This place Is my favourite restaurant in Manchester I much prefer Asian food but my friend wanted to go for pizza we found this place and it is genuinely my favourite restaurant I’ve ever been to the food quality doesn’t compare to anywhere else in this city , five stars isn’t enough

Server was brilliant, really fun and talkative. This is a MUST place to eat in Manchester. We booked for 6pm by the time we left all the tables were full,definitely book ahead. Will definitely be the first place a book to eat when we come back.

Terrible. Advertised deal and then no deal upon arrival!

Absolutely horrible. You’re promoting an offer on the beer towers which is the only reason we’ve come there and when we get there firstly the man who was the server was really rude. When we said we reserved a table for 4 and asked for the one closer to the door, he said no thats reserved for someone else so we have to get the one at the back. (NO ONE WAS THERE). Then finally the girl who was serving said its fine we can sit anywhere. Then later on we were waiting for 4th person we booked for and we said we needed some time but he kept coming every 2 minutes. Then when we finally ordered that we wanted 2 beer towers, the offer is the reason we came here and they said that there are no available beer towers for us which is so pointless, why do you even have the offer. Then we wanted some time to think if we should just have dinner there anyways and while we were thinking about the decision then the same rude server says that we have to order or leave so we left. HORRIBLE PLACE

surprisingly got seated immediately despite being a busy saturday evening and noticing other walk in’s get turned away due to full bookings. ordered the magerita pizza and you can see them cooking it in the clay oven in front of you! excellent service, great pizza, would definitely come here again!

Unreal, authentic food. Defo worth a visit!

It doesn't look like much from the outside but OHHHH MYYYY, the loaded garlic bread is chef's kiss.

I booked a table back in March 2024 as my partner and I were going to Scotland and decided to stop off in Manchester on way back home to specifically try the restaurant because I’d been raving about it after seeing it on social media. We arrived last night (27/08/24) to find it was closed! I was so disappointed. I called the telephone number in the booking confirmation email and it rang to a voice mail saying it was not available and try again. I’ve sent an email which has not been responded to so far. I even received an email the day before reminding me of our booking and Google opening hours shows it should be open. Not happy! We would have cancelled our hotel and saved money if we knew we couldn’t go.

You could update google to say your not open instead of me getting there and finding out for my self

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE CIAOOO! I love that they offer vegan options, that also have vegan burrata on, and are reasonably priced!! The pizza is extremely tasty. I have never fallen in love with a pizzeria like Ciaooo, it tops all the pizzerias in Manchester. I love the truffle base pizza, it is so delicious and the truffle mushroom flavour is clear and strong. It would be extra good if it had porcini mushrooms on top. I cannot recommend Ciaooo enough. Please make a booking and GO ASAP. It will change your life.

So far I had a pleasure to taste only the Quattro Fromaggi in Ciaooo, they probably do the best pizza in the Roman Empire. Will try the other pizzas soon 👍💯. Lovely staff and the genuine stuff.

Average price for Manchester If you don’t like stodge this isn’t the place for you. Atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed. Staff very friendly and approachable. Overall experience not bad!

Food was super tasty, lots of options on the menu. Staff were super friendly and even gave us desert on the house which made our visit!

Had time to formulate my thoughts on this matter. I was really looking forward to this place as I heard so many great things from one of my friends who organised it. However, was literally forced to pay service charge when we were not impressed by service. We were understanding that it was a really busy period, so we didn’t cause a fuss and in return we didn’t think a service charge was justifiable especially because all they did was bring some oil (once we requested) and some pizzas (that were very late). A very lengthy heated debate later, the organiser ended up paying the service charge because we were not allowed to leave. Pizzas were ok, not amazing but not the worst either. Never visiting here again though.

It was so oily and salty we couldn't eat it. We asked to change it but the employee did not cooperate. I do not recommend the place.

