered a prawn paste the tomato sauce pastozo the paste looked the same as the My daughter's kids meal, the only difference was that one had meatballs and the other had shrimp, the same thick sauce, completely nothing like an Italian sauce, the pizza wasn't the best either, I spent around 100 pounds for nothing, I'll never fall for this scam again, please Remove your Italian food specialization from your menu because the only name Italian food has is Italian food has flavor, smell and a lot of seasoning which really isn't your case and its prices are completely outside the English standard.

So on Monday bank holiday my mother and I went here for a meal and the service was ok but we waited ages for our food I literally had to ask someone how long are food will be. We didn’t even get an apology or a reason why it took so long plus the guy that served us I remember him he came to the white hart one time and they nearly called the police on him because he was very aggressive controlling and rude I recognised him straight away

We visited on Friday evening. We went specifically to compare Italian cuisine. Of everything we ordered, and we ordered a lot, only olives matched))). We waited about 20 minutes for the menu, but in the end we went and asked for it ourselves. The service is just rock bottom. But here it must be said that this may be the norm for the British. We ate the main meal and again went for the dessert menu. We went to get the menu ourselves))) in the end, when we chose, we waited 40 minutes for the waiter to order))) I think this is not the norm even for the British)

The food was terrible my pasta was not cooked . The service was awful we were left standing waiting for a table for ages even though we had booked. Red wine was £12 a glass. What a waste of time

Scored 1 star to enable us to write a review. We tried to get a table yesterday evening 25/7/24 around 6pm but were told to come back at 8.15pm even though there were plenty of empty tables. When we passed at 7.30pm having eaten elsewhere, there again were lots of empty tables. Odviously they didn’t want our custom. After this , we won’t be eating at any Prezzo’s in the future.

Very disappointed to discover that Kings Lynn Prezzo has decided to close at a ridiculously early time..This is usually our favourite restaurant in Kings Lynn, but for some reason they decided to shut early today, the kitchen was closed by 8.30! Google says 10.00pm. Hence the three stars. Of course we might have been able to find out about the early closing if they ever answer their phone, it just rings and rings and yet, according to the young lady, they have not been busy - obvs too busy to answer the phone, though. .

David Hockey posters covered the walls . A young lady guided us to a table and lunch began with a bottle of Red wine . There is seating outside.

Nice food. Very busy. We were stuck on a table around a corner so felt a bit ignored at times.

The food and service was great but after complaining or rather pointing out a hair was found on one of the pizzas, no apology or discount was given.

Visited last night (Thursday) and the menu has changed for the worse, very disappointed with Calzone its much smaller than it was and less filling in it. Was not happy and should have complained about it.

Carbonara was very taste but potion was much smaller than in past yet prices have increased which was annoying. Chocolate Dessert was a joke sooo small with a dob of whipped cream for nearly £6 will definitely be looking for alternative places to eat for better value unless I get a discount voucher as an expensive meal out. Kids skate boarding right next tables very loud and noisy which made it hard to talk.

Went for a meal before the show at the corn exchange, the food was fantastic, and the service was good, must book when something is on at the exchange, so you won't be disappointed, we will be going back again.

Went recently for my birthday, u able to claim my free bottle of fizz even though I had a code, food was lovely very busy but felt that the constant checking on how it was or if we needed anything else was overwhelming and off putting

Last minute meal and a good choice. Friendly staff, attentive and efficient. Al three meals were great. Very busy for a Wednesday evening, which is a good sign. Highly recommended.

Staff OK but slow to take orders. Good choices on the menu. Our portions were very small and our chips arrived 5 minutes after our meals and we had to chase them up twice. They are over charging for small vey average meals. The loos are awful and stink. Three loos only for all customers to use. They really need a good clean with disinfectant. Not worth a return visit & would not recommend

We’ve always been massive fans of this Prezzo but tonight super disappointed with the portion size & price increase so not only paying more but getting less for our money

We called in here for lunch this week, we were shown to a table and them ignored, even though there were only two other tables with customers, we eventually got up and walked out, as we were walking out the waiter shouted “Thankyou “ - won’t bother going back!

