Ask Italian - Manchester in Manchester

Came on for a drink after work pretty disappointed with the overall service. I've been many good Italian establishments but this take the biscuit staff very arrogant and rude. We were thinking about ordering food but after the sour faces from the main waiter pretty rude felt uncomfortable won't be returning.20th March 6pm There's better Italians in Manchester shame really. Thanks for the drinks.

Today we went for lunch first time & everything was good, Had good space to keep our Pram and enjoy meal. They welcome their customers by lemonade drink. @Natasha is our waitress, she is lovely & helped us a lot. Food was delicious 😋 we both enjoyed every bite. I recommend pesto Dough bites & garlic Bread. Totally Great Service, Delicious Food & Atmosphere friendly for kids & lots of Vegetarian options. Thank you will Visit again soon.

The staff are excellent here when it comes to any allergies. When you state you have an allergy they say it back to you numerous times to reassure you and when they bring you your food there is a sticker to say yours is the allergen one so you have no doubts. For gluten free it is fabulous. I had the bollagnse and honestly the best bollagnse ive ever had . The flavors in it were unbelievable. not too pricey either and a lovely atmosphere. 10/10

We went on Sunday evening with 3 small children and 3 adults. The service was excellent. The staff were so good with the children aged 11, 7 and 2. They couldn't have been more helpful. The food came promptly and was really good. Thank you Ask Italian.

Nice atmosphere, excellent service, very extensive menu of Italian inspired dishes. My order was OK, there is a room of improvement.

Obviamente una espera de 10 minutos debido a que es un sábado por la noche, no es gran cosa. Limpio y muy ocupado, el personal servicial, pero a veces una espera debido a que el restaurante está ocupado. La comida era agradable y muy caliente, un poco exagerado en los bordes. Mi hija tenía un postre, no parecía la foto y era muy caro.

Food was nice but not exceptional. Have been more impressed in previous visits. Atmosphere was much quieter than I expected. Service was excellent from Kim who looked after us very well.

Kim’s service was amazing it enhanced our evening and justified the £65 price tag. Would have been disappointed with the quality of food if Kim’s service wasn’t as exceptional £20 starter got two chicken nuggets two prawns and three tiers of bread

First time here for Valentine’s Day with my boyfriend, we had the valentines set menu and it didn’t disappoint, the waitress was very attentive and lovely, host was very friendly, as were the bar staff, 1000% recommend the tirimasu and the chicken lecci lecci, we’re both to die for, will be definitely be coming again

Friendly staff and very efficient service, but food and drink were awful. Main course came out less than 5 mins after ordering and tasted like a ready meal. House wine was dire. Entirely as expected for a chain restaurant in Piccadilly gardens.

Tuvimos una comida encantadora aquí recientemente, entrante de gambas era muy generoso! Tenía los hongos que eran encantadores y mi pizza también era sin gluten debido a una alergia que tengo y es una de las mejores pizzas sin gluten que he probado. Mi novia y yo estábamos deseando comer aquí, pero desafortunadamente, nos quedamos decepcionados. El restaurante en sí es agradable y los precios son justos, así que teníamos grandes esperanzas. Pedí la pasta con langostinos, pero apenas había langostinos en el plato – tal vez uno o dos y cuando le pidió al camarero que cambiara el plato. ella dijo que se quedan sin langostinos ! ! ! ! ! Realmente no valía la pena el precio, y terminé cancelando mi pedido. Nos arruinó por completo la velada, sobre todo porque me moría de hambre. Me lo pensaría dos veces antes de comer aquí otra vez. " Voy a vender para trabajar en el negocio de la hospitalidad, y no esperaba eso del restaurante del centro de la ciudad.

We are regular visitors to Manchester and always visit Ask Italian there. Never disappointed. Our visit on New Year’s Eve was particularly good, and service from Eylul was exceptional.

Mala experiencia. En cola durante 15 minutos para comer después de que se recomendó en FMGF, para luego decir "no estamos haciendo GF hoy". 3 stars for good food, great atmosphere and very helpful staff. Only drawback was some options on the menu were not available and we wish this was told while we were waiting to get a seat which was disappointing as we ended up ordering food which was not our first choice.

Party of 11 on a Sunday (Manchester), one of us w mobility issues and they accommodated wonderfully! Everybody cleaned their plates, our server (named Eylül) what a great attitude and did a top job looking after all of us (there was a food item 3 of us wanted that wasn’t available and she suggested great alternatives that we loved). Couldn’t have been better!

We were a a large table of 11 people, one of which required accessible seating for a wheelchair. The team were so good at accommodating us, even making sure we had an accessible route in/out for the Christmas market. Eylül made us feel so welcome and was so beautifully charming, I have no idea how they managed to keep it up all night. Good was super tasty and all came out together which is a rare when you have a large table! Absolutely would recommend
