First time here for Valentine’s Day with my boyfriend, we had the valentines set menu and it didn’t disappoint, the waitress was very attentive and lovely, host was very friendly, as were the bar staff, 1000% recommend the tirimasu and the chicken lecci lecci, we’re both to die for, will be definitely be coming again

Friendly staff and very efficient service, but food and drink were awful. Main course came out less than 5 mins after ordering and tasted like a ready meal. House wine was dire. Entirely as expected for a chain restaurant in Piccadilly gardens.

The food was good but the servant was so rude

We had a lovely meal here recently, prawn starter was very generous! I had the mushrooms they was lovely and my pizza was also gluten free due to an allergy I have and its one of the best gluten free pizzas I've ever had. Everyone else really enjoyed theirs too. Server really friendly and knowledgeable on allergy info. Wasn't long waits either despite being relatively busy would definitely return!! Thanks

Mi novia y yo estábamos deseando comer aquí, pero desafortunadamente, nos quedamos decepcionados. El restaurante en sí es agradable y los precios son justos, así que teníamos grandes esperanzas. Pedí la pasta con langostinos, pero apenas había langostinos en el plato – tal vez uno o dos y cuando le pidió al camarero que cambiara el plato. ella dijo que se quedan sin langostinos ! ! ! ! ! Realmente no valía la pena el precio, y terminé cancelando mi pedido. Nos arruinó por completo la velada, sobre todo porque me moría de hambre. Me lo pensaría dos veces antes de comer aquí otra vez. " Voy a vender para trabajar en el negocio de la hospitalidad, y no esperaba eso del restaurante del centro de la ciudad.

We are regular visitors to Manchester and always visit Ask Italian there. Never disappointed. Our visit on New Year’s Eve was particularly good, and service from Eylul was exceptional.

Mala experiencia. En cola durante 15 minutos para comer después de que se recomendó en FMGF, para luego decir "no estamos haciendo GF hoy". 3 stars for good food, great atmosphere and very helpful staff. Only drawback was some options on the menu were not available and we wish this was told while we were waiting to get a seat which was disappointing as we ended up ordering food which was not our first choice.

We were a a large table of 11 people, one of which required accessible seating for a wheelchair. The team were so good at accommodating us, even making sure we had an accessible route in/out for the Christmas market. Eylül made us feel so welcome and was so beautifully charming, I have no idea how they managed to keep it up all night. Good was super tasty and all came out together which is a rare when you have a large table! Absolutely would recommend

Party of 11 on a Sunday (Manchester), one of us w mobility issues and they accommodated wonderfully! Everybody cleaned their plates, our server (named Eylül) what a great attitude and did a top job looking after all of us (there was a food item 3 of us wanted that wasn’t available and she suggested great alternatives that we loved). Couldn’t have been better!

El servicio es excelente y la selección es buena. Mi papá tiene alergia al gluten y el menú para él está lleno de opciones. No es fácil hacer que la comida sin gluten sepa tan bien, pero PREGUNTAR Italiano es increíble. No hay nada de qué quejarse y sin duda volveremos la próxima vez que estemos en Manchester

Reserva de mesa para las 20:45 horas del viernes 25 de octubre, no es un paseo. Aunque la comida estaba bien, el servicio era muy pobre. Sentí mucha prisa, cuando todavía comíamos se le preguntó a nuestro entrante si habíamos terminado, y cuando salió nuestra tubería principal claramente había estado parada durante un tiempo. La comida era mediocre, los bocados de lasaña eran agradables, aunque un poco exagerado y sacado tarde. La camarera no tenía personalidad y cuando pedimos café y postre, nos dijeron que la cafetera se había apagado... ¡eran las 2138 horas! Dicho esto, fuimos los únicos que quedamos en el restaurante, lo que no es sorprendente. Habría pagado felizmente por el postre y el café, pero se fue sin ninguno de los dos y se fue a otro lugar. No volverá.

From the lady who greeted us at the door to the young man that served us,Corie maybe,it was excellent.As the youngest member of our party had a nut allergy,the lady and server went out of their way to explain the menu and advise,we noted that of his 12 years with a nut allergy,No restaurant had ever made him feel as comfortable.Food was So good,but service was out of this world