Absolutely delicious pizza and amazing burrata! Better than the pizza I had in Rome (dare I say 😂). The service was wonderful, they even managed to accommodate our request of no pork and no cheese with animal products in it. And the Nutella cannellono was perfect. Highly recommend!

I discovered the small pizzeria by chance as I was passing by and spontaneously went in. It was definitely not a mistake. This was by far one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten.

Absolutely top notch pizza and garlic bread. My wife requires GF and we shared a GF garlic bread as a starter, I couldn't believe that they hadn't made a mistake and given us one made with wheat but it was definitely GF. The pizzas were cooked to perfection and the flavours were outstanding. 5 ⭐

Incredible spot, in my opinion it's the best pizza in Manchester, one of my favourite and regular restaurants in Manchester, pizza was 10/10 as always, wish I could have tried the special but I heard it might become a regular venue item due to its popularity, special mention to the nduja garlic bread i was blown away

Being type 1 diabetic means I have to really enjoy pizza as it’s so difficult to control. I am usually left feeling underwhelmed, but the pizza from Ciaooo is on another level. The pizza is thin with a fluffy crust that is not too stodgy. I had a chorizo pizza, which was absolutely great. Full of flavour and perfectly stone-baked. This is hands down one of, if not the best pizza I have ever eaten. My only gripe was that it felt a little bit dark inside and the pots of sauce, while the quality is great, you don’t really get enough in my opinion.

Safe to say I'm a connoisseur level on wood fired pizza's around the country and this is absolutely up there amongst the best. It sits somewhere between Rudy's and Noi Quattro If your from Manchester, Rudy's is like rations on tomato sauce where here at ciao you can taste the flavour and enjoy the pizza. The bread is amazing and the crust full but not doughy. Only let down is the cost of the sauce and the tiny pot it's served with. The bottled water came ice cold and was actually an Italian branded water which adds to the authentic style. This pizza leaves you feeling full not like you could eat another one but no bloated either. I'll be back soon because I'm craving. Actually came here many years ago when they first opened but my review vanished...

They wouldn't serve us in the restaurant despite arriving at 9:10 (50 min before closing). But that's fine. We got a couple of Pizzas to go. I asked if they had any sort of peppers or crushed peppers and got a really weird response. Not a yes, not a no. Not really sure how to describe it but didn't get any peppers and still don't know if they have it or no. Finally, the food. We dug in and Jesus that marinara sauce tasted like it came out of an expired can. Anyway, pretty bad on all levels. Would not recommend.

Great location if you're going to the AO arena! The starter was phenomenal, we got deep fried lasagne and the pizza was good, unfortunately my partner didn't like the ham but that was the only negative! Thank you.

The place itself is quite nice and modern, but the food is nothing compared to what it looks like online. The pizza and the garlic bread came completely burned. When I told them, they said this is normal and because of the oven. Sorry but a pizza should never be black. Definitely would not recommend.

Went there on the 30th of April, tuesday. Basically we were looking for a pizzeria with Gluten Free pizza base on the menu as my girlfriend is gluten intolerant, so it is so nice to see more and more pizzerias offering GF pizza base on their menu, even though it's something apparently traditional, old school Pizzaiolos really despise. I had a Hawaii pizza which was very nice, (great to see a Pizzeria serving pizza with pineapple as I like it quite a lot...yeah I know, maybe I am the worst of the worst of society according to italians but it is what it is, maybe I'm not harming anyone by eating it??), so the menu has a great choice of pizzas. The service was quite nice friendly and laid back...but there was something I really disliked; meanwhile we were having dinner I could see how the pizzaiolo was looking down on absolutely everyone of us, the customers. Honestly I don't know what was wrong with him...it got that wrong that, at some point, 3 or 4 chavs (rough people that maybe already had a few drinks as it was a warm day here in Manchester) came to have a pizza, apparently he would look down on them and one guy of them went to him nearly shouting, asking what was wrong with him...after leaving the place I spoke about this with my partner and she really agreed that the Pizzaiolo was not a very friendly, welcoming guy as, when she was about to ask him about the availability of GF pizza base, he didn't even allow her to start speaking and pointed to the waitress. So yeah, not a very friendly lad to be fair. To sum it up, a place with a good and different menu when it comes to pizzas.

not as bad as Italian pizza in England. It's not like eating it in Italy, but it's respectable, I recommend it. A little expensive, but also consider the euro-sterling exchange rate.

