Trivia cards on the table, honestly a brilliant touch. Food was brilliant and service was fantastic.

Needed to find a place to eat and came across this place on a Tuesday evening. Pizza was very good. Between us we had pepperoni, meat and mushroom pizzas. No complaints and the mushroom was particularly good. Still lemonade excellent. Milkshakes I am told we're good and chocolatey as well as a good size. Unfortunately not enough space for desert but not sure how much I can complain as full of good pizza. In relation to service and atmosphere. Easy going and spacious. Prompt service and the pizzas come in good time.

Place is comfortable and welcoming with friendly staff and INCREDIBLE pizzas. Really enjoyed our meal and would recommend for a high street experience that won't break the bank

We had a lovely afternoon in Chichester and thought we would pop in and try for the first rime. We were not disappointed at all we were 6 in total and havd all of th pre Pizza starters to share. Following this Pizza and compulsary puddings for 4 of us. Served along side a couple of beers each for £35 each we were hardly able to walk we were so full. Great waitresses and although we were the only people in at the time we had a great welcome and lovely clean restaurant. Well done all

See my review from August 2023 when we had been here three times ALL fabulous and I think I said best Pizza place in Chichester. Last night 24/02, Saturday evening. How can a place crash so badly, all the cool friendly staff, gone, atmosphere, gone, service gone, standard of food gone, customers gone, populated but a bunch on disinterested staff, slow service, just off hand could not care less attitude, such a great shame. I hope this is just a blip but we will not return. I was going to bring twenty people for work here for a post our busy season do but not now. Please listen to this review, owners managers, you had it perfect but you have hit the buffers, it was no where near as busy as it has been maybe others have realised too, I wish you well but please sort it out. I write many more good review than bad.

Really nice airy restaurant. Menu is bijoux but little more is needed when the pizzas are the stars. Lovely dough. Quality cheese. Even the detail of pre-cooking the mushrooms before adding them is a cut above. But the tomato sauce is just far too bland - it needs herbs / seasoning / salt / garlic.... then this place would be perfect.

Truth is we went to pizza express first and was told no, it was busy but no reason given or more than that one word .. Joes was pretty empty, lucky for us really as we both had delicious pizzas, a garlic bread pizza and drinks It was good value and the pizza was really nice, I had the mushroom and rocket one and it was just spot on, not too big, well topped, I love pizza There’s chili oil on the table but we weren’t offered any pepper or sauces which was a little downer, chili oil was nice and spicy though. The staff were friendly, no dramas, just a nice atmosphere I’ll go back for sure

Having been turned away from pizza express as we didn’t have a booking we stumbled upon three joes who welcomed us in. The food was fantastic and the spacious restaurant meant our children could be themselves without worry of disrupting others. Buffalo and pepperoni pizzas were delicious!

Not too far from town center, The Margarita pizza was huge for around £7 the cheese had an acquired taste, The service was very good. Would recommend.

Originally left a fantastic review of this restaurant after eating brilliant gf pizza with great service. Second time round as we walked in the door at 8.45pm on a Saturday night they told us they were about to close up and wouldn't serve us, despite all signage saying that close at 10pm on a Saturday. Only 2 of us for pizza could have been in and out in 40 minutes! Third time round - party of 2 on a Wednesday night. After waiting an age for the pizza my gluten free one came out black and missing toppings. When I asked the waitress how long it would take to do another one she told me probably 30 minutes. We asked why given their pizza over was fired up, the restaurant wasn't busy and it takes a couple of minutes to cook a pizza in a hot over. She said I have to join the back of the queue. I said fine, can you do me another please because as I went to cut slices out of the pizza it was so cremated it just crumbled into ash. I said can I have another. Manager came over and said he would sort, thankfully. He brought it out cooked properly, and quickly, but without the right toppings. Back to the kitchen it went. They gave a discount when the bill came but the whole experience was just ridiculous. In what world does a waitress go to the pass to collect and serve food, notice that it's completely burnt and then continue to serve and act bemused when customers aren't happy? Not to mention the chef serving in the first place. Would not return. Such a shame as when they cook the pizza properly and have staff who show common sense the food is good.

Friday lunchtime, the restaurant wasn't busy at all . We had 2 lovely pizzas , gorgeous potatoes and a bottle of wine .£53 . Really good value. No reference of the restaurants name inside or on menus which I found odd , had to look again when I left at the sign and name of the place ! Service was a little hit and miss , witnessed an altercation between a bar member and a kitchen member . It was rather loud . If I owned his place I would definitely spend time on site and train the staff!!!!

