We had amazing dinner at Franco manca Richmond and the staff were fantastic,warm and welcoming. The food was impeccable, delicious and gorgeously presented. The service was wonderful and Our waiter was so attentive and accommodating. We will back to this branch.

We were able to be seated quickly, and our orders were heard. There is a wide range of options. The pizza was delicious and had an amazing texture. We also had a tasty appetiser beforehand and after had ice cream for pudding. The staff were very friendly. Also, the food came out very quickly for a sit-down restaurant (like 5 mins).

A lovely restaurant, delicious pizza and antipasto. Reasonably priced for Richmond.

I wouldn't call it pizza, I had the sensation of eating dry bread, flavorless mozzarella and non-existent ham... Not recommended

I visited this restaurant today and had a very nice time! I had a vegetarian pizza which was great, there’s a lovely atmosphere, and the staff are kind and professional, especially Assistant Manager Alex. Definitely recommend!

We have a great evening meal. I had the number 5 pizza and was so good I didn’t have time for a pic. I did get a picture of the chocolate cake that was amazing Special thanks to Jasna who very helpful when I was flustered walking in trying to find my friends and to the wider team - Kushal and Beshay - working that night for making it a special night.

I have to say it's a bit Meh. The sourdough is a bit flabby and undercooked. Not crispy on the bottom and not enough tomato sauce. It's not bad but it's just ok.

The food was great, the place was very nice & clean and the staff was kind. We had a bad experience a couple months ago with the staff though so I assume the experience very much depends on who you interact with.

Franco Manca Richmond, is such a lovely dining place to eat out! There are plenty of available options, even for the pickiest eaters. I got a 7 pizza which I definitely recommend for people who enjoy a bit of spice. The service here is amazing, our waiter we had for the night was Beshay and he is genuinely one of the best waiters I’ve ever had serve me. Once we ordered, our pizzas came in under 10-15 minutes which was incredibly fast. Me and my friend had such a great time eating here! Best Franco Manca by far!

Consistent good pizza at good prices. Always good. Staff here at the pizza oven were incredibly kind and gracious showing my 3yo how pizzas are made from scratch. Grazie mille, guys.

We had two pizza's,the ingredients of the pizza and dough are really good just one thing we would have preferred the dough better cooked,as it was a bit undercooked issues with the service,the waiters were unprofessional and confused, although the restaurant wasn't full. Ordered additional 4 pizza margarita for takeaway and clearly asked to have the dough well done but still received the same as the first two,and turning it back in the oven second time would have just burn it.

Great waiter and chef sorted out my under well cooked pizza in minutes. Made me a whole new one because mine was not cooked enough. Came new to the table in pronto time and piping hot!!! LOVELY GUYS thanks;)

I have been going for almost 6 months and have had such a welcoming experience. Everything was of top standard,clean and well maintained. The food was very delicious and service from Bhanu was top-notch!

Last time we had the best time at dinner that I think l've ever had! She was attentive and knowledgeable.our server bhanu was adorable and great.The food aubergine parmigiana was simply superbbb. I loved the new pizza Franck's favorite number 9.It was thin and juicy and delicious. Service was excellent.The gentleman who served us has been so kind and we had sorbet from the house as a bonus.We will definitely come again .

Busy restaurant, so we picked a quieter time. We had a bad experience the first time here, but on our second visit we couldn’t fault the food or the service. Daniela was so lovely, professional and had a very can do attitude. She definitely made the evening so much more relaxed t compared to our first visit. Thank you.

Went in today and Luca was making the pizza as was the case the last time I was here. Both times the pizza was absolutely perfect - hot, fresh, and delicious! It’s tricky to cook sourdough pizza well, and Luca has the knack!! A great lunchtime all round!!!

We had a fantastic time at the pizza masterclass which we booked for a hen party. It was the perfect environment, a lovely private room with warm hospitality from the team. We were welcomed with Prosecco and taught a little about the history of the restaurant and pizza. We had a lot of fun learning how to make pizzas and enjoying lots of delicious food. We were very impressed and would highly recommend booking the experience.