THE BEST PIZZA IN MANCHESTER. Me and my girlfriend go here every few weeks and it's our favourite pizza place. Independent and REAL Neapolitan pizza. The crust is so soft and fluffy, you definitely don't want to leave this one (high hydration dough) baked in a proper pizza oven. Affordable, great tasting and small venue. Super fresh ingredients, tomato sauce is high quality and definitely recommend a pizza with a burrata. They always have changing specials. Definitely a knife and fork kind of pizza as the dough in the middle is very flimsy. Deserts are also home made and super nice, highly recommend the Tiramisu. Only downside I would say is it's always very busy and hard to get a table on a weekend, they definitely need to open another store as you can feel a bit rushed if there's a big party arriving the venue is not massive.

Bang average - wouldn't go back. Pizza was swimming in pasatta sauce, was all we could taste so couldn't comment on the toppings. Drinks range was ok, nothing special.

I have eaten pizza before. I have eaten it in Italy, I have eaten it in chains, in independents, hot, cold you name it. I had the Napoli pizza and it was the best pizza I have ever had. Hands down. The dough was phenomenal, so soft in the right places, so crispy in the right places. The balance of tomato sauce with anchovies and olives. Outstanding. I even gave the head chef a hand shake on exit. Their pizzas are world beaters. I wouldnt come back for the deep fried lasagna or the tiramisu but they are a pizza joint and my my they do them to a very high standard.

Food was amazing but the service and venue did let me down a bit if I’m honest. We had multiple people trying to serve us which led to confusion and items such as complimentary popcorn being brought over twice but then taken away. We were also sat on a table which felt really awkward as we were kind of in the middle of the room right next to where they were making the pizza. If I flicked my hair, it might’ve gone into the rocket which was right next to my head! It felt like a table was squashed in just to fit more people. Other groups of 2 were squashed onto tables for 6 & you could see people struggling to get out to go to the loo. There was one loo which always had a queue where you were in the way of the staff trying to go to and from the kitchen. Whole place felt very cramped. I would definitely order online again but probably wouldn’t dine in unless it was in a different venue.

Delicious food, amazing desserts, great drinks, will always come back!

Came here for our anniversary dinner and we definitely would come back. Service was friendly and quite fast, sometimes felt a bit rushed. Food was really good. Had a couple of garlic breads to start with and they were both super tasty. Then our pizze came and we couldn’t be happier about them. Well cooked, interesting ingredients. Amazing. Finished off with their special dessert, which was the perfect ending for the meal. Already recommending to many of my other fellow Italians. Definitely give it a go.

Second time here when visiting Manchester, pizzas are very nice quick service, good choice on menu and well priced. Only negative is dips are quite small for £1.50 each

Didn't like the pizza. It felt undercooked and chewy and made me feel very bloated. I'm not lactose or gluten intolerant. But, the portion size is huge. I was expecting something interesting with the sourdough pizza, but it was a disappointment. Your money is well spent elsewhere.

The pizza is very good, but sometimes policies don't make sense. You can order takeway on delivery apps, but you can't order pizza takeway and the restaurant, although you can order garlic bread to take away. Absolutely nonsense

What a great place! Pared back but characterful decor, good service, reasonably priced - but above serving up the best pizzas I think I’ve ever eaten. Some really interesting toppings - we had a garlic bread with cheese to start, followed up by a couple of burratta pizzas (4 Gusti and We’Mamma), plus a Margherita and one I can’t recall the name of, but had some delicious boar salami and other meaty stuff on! It’s not often that a pizza menu throws up some difficult choices, but Ciaooo definitely does. Crucially though the Margherita was sensational - for me the real test of a pizzeria with nowhere to hide, and Ciaooo delivered. Highly, highly recommended.

