Great staff and food. Central Location. Front of house Kira was superb in welcoming us. Gave us nice booth as requested. She was attentive along with the waitress Team during our meal. Food was very very nice and reasonably priced. Drinks were good. We will return. Thanks to Kira and Team.

Was welcomed virtually as soon as I entered, although it took time for my friend to arrive I was asked if I wanted a drink and two menus were placed on the table. One of the waiters came back to us after we ordered and clarified the position on one of the items my vegan friend wanted to order and she subsequently ordered this also. We were also not hurried, and spent some time talking after eating our food and drinking our coffees, even after we paid the bill.

Lovely staff and good food! Had a nice time with my friend and the waitress Clarissa was really friendly and amazing with service!

Hubby and I had a delicious meal together. We were greeted at the door and well looked after from start to finish of our visit. Staff were all cheerful and attentive, the food was delicious, the ambience very pleasant.

The food is normal. Service is bad. I paid cash one week ago. They gave me my change. After one week another man didn’t give me my change. We don’t give the change. Also they ask to everybody when the people was eating something “everything is ok.” If you are British people.

Absolutely lovely atmosphere and excellent service provided by Juliet even in a very clearly busy time of the day. Never felt neglected and was always served with a smile! Will definitely be coming back!

Our server was Kim, she was fantastic, knowledgeable and stopped to chat with us a bit at the end of dinner. As someone who works in the industry, she ticked all the boxes for the service I would expect to see.

It was really a lovely dinner, dishes were perfect, we ordered burrata with tomato and linguine carbonara, they offer you more salt, pepper or grated cheese (above your plate at in the moment!) and the waitress was really really nice. And the Etna dessert is a really good show!

Restaurant is so central, staff were very friendly and thr food was amazing. I love going to a restaurant that doesn't try to rush you out the door as soon as you've eaten. Lovely relaxed atmosphere and very family friendly. Would definitely eat here again.

Had to wait 30 minutes for a table, after being told it would be 5-10. Staff were apologetic so makes up for it. Food was decent, my dish, a tomato pasta with nduja sausage, was good. my partners carbonara was dry and tasteless. Decent atmosphere, wouldn't go again unless nowhere else was available.

Very nice, positive vibes from Hasan . He checked up on us asking if the food was okay after every course. Food was great, and atmosphere was not very loud.

I had some high expectations when I decided to try this restaurant cuz the place looked fancy. So, I was expecting to taste something really Italian authentic and different. I ordered classic pasta carbonara with prawns, and it tasted too bland. The one I cook at home is way better cuz I load it with cheese. This one was flavourless, and a fairly small portion as you can see in the pic. The atmosphere is nice, but the food is overpriced and not worth trying at all!

The food was very tasty. The 2 people serving us were friendly, efficient, helpful, chatty and lovely, without being intrusive. I couldn't finish my meal, big portion, my son even though he did finish, struggled too. We both had different pasta meals and the folded garlic bread was perfect. Would go again next time I'm in Manchester.

3 of us had an enjoyable and tasty pizza dinner here. The food was of good quality; prices were reasonable, the atmosphere was friendly and not too noisy, and the service was excellent (well done, Kimberley!) We particularly liked the option of small dessert portions with optional liqueurs which were very reasonably priced indeed.

Visited with friends for early evening meal… very few people inside. Staff were welcoming and the food arrived quickly x2 Calzone x2 lasagna… it was hot but very very poor quality small portions and very expensive for what was/had the appearance of a microwave meal… lovely looking restaurant and attentive staff but we were there to eat and it was extremely disappointing… Avoid

One of the worst experience I had yesterday I found hair in lasagna when I complained about that staff was rude and not well experienced if you wanna have nice food and clean and hygiene go for zizi which is on walking distance from the same restaurant just waste of my money and time

It was perfect!!! I ordered a spaghetti bolognese and I put 10 out for 10. If you from central asia and want smth homemade meal but dont know what to eat in Manchester, go there and order Spaghetti Bolognese !!!

Great restaurant in piccadilly Gardens. Large menu. Gorgeous raspberry lemonade garlic bread with mozzarella is divine. Would definitely return. Staff amazing!

We had a terrible experience. Myself, my mum and my 1 year old entered this restaurant with the intention of getting dinner here as it didn't seem busy at all. We were met with either an unfriendly owner or waiter. I politely enquired the wait time for food before we were seated, just so I could weigh up if my toddler would be able to wait (e.g under an hour). He made us feel uncomfortable by not answering, instead asked us "well! What do you expect is a long wait time? Do you mean 15 minutes? Do you mean an hour?" In a confrontational manner, insisting we answered. Other customers were looking at us by this point, so we felt very uncomfortable and even embarrassed. We left quickly feeling quite annoyed and upset. Will certainly not be returning.

Kim served us of today, she was good fun and gave us great service.

Called in with two friends as the menu looked great ! The food did not disappoint...it was delicious. Many thanks to the staff for excellent service too. Highly recommend and we will definitely be returning customer 😁 x

Scarborough restaurant. Views are amazing from upstairs. Food was OK had to send carbonara back as over cooked and almost meat free, came back perfect! Why they send out food that's obviously not right I don't know 🤔 Staff were the stars of the restaurant...nothing fazed them and always had a smile on their faces 😁 Well done to them.
