Franco Manca Richmond in Richmond upon Thames

Absolutely amazing venue and experience! We had my son’s leaving / birthday party there yesterday and it was absolutely phenomenal! We brought some games with us for the boys (18 in total) to play, but other than that and the cake everything was provided! Everyone had an amazing time! The staff were amazing - went over and above the call of duty and the pizza was delicious - HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND - we all had a blast!

Elnaz was so friendly and helpful. I am truly grateful for her help and service.

This is the 4th year we have celebrated our daughter’s birthday at Franco Manca in Richmond and every time it has been fabulous! The team is exceptional , professional , helpful and very kind,they make us feel like part of the family. They let us decorate the area assigned to us to entertain between 15 and 18 young ballerinas, offering always as much help as we need , never rushing us,forever patient . Needless to say to all Franco Manca fans that the value for money is unbeatable. THANK YOU to a wonderful team!

Went on a Saturday and had such a good experience! Were served by such a lovely and friendly waitress/hostess, tall brunette with a long ponytail. Pizzas were full of saviour and price value is so worth it.

Food was lovely. We had Klaudio and Jasna serving and they were both sublime. We were recommended a lovely dessert by them of a Nutella Pizzetta.

Jasna and klaudio have always been the best when it comes to service, I’ve been coming here for over 2 years and this is the best I’ve within this place The food is 10/10 Service 10/10

My friend and I had a lovely evening, nice portioned pizzas and they made it for us in a heart shape! They were good pizzas. My tiramisu was decent, and my friend loved her chocolate cake. We both paid about £20 each for a whole pizza, a drink and dessert. I think this place is good value.

I took my son and his six friend here to celebrate his birthday and the staff were amazing. Caring, attentive and did the impossible to accommodate us despite the busy environment. Food was great, and service five star. Really recommend this place.

Love the interior and vibes in here! It’s spacious and clean also. We were served by the lovely Jasna who made our evening very special :) she was knowledgable and served us with a smile. Pizzas were excellent as always and cooked to perfection. Celebrating an anniversary and Jasna treated us to a free dessert - the New York Cheesecake which was also delicious! Left with our bellies full - thank you again to Jasna and the team at Richmond Franco Manca!

Good pizza with £5 deal. Can’t complain. Service was good, app could do with updating. Would recommend the smoked spicy salami pizza.

best sourdough pizza i’ve had in awhile. great pesto. the #8, francos favorite was what i went with. i would get it again. fresh cheese too.

Dirty tables... not much cleaning..definitely average

We went for a pizza making masterclass with chef Luca which was fantastic. We had a great time learning how to create our own pizza’s then ate them in the restaurant. The staff were super friendly, fun and kind. We even learnt about the history of Franco Manca!

Super delicious. The chef made our pizza perfectly and it was super fast. We had the no.7 pizza. Specifically, the dough and the cheese was delicious + the garlic dip was amazing. Great service too.

Unfortunately a really salty and undercooked dough even though we asked for a well done pizza(didn’t know there were cooking variations for pizza) also despite the instructions it was not cut properly Shame

Really really bad. The food was a total deception… The parmigiana looked and tasted nothing like a parmigiana and it was more of a couple of sliced eggplant with a tomato soup. Underwhelming. The pizza dough was awful not risen and cooked enough so it was very chewy and felt raw. Also you can tell the pizza makers are not skilled enough to make a good base unfortunately as it wasn’t thin enough. The tiramisu another deception as it felt rashed and you could clearly taste the texture of the sponge fingers and also lacked of coffee depth. On top of all of this I had to rush to the toilet as soon as finished my meal. Ingredients not being at their best? Service was overall ok, but another waiter would have made it smoother. If you wish to try to real sourdough pizza, look somewhere else. I had read similar reviews in other Franco Mancas so I thought of trying the Richmond for the good marking but it’s been a total letdown and won’t go back.

We came here for a catchup with friends and it was really good. The food and service was amazing especially our server Bhanu, she took great care of of us and make the night really special.

The pizzas are really amazing! You don’t have to wait for the food ages it come pretty quick and the waiters are really nice especially Bhanu.

Beautiful atmosphere and pretty good food very cheap. The only bad thing was that the waitress started to talk with the other costumers and we had to wait a lot to order.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! DO NOT COME HERE. There was a dirty hair on my pizza. What’s more, the staff were awful and completely inconsiderate to my needs. I do not understand how this place remains open. Will never be returning.

Had a lovely lunch at Franco Manca Richmond with my daughter. Haven't been before so wasn't sure what to expect. Food was delicious and fresh and the service by Kushal was brilliant. Jaswa also patiently helped me through downloading the app. All in all, highly recommend 👌🏽

I like to hide here after a busy day at work. This particular evening Beshay was able to kindly seat me, despite being nearly full. Always great hospitality, quick and the same great pizza I come back for each time. Many thanks for always being so accommodating! It seems that everyone around me is just as happy with the service.

it was my friends birthday and Bhanu was so lovey to us. the manger was also so nice brining a suprise slice of cake with a candle for us dimming the lights and giving it an electric atmosphere. she quotes “this is the best birthday suprise” if your thinking of coming you defo should. great food great staff and great company. photo below is me and birthday girl x

Real Italy in London. Friendly service and fantastic atmosphere. Pizza makers create food right before your eyes. They are masters of their craft. First of all, I recommend the garlic bread and pizza with spicy salami.

We ordered the truffle pizza and the pesto chicken salad, both of which were delicious and quite filling. For drinks, we opted for two lattes, but they were served in glasses rather than cups, and there were no flavor options available for the coffee. The dessert menu was enticing, especially the tiramisu, but we were too full to give it a try.

Had a really great experience, we told the staff we had a cinema booking next door at 6:30 when we came in just before 6 and we were able to order and eat the pizza just in time without feeling rushed, the service and staff were great and super nice and the pizza as always was delicious😊

We came in an hour before close worried we be sent away like everywhereelse on the street but we was treated very politely by the staff, our waitress Busra was absolutely wonderful in helping us decide what we want and make our choices! Lovely and professional staff even though we stayed until close and I'm very excited to come back again! Food was great but service is king!

Genuinely wonderful, top tier service by Beshay and Bhamu! Our church youth group always get so well taken care of whenever we come and have made this restaurant our annual Christmas gathering spot because of that.

the Amatriciana pizza wasn't great, didn't really taste like an amatriciana, the meat was too smoky, too rich in cheese as a pizza topping. the prosciutto quality on the starter was quite poor, very little flavour, thick and dry