The pizza and garlic breads were absolutely fantastic and I’m genuinely shocked to read any negative reviews in respect of the food. We were a party of 7 and all agreed it was up with the best pizza we’d ever had. My only negative in respect of the food was there could maybe have some lighter options - most of the starters are either garlic breads or deep fried options so felt a bit carb overloaded by the end. Service was good, didn’t encounter any of the issues other reviewers have stated, in fact our server was lovely. Food came out pretty quickly despite being being nearly full. Will return in the future.

This was the quickest service of a quality pizza I've had and I will definitely be going back again. Just a shame trying to decide between garlic bread and pizza, as I don't have a big enough stomach to get both! Staff were pretty friendly and helpful too. I'd recommend to book, as it was pretty busy in the evening I went on. Only downside was it was a bit cold inside and the tables were small, made it a bit difficult working around food and drinks.

A land of mediocrity...I have never been more excited to indulge my inner fat kid with a deep fried lasagne...and that is when it began. I just wanted to shout out BORINGGGGG!!! It wasn't dry, but it wasn't moist, it wasn't tasteless but it wasn't tasty, it wasn't cold, but it wasn't hot. It was merely forgettable, whilst I'm not angry I'm not sad. It's like a relationship you want to leave but you haven't got a true reason to but you know it's not your future. Then the garlic bread, the first taste of garlic was almost wow but then I started drowning in a pool of oil masking any taste with a fight for survival. Consistently tricking me into trying more because it was almost nice but then was almost horrible. The garlic bread had narcissistic traits, manipulating me into eating more, tricking me into thinking it was going to be something it wasn't. The spicy chicken pizza, the crusts so perfectly cooked...with a poorly cooked soggy middle. Jekyll & Hyde pizza...a contrast of both good & bad leaving you in a realm of purgatory, no heaven, no hell, just nothing. Ciaooo Pizseria you are just a meaningless fling, no substance, some style, just another body. The most forgettable experience I have had. Just pretty to look at, but if I see you posted I'll know...they will cheat on you. You have even made my review meadddiiieee

I live in NYC and this is one of the top 5 pizza places I have ever eaten at. The quality of the ingredients is among the best I’ve experienced and the crust is #1 for sure. The structure of the pizza is quite flimsy, but that’s part of the experience of eating an insanely good Neapolitan pizza. My new favorite in Manchester.

I have never been so rudely spoken to and made to feel so uncomfortable as a paying customer by a member of staff. It completely ruined our entire meal.

Very good pizza although very thin so when you cut it everything falls off. Lovely staff, good atmosphere. Quick service. I really recommend the pistachio souffle for a dessert - delicious! Good prices for the quality of food. Recommend booking a table in advance.

Charged us for olive oil and service was not great

One of the best pizzerias in Manchester, and there’s a lot of competition in the Ancoats/NQ area alone! Slightly unique take on traditional neapolitan pizza with a larger than normal crust, and many come topped with a whole burrata. They use high quality ingredients/toppings and the food is consistently very good. There’s a large choice of pizzas on the menu, and the calzone special is one of my favourites which comes topped with a burrata. The loaded garlic breads are a must try, and it’s always worth checking the specials board as they usually have really good and unique options for starters, pizzas and desserts on there e.g. spaghetti bolognese calzone, and pistachio cannoli dessert pizza (this was genuinely one of the best things I’ve ever eaten and I really wish they’d put it back on the menu!). They also have really good vegan cheese available, including a vegan burrata! The staff are always very friendly and the food service is fast, I highly recommend Ciaooo if you’re in the area!