We came here last night, the food is ok. The service from our main server, a young man with tattoos was friendly and polite BUT at 9.45 we thought we felt like we were being kicked out, the cooks had their coats on, the other staff were sweeping the floir around us. Then all the staff were chatting at the bar area. The door was open the furniture being bought in.. Our plates were collected, None of How was it. We were asked if we wanted deserts or another drink but you knew if you had said yes, you would have got daggers. We declined. If the staff get paid till 10, close at 9. Not a good expeirence. We shall go back to the excellent Franco Manco next time. One to avoid.

Mediocre pizzas. Service was pretty poor - we went on a quiet evening and waiting staff appeared like they couldn't be bothered to help. Forgot my son's pizza.

Place was near empty, everywhere else was full. Food took longer than it should, served by uninterested miserable lacklustre staff. Started sweeping up around us (was only 8.30). Pizza was good though.

Pizza base was good, topping a bit scarce for the price. Loaded potatoes came out Luke warm but we're taken back and reheated... Service was standard, plates were left on table for 15 minutes even though I was only customer in the shop. Staff members came in on day off I guess and received far more attention than other customer. Chilli oil on the table did not come out of the bottle. Devon red cider was good. Could be a really great place if the basics were taken care of better. Probably wouldn't come back as there are other cheaper places that offer better service and similar food.

0 customer service : The restaurant was not busy 4 other diners & the lady serving us totally was not interested in speaking to us, only ask what we would like to order, & to clear our plates!!! That really was it. I told the lady its was my daughter birthday, I said how nice it looks in here, & we all thank her when she served our food, but nope nothing from her. I had to ask for napkins as there wasn’t any on our table, she just slammed a pile down. !! We all notice her poor service to us? Food : Served hot & ok average pizza’s So would never return on this experience. Think your local takeaway gives more customer experience.

1st time going & unfortunately it was the worse customer service ever! we was greeted by a young lady who really didn’t care from the moment we stepped in to us leaving. !! The restaurant only had 4 other diners so not busy, I had mentioned it was my daughter birthday, no acknowledgement on that, !! She really only spoke to us when taking our order & at the end, she asked to clear our plates. I had to ask for napkin’s she just bang a pile on the table no speaking, When our food was serve all five of us thank her but again she just didn’t acknowledge us what so ever!! I have never received such poor quality customer experience, even your local takeaway would win over this experience So poor. The food was over priced to other places in Chichester but it was warm & a ok average pizza, I did say to the lady how lovely this place looks & that’s why we chose to come here, it’s our 1st time, she said nothing !! We couldn’t have been any more polite & we all notice she was not. So I was left thinking wish I had not choice this restaurant for a birthday celebration. Will not return on our experience.

Really wish I could say we had a great time here but instead we will never be returning. Initially we were greeted with kindness and calmness. When the food arrived it was tasteless and slightly undercooked. Then we tried the buddha salad...it was bitter and awful which is the feedback we kindly gave back to the staff. Upon hearing this the manager & chef told us the salad was made correctly and that basically it was our fault for not enjoying it. Go to pizza express next door the food is much better, shame really the place is pretty but food tastes bad.

Ordered a takeaway on the app and arrived a few minutes early. We planned to eat the pizzas in our car, as we had our dog with us. Having got our food, we drove a few hundred yards and parked up. All 3 pizzas were lukewarm. The dough was incredibly tough and tasteless, and the tomato sauce tasted like a cheap passata. None of us were able to eat the pizzas, even though we were hungry, because they were so bad. And there were only a few people in the restaurant so it's not as if they were inundated with orders. Probably the worst pizza I've ever had, which is surprising given their website talks about using the best ingredients, homemade sourdough and a wood fired oven. I wouldn't eat there again, even if it was free.

Another overpriced pizza joint in Chichester that'll be shut in a year, Franco manca just opened literally up the road so you're already at a loss cause people would definitely choose them as the name is familiar, swear you're more expensive as well? Who actually runs this business it's laughable, you clearly did 0 market research of the local area. The pizza market in Chichester is saturated and you're the most expensive one now. Whenever I walk past it's absolutely dead, no surprise considering the cost, this is a majority student city, no one can afford London prices of 16 quid a pizza from a random joint no one's ever heard of. Better luck next time.

