I had a beautiful evening dinner with my partner thanks to a wonderful service from the young man who made our day with his amazing and kind energy! We got the primavera pizza which was vegetarian. It was a delicious pizza with so much flavour and thin crust. We also got the garlic bread which was yummy as well. The tiramisu was perfectly soft and light and even though i was stuffed it went down like nothing. Overall it was an amazing experience and I will probably recommend it to all of my friends and family hahahah! Thank you so much for the great service!

The food was amazing, as was the service. Lois was lovely, and she and the rest of the staff made sure food came quickly and that I was well looked after. I came on my own and was made instantly to feel welcomed, would definitely go again!

5 of us had lunch on a Thursday lunchtime. This is a city centre restaurant where one might reasonably expect diners to be on a lunch break as we were, so perhaps staff should be mindful of the fact that diners may have a finite period of time. We had a single course and one round of drinks. There was a single chef and just 2 waiters serving the whole place. It was only 1/3 full but the delay on serving food was just astonishing. We asked where our food was after waiting 35 minutes since ordering. We were assured it was next out of the kitchen - clearly a lie to appease us. Nearly 20 minutes later I asked where our food was. The response I received (from Adam)? "The delay is not my fault", "we are short staffed", "we only have one chef", "if you have a problem, speak to head office", finally..."do you have a problem with me?" Notably, no apology but plenty of attitude and an appalling one at that. If we could have obtained food quickly elsewhere we would have walked out. I have never been spoken to by a server in such a disrespectful way. Never again will I entertain going to any Zizzi restaurant. Avoid at all costs. Just dreadful.

Great spot to enjoy some food in the sun. The food was good - I had the Garlic Bomb with nduja and a side of chips, which I’d recommend for lunch, as I find the pizzas at zizzis a bit overpriced for what you get. That said, there are plenty of options on the menu to choose from

First time at Zizzi. Lauren was amazing really professional and quick service. Good was excellent and really tasty. Well done to the whole team.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our meal last night, 14th August. The food was lovely as it always is. Our server Nancy was very attentive, very friendly and super efficient. Tha company should be proud to have her working there.

Ordered some wine and a Pinoli pizza. The pizza looked nothing like the menu photo. No basil, no pine nuts, and a very small amount of carmelized onions. I should have sent it back but was hungry and ate it anyway. I did point it out to my server when I asked for the bill but she didn’t seem to care. I suggested she let the pizziola know that it was missing a few items, but again, she seemed unconcerned. I made a bad choice stopping at this restaurant as I was in a hurry. Will not try this chain again.

I had heard good things about Zizzi's, but unfortunately......service slow, pizza was nowhere near as hot as it should have been, and we were sat inside right near the open kitchen. Food overpriced, and below average in quality avd taste. Given the vast competition in Manchester, this restaurant needs to stop relying on the Zizi brand name to attract people in..I don't imagine all Zizi's are of this standard. However, I won't recommend it, won't return. Management needs to up their game. I should have gone to Rudy's.

The food was cold, over priced for what you receive and the staff are slow I had to get up to get someone’s attention so we could order we had been sat for 20 minutes.

Great Meal 🥘 , had a lovely dine in and was well looked after by an Owais, who didn’t hesitate in helping us in any way, taking our food order, bringing it - The lot, I would definitely return, because of the hospitality from Owais and his well coordinated team and the lovely food we had.

Friendly staff (Was served by Owais) and he was great with recommending good food options according to my taste. Food Served with care and calm atmosphere. Would come back again 😃.

Have visited this branch so many times and it never fails to impress. The food is always top quality, the customer service is always fab and the place is always accommodating and welcoming. It's our go to place whenever we are in manchester whether it be with my mum, my partner or our friends.

Absolutely dreadful! Went on the 10th July - orderer 5 plates for four of us, two meals came out, called over the staff member, who claimed they’d been put on two different tickets before asking for the order again, blatantly not having taken the order. Two meals had been finished by the time the other three came out, after 30 minutes since the first two meals had been brought over, they were delivered and had blatantly just been made with heat warning stickers on the dishes. - Food was inedible, two of the meals were burnt, bread so hard, the knife couldn’t cut at all, the Bruschetta was just tomato’s on some bread ( again burnt and rock hard ) - Bolognaise topped chips had barely any bolognaise on and no flavour, this is not what we ordered and subsequently was overpriced. - we requested to speak to the manager and got told we’d have to wait for her to return, we then waited half an hour before giving up on any chance of reduced prices ( which are far too high for the quality of food ) and upon leaving saw the manager sat in the smoking area smoking a cigarette with mates.