I came with a friend for dinner. They really enjoyed their pizza, good portion size and lots of choice on the menu. However, I ordered the gluten free pizza. I did like that any of the pizzas could be made GF as this isn’t always the case. Unfortunately my pizza base was very obviously GF, it looked and tasted as if it had been bought in. It was a shame, because their normal wood-fired pizzas look really good, and I would probably return if I was eating these. My pizza was also served on a plastic plate, whereas all the others were on china - I don’t know if there was a reason for this but just seemed a bit cheap. I wouldn’t recommend for gluten free pizzas as I think there are better options in Manchester (L’Antica pizzeria da Michele). I don’t think I will be returning.

Pizza was very tasty and well presented. Young lad couldn’t do enough for us however an Italian lad ( waiter ) seemed to look at me like i had 5 heads when I asked if I could take away the rest of my pizza which the majority of people around us seemed to be doing , it should be expected as it isn’t the cheapest of foods and it is a big portion. He then said he would bring me a pizza box out and I could do it myself as he was “too busy” ( he was not ) Keep in mind these tables are no bigger than a chess table , with 2 people on , 2 large plates and 2 pizza boxes, it proved very difficult. I then asked the young boy if he was able to help and he was happy to. Food was great, the only nice member of staff I would say is the young lad . I’d also say menus could be improved as they’re hard to understand and are in a takeaway , leaflet , crumpled format . Last thing if the pizza isn’t cut for us , a better knife would be more sufficient . I’d go back purely because the food was great. However , staff , you need to take some pointers off the young boy.

Absolutely excellent. Brilliant garlic bread to die for. Pizza was delicious, kinda puffy, really tasty. The place didn't look grand from the outside but was clean and spot on inside. The host was rude, but the waiting staff were lovely. It was packed at 4.30 and many people being turned away. I'd go there instead of the 'cool' new chains.

Found this place online and booked in. The staff were so nice and helpful and accommodating to our special requests. Have to say we both agreed it was one of the best pizzas we’ve ever had. And it’s such a reasonable price as well. If we come back to Manchester we will be coming again ! Thankyou so much !

Delicious, absolutely delicious Pizza. Warm and friendly service and a no-rush vibe, makes this an absolute go to. Every time I visit Manchester now, I'll be sure to visit. Being seated next to the kitchen and seeing how much the chefs loved their work. Wow.

The place is simply but cosy, with great staff and amazing food. So good pizza I ete just in Italy. 10 by 10.

bad. the rave music and attempted italian culture really did not mix, the overhead lighting is abysmal and creates a 'house kitchen' vibe, and the £12(!!!) pizza dough was flatter than my nan's chest. I asked for water while ordering my food and drink and never got it, and the waiter kept coming up to our table every 5 minutes, annoying. the painting on the wall is also grotesque, none of this was inspiring true italian heritage. as an italian person, i am disgusted.

AMAZING PIZZA MUST TRY Had deep fried ravioli and burtta truffle pizza, great portions and amazing quality and taste. I’ve been a few times now and it’s good every time. We went at 9pm and was still quite busy. Reasonably priced.

Visited for my sons birthday booked for 6.15pm till 8pm as had 20 month old baby with us Food was good but have 3 stars as we ordered coffees and they had no milk bit of a error an Italian pizza restaurant with no coffees ! When it got to 7.30 bearing in mind we were booked till 8 staff came to tell us they had another big party in there was 7 of us and needed the table they had just served us another round of drinks we hadn't even began ,we pointed out we had table to 8 but bill was produced and popped onto table heavy handed hint! To be honest staff hanging around table was off putting we left understand Friday night and pressure on tables but made it feel a bit school dinners have your meal and go food good customer service pants!

Food was amazing, and vegan Burrata was incredible. The service times weren’t great however, from sitting down at 18.15, we only got our pizzas at 19.30.