Rude obnoxious little man front of house he's clearly in the wrong job too busy yapping to do his job barked at us in a strange accent when we dated to try and sit down that he would be seeing to us when he was ready. We decided to go and spend our money in a more friendly restaurant as did one or two others who got bored waiting in the queue to be seated and served. Won't be returning

Really great Experience. Calzone which I had was huge omg nearly finished my dish. Excellent for meetings or just for lunch time meal, we will be back soon

First time here, but would definitely come again. Food was great, especially the gorgonzola pizza

NOT child friendly. Took our 2 year old toddler along for some dinner, the staff quickly made it clear they were uncomfortable with a childs noises. Clearing our plates before we had fully finished our food, coming over every 2/3 minutes asking if all ok and are we finished. Food was rushed out and our toddler is a typically behaved 2 year old. Then upon leaving i gave my review of their service politely and offered me a 20% discount to and i quote "not post anything online" haha! No wonder Prezzo are closing stores. Never again, do not take children if your going.

DELIVERED THE WRONG FOOD. Prezzo tried to say it was Just Eats fault but they didn’t put my carbonara in - they put 2 King prawn spaghettis instead of 1 king prawn and 1 carbonara. Then say they can do nothing over the phone. Ridiculous and not worth money.

Had a lovely meal celebrating my 70th birthday. I had Salmon pasta, mu husband calcined both really enjoyed our choice.

Thankfully we book our table as the restaurant was packed, we were greeted by a very nice young lady. After being seated we were then greeted by I presume the manager who was polar opposite in approach and mannerisms. When we explained that we would like to pay for x4 meals separately this seemed to be a major problem and was as he said against company policy, this seemed to be a problem for him. After this interaction the staff we encountered couldn’t be more helpful. Our main meals were excellent the pudding however were NOT value for money at all and x2 of us left half. I don’t think we will be back!

We visited Prezzo this evening for our anniversary. We booked in advance and I made sure to put on the booking that we were celebrating a anniversary, however this did not seem to make any difference at all. It would have been nice if some effort was made in this area, especially when booking the website asked if we were celebrating. It seems point the website asking if the staff do not acknowledge it. We were greeted at the door however it was not a warm welcome. We were offer a small table and I requested a different table as I did not want to be right next to the toilets. The food came quickly. I ordered the pasta arribata and added chicken. The pasta was undercooked. The sauce was so plain and cold it was awful. The sauce was also a weird water consistency so It wasn't sticking to the pasta correctly. It felt like they had just water down tomato sauce. I could not taste any chilli or garlic. My partner had the three meat pizza, he said it was plain and was undercooked also. The staff were unbothered and did not bring any warm energy. I asked to have the aribaita removed from the bill as I did not eat it. They said they would remove it. We had dessert which was nice. I had a 2 free dessert voucher so I used this. The server did remove the desserts however did not remove the aribaita. We Asked about this before we paid, the server lied to our face and said she had removed it. We added it up and she clearly did not remove it. We just wanted to leave so just paid it and left. The restaurant was cold and I could smell cigarettes. This was an awful experience and we will not be returning. We especially did not like being lied to about the pasta dish not being removed. Overall its cheap cold tasteless food and cold lifeless staff

paid £4.50 for 22 chips and paid £3 for 3 tiny bits of chicken in the carbonara!! absolute joke!

To expensive for what you recieve, even more so when you don't recieve all the items and cannot get a refund...

I have given 5 stars, as for the service, food, cleanliness of the restaurant area's, the only thing that is a great disappointment is the toilets, they would not pass as for decor, they are tired looking, definitely not appealing to the eye, in fact they look so disgusting.

1)The Carbonara pasta was served without sauce at all ,overcooked pasta... 2)Pizza were not cut before serving... 3)No cheese or oils as previously were offered to the meals...staff were chatting to each other in foreign language ,it did not feel right and comfortable ... Looks like the company it trying to reduce expenses changing recipies,should of changed meals name also ... Prezzo is going cheap standards now... not sure will comeback...Sorry

I was very Dissatisfied with the delivery because all my food was stone cold and I paid for priority, which should’ve been delivered by a car And not a person on a bicycle.

Our order had issues, and expensive.

We're unable to get a table on Sunday evening as venue was full but returned the following. We had signed up with Prezzo and received a complimentary bottle of white house wine. The courses were very good and there was plenty of choice. My pizza was huge. Service was efficient and staff were very helpful. King's Lynn on a Monday night was very quiet and we were grateful that Prezzo were open.

Following a visit to the local cinema to watch the film ' The Great Escaper', visited Prezzo and had an enjoyable meal, paid for by Tesco vouchers. Quiet due to mid afternoon visit but enjoyed good service.

