Prezzo - Kings Lynn in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

Love prezzos 😁 never had a bad meal, always been treated nicely and can't fault the special offers they send you 😛

Had excellent burger. However side order of fries is real rip-off at almost £5 for small portion. Also ordered Sicilian lemonade which should zing with flavour. It didn’t. Pretty tasteless and boring.

I think food was great however pizza was serve as a whole which was hard to cut using knives and fork. Was still enjoying eating with dessert but staff eager to collect it whilst eating thinking were done and told her im still eating. I think they should give some time for costumer to enjoy food. I didnt think there was a time limit to eat. Otherwise ambience is amazing.

Tried the 99p mega Monday was a little restricted choice but both liked what we choose. The puddings were missing their flakes and when I pointed this out I wasn't given an answer why 🤔🙄 wouldn't do a mega Monday again but had to give it a go

We do eat at Prezzo fairly but this time took advantage of £1 for main courses, which had with a large glass of Merlot

We took advantage of the 99p plus drink offer with friends. The food was excellent. Well above what we expected the offer to produce. The service was extremely good. We really enjoyed our couple of hours in the restaurant. We will be back!

Starter were delicious. Main course burger and salad lovely. Chicken milanese was inedible. It was so tough it couldn't be cut through. This was told to the waitress and cost taken off the bill. They offered to cook something else but that would be another 15-20 minutes wait and the other person had already almost finished eating and we could not wait that long due to other commitments. Very disappointed.

Dirty toilets, dry chicken Burger, not value for money.slow service, waited 5+ mins for last dinner on table. Mayonnaise had yellow skin in top like it had been left out all day. Chose Prezzo ad usually rate them, bit today's experience was very poor.

We didn’t get as far as eating. The waitress was rude to us from the moment we walked in and continued until we decided to leave and eat somewhere else. It was 3pm with only one other table eating, so they weren’t busy. Such a shame as the service has been good before.

Quick service, nice surroundings and good coffee. In fact very good coffee.

Booked a table arrived on time staff very friendly and table ready, ordered bruschetta for starters doe hard to cut and topping just tomato cut in half terrible, main wife had meatballs absolutely tasteless my pizza (pepperoni) very sparse with toppings all in all very disappointing with this venue won’t be returning

Service brilliant. Menu choice a lot more limited than it was previously - would be better to go back to the old menu. Not everyone wants only a choice of pizza, pasta or burgers. It’s more of a fast food eatery now than before. It used to be a nice place to go out to for an occasion, but it’s now just a drop in and wear what you like - nothing special anymore - now on a par with Pizza Hut when Prezzo ‘s used to be special.

Lovely to eat out and be in the company of efficient staff

Felt pressured and uncomfortable with constantly being asked what drinks we will like to order. Twice in 45secs from a man and a lady. Understand you have to upsell etc but atleast let us get comfortable and see the menu first.

My daughter is gluten free and we love coming to prezzos as there is always so much choice for her and she loves the food

Dropped in without a booking but it wasn't too busy. They fitted us four in easily. Meal was great as usual. Our 5 year old loved her pasta meal.

The staff were lovely & food great the only issue we had was the 2 sides ordered as starters didn't come with the other starters so my husband was eating his after we'd finished.

Lunch date with daughter and granddaughter. Lovely food.grandaughter is a vegetarian easy to find food for her.

where do i start…. No communication from the kitchens to servers. The main course came out before starter. starter hard and tasteless (garlic bread) easiest thing in the book to get right! plates piled up ready to deliver and servers walk by or ignore and or only take their to their own area. Our food was there at least 20mins before being served to us. It also seems they didn’t understand their service system so could not work out who’s food was who’s. At one point they started double pilling the food at the service hatch. No teamwork or leadership on the shop floor. Waiting to ask if we wanted another drink and they never approached us even though our glasses had been empty for an hour. Son’s food was tasteless carbonara again another easy meal. Dolmios pasta sauce tasted better, another meal came to replace the tasteless one and the pancetta tasted like crusty bacon dust. 30 minutes wait for dessert then charged us twice. will never go back!

I am appalled. I ordered food as a take away, I spent £70 and they left out £20 worth of food. I paid and I didn’t receive. After calling the restaurant and waiting on hold for 10 minutes the phone was picked up and immediately I was hung up on, MULTIPLE TIMES!!! the food is overpriced and not worth it. I have been here so many times and after years of you guys going down hill after that I will not come back again! I hope whoever hung up on me looses £20 worth of food when they order a take away 👎

We have been uing Prezzo King's Lynn for many years, the food, the service the atmosphere are excellent. I would highly recommnend Prezzo King's Lynn.