So we had a table booked for prime time on a Saturday evening. It was a party of four. Two of us arrived on time and were advised to wait as the table had to pay, this was not an issue as unfortunately the rest of the party were arriving 10 minutes late due to tram delays with the weather. The table was not clean, and the drinks menu had an orange sticky sticky liquid on it. We were asked a few times whether we were ready to order in that 10 minutes while waiting for the rest of the group. When ready, our order was promptly taken. It was some 45 minutes after ordering that we had to gain a waiters attention as we still hadn't had our garlic bread starters. Upon that prompt, they arrived immediately so it leads me to believe they had been waiting. When we finished the garlic breads, which didn't take long as we were hungry, the pizzas arrived immediately. I ordered what in other restaurants would be a hot pizza with n'duja on it but I found it very mild. The rest of the party really enjoyed their pizza so maybe it was just mine. Anyway, upon finishing the pizzas and while I was still grazing on the crusts, they came and took the plates without asking whether we were finished. The reason behind this soon became clear, as straight after removing the plates the waiter returned with the bill and card machine saying they wanted the table as the next booking had arrived. Although our party delayed the ordering by approx 15 minutes, we felt rushed out of the door. Had the garlic breads arrived in a reasonable time, then maybe the pizzas would have too, and it wouldn't have felt as rushed as it did.

Drinks and dips were small and expensive. Tomato on the pizza was excessive. Toppings were unnoticeable. Mozzarella was non existent. Crusts were burnt. The garlic bread was nice and got this from a 1 star to a 2 star. Would not recommend nor return. Go to rudys instead and you won’t feel queasy when you leave!

One of the best pizzas I’ve had in the UK. Service was average due to being a little slow with our drinks and having to ask them twice over.

Whilst it looked like a Neopolitian/ Canotto style pizza the crust was extremely dense. From experience it should be light and airy. Crust really lacked any flavour, the sauce which did not taste like San Marzano was incredibly thick. In turn the base was really soggy. The menus were filthy and could do with a refresh. One positive were the staff who were friendly and attentative. All for supporting independent businesses however should have gone to a chain down the road for a better tasting pizza 🍕

The pizza dough was just amazing. It is stretched in front of your eyes and it is just a joy to watch how it expands in the oven. The tomato sauce was fresh and light as well as the rest of the ingredients. I would definitely return to this pizzeria in my next time in town.

I wanted to express my deep disappointment with the service we received during our recent visit on New Year’s Eve at your restaurant. We had booked a table to celebrate a meal with our friends. The poor service we encountered significantly marred what could have been an enjoyable dining experience. Firstly, we ordered beers for the table, only after asking two times to two different staff member they brought it to the table half way through our meal. Lastly, we didn’t receive one of pizzas and when questioning the waiting staff about it they didn’t apologise for forgetting the meal but lied and said that the pizza takes longer than the others to be made. The waiting staff behaviour was particularly concerning. Not only did we experience slow and inattentive service, but we were also taken aback when the waiter insisted that we pay the service charge. When requested to be removed and highlighted that service charge is not compulsory, the waiter insisted that as is written on the menu, it must be paid. This left us feeling coerced and uncomfortable. When requested to speak to someone about this matter, we been told that because is written on the menu there was no other option than to pay. Never in my life have I been so unhappy with the service, that I’ve cancelled the mains and left a restaurant. We ordered a burrata and hot honey garlic bread. The starters arrived after over 40 mins and I noticed there was no burrata ball on the garlic bread. I was nervous that it was the N’Duja one, which is similar, as we haven’t eaten pork for over 8 years. We asked the waiter whether it was the burrata pizza, as we expected a ball and he said (in an arrogant manner) it’s the inside of a ball on the pizza, so my boyfriend finished it. Still reluctant to believe it was the right garlic bread, we asked another waitress as she took our plates, who confirmed it was N’duja. We explained that we do not eat pork, to receive no apology from the person who took our order wrong or the man who wrongly and arrogantly told us it was the burrata GB. They tried to defend this by saying there was a language barrier, but our conversation was coherent and clear. Had we had an allergy or religious belief preventing us from eating a certain ingredient then the outcome would have been worse. All they did was refund the one garlic bread we didn’t order after our meal was spoiled. Mistakes happen but the service was poor and they didn’t care. We paid and finished our meal at Noi Quattro which is much nicer, more authentic and far better service. RESPONSE to owner:- he obviously ate the garlic bread because we had checked with the waiter after the first slice didn’t seem right, and he lied and said it was the burrata and hot honey one!! After he ate it I checked the photos on your instagram because I still wasn’t convinced it was right and saw the mistake! I didn’t know what n’duja tasted like, I’ve never eaten it until tonight! Thank you for showing such an interest in my dietary preferences, after the event! I do not eat pork or lamb. I was vegetarian for 8 years and recently started eating only organic/pasture raised beef and chicken sourced from responsible farmers, which means that we do not eat meat at restaurants unless we know it meets that criteria, just to clarify seems as you’re now so interested!

