it was my friends birthday and Bhanu was so lovey to us. the manger was also so nice brining a suprise slice of cake with a candle for us dimming the lights and giving it an electric atmosphere. she quotes “this is the best birthday suprise” if your thinking of coming you defo should. great food great staff and great company. photo below is me and birthday girl x

I like to hide here after a busy day at work. This particular evening Beshay was able to kindly seat me, despite being nearly full. Always great hospitality, quick and the same great pizza I come back for each time. Many thanks for always being so accommodating! It seems that everyone around me is just as happy with the service.

Real Italy in London. Friendly service and fantastic atmosphere. Pizza makers create food right before your eyes. They are masters of their craft. First of all, I recommend the garlic bread and pizza with spicy salami.

We ordered the truffle pizza and the pesto chicken salad, both of which were delicious and quite filling. For drinks, we opted for two lattes, but they were served in glasses rather than cups, and there were no flavor options available for the coffee. The dessert menu was enticing, especially the tiramisu, but we were too full to give it a try.

Had a really great experience, we told the staff we had a cinema booking next door at 6:30 when we came in just before 6 and we were able to order and eat the pizza just in time without feeling rushed, the service and staff were great and super nice and the pizza as always was delicious😊

We came in an hour before close worried we be sent away like everywhereelse on the street but we was treated very politely by the staff, our waitress Busra was absolutely wonderful in helping us decide what we want and make our choices! Lovely and professional staff even though we stayed until close and I'm very excited to come back again! Food was great but service is king!

Genuinely wonderful, top tier service by Beshay and Bhamu! Our church youth group always get so well taken care of whenever we come and have made this restaurant our annual Christmas gathering spot because of that.

the Amatriciana pizza wasn't great, didn't really taste like an amatriciana, the meat was too smoky, too rich in cheese as a pizza topping. the prosciutto quality on the starter was quite poor, very little flavour, thick and dry

Best sourdough pizza in London, this one close to Richmond. Big area to come with friends, family and events.

My feeling I'd that the food is a low 3. The pizza crust was not crisp and lacking in flavour and texture for a sour dough product. It's a good price but it won't be a pizza you savour.

I always love Franco Manca, but the Richmond location is my favourite.

All the times I ordered a pizza from Franco Manca Richmond it was an absolute disappointment. Pizza seems to be undercooked and the sourdough is very rubbery.

Love Franco Manca pizza. Great bases. Really sad they have replaced the mushroom and truffle no.10 from their menu, but they had an additional extra of truffle pesto which was nearly the same. Service was fantastic and very quick. No Logo Cider came with sweetners and added sugars (?!) and was undrinkable. Vanilla ice-cream saving was comically small.

Beshay is a legend! Very kind and attentive. Had a great time.

Ordering trough Uber eats it is worse mistake u can do. After 2.5h I got cold and chewy pizza and driver who didn't give a damn. Fly to Italy take same time as this delivery driver took....

The food was great, the place was very nice & clean and the staff was kind but we had a few bad experiences with the staff before.

We had a group of people from work for an evening meal. They were very accommodating to everyone's questions. Service was quick and efficient. Had vegetarians in the group and the menu options made it that they had a choice of pizza. And there were no issues when the bill was split between the group.

Top, pizza out of this world. Thanks to the chefs. Best branch we visited. Highly recommended.

We were able to be seated quickly, and our orders were heard. There is a wide range of options. The pizza was delicious and had an amazing texture. We also had a tasty appetiser beforehand and after had ice cream for pudding. The staff were very friendly. Also, the food came out very quickly for a sit-down restaurant (like 5 mins).

I wouldn't call it pizza, I had the sensation of eating dry bread, flavorless mozzarella and non-existent ham... Not recommended

I have to say it's a bit Meh. The sourdough is a bit flabby and undercooked. Not crispy on the bottom and not enough tomato sauce. It's not bad but it's just ok.

Solo visit, incredibly warm welcome. Pizza was perfect and the aperol spritz was as it should be (strong!). Would happily return.

Sourdough pizza at Franco’s are the best! A loyal customer. They never disappoint. How pizza was meant to be. My fave is the mozzarella and basil. I ask for extra basil!! And drizzled with garlic olive oil. Ooh lala! Do try the Rosemary bread with sea salt. OMG! With the olive oil. For pudding Tiramisu. And new we tried yesterday Affagato. Icecream with espresso coffee shot. The best of both worlds. Mmm in italian heaven!

Franco Manca Richmond, is such a lovely dining place to eat out! There are plenty of available options, even for the pickiest eaters. I got a 7 pizza which I definitely recommend for people who enjoy a bit of spice. The service here is amazing, our waiter we had for the night was Beshay and he is genuinely one of the best waiters I’ve ever had serve me. Once we ordered, our pizzas came in under 10-15 minutes which was incredibly fast. Me and my friend had such a great time eating here! Best Franco Manca by far!

Consistent good pizza at good prices. Always good. Staff here at the pizza oven were incredibly kind and gracious showing my 3yo how pizzas are made from scratch. Grazie mille, guys.
