Good selection of wine! Cheese board a bit underwhelming for its price, but nothing wrong with it. Atmosphere was good. Service was a bit slow but of decent quality. Overall enjoyed experience but not 100% sure if I will we going back again.

It is very good place to cheer with friends and very good food delicious and drinks as well many of varieties .i like place so much .

Primitivo Club Bombay Blues is one of the best restaurant’s in Teddington for eat-in. I usually have the cheese board which comes with a really good quantity! And the staff are lovely and friendly

This is a beautiful hidden gem right in the heart of teddington. They have a good collection of wines and cocktails. A really must try place.

Really good and cosy place to enjoy some really good wines. The collection they have is wide to choose from. Must try their mix boards they are really worth it.

beautiful selection of fine wines, cheeses and preserved meats all paired exceptionally well with the wine we had chosen (michele Chiarlo, a personal favourite of mine I was pleased to see they had) by friendly knowledgeable staff who clearly understand and take pride in every item on the menu. for specialist produce of its type this place is a hidden gem.

What a cute little place! Lovely decor, with the turquoise chairs the crowning glory. Strong wine list and super cheeses to choose from. And what amazing wine glasses!

4/8/23 My daughter and I had a wonderful wine tasting event. Host was attentive but not overly so, she handled the mixed level of knowledge well.

Very relaxed wine bar with an extensive selection of wine and an interesting selection of cured meats and cheeses. Very relaxed atmosphere, perfect place to wind down after a shopping trip on the High Street.

Really interesting wine list. The cheese board is enormous, enough for two. There is always good advice on the wines and attentive service. A real gem with friendly atmosphere.

Wonderful experience at the Primitivo Club. The charcuterie board was outstanding and the wine was wonderful. This is the perfect place for a chilled out evening or a date night. Fabulous relaxed atmosphere and quietly friendly service. Make sure you book in advance as there are limited tables available.

Excellent food and casual romantic atmosphere!!

Four of us had a lovely evening. We were given really good advice on what to order (and how much). To start, we had the charcuterie and cheese, plus the fig and honey with truffle which was so moreish. We don't know our wine and just had the house red - but it was really good and perfect accompaniment. After, we had arancini which were hot and tasty, and I really liked the potato raclette. Given excellent advice on dessert wine - a Valpolicella was superb with chocolate! Quality food and drink - and I think good value. Nice atmosphere, pleasant and knowledgeable staff. We will be back!

Ordered some delectable bites for my daughters birthday supper. Beautifully presented and delicious.

My husband and I went here on a Saturday evening hoping to enjoy a nice glass of wine and some cheese. We have never experienced such a rude waitress. The atmosphere could be lovely, but was awkward and uncomfortable because of her attitude. Such a shame as it could be a lovely place. We will not return , £30 for 2 small glasses of wine and 2 slices of cheese.

Dinner for 8 as a surprise for an Italian friend, booked a table for 7.30. With a party that size, the starters and mains obviously take longer. When mains had been taken away from the table we asked for coffees and more wine but were told they had stopped serving, although we could still order deserts!! Really not impressed that they cut short our evening at 9.45. At the very least they could have let us know they were closing the bar/ turning off the coffee machine, but even then I would have been unimpressed. I have just read your response and I cannot let your untruths go uncorrected. First, no one from my organisation has ever contacted you about our gin, so your suggestion that my unfavourable review was in response to you not stocking our gin is a cheap and cynical attempt to leave readers with the view there are sour grapes (or juniper), and it is a very clumsy attempt to divert attention away from what is simply a review of a less than satisfactory experience at your restaurant. But you obviously did some very thorough research on me before replying to my review. Next - we explained that we cannot pre-order when it is a surprise party. That sort of blows the surprise, don't you think? Next - at the outset we did explain that we would order mains after we had the sharing boards. If there was an issue with that, you should have made us aware. Next - we did order mains later than hoped simply because the COLD sharing boards took so long to arrive. Next - we were trying to order drinks and coffee long, long before 10 - and at no time did we know you closed at 10. Nor did anyone come to warn us that you were shutting part of restaurant down, thus giving us the chance to place orders beforehand. You DID NOT offer to switch on the coffee machine, and you DID refuse to serve more wine, but you WERE happy to serve us deserts!! Even though you had supposedly closed? Finally - it was very generous of you not to charge us for the deserts - those are the ones we didn't have ...right???

Lunch at the Primitive Club was excellent, we had the meat / cheese platter and a salad with a bottle of wine. Emphasis definitely on quality as the both the food and wine were delicious. Very small small seating area so if not just passing do book.

Superb!!! What a fabulous local wine bar/eatery. They have fantastic sharing platters of charcuterie and cheeses. Real quality: not simply a plate of supermarket salami plopped on a plate. (Which I’ve had in restaurants before!). Great cocktails. And very very good wine! The staff are really warm and highly knowledgeable. And the decor is very stylish. Highly recommend for a night out in Teddington.

Delicious food, attentive service and great detail provided about all of the provenance of the food, great selection of wine and top class negroni. Only downside was wine by the glass is expensive in comparison to bottle price.

Great spot for relaxing with a glass of bubbly or wine. Siberian caviar is affordable and of outstanding quality!

Money grab. About average selection of wine and food for this kind of place in London. All palatable apart from the terrible customer service. I prefer not to be watched by the owner/manager staring at every morsel of food entering our mouths. Pretty sure the other reviews are family members etc. Can't think of a reason to recommend this place unless you like the wine glasses. Edit: Fascinating critique of my 1 year old nephew 🤦‍♂️. 2 stars seem quite generous considering your unprofessional and clearly bitter response.

What a brilliant place! We had a wonderful evening of wine and cheese, Teddington is lucky to have Primitivo Club, and we'll be back over from Twickenham regularly

Primitivo club is absolutely wonderful and most definitely worth a visit! The ambiance is both cool yet also cozy and comfortable. The prices are absolutely great for what you get (the small cheese board was a generous and delicious supper for two of us and only cost £14) and the wine is utterly divine. Even better, the owner is absolutely wonderful, kind, and accommodating. She gave really great wine advice and recommendations and was really patient with us taking our time! We are hoping to come back again as often as possible!

We went for a lovely glass of wine and a charcuterie and cheese sharing board last night. Lovely ambiance and a great addition to going out in Teddington!
