We went in this friday to try the bottomless pancakes. John and Theo were our servers. They were really great and helpful with their service. Not many options for the pancakes but they didnt dissapoint.

Really lovely team at this Bill's. 7 of us visited for a casual birthday post-Parkrun brunch shortly before Christmas. I hope that the staff at this Bill's are well rewarded for their efforts as they certainly provided service like they were. The staff were very accommodating to our group and kindly provided a lit candle, plates and napkins when I asked permission to share a homemade cake - I hadn't pre-arranged this so I really appreciated the added touch. I noticed several other birthday groups in the restaurant while we were there, too. I had a poor experience in a different Bill's a few years back, so was pleased to have such a good experience this time, and I will definitely be back. Kudos to the team, and well done for your interesting vegan options helping us to make better choices.

We were happy to get a reservation for Christmas Eve, although we called late in the day. Manisha was a wonderful server, making our dinner special. She didn’t rush us at all and our food was delicious!

Firstly, big thanks to Margarita; she really outdid herself with the service from finding me a seat without reservation to explaining and recommending the dishes. Kudos to the rest of the staff as well. Both the main and the dessert were amazing. This is probably my best dining experience for in London as a tourist for that price range. Will definitely visit again.

John and his team made my son and I feel truly welcome for our NYE post-theatre dinner. From the moment we walked in until we left the restaurant we felt really looked after. The food was great and the casual, relaxed atmosphere had just the right amount of buzz. Would recommend booking as it seems really popular.

Our family had a lovely experience at Bill's in Richmond on Sunday. Migle, our server, was fantastic - extremely quick and efficient, as well as being very friendly and charming. The food was great - stack of pancakes particularly enjoyed by our 7 year old grandson! Highly recommended.

I visited Richmond and have a super nice dinner with my friend there . This restaurant is very dog friendly and I must give most credit to Marganta, who gave us 5 stars service . She is so nice once we enter the restaurant , warm smile and explained dishes in details . Food was great and the environment is cozy and family friendly too . Highly recommend if you are living or visiting Richmond .

We had a fantastic family meal after seeing the panto at Richmond theatre. From the moment we arrived we were looked after by a great team. Extra special thanks to John for making sure we had a great experience and also ensuring my sons dairy allergy was no problem at all.

Had a great experience at Bill’s because our waiter John was attentive and friendly. We ordered from the Christmas menu and the food was delicious, which came in sizable portions.

Very dog friendly. Staff were lovely and moved us to a quiet table immediately when asked as we have a young and excitable dog. They were really helpful and tolerant of our mad dog and we loved the dog menu. The dog loved his ice cream! Apart from this, wonderful food and service, would definitely come again. Thanks.

A comfortable restaurant suitable for large groups. I visited as a group of 6 and service was good - we took a while to order but staff were patient and friendly. I ordered the plant plate - the bacon was over cooked and difficult to cut but otherwise, the dish was good and I was surprised by how large it was. Overall I'd say it was good value for money. Bills has a good range of vegetarian and vegan food.

Started off with a great waiter Antonio who was friendly and informative about the menu . He continued to check on us throughout the meal . Great breakfasts all round

Came in to visit from the United States for thanksgiving and they were absolutely the sweetest and so accommodating, we had Elaine as our server and she was so funny and kind. The food was exactly what I would want from a British brunch even on a weekday, and they had SOOOO many vegan options for my friend. The hostess Margarita made sure that my allergy and her dietary restrictions were taken seriously and acknowledged. The view of the river is stunning and the decor is like if Liberty’s had a pub. 10/10 would recommend and come again.

Elaine and Margarita were so welcoming and kind! The vegan pancakes were great! (Just be sure to eat them while they are still warm :p) The breakfast potatoes and baked beans were also delicious. The atmosphere is wonderful. Clean, warm, great music, and beautiful views of the river.

There was a very large group, which made it a bit noisy. But it was a pleasant hustle and bustle. It took a while before I was served. That was because people thought I was waiting for someone. So no… I was alone. Delicious food, Antonio served me great! Compliments!