Booked a table online for 20.45, owner/server said he’d tried ringing us (no missed call on our phones) and tried rushing us saying we’d only have half an hour to eat our food. We just walked out. Said to him “why would your website accept us to book for a certain time if you was shutting early?” He said “ well that only applies to summer time”. Advice to anyone….do not waste your time booking here especially on a Monday night. Garbage service and a garbage attitude. Avoid at all costs

Fast service food hot and friendly staff

We won't be returning. Food was average and over priced for what it was. Service was diabolical, waited over 10 mins after being shown to our table for a waitress to come and ask for our drinks order. The main meal wasn't served with the cheese as stated on the menu. We wasn't offered any cheese either ,we had to ask a passing waitress for some.We asked for a desert menu when the waitress cleared our plates which did not arrive after over 20 mins of asking so we paid the bill and left. Overall unpleasant experience.

Fairly sullen waiters, not attentive,it wasn't busy , certainly did not feel as though we were especially welcome. No smiles or greeting,or goodbyes etc.

This is such a lovely place to eat. The food is piping hot, and the service is brilliant. The only downside is that the tables could be a bit bigger for groups over 4 people.

arrived at 5.55pm for a 6.00pm booking as due at theatre for 7.30pm. seated promptly with menus,drinks and meal odered with no problem. Starter(sharing garlic bread) and drinks arrived around 6.25pm. However,despite twice chasing order, once with waitress and once with manager, main course didn't arrive until nearly 7.10pm. Due to time constraint, able to eat very little of meal (and got indigestion as result of rushing). so paid bill and left for theatre.After discussion, Manager deducted cost of meals but as hardly eaten, made no real difference.Restaurant full due to show but this should not result in such delay, as having got there at 6.00pm.Even if we had eaten main course without rushing, it would not have been worth total of bill(would have been £75 for 2 people) as food barely acceptable at best, but service ok.Experience/stress spoilt what should have been a very enjoyable evening.

Popped down Sunday to our local prezzo. We were fortunate to have been emailed a voucher for £5 pizzas to celebrate national pizza day!! We honestly love Kings lynn prezzo so much. It has a wonderful ambience and the staff are so friendly, nothing is ever too much for them.

Oh my what has happened to Prezzo. I remember the good days when they had the Calabrese Pizza on the menu which I really enjoyed. Today in Kings Lynn I ordered a PREZZO FAVOURITE The Spicy One which is described as: Spicy ‘nduja, pepperoni, rich tomato sauce and mozzarella, finished with red chillies and drizzled with honey What I got was a Pepperoni well it would have been but there were 10 slices of pepperoni, a bit of tomato sauce and some very small pieces of disheveled ??spinach?? with about 4 or 5 dollops of something spicy. I was going to complain but the whole experience was so uninspiring I thought I'd just vote with my feet. I will not be going back and I suggest anyone strongly looking elsewhere for Pizza!

We have visited before when in the area. Lots of parking in the market car park (chargeable), close to the town centre and corn exchange theatre. Service was excellent and food arrived quickly. Yes it’s on the pricey side but we had no complaints as every meal was high quality and tasty. Chefs were also willing to customise a couple of dishes for us due to children’s preferences on pasta - very much appreciated. Overall, super experience and we will return!

We had a very pleasant couple of hours in the Kings Lynn restaurant. The server was very attentive and the food arrived piping hot with very little wait . I always go for the pasta with chilli and prawns as it is just so tasty and the prawns are never over cooked. I had a fresh side salad with a very tasty dressing and thoroughly enjoyed it all.

Arrived with friends for a pre Christmas catch up evening. The whole experience was rushed through by staff. We weren't told that the kitchen closed at 9pm! Plates were cleared as some of our party were still eating and weren't allowed to order deserts. After checking the waitress said we could have hot drinks. The bill was presented with them and we were told they were closing. One of our party had a 20% discount card which wasn't applied correctly to the bill. The waitress said she could take the bill back and apply the discount to each item but that would take too long! We gave up and vowed never to return.i understand that staff need to work the hours they are paid but Prezzos need to make it clear on their website and upon arrival that dining time is limited. I did wonder - on the run up to Christmas - why so few tables were occupied when we arrived. Now I know! Won't be returning.

Food was decent but felt like they were a bit understaffed as the service became a bit slow as the restaurant got busier. The toilets are also looking a bit tired (dirty extractor fans, tape holding things together, etc...).

The food was very average, but not overly expensive as we used Tesco's vouchers. The service was pretty good. The atmosphere was terrible, due to a very smelly customer nearby, but there wasn't much the staff could do, other than move some of the customers to other tables.

Very busy and still served very quickly but still served promptly by a friendly young girl blond hair tied back. Service excellent but unfortunately the meal we had was over salted and very small portion of fish. We will go back as the service was excellent but we will skip the sea bass.

the food was horrible the gnocchi looked like what Tesco sells for £1 something massive and industrial swimming in a pile of poorly seasoned pesto I ordered a burrata in the gnocchi it came cold we ordered a prawn paste the tomato sauce pastozo the paste looked the same as the My daughter's kids meal, the only difference was that one had meatballs and the other had shrimp, the same thick sauce, completely nothing like an Italian sauce, the pizza wasn't the best either, I spent around 100 pounds for nothing, I'll never fall for this scam again, please Remove your Italian food specialization from your menu because the only name Italian food has is Italian food has flavor, smell and a lot of seasoning which really isn't your case and its prices are completely outside the English standard.

