Unfortunately a very poor experience. Walked around the shop for five minutes picked up some pasta and about to ask about some Parmesan and told “we’re shut!” Pointed out the shop door was wide open and none of the five or so staff standing around had said anything whilst I was in there and again “we’re shut the tills closed” So unnecessarily abrupt and impolite. I put the pasta down and walked out. Standing outside and telling my wife about the situation the rude man came outside and told me not to come back! A very unpleasant experience on an otherwise very mellow Sunday afternoon. I’d honestly question if the angry man should perhaps find a different line of work. Definitely shan’t be returning there ever again.

Lovely location, great concept.. great coffee & cake.. shame they don’t stock more products as selection was very limited which was very surprising. Think the word farm shop a tad misleading. Would have loved it if they did more food options especially breakfast/brunch. Worth a stop for coffee.

We recently visited this cafe, it is indeed set in a lovely area and you can watch the world go by whilst having cake and coffee which was very nice. The lady who served us seemed bothered by us and not the happiest, we had witnessed her being lovely and chatty to “ local “ customers but she was like a different person to us .., very disappointing and such a shame .

Great spot if the weather is good and you can sit outside and watch the world go by in this quaint market town. The food is excellent for a light lunch. I had Tuscan Bean Soup with focaccia and my OH had a houmous focaccia "sandwich". The Tuscan Farm Shop in Burnham Market was an absolute delight, especially after my summer visit to Italy. The owners sourcing produce from their own farm, added a charming authenticity. My ham and mozzarella focaccia was nothing short of extraordinary, and my partner thoroughly enjoyed the Italian frittata. I truly loved this place and only wish it were closer to Norwich for more frequent enjoyment. A gem that captures the essence of Tuscan flavors. Highly recommended.

This Deli has a couple of outdoor tables and also there are the only two disabled parking bays on the market place. As we parked in one of the disabled parking bays , my son & daughter in law were challenged by one of the customers of the deli ( I can only presume they are residents who enjoy the front of deli tables regularly). My son assured them that I do have a blue badge and am entitled to park there to access the shops. What we didn’t tell them is that my grandson (also in the car ) also has disability. Just to say that we had a weeks holiday in Burnham Market but this incident completely soured our holiday experience & ruined our Friday morning - we did not stop for coffee as I felt undermined and demoralised. Fortunately my young grandson did not hear the exchange - he is beginning on the disability challenge road. Such a horrid experience in a lovely place . I hope those residents are ashamed of themselves ! They spoiled our holiday - we will not return to Burnham Market in the future .

My wife and I have spotted the Tuscan farm shop on previous visits to Burnham Market and decided to try it for lunch when we visited last month. The filled focaccias looked like good value for £6 (takeaway price). I have to say it was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Not only was the focaccia incredible, with a drizzle of oil and sprinkle of salt on top, but the filling of salami, pecorino and tomato was both generous and unmistakably Italian, in other words delicious. The shop is also lovely, with loads of authentic produce on offer. Suffice to say, this will become a regular lunch stop in the future.

While our baby was having his afternoon nap, we were able to pitch up on the counter seats in the window inside and have a lovely lunch. The meat and cheese platter was excellent. They were all pecorino cheeses but different types, along with different flavours of salami - truffle cheese and salami, chilli cheese and salami, normal and fennel salamis, and pistachio and semi aged cheeses. We shared the platter along with some olives, olive oil and focaccia made in house. The focaccia was maybe a little hard, but other than that we couldn’t fault it and enjoyed everything. Great coffee too, and actually a very reasonably priced platter at £16 to share. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.

No. It was someone barking at me to wear a mask when there is no longer a legal requirement to do so, Notices literally plastered everywhere regarding masks and the member of staff behind counter has his under his chin! We had nowhere else to buy a hot drink, so we sat down (where suddenly masks are not required by the way) we paid a premium price for a tiny cup of froth that was meant to be a Latte and also a pretty awful rock hard biscotto. Waitress was clueless too. Whilst sat there, people entering the store where also hounded about masks and several simply turned on their heels and walked out. The place was also cold and draughty. One friend had the Ribolitta which was a hearty bean and bread soup and another friend and I chose the mixed meat and cheese platter with sourdough and home produced olive oil. The owners import their own olive oil and wine from their farm in Montalcino. We each had a glass of the Montalcino and enjoyed it so much we bought a bottle. We thought we might take some of it home but managed to polish off the whole bottle.
