Celebrating my 20 years old son.excellent service like never ever again in zizzi.Both girls they make more special with the amazing service Leila and Andre.when we arrive in the restaurant I was so impressed with the very worm welcome from the manager Anita .Experience to remember for long.And I don’t even want to talk about the food. All my guests they were so exacting with the food.The last was a guy,I didn’t get his name,But so polite and patient. Thanks all of you guys .

Service from Layla was exceptional. Great atmosphere in Zizis. Would 100% return soon. The valentines decorations were lovely so hats off to Anita.

Tried the special goats cheese garlic bombe starter and the black forest fondant dessert. Both very tasty! Excellent service as ever from Beata. She listened to what we wanted and tried her best to accommodate our slightly odd requests! Family favourite.

I have been to this Zizzi many times and it is always a pleasant experience. We went just before Xmas and it was especially nice with the Christmas decorations. There were also fewer children which made it easier to talk as the noise volume was lower and my friend is hearing impaired so this can be challenging for her. The toilets could be better, they need a revamp so the same level of attentiveness is given to other areas of the customer experience. Beata served us and she was absolutely lovely. Very smiley, and attentive. She was warm, friendly, and efficient. She is a credit to the Zizzi team! The food was delicious as always. I would have preferred more pine nuts on my pizza as there were only 4 or so on there though.

I got to say, I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but living nearby in West Molesey, I thought me and my friend should go here to have dinner. The calamari was tasteless with no flavour or salt in the batter whatsoever. The vegan cheese was like cream that made the pizza soggy. I ordered extra mushrooms as a topping (the only topping) and the pizza came out with 5 small pieces of mushroom. The only half decent bit was the ice cream. Spend your money elsewhere. I’d rather go Pizza Express any day.

Gluten free pizzas are safe for coeliacs, thank you Zizzi for providing these and the dairy free pizza. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable about cross contamination etc. my confidence in them meant we booked a table for 11, with one coeliac person.

We had our work Christmas dinner at Zizzi Hampton Court and just wanted to say how wonderful the ladies who served us were. Lola, Andrea and Layla didn’t stop smiling all night, were super helpful, the food was delivered really promptly and tables cleared quick. Nothing was too much trouble. They really added to the lovely atmosphere of the evening.

We booked a table for today as a treat after visiting Hampton Court Palace. We arrived and stood waiting for a while before someone asked us to wait a little longer. When we were finally shown to a table, it was right next to the hatch for the dirty plates and next to the toilet. We asked if we could move to another table and were told by a very unfriendly member of staff that there were clearing up. There was no hint of warmth from her or an offer to sort the other table out for us. At that point we didn't want to spend any money at this restaurant so decided to leave. Wish we'd booked Pizza Express now.

We hadn’t booked a table, however we were given a friendly welcome and seated. Menu choice was good and orders were taken quickly. I had the rainbow lasagne which was tasty but so hot and I had to wait a while for it to cool down to eat it. Service was good with lots of staff.

Elise was our server, was very polite and accommodating had a lovely evening.

Leo was great, I would highly recommend coming to the Zizzi’s near Hampton court station