My son had macaroni cheese and a cocktail, enjoyed both. I didn't eat and had a coffee. The service was good. Quite expensive. It would have been nice to have a Good afternoon. Welcome to 3 Joe's, I'll show you to your table but no we got that awful 'Hi guys'. I'm a woman and I'm over 60. Not appropriate, just rude and disrespectful.

My first visit to Three Joe's in Chichester, and the pizza was just as amazing as the Fareham branch. It offers a different atmosphere, being larger and more open, but neither is better than the other. They both have their own charms. I'd recommend trying both!

Ordered an awful salad the Buddha salad, super bitter and basically the chef came out and apologies...very weird and despite not eating it they charged us full price and when I said that's a shame I wouldn't come back here the staff replied that's fine! What a sham of a place..£12 vs coming back for repeated custom why is it so hard for people to run successful businesses and take feedback positively rather than badly?

Very disappointed in this place… I’m a local to Chichester, have been for many years. I have never been so appalled in the food, and management of a restaurant so local to me. Food wasn’t cooked properly and Blonde Lady manager was very rude. Also...

Just had a very enjoyable meal at Three Joes. Pizza’s and Mac and Greens was super tasty. Very indulgent milkshakes too! Excellent service from Tom and his colleagues. Makes a nice change to the usual Italian chains.

There are three designated Pizza restaurants in South Street Chichester and this is the best of the lot, by far proper charred crusts as they should be delicious sauce and a great selection of toppings for pizza too, staff were very inviting and swift to bring the food but not too quickly. Lovely open atmosphere. Definitely coming back with more people!

Great Italian place, beautiful ambience inside and out, lots of seating space . We were a group of 15 and still no problems finding a space. Service was quick and attentive. Their milkshake is one of the best, made entirely from ice cream and huge portion!! The pizza was delicious and better tasting than the ones in similar restaurants. Would definitely recommend and surely will visit again. 👍

This place is lacklustre, I don’t think it knows what it wants to be. Is it Italian or American diner? Pizza didn’t have much taste, and the pork which was on top was pure fat. This was on x2 of the pizzas we had. I ordered a Oreo sundae thinking you can’t go wrong, it was basically just whipped cream & chocolate ice cream, with 2 oreos slapped on top… could be better for sure. I’ll be sticking to Franco Manca which is much better and comes in cheaper anyway.

Very nice, filling, rich food here. All cooked well and tasted lovely. The service was a little slow but it wasn't a problem because we weren't in a rush. We were the last one out and I didn't feel like they were rushing us, which was nice. Would recommend

A group of us had 4 different pizzas and all of them were great! The potato chorizo sides and coleslaw were also really nice. The service could’ve been a bit better, but the staff were really friendly. Great atmosphere, music and trivial pursuit cards to play while you’re waiting for food which we had some fun with. Will definitely recommend and come back again!

When we heard that another pizza place was coming to town, l thought not another one! Three Joe’s really is different in more ways than one! We visited for a birthday celebration and the atmosphere was lovely and food was delicious. We had a voucher which the staff made easy to use. Desserts we’re lovely to. Definitely coming back soon!

Food and drinks were lovely and came in a decent amount of time. Servers were super attentive and friendly and the vibe and decoration of the restaurant was really chilled and comfortable. 10/10 would visit again. Arguably the best pizza in Chichester.

Just searching for something to eat on a balmy Friday night and noticed this place. And it turns out it is their second day! I guess we might have been what could be regarded as early (7pm) but there were relatively few customers inside and we were placed quite quickly. Easy to choose from the menu - she loves pizza - and it came soon enough too. I had Meat Up (who thinks of these names - and why? Let's just say it had lots of meat on it) and she had, um, the aubergine one. Both were good, although mine had a little too many burnt bits on the crust that, to me, affected the overall flavour of the dish and left a plate 'decorated' with flecks of charcoal (or is that to be expected with sourdough?). Our server, Izzi (or maybe Issi, I am unsure) was attentive, maybe a little too attentive since it felt as though she checked in with us every time she passed our table, so frequently... Second night nerves, or maybe not enough customers to distract at that time, but considering other places that ignore you even as they bring you your meal I really shouldn't complain. A little 'street theatre' outside - brawling drunks I think, but I couldn't see much and just heard the yelling - didn't detract from the relaxing atmosphere. To be recommended.

The sign said “We will offer our first 500 customers free pizza. No tricks, no gimmicks”. We get there on opening night and the waiter says, “Sorry - that’s next Wednesday.” No tricks, no gimmicks my a**.
