Lovely from arriving to leaving

Lovely meal and delicious cocktail. Very good service too. Used great Itison deal too.

We only had coffees in the place. The palace was super quiet as the only customers were us at the time, afternoon approx 4pm. The place is clean and tidy, with music playing. The fridge or some equipment was a bit noisy.

Had a meal for 11 off us , Very over priced , small portions on the plate ambience off the restaurant cold , not even a limoncello on the house , after spending over £400 .

Came here last minute on a sunday as we fancied an italian over a sunday dinner. Restaurant was quiet due to it being a sunday but got busier through our meal. Service and food was impeccable; kids meal was huge for the very reasonable price; the pizza and pasta I had was great. A must visit in South Shields.

Had a wowcher voucher...was told unfortunately not accepted as wowcher was so slow in paying! Managed to get an instant credit but still cost alot more than we were expecting for a lunchtime snack. If the offer was to try to entice new customers then unfortunately it failed...so had wowcher

An excellent choice for a get together with two friends. Everything was 5 star. We will be going there again........ and again.

Lacking atmosphere, restaurant felt like a canteen. Food was good. Staff weren't sure what was included in offers.

Absolutely brilliant service. From booking for a large party of 20 people with different allergies and needs to serving us, the whole affair was easy and delightful. The food was spectacular. Thoroughly enjoyable evening with great background music and good ambiance. Thank you for looking after us.

Always a friendly face from the staff. The food tastes fresh and the coffee is rather good. The prices are down to earth and I am a frequent visitor.
