Great place for all events. Great location and the interior design is really impressive. We were met immediately, the table was ready and evrything was done to ensure we were comfortable. There was no waiting for food or drinks but we were not rushed either. Good choices for all tastes, the food was hot, fresh and very tasty. The service was great, coordinated, well managed and information passed between staff. Special mention for Harrison. The whole experience really was 1st class. And, great value for money. We will be back very soon.

Hey! We celebrated my husband's birthday and had a very good time at Bill's. Strongly recommended to try the BBQ Bourbon Burger!!! And all Desserts were amazing!!! Thank you so much for having us. Specially to Manjic who's attention was great :)

Went for lunch with my friend, had my dog with me. They gave us a great table with space for the dog to be out of the way. Lunch at the weekend has a time limit and we were unaware but the staff were amazing and found us another table to move to and gave us coffees on the house. They were so accommodating. Treats for the dog too and a water bowl. Lovely atmosphere and the food was fab. Recommend the chicken shawarmas. Will definitely be back.

Difficult to get a quiet table as it was extremely busy. (Avoid Saturday afternoon). However, Antonio was extremely friendly and polite. His service was excellent. Food was delivered promptly and was delicious 😋.

My goodness Antonio was an absolute super star and gentleman. Drinks were topped up, food service incredibly quick, an absolute pleasure. Plus it being the first England rugby day. He kept his composure throughout everything. Thank you very much Antonio we will be back again!!

Very nice place to have brunch. We came without reservation and we were lucky to have a table. It's recommended to reserve. I thought it was a typical Richmond restaurant but it's a chain and the food is very good for a chain 👍

The place was really good. Manik was really nice and caring about our order and made sure our gluten free option was fine. The orange juice was one of the best I’ve ever had, they also have a very nice menu for dogs. Amazing place to go 🥰

I’m from another country visiting a twin flame chap I met on bumble. We haven’t quite defined what we’re doing but that’s not going to stop us from eating amazing food while I’m here! Bill’s was absolutely lovely! The vegan options were amazing! And the server was so kind, answering my excessive questions like, “Do you have jam?” I can’t wait to go back and have a stack of pancakes as high as my dreams!! Run don’t walk to Bill’s!!!

Had a bit of a disappointing experience here. I originally asked for a herbal pot of tea and they informed me that they couldn’t provide this as only breakfast and earl grey tea could be served in a pot. Which seems little ridiculous as it’s only a different tea bag. So I went with the earl grey. The tea pot was fairly large but they had put an only a single tea bag in (in a pot that had a least 4 cups worth in it. I tried to let it brew but after 5+ mins it was still incredibly anaemic looking. I asked if I could have an extra tea bag for the pot and showed them that it was essentially just hot water and milk. I was then informed that they would have to charge me for another pot and couldn’t give me a single tea bag. I decided not to go for this and just had my milky hot water. Honestly there should have been 2 teabags as standard for a pot of this size and they were so unhelpful about such a small thing.

The waitress Margarita made our time at Bill's great! She is so sweet, friendly and welcoming. She regularly checked in on us and my little baby girl. It was a pretty cold day though and the door was kept open, not very great if you get seated close to the door. Also be mindful if you are coming with a pushchair, you have two mini steps to get it up which is doable but not exactly accessible. It's a quiet and chill environment, perfect if you want a laid back experience.

This restaurant was very good and has reasonable price. Especially for Mr.Antonio is very good as service and always pay attention to customer even small things. Thanks for you kind service

My fiancé and I found this place on a whim and decided to check it out. We were absolutely blown away by the friendly and quick service. I highly request anyone to get seated in server Antonio’s area. He was quick, friendly, cleaned our table right there for us, overall great guy. 11/10. The food itself was immaculate. I got the sea bass and the pumpkin pie for dessert. The sea bass was perfectly crispy and the inside was soft and perfect. The couscous it came with and the tomato sauce was lovely~. I did add some salt to the fish but it’s not required. Now that pumpkin pie was the best pumpkin pie I’ve ever had like.. ever. It’s an autumn special so come get it before it’s gone!! If you’re in the Richmond area, I really recommend this place!!