The Richmond branch has gone downhill since it opened. Dreadful service by surly and unattentive staff. Cold and undercooked pizza, with very sparse toppings. Large salad not very with 1 olive! WC unloved and with cheap soap and paper. Very dreary. Felt like a fast food place. An 'optional' tip of over £5 automatically added on the already expensive bill. Won't be going back. If you know italian pizza, this will disapoint you massively.

FM Richmond local - I'm an ex-chef and glutton. Chef Luca cooked me a perfect egg yolk, guanciale, pecorino pizza - blistered perfect bottom, runny yolk, rendered crisp fat from the guanciale and not shy on black pepper. If I see him behind the takeout boxes then I'd just stop by and find room for another pizza. Rest of staff lovely and attentive - really hard to argue why you would eat elsewhere in Richmond.

First time I have visited the Franco manco Richmond, the food was delicious,service was simply outstanding and the atmosphere is amazing

really poor service, it wasn't busy it took over thirty minutes to have some one come over and take a drinks order, which was actually someone coming over to do a food orde, the drinks then took an age. We where there for over 2 hours with out being asked if we would like to order anything else, drink or desert, getting the bill was also painfully slow People where walking out as they where not getting served, ii would like to mention again it wasn't busy.

So welcoming to a solo traveller that only wanted a pizza for his hotel room I was made at home without corporate chitchat on opening said pizza it was a delight to all senses. Out of my way but will return, with family.

My son took me for my birthday and we had a wonderful meal. Gustavo our waiter couldn’t do enough for us and the pizzas were delicious. The whole restaurant sang to me and it was very special. Big thank you to Gustavo.

Had a pleasant time here, came here with my friends for pizza and drink and the service and ambience of the place was so amazing. One of the guys, Gustava was such a nice guy, he gave us nice shots… the pizza are a must to try, specially topped with mozzarella, best place to try out pizzas ❤️

I've been to this branch of Franco Manca about 4 or 5 times now, and everytime I've been I have never had attentive service. Consistently forgotten, ignored, and blanked whenever I've tried to get service. Yesterday, we waited for half an hour for someone to come over just for a drink order before I had to ask to place an order. At the end of the meal, again, was ignored for about half an hour to 40 minutes (restaurant was NOT even busy), and again had to ask to pay. The staff were all uninterested and were standing around talking, we saw a few other customers were also waiting for long periods to be served. Would not recommend the service in this particular branch. A shame as the food is always good.

UPDATE! Lovely service and great atmosphere! Elisa the manager is super welcoming and makes you feel at home. As Italians (from Naples!) we can honestly say, here the pizza is really well done! we are affectionate local customers and will be back soon for sure! Really sadly I need to edit my review. Last time I’ve been here I had one of the worst pizza and experience ever. The vegan special was just a layer of tasteless tomato, with boiled potatoes and onions and some pickled wild broccoli on top 🤮.. the combination of the ingredients was random and it really didn’t work . We also ordered an aubergine parmigiana, which didn’t have anything of a real parmigiana.. just a bunch of aubergines with raw tomato passata on top 🤮 No one asked if we were ok with the food, we asked for a stain remover and the waitress looked at us like if we completely crazy. So strange to see such a drop of standards in only a few months. We have been customers for years but will not go back anymore.. really sad 😔

Standard Franco Manca fair, good food and great service. The only issue was the lack of chili available, although they tried to help with that to know avail.

Richmond Franca Manca offers a great atmosphere, nice pizzas (gluten free base also available) and on Thursday evening, they have a great musician and singer, Daniel Raye, absolutely amazing guitarist!!! We were served by Gustavo (Assistant Manager) and Kushan with great service. Highly recommended… 5 star service :)).

A spacious and airy branch of Franco Manca, probably one of my favourites that I've been to. The pizzas are always delicious, as are the sides and the dips. Really well priced drinks menu with good wine options. I've never been disappointed here!