So on Monday bank holiday my mother and I went here for a meal and the service was ok but we waited ages for our food I literally had to ask someone how long are food will be. We didn’t even get an apology or a reason why it took so long plus the guy that served us I remember him he came to the white hart one time and they nearly called the police on him because he was very aggressive controlling and rude I recognised him straight away

We visited on Friday evening. We went specifically to compare Italian cuisine. Of everything we ordered, and we ordered a lot, only olives matched))). We waited about 20 minutes for the menu, but in the end we went and asked for it ourselves. The service is just rock bottom. But here it must be said that this may be the norm for the British. We ate the main meal and again went for the dessert menu. We went to get the menu ourselves))) in the end, when we chose, we waited 40 minutes for the waiter to order))) I think this is not the norm even for the British)

The food was terrible my pasta was not cooked . The service was awful we were left standing waiting for a table for ages even though we had booked. Red wine was £12 a glass. What a waste of time

Scored 1 star to enable us to write a review. We tried to get a table yesterday evening 25/7/24 around 6pm but were told to come back at 8.15pm even though there were plenty of empty tables. When we passed at 7.30pm having eaten elsewhere, there again were lots of empty tables. Odviously they didn’t want our custom. After this , we won’t be eating at any Prezzo’s in the future.

Very disappointed to discover that Kings Lynn Prezzo has decided to close at a ridiculously early time..This is usually our favourite restaurant in Kings Lynn, but for some reason they decided to shut early today, the kitchen was closed by 8.30! Google says 10.00pm. Hence the three stars. Of course we might have been able to find out about the early closing if they ever answer their phone, it just rings and rings and yet, according to the young lady, they have not been busy - obvs too busy to answer the phone, though. .

David Hockey posters covered the walls . A young lady guided us to a table and lunch began with a bottle of Red wine . There is seating outside.

The food and service was great but after complaining or rather pointing out a hair was found on one of the pizzas, no apology or discount was given.

Visited last night (Thursday) and the menu has changed for the worse, very disappointed with Calzone its much smaller than it was and less filling in it. Was not happy and should have complained about it.

Carbonara was very taste but potion was much smaller than in past yet prices have increased which was annoying. Chocolate Dessert was a joke sooo small with a dob of whipped cream for nearly £6 will definitely be looking for alternative places to eat for better value unless I get a discount voucher as an expensive meal out. Kids skate boarding right next tables very loud and noisy which made it hard to talk.

Went for a meal before the show at the corn exchange, the food was fantastic, and the service was good, must book when something is on at the exchange, so you won't be disappointed, we will be going back again.

Went recently for my birthday, u able to claim my free bottle of fizz even though I had a code, food was lovely very busy but felt that the constant checking on how it was or if we needed anything else was overwhelming and off putting

Last minute meal and a good choice. Friendly staff, attentive and efficient. Al three meals were great. Very busy for a Wednesday evening, which is a good sign. Highly recommended.

Staff OK but slow to take orders. Good choices on the menu. Our portions were very small and our chips arrived 5 minutes after our meals and we had to chase them up twice. They are over charging for small vey average meals. The loos are awful and stink. Three loos only for all customers to use. They really need a good clean with disinfectant. Not worth a return visit & would not recommend

We’ve always been massive fans of this Prezzo but tonight super disappointed with the portion size & price increase so not only paying more but getting less for our money

We called in here for lunch this week, we were shown to a table and them ignored, even though there were only two other tables with customers, we eventually got up and walked out, as we were walking out the waiter shouted “Thankyou “ - won’t bother going back!

Rude obnoxious little man front of house he's clearly in the wrong job too busy yapping to do his job barked at us in a strange accent when we dated to try and sit down that he would be seeing to us when he was ready. We decided to go and spend our money in a more friendly restaurant as did one or two others who got bored waiting in the queue to be seated and served. Won't be returning

Really great Experience. Calzone which I had was huge omg nearly finished my dish. Excellent for meetings or just for lunch time meal, we will be back soon

First time here, but would definitely come again. Food was great, especially the gorgonzola pizza

NOT child friendly. Took our 2 year old toddler along for some dinner, the staff quickly made it clear they were uncomfortable with a childs noises. Clearing our plates before we had fully finished our food, coming over every 2/3 minutes asking if all ok and are we finished. Food was rushed out and our toddler is a typically behaved 2 year old. Then upon leaving i gave my review of their service politely and offered me a 20% discount to and i quote "not post anything online" haha! No wonder Prezzo are closing stores. Never again, do not take children if your going.

DELIVERED THE WRONG FOOD. Prezzo tried to say it was Just Eats fault but they didn’t put my carbonara in - they put 2 King prawn spaghettis instead of 1 king prawn and 1 carbonara. Then say they can do nothing over the phone. Ridiculous and not worth money.
