Really, really happy with our meal and the service. Rare that you get a quality experience in chain restaurants these days but it was genuinely tasty. Well done everyone.

3 stars for good food, great atmosphere and very helpful staff. Only drawback was some options on the menu were not available and we wish this was told while we were waiting to get a seat which was disappointing as we ended up ordering food which was not our first choice.

Good gluten free pizza and fusilli ragu. Gluten free options clearly marked on the menu and the staff is very knowledgeable

We had a lovely night for our anniversary! Food was delicious and the service was spot on! Eylűl was our waitress and she went above and beyond to make sure we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Eylül was an amazing server with a lovely aura and made us feel very cared for without intruding. The starters were the star of the night. All the food was delicious though.

We were a a large table of 11 people, one of which required accessible seating for a wheelchair. The team were so good at accommodating us, even making sure we had an accessible route in/out for the Christmas market. Eylül made us feel so welcome and was so beautifully charming, I have no idea how they managed to keep it up all night. Good was super tasty and all came out together which is a rare when you have a large table! Absolutely would recommend

Party of 11 on a Sunday (Manchester), one of us w mobility issues and they accommodated wonderfully! Everybody cleaned their plates, our server (named Eylül) what a great attitude and did a top job looking after all of us (there was a food item 3 of us wanted that wasn’t available and she suggested great alternatives that we loved). Couldn’t have been better!

Today was my second time and everything was so lovely. They welcome their customers with a big smile and treat a shot of delicious lemonade. Pasta was nice and the service was excellent. The restaurant is elegant too. Will come back again! ☺️

we always come back here! the service is excellent and the selection is good. My dad has gluten allergy and the menu for him is full of options. It it not easy to make gluten free food taste this good, but ASK Italian is amazing at it. There is nothing to complain about and we will definitely come back the next time we are in Manchester

Table booking for 2045hrs on Friday 25th October, not a walk in. Whilst the food was okay, service was very poor. Felt very rushed, when still eating our starter was asked if we were finished, and when our main came out it had clearly been stood for a while. The food was mediocre, lasagna bites were nice, albeit a bit overdone and brought out late. Waitress had no personality and when we asked for coffee and dessert, was told the coffee machine had been turned off…it was 2138hrs! Having said this, we were the only ones left in the restaurant, which is not surprising. Would have happily paid for dessert and coffee, but left without either and went elsewhere. Won’t be returning.

From the lady who greeted us at the door to the young man that served us,Corie maybe,it was excellent.As the youngest member of our party had a nut allergy,the lady and server went out of their way to explain the menu and advise,we noted that of his 12 years with a nut allergy,No restaurant had ever made him feel as comfortable.Food was So good,but service was out of this world

Fantastic experience, although there was a short wait the staff dealt with it efficiently. Orders were very quick and the food was amazing, but most of all the staff were first class. I want to mention Eyliil who was lovely and very friendly. Thank you for a great experience.

Food is fantastic, we didn't book in advance and we were still seated within 15 minutes despite it being a Saturday. Hasan, our server was excellent, knowledgeable about the menu and genuinely a nice guy. Would happily recommend a visit.

Worst experience. Paid 15.50£ and got trash for it. You guyz should heck learn how to serve Italian. Name doesn't make you Italian. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Staff is very rude. As English is not my first language. I didn’t understand her what exactly she asked. Girl got offended and said she will not serve me. Ask Italian staff disrespected their customers. They need to learn about ethics and customer service. Disgusting 🤮

The place is nice. The food is delicious and they have a flexible menu , meaning you can adjust your dish to your tase by adding or removing some ingredients. The service is excellent by the staff, they cater to your request. A special thanks to our host ((Andreea)) for her hospitality. Highly recommended!!

The food was delicious. It was cooked to perfection. Our waiter Hasan was so lovely and attentive to us, he made us comfortable and made sure we were looked after. We would come back again!

Friday night dinner with my daughter whilst exploring Manchester. Restaurant had a nice feel to it and was busy. Service was mostly good. No welcome drink given to us-everyone else had one but our unfilled glasses were removed - no idea why. Food arrived quickly and was tasty. Our empty plates were removed as I took my last mouthful. It all felt a bit rushed.

Was waiting to order then got told to move but this woman who didn't order had been say their for more than 1hr i waited. The white tall male with the slick back was the man who said.
