Kala - magnificent service, wonderful food. She should be running the whole chain, if you don't promote her I'll hire her to help run my business....she's one in a million !! Give her a promotion - she deserves it !

Lovely place. We love Zizzi's anyway, and had Tesco vouchers to use. But Karly really made the experience. She was warm, friendly, and just managed us brilliantly. To finding whether a dish had certain ingredients to just reading our reactions and knowing when to bring things to is at the right time, without us needing to ask. It made us feel very lazy, but very important. All with a smile.

We were a late unbooked arrival and a group of six but we were warmly welcomed and very impressed by the service from Amber. She is evidently someone who enjoys people and her job.

Very good dinner, the pizza was nice, and the service by Karly, was especially lovely. Despite how busy the place was and the high volume of takeout orders Karly made me feel like a valued customer and was very kind and patient.

We arrived about 7pm on a Wednesday. We were shown straight to a table. Our server Isabelle was attentive and friendly. Food was excellent. We used our Tastecard with no issues.

Amber was a brilliant waitress on Saturday evening when I attended with my family, Father in Law and Sister in Law.

First time visit and will be going back again. Great food and excellent service by Fred who made us feel very welcome.

My wife and daughter, returned home with the remains of a pizza from Zizzi Chichester. See photo. I accept that it may not have travelled well but if I served something that looked like this, I would be ashamed of myself and I am not a professional cook. It looks like a child's first attempt at Pizza.

We had a lovely early evening meal at Zizzi this evening, served by Amber who was excellent and really looked after us. Food was delicious as always. Cheesy garlic bread and prawn skewers were standouts.

We were served by Isabelle S who was swift and had a lovely warm smile 😃 had a lovely meal and I enjoyed the strawberry sorbet in particular.

Tonight we were served by Amber, she was very nice and attentive. She has lovely hair, a positive attitude and an optimistic vibe! Would recommend ✌🏻 The food was excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed the chocolate brownie sundae! Thank you for a lovely evening!

Good food, a lovely building and a happy atmosphere. Staff are always cheerful and seem to really enjoy what they are doing. We’ve never had to wait long for food, even when it’s been busy. The standard of food is very good and there is plenty of choice for vegetarians. There is a pay and display car park on the road behind the restaurant and it’s a very short walk from there. It’s a nice place to be. Great for lunch or dinner.

Pleasing ambiance with good food and amazingly friendly and caring service from Amber. She advised us on our ordering options and on mixing between vegetarian and meat dish options. We’ll return to try other dishes from a wide range.

Zizzi did a great job of hosting our work meal for 50 people - our server Fred and colleagues brought the preorders out quickly, and having the whole upstairs space to ourselves was lovely.

Cancelled a booking for 8 people the night before we were due to go because of "staff shortages." Manager didn't even call themselves but got some poor member of staff to do it. Ruined graduation day for our son. Shambic. Avoid.

Myself and fiance attended the Zizzi restaurant in Chichester for my birthday. We were not let down by the food or service. The service was excellent from the moment we walked through the door. We were greeted with a smile, seated, and then very prompt service. The food speaks for itself. Absolutely. Gorgeous.

Went to Zizzi Chichester for my birthday. They had friendly staff and an exquisite atmosphere. Food portions are very generous. Will definitely be coming back!

If Albus Dumbledore ever left Hogwarts to become a waiter, I’m pretty sure he’d be a lot like Fred at Zizzi’s—calm, wise, and quietly running the show like a total pro. Fred was brilliant from start to finish—friendly, attentive, and somehow always appeared right when we needed something (pretty sure there’s some magic involved). He made the whole experience feel effortless, and his sense of humour just made it even better. Basically, if you want top-tier service with a touch of Dumbledore-level calm and charm, ask for Fred.
