We went for Christmas Eve with the family , everyone loved it

Tasty food and friendly service from our waitress Filipa. She was really helpful, showing us which foods were allergy safe too.

Fast, friendly service from Isobel and great food

Karley was great, she got everything to us quickly and on time, she single handedly carried 6 pizzas and bottles of wine by herself to our table, she then entertained us by weight lifting our friend with one arm while simultaneously juggling 3 bottles of wine. Outstanding service, recommend this place!

We came in for a Christmas catch-up with friends and couldn't fault the food or service. Fred, Isabelle and Karly were perfect servers, efficient and friendly. Thank you!

I normally choose a Zizzi restaurant if dining out with friends in areas with limited vegan eateries. It has reasonably good vegan options, I'm also gluten-free and they do pizzas and pasta which are suitable. The atmosphere was lovely, the staff attentive and friendly, however the food not great unfortunately. The gluten free pizza was very uncooked so I asked for it to be cooked a little more, they did(although they didn't want to) and it was still really uncooked. I'm not sure what the issue is as it's kind of a pizza restaurant. My husbands pizza had a normal base and he wasn't very impressed either. The last two visits to a Zizzi have been the same. So sadly a search for somewhere else...

Our server was Dylan, he was not a villain. Dylan delivered with haste, our food had the maximum taste. The pasta we had made us glad, stopped us from being sad. Back again you’ll see, Zizi’s is the place to be! We hope you like our rhyme, it took a lot of time.

Me and my family came in this evening looked pretty busy but felt very welcomed I don’t normally do reviews but felt compelled as we had a wonderful evening with the food and service being perfect Pippa and Josh made sure everything was as it should be , fantastic! It is a beautiful venue, with a lovely menu. Suitable for even the fussy eaters. Spoilt for choice and excellent service provided. Food is amazing quality, fast arrival, presented beautiful. Excellent quality for the price as well.

Popped in on a whim and will definitely revisit. Food was delicious and the staff were very attentive. We had a young girl serving us and if she stays in the hospitality industry she'll go far. Good staff are hard to find so cherish that one.

Fred was amazing! So friendly, had a laugh. It was my boyfriend and I’s anniversary and we have been multiple times during our relationship and loved it every time, trying something new each day (all of which were lovely). I more than recommend this restaurant (definitely the best Italian in Chichester) Thank you Fred!

Really good family meal early evening yesterday. The food came quickly which is a bonus when eating out with kids. The service from Isobel was excellent. My 9 year old son said he’d give Isobel 10 stars if he could.

I never usually review on here however needed to shout out the best service we got from isobel and her team this afternoon! Me and my daughter had a brilliant lunch and i truly felt isobel went out of her way in more ways than one! She even ran down the street with our leftovers we forgot! My 5yo is smitten and hopes to see her again :)

Came with my family total of 4 including our 2 sons one is a wheelchair user, even though I had booked and stated wheelchair space no table was prepared for us. My sons main course wasn't cooked so we had to start ours before his arrived as ours would of gone cold. We asked for a spoon to help feed our son his pasta several times and only towards the end did we actually get it after asking 3 or more times, we struggled with the fork. My glass of wine wasn't overly chilled & I asked for some ice to chill it. All the staff are in just regular clothes it was very hard to know if they were staff or people out for the evening. As a family we don't eat out hugely often and it was a little dissapointing, thankfully the food we ate was good and I'd recommend it for the food and the staff being relatively friendly.

4 of us ordered from the 3 course set menu and we're impressed with the quality and quantity of food. All courses were delicious, as were the sides. Staff were super friendly and was a warm atmosphere. Will definitely be back when we're in the area again

Today we went to zizzi to celebrate my brothers birthday & Eowyn the waitress was amazing, very friendly, helping us with our orders & running up and down a million stairs still with a smile on her face..to make sure customers where happy. Amazing customer service and if you have her as ur waitress your be in for a great time!

Very good dinner, the pizza was nice, and the service by Karly, was especially lovely. Despite how busy the place was and the high volume of takeout orders Karly made me feel like a valued customer and was very kind and patient.

We’ve been to Zizzi’s a few times since we moved here. Service is excellent. Very friendly and efficient. Food is reliable. Pizza dough delicious. Nice relaxed atmosphere - dimmed lights, no frantic rushing about, noise levels just right.

Forgot about our food order, brought the starter and main we had to ask where is our food . Many customers arrived after us but got served before. Our waitress nowhere to be found. When we asked about our food they had to investigate. In one sentence……. they forgot . No excuse and they’ve send someone who was new to bring the food and give us the bill. Also asked for tips. We where there before and enjoyed it. Today experience was not nice . We understand that it happens to forget. You apologise. Very simple.