@Zizzis head office. Anton’s customer service, attentiveness and quality of communication was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for him to action even in a very busy restaurant. Anton is a credit to Zizzis and his role as supervisor.

We ordered the classic pinoli pizza, and it was pretty disappointing. For £14, the toppings didn't taste great - goats cheese and caramelised onions - and the pizza was somewhat doughy and not crispy. There are far, far better pizzas to be found anywhere you go (especially Manchester), which are cheaper and more filling. The staff were lovely however, and the service was great

Very slow service from start to finish. My dessert came 15 minutes after everyone else’s, I was going to tell them to forget it but no one in sight. Sad pizza, hardly any cheese on it. Rest of our families food was good. Let down by very slow, poor service. All this at 3:30pm on a Saturday afternoon when the restaurant is half empty!!

Anton reminded me about the free garlic bread as a perk which allowed me to save £7. Super helpful

Zizzi is an Italian restaurant, which is located in the Corn Exchange of Manchester City Centre. We ordered garlic bombe, half & half sticky pig pizza, lasagna and calamari. The food is delicious. Esp. the waitress and waiter, they provide attentive and good service. Thumb up.

Came in for a drink. The man serving was arrogant and rude. Two small bottles of coke was £9!!! Such a shame as the area is great and the food looked great.

We were delayed by an hour but the staff were extremely friendly and helpful when we called, the food and the service was excellent, would go again and would definitely recommend

We waited 40 minutes to be served, I asked a waiter to get my food and basically said I was lying. Almost immediately they brought out our cold starters. They would have completely forgot about us if I didn’t say anything. Food wasn’t even that good

20 pound for 2 drinks haha, anyway they won’t serve pizzas outside so I said well can I order one to take away… they said no it’s to busy on orders to baring in mind it’s nearly empty inside what’s the difference if I went inside and ordered one he would have still have to of made me a pizza instead of putting on a plate put in box … there loss won’t be coming back here ha

Managed to get a table for 2 without a reservation. Great experience all round. Our server was Nancy and she was great and also the gent who seated us was also bubbly and very welcoming. It felt like the team actually wanted to be there and were enjoying themselves even though it was busy. Thanks for your great service and food!! We'll be back. 🙂

We visited here using Tesco Clubcard vouchers. It was quite busy inside and outside and we didn't have a booking but luckily there was a table for us two, whilst other diners who came later were turned away. All staff were friendly. We ordered a pizza and a pasta to share. Food came at reasonable time and hot in temperature. The food items were as stated and described on the menu. The portion size was ok. The pasta was al dente and the ragu had a rich texture but mild flavours - needed a pinch of salt to bring out the flavours more. We preferred the pizza. It had great flavours but lacked toppings. Mixed reviews on food but it wasn't a bad experience at all and we would visit again with the Tesco Clubcard vouchers.

Shocked at how poor the service was from the warm peroni to the undrinkable cocktail's , brought our mains out before clearing the starters , looked like they had never worked in a restaurant before . And a 22£ service charge 🤣

We were here on Friday, dined outside, the food, service and atmosphere were great. Special mention to Lauren who was an absolute star looking after everyone, her customer service is effortless. Thank you!

The wait staff would rather stand around and flirt with one another. Food was bland. This location needs an adult to manage. I made a reservation which was overkill because at the peak of dinner time on a weekend, it was empty. Stood around for over 15 minutes just waiting to be greeted. They sat my husband and I at the first table. 2 people at a big circle table definitely makes sense. Zero customer service. Maybe order a couple drinks first to make the food taste even decent.

As always a great service. Our server Nancy was lovely. Gave us time to choose and not rushed despite being really busy on a gig night at the arena.

Lauren was exceptional with her greeting service and attitude! We had a fantastic meal prior to take that concert and Lauren definitely made the start to our evening fabulous!!! Yes definitely visit again food brilliant!!!!

The waiting staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Lauren, in particular, goes out of her way to make individual customers feel welcome and carers for individual needs. A lovely lunchtime experience!

Wow just wow 1st time ever here and I couldn't fault it one bit the food and the hospitality was next to none.... They even wrote happy birthday in chocolate on my dessert. They was ready for closing and they didn't rush us out the door let us eat and drink at our own pace.... I will be going again in the future....

Absolutely terrible. A friend and I came for a late lunch and they took 30 minutes before even asking for our order or drinks. When ordering almost half of the menu was out of stock. Even after ordering the wait time was over am hour, almost an hour and a half. When we asked the general manager how long it would take for the food to come out he assured us it would be a maximum of 5 minutes, but a couple who was sat next to us who came in almost 45 minutes after us got their order taken promptly AND their food before us. The Zizzi at Picadilly is way better, never thought the corn exchange zizzi would be this terrible at customer service.