Walked in at 8.42pm. Not able to get food. Open on Google until 9.30. Poor

The blue light card has discount for Prezzo restaurent including Saturdays which is clearly mentioned in their website. However, last Saturday the staff rejected us to give the bluelight card discount. The discount worth 20 pounds for our meal. We did not want to argue but we have been to other Prezzos in other cities which provide discount including Saturdays. It's disappointed to know in the same restaurant chain we have different rules misleading customers.

I ordered a child’s pasta meal with the option of choosing pasta. I chose rigatoni but received spaghetti! How can this be wrong! It affected the meal choice, very bad from Prezzo. Delivery took far too long. I feel delivery drivers take on too many orders so food is cold once received! This goes against food standards and health and hygiene regulations. This needs to be addressed! NOT HAPPY!

Had my wife's 60th here the service was top notch and the food was fantastic. We will definitely be going back again thanks to all the staff 🙏

5 of us went today & most of the food was awful....I had a Calzone & it was burnt on top & very soggy in the middle.....Two of the others had Pizza that was undercooked....The sweets were all lovely but I will not visit that branch again as very disappointed.

Whilst the service staff cannot be faulted, the level of support from the kitchen can only be described as abysmal. After a number of attempts they could not produce my choice of risotto (perhaps it was because it was new to the menu and never cooked before!), and my partners ravioli was undercooked. The offer of a free main course was of scant reward for the hour spent waiting. DO NOT USE THIS PARTICULAR RESTAURANT IF YOU EXPECT A GOOD ALL ROUND EXPERIENCE.

On entering the resultant we were initially ignored by a member of staff eventually someone came and took us to our table. Drinks were ordered and it took a long time before anyone could be bothered to come and take our order. It had been so long we were running out of parking time so paid for our drinks and left. It didn't bode well when we walked in a cheese had been left on the side uncovered and had fly's on it . The staff were rude and didn't seem to care if they served you or not. And a member of staff was arguing with a customer about a refund. If I give it a zero stars I would absolutely terrible. And to think Prezzo closed our local restaurant in Beccles that polite and friendly staff for this

We sat outside Staff were nice and put up with me ' whilst i differed about what to choose to eat. The Actual food in its self was very disappointing ' I had the vegetarian arribiatta pasta. The sauce was bland and needed cooking more. The portion for the price was small' as was my daughter's Who had the vegetarian risotto. really bland. It cost nigh on £45 pounds' oh and we had the garlic bread. Prezzo used to be wonderful. Now sadly i feel it needs to concentrate on not making the portion so small. But lovely location ' nice friendly staff.

Pasta calamari and garlic bread all good But this is the second time I get a burger with no spicy ketchup, literally makes the burger and they can’t be arsed to put it in

Relaxed, friendly, calm service, good team, both front of house & kitchen. Totally reliable menu choices. Burrata could have had longer out of the fridge as very cold which dulls the flavour.

Evening meal with a group of friends, very good all round. Recommended.

Food was cold 40 mins to deliver form time of leaving the restaurant, watched the app didn’t move for 20 mins, very dry hardly any sauce, £5.50 for garlic bread the size of a saucer, 20% discount and then they add 10% service charge.

Needed to find a place for lunch. Knew what we were getting. Very tasty and enjoyable in very pleasant setting.

With a group of eight. Service was friendly and quite quick, all eight meals came to the table at the same time. The food was hot and delicious. Can't fault this restaurant.

Not very happy with my meal tonight. They refused to accept my exchange for mash over chips even though they have it on the menu but still refused. The chicken was dry and the sauce was tasteless and watery. My friends pizza was covered in oil and even though she asked for no basil it still on there. It was a quiet night so our wishes were not met even though it would not put the staff under any stress. You would think customer service would a priority obviously not for king Lynn Prezzo.

Expensive for what you get. £15.50 for a small plate of Spaghetti Carbonara. £9.50 - glass of wine. Meal for 2 ( we only had ice cream for dessert) £63.00 £19 for 2 glasses of wine.

The restaurant is absolutely disgusting, because I asked for my food extra saucy they have made it extra dry with no sauce, as a customer I have now had to make a white sauce to go into of the pasta as it’s that dry, I will be making a complaint to head office at prezzos, I am ashamed of the service an as a returning customer this is appalling service!!!!!!
