Zizzi - Hampton Court in Richmond upon Thames

Great atmosphere, service was excellent and most importantly, the food was amazing. Definitely recommend coming here!

We came to Zizzi’s at 9pm with a reservation and when came they were unprepared and looking for a table. On top of this they claimed we could only get one course without any prior knowledge of this on their website nor after booking. Also not accommodating towards allergies and the staff were unbothered.

Went for a birthday lunch. Very relaxed. We lingered for several hours and never felt we'd overstayed our welcome. Lola was attentive and helpful. Only downside was we couldn't pay with cash.

My second visit to Zizzi in a matter of weeks, so impressed was I by my first. Took my Mum this time who was equally impressed by the range of food on the menu. We skipped starters as we wanted a pud and weren't disappointed with the main meal. Mine was the Pinoli Rustica pizza, so gorgeous it had to be eaten by hand (do get the torn chicken breast extra), Mum had a pasta dish and both came up quickly and nice and hot. Couldn't resist the puds, cheesecake for Mum, sundae for me, both impeccable again. Thanks to Lola who looked after us, my only gripe was that when I asked to add a tip, if you do it on their machine it takes 12.5%. 10% is the UK average and I think, like other restaurants, you should have the option to give the level of tip you want. Note to self, take cash for the tip next time.

Really attentive and friendly service by Lola. Very kind and chatty with my two young daughters. We felt really comfortable and had a great time.

It's always great, we love it here, Lola was fantastic. The only thing we would like to change is to have a normal affogato - just ice-cream and coffee rather than having to pay extra of you want coffee with it. Thank you!!

As usual food an service was great. Zizzi's is great catering for allergies. The new drinks menu is worth trying too. Update: nice new additions to the menu. Staff were attentive, potion sizes have increased.

Firstly the lady who served us was super friendly . But . When we were served our sharing platter we wasn’t given any plates to eat it with so ended up waiting ten minutes to get someone’s attention . We have up so ate it of the plates served but that’s quite hard with bruschetta. Once I am fine about . Then the desserts came and we had no cutlery to eat it with so had to again wait and then get someone’s attention cutlery . Small things but pretty basic . It’s a shame as I moved to this branch as service in another one wasn’t too good . They also told off my daughter . Which she probably derserved but she is only 7

We had some free cocktails so thought we would drop in. We ended up having 3 courses as we were both hungry and ended up having the cocktails afterwards. They were delicious. Beata was friendly, attentive and very helpful.

We had a very lovely meal at this restaurant. One of our group was a wheelchair user, accessing the premise was very easy. I would like to particularly praise Elise, who attended to our table: very kind, smiling and professional. I had the "Ravioli di Capra", absolutely loved it. Recommended

We’re regulars at Zizzi Hampton Court and always have a lovely time. The staff are friendly, Layla has been fantastic the last few times we’ve been. We’ve tried so many things on the menu, the garlic cheese bombe, basque cheesecake and morello cherry sour are some of our favs! Everything tastes great. I had a great experience at Zizzi Hampton Court! The menu offered plenty of delicious options, and I enjoyed a tasty vegan pizza with fresh ingredients. The staff is delightful, I specifically remember a girl named Andreea who was so so friendly!! Highly recommend for anyone looking for good vegan food in a great atmosphere!

The food was amazing and service was initially very good, but after our mains we seemed to be forgotten about. So much so that I sent my children to go and get the waitress twice. Once to order dessert and then for the bill as both times we were waiting for about 30 minutes.

Not sure if pizzas were kept too lomg at restaurant or delivery driver took too long but food was nowhere near hot it was literally just a bit warm, ingredients and food itself looked and tasted good but the big disappointment was that it wasn’t hot at all