Usually I don’t bother writing reviews, I just don’t go back, but I felt it’s required in this instance. Booking for 8pm, food arrived at 9.49pm. That’s not the main problem, service was shocking, the only reason this isn’t a 1 star is because of the starter which was quite tasty. 2 knives and forks at a table for four, no serviettes, dirty menus and drinks took ages to arrive. After about an hour of waiting I asked how long the food will be and I was told we had to wait for the next table because we ‘had starters’. Felt like I was in my high school canteen and being told off by the lunch lady. During the whole waiting period nobody bothered to come round and apologise for the wait or explain what was going on. Very weird experience when you consider this is Manchester and you competing with places like Rudy’s/Ramona/Cibo (they have nothing to worry about). Half heartedly got given a shot as an apology but nobody could drink it, think it may have been leftover from last year. I’m usually a decent tipper and was on the verge of asking to remove the tip, the only reason I didn’t was because it was a double date and didn’t want to make things any more awkward. Either way there are plenty of better restaurants in Manchester and doubt this place will still be around in 3 months.

Very good pizza with quality ingredients - dough was excellent and burrata was creamy. Service was a little slow although it was Saturday afternoon so it was busy. Also, positive they aren’t trying to sneak in automatic ‘optional’ service charge like many other places do. Will definitely come back.

Staff were pleasant, food looked great, but it was really disappointing. I was eating cardboard off the box from how wet the garlic bread was. Tiktok food reviews can be misleading. 3 stars staff 1 food sorry, it was either wet or crust. I did get 3 different to try as was looking forward to going, I gave one away to a homeless bloke hopefully he enjoyed

Staff where Lovley. Sat me and my partner down straight away. Took our drink order and then food order. Ordered a garlic pizza and 2 main pizzas, abit apprehensive after reading previous reviews. THE BEST PIZZA IVE EVER HAD BY FAR. So so nice!!! Highly recommended!!!

Great food, but not much on the pizza and a bit pricy for me... Only 1 toilet which isn't convenient

I went to ciaoo with my husband, booked before hand for 8pm, as i walked in, we waited to be seated, i noticed two memebers of staff in open kitchen noticed me so we walked over to ask for some asistance by the lady, however she completely ignored me and started to speak with the pizza maker, and the pizza man looked at my husband and me and said "what do you want?" and i dont know if that is how he speaks to everyone but I thought it might be due to our religion and as we were wearing islamic wear. We then got approched by another lady who then said 'sorry we are fully booked, even though we had a booking. At this point we werent even willing to give this place a try just being the atomsphere that was created, the services we received so we just left. We were the only Muslims in there and felt isolated and ignored by the staff members.

Amazing Pizza's which are beautifully presented. The flavours are excellent. Waiting staff were polite and friendly. It's quite dimly lit inside which gives it a good date night ambience.

Pizza was soooo good. I got the marinara 2.0 and it was to die for. And adding the garlic butter dip on top of it was *chefs kiss*

I used to love Ciaoo pizza but ordered some takeaway pizzas and was very disappointed. The quality of the ingredients was terrible included the burrata!

The food ia very delicious unfortunately the costumer service is not that good.
