Great service again was really pleasant & the food came quickly & was delicious but it was Monday lunchtime & we were the only ones in the restaurant so not much atmosphere.

me and my girlfriend came here on a day out in bristol. the food was lovely and came out very quickly. our server was charlie and she made us feel very welcome and was very friendly and attentive. we asked for a takeaway box for our pizza because we were feeling really optimistic but were too full to eat it all. would recommend this restaurant, give charlie a raise.

My family live all over the UK and we get together very rarely. Charlie who I presume was the manager on that night was outstanding. Help my mum how is in her late 70s and had the right banter with the teen kids. Totally can't fault her. Food was great. I'm a hospitality manager. We all know Bella Italia is a chain but it totally didn't feel like that. Couldn't rate the team there highly enough. Lovely evening.

Fantastic evening with super awesome food. Everything was above what we were expecting. The lasagne was amazing and the staff were super friendly. Highly recommend.

would love to give 5 stars on both but unfortunately food was delivered 1.5 hours late and was cold not sure if this was a system error but it was a shame as the food still tasted amazing cold so bet it was fantastic if it was hot

Just been to Bella Italia in Bristol, Baldwin street. Here from the night from Birmingham, was greeted by Joanne.. very attentive, made us 6 gorgeous drinks (all with a smile) and gave us some good ideas on where to go and what to do next before we end up at the Jimmy Carr gig later! Very friendly. As for the food, Charlie the chef… She cooked us a BANGING pizza and a lovely carbonara! Also greeted with a great smile!! Great experience. Great staff. 100% would come again Thanks!! Really nice late lunch – calm atmosphere, quick service, and tasty food. I had the “light” pizza option, which is a smaller pizza served with a fresh side salad – just the right amount and really satisfying. My friend had pasta with tomato sauce and mozzarella and couldn’t stop raving about how good the sauce was! Our server Gabby was lovely: kind, helpful, and always there when we needed something. Everything felt easy and welcoming.

Después de haber utilizado esta cadena muchas veces antes, decidí usar el restaurante para una comida post teatro. Joanna era muy acogedor y servicial en todo momento. No podía ser culpada. Sin embargo, no podía decirse lo mismo de la comida. Las 5 libras. El pan de ajo de 99 valías estaba frío y más bien era crujiente gigante. El pollo cacciatore que mi marido eligió era de una buena porción y sabroso. No se podría decir lo mismo de mi risotto de setas. Apenas tenía el tamaño de una porción inicial. El sabor era bueno, pero la experiencia en general se estropeó por la falta de comida. Si esta hubiera sido nuestra primera experiencia de Bella Italia, probablemente sería la última. Consejo principal - no menciones que tienes una tarjeta de sabor hasta el final de tu comida!

Small restaurant on Baldwin Street, can't fault the service but the food was lacking in quality.

Very busy on a Saturday had to take a table in the walkway . Although there were loads of empty tables. Told they were all booked. But still empty after we left.

Pizzas were very poor quality for an Italian restaurant. We were extremely disappointed with the food so did not stay for pudding and coffee.

We were served by Ziko - who was great! We’re we’re eating before going to the Bristol Hippodrome and the restaurant was reasonably priced and very close-by.

Ziko was such a great and attentive waiter! I'm vegan and he made sure all my dietary needs were catered to. Give this man a raise 🙏🏼
