Amazing service. The highlight of my night was when the waiter who goes by “John” saved me and my 6 other friends from a spontaneous gorilla attack by defeating the beast in hand-to-hand combat. Would come back again.

after my 5th set of bottomless pancakes, I was pronounced dead for 3 minutes. Thankfully the waiter JOHN, resuscitated me.

I just had an amazing time at Bill’s Restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The menu has a fantastic variety, but I went with their signature dish, and it did not disappoint. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I could tell everything was made with high-quality ingredients. The service was spot on by john he was quick, attentive, but not overbearing. It’s a great spot for a casual meal or a special night out, and I’ll definitely be back to try more of their offerings. Highly recommend Bill’s if you’re in the area!

We had a lovely meal here this morning. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options for coeliacs and vegans. The atmosphere is very nice and comfortable. Our waiter was friendly and accommodating and looked after us well. I would happily come back! I’m only leaving 3 stars instead of 5 because we used the QR code to pay and I was taken aback at a 5% tip for our waiter being pre-selected IN ADDITION to the “optional” 12.5% service charge (which was already included in the price, of course). So, where is that 12.5% going if it isn’t the waiter?! Am I really being expected to tip 17.5%? I firmly believe that if restaurants don’t get called out for these practices they will carry on and see how much they can get away with.

Excellent service and food. Our reservation for a birthday family lunch hadn't processed and despite being incredibly busy they managed to find us a table and treated us really well. Maia was absolutely excellent looking after us. All the dishes we ordered were delicious and generously sized. Thoroughly recommend going, also that you prebook as at a weekend lunchtime it was really popular.

We had a goat breakfast at Bill’s this morning and Antonio was a wonderful host. This bills is set on the river so it gives a lovely view over the Richmond Bridge.

John was our server, he was friendly and polite, the pancakes tasted delightful and it was a warm cosy environment, would definitely come back here.

First time trying bills and what an amazing experience it was, the food was delicious and not a very long wait time considering it was a busy Thursday night… hats off to the chef!! What really made the experience so Much more enjoyable was shai’s service, I’ve never experienced service like it, she was very kind and sweet and making a few jokes here and there making myself and my partner laugh and that really does go a long way! She’s a great asset to the team and definitely deserves all the praise she can get! We will definitely be back!

Loved Bill’s! My friends and I are visiting from the states, and it is our last day in London. We popped over to Richmond and walked walked into Bill’s and were immediately taken with the restaurant: the art, wallpaper, and overall vibes were amazing! The food was so tasty, and the staff who took care of us, Neli and Elaine, were so kind and caring. I definitely recommend Bill’s if you find yourself in Richmond and want a great meal with great service and a great environment! Cheers!

Really lovely team at this Bill's. 7 of us visited for a casual birthday post-Parkrun brunch shortly before Christmas. I hope that the staff at this Bill's are well rewarded for their efforts as they certainly provided service like they were. The staff were very accommodating to our group and kindly provided a lit candle, plates and napkins when I asked permission to share a homemade cake - I hadn't pre-arranged this so I really appreciated the added touch. I noticed several other birthday groups in the restaurant while we were there, too. I had a poor experience in a different Bill's a few years back, so was pleased to have such a good experience this time, and I will definitely be back. Kudos to the team, and well done for your interesting vegan options helping us to make better choices.

We were happy to get a reservation for Christmas Eve, although we called late in the day. Manisha was a wonderful server, making our dinner special. She didn’t rush us at all and our food was delicious!

Firstly, big thanks to Margarita; she really outdid herself with the service from finding me a seat without reservation to explaining and recommending the dishes. Kudos to the rest of the staff as well. Both the main and the dessert were amazing. This is probably my best dining experience for in London as a tourist for that price range. Will definitely visit again.

John and his team made my son and I feel truly welcome for our NYE post-theatre dinner. From the moment we walked in until we left the restaurant we felt really looked after. The food was great and the casual, relaxed atmosphere had just the right amount of buzz. Would recommend booking as it seems really popular.

Our family had a lovely experience at Bill's in Richmond on Sunday. Migle, our server, was fantastic - extremely quick and efficient, as well as being very friendly and charming. The food was great - stack of pancakes particularly enjoyed by our 7 year old grandson! Highly recommended.

I visited Richmond and have a super nice dinner with my friend there . This restaurant is very dog friendly and I must give most credit to Marganta, who gave us 5 stars service . She is so nice once we enter the restaurant , warm smile and explained dishes in details . Food was great and the environment is cozy and family friendly too . Highly recommend if you are living or visiting Richmond .
