Oh hot damn!l! What a great pizza. I've finally found good vegan cheese on a pizza!!! And everything else about it was top notch too. After sooooo many disappointing pizzas, being lactose intolerant, it's so good to know I can get a good one any time I want now. Thank you. P.s. sorry about the photo, but it's the first time I've finished a vegan cheese pizza.

We have been in the past to another Franco Mancas so know what to expect. Each time a reduction in quality. This visit was very disappointing. Poor service to start with. Then the pizza noting this is a pizza joint. Scarce toppings ( two basil leaves, four capers) , undercooked and under whelming. The simple side salad had mushy cucumbers and two cherry toms. With the poor service couldn’t be bothered to complain. They even charged a tip on the bill with no option to take off. Used to be a great pizza business but like other start ups get greedy, expand forget your principals, sell your soul and crash like so many other trail blazers in the sector. Sad.

I ate a gluten free pizza, but for sure it was a pre made dough,so I don't recommend if you search an Italian gluten free pizza.Good service and good wines.

Delivered pizza had large part that had no toppings on it. Where there was topping it was sparse and tasteless. On the garlic bread/pizza there was no sign of mozzarella and very little garlic taste. I would advise avoiding this pizzeria.

The restaurant was busy but still I've got my Pizza in less than 15min, tasty and the wine was great too. I definitely will come back.

Arrived at 7pm. Was told there was a 30-minute wait by the girl (with the piercing on the top part of her nose). In the meantime, she let two parties through before us. A party of 4 and a party of 3. She asked both if they had a booking. Both said no. I asked why she sat the other parties through before us, and the response we received was, "Don't worry, I'll take your order first." So I asked again if there was a reason why the other parties were seated. No answer. We decided to walk out and go elsewhere. As we left, we were told sarcastically by the same girl, "Thank you." Unsure if this was a racist or prejudice issue. We were the only people of color at time. We should have asked to speak with a manager.

Watch out for the Optional 10% surcharge! Pizza ok but not as good as we get back home.

Sorry but pizza is just not delicious… it is boring and has almost no taste and wasn’t ready. Won’t come again after this was already my second experience like this after once in London…

Lovely meal at this Franco Manca in Bristol. All of the staff were friendly and the pizza's were soo good! There is a 10% service charge applied to your Bill, but the service was okay on this occasion so we did leave it on.

Best pizza in Bristol. Staff are friendly and helpful. Busy joint, loud music, good atmosphere (Saturday evening). Catered for allergies. Ingredients are good quality, we had smoked beef/ rocket pizza and a special chicken pizza, both were seriously delicious. Starters were also good.

A restaurant that serves delicious Neapolitan Italian-style pizza at relatively good prices. The staff is good and the service is fast. Clean restrooms. The restaurant has a family atmosphere and is suitable for all family members.

A nice and rustic place where you can have a delightful pizza. They make pizza on a sourdough bread so the bread is not too heavy thus, you can eat more. If you want a change from the major chains like Dominoes, Pizza Hut and Papa John's, I highly recommend this brilliant place.

This is the spot for casual lunch meetings for me. Staff are always a vibe and sourdough pizza that's halal isn't always easy to come by. There's a dude here with long hair who makes the lemonade, BANGING EVERYTIME. I recommend the number 7 (minus the salami, but get the chicken). Chilli oil is 👌🏽 Bonus point: for a place in town, the toilets are super clean. Ratings! 💪🏽

We had a lovely seat by the window, I had the veggie special and my partner had the no. 10. The pizzas are cooked in a proper pizza oven on a sourdough base. Great food, would recommend!

Pizza was so yummy and with the garlic dip I could taste garlic for ages afterwards. Yummy!!

Everything about this restaurant is great, the waiters are friendly and the pizza is nice! The toilets are clean and nice too which is a huge bonus.

We had a lovely relaxed evening, with negronis, burrata, salad and pizzas all at the usual standard. Our server Bene, overheard us asking about spicy toppings and immediately came back with a pot of the spicy chilli dip and some of the smoked beef. Excellent service!

Franco Manca’a pizza is always worth trying and Bristol is no different! You can see them being created right in front you and you certainly won’t have to wait too long for it to arrive. We were served by Natalia who was extremely polite and friendly. She kept popping by to make sure we had everything we needed without us feeling rushed. The restaurant is bright and well spaced out. If you like pizza, definitely check out Franco Manca!

Awful cold and cardboard tasting pizza. Hardly any toppings, even though I ordered extra mozzarella. Very expensive too.

We had a great time here after the Bristol half marathon. They were serving free pizzas for runners with a valid 2024 medal. My partner got his pizza for free and both of our pizzas were lovely. We waited around ten minutes for a table which was great considering how busy the city was after the marathon. We were served by Fern and she was very nice. I would definitely recommend this place. ☺️

I had a Margherita pizza, an aubergine parmigiana, and a tiramisu, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was excellent, thanks to Taylor the service was fast and kind too. I also recommend it for the price.

The best pizza in Bristol. I spent over 6 months working away from home down Bristol and enjoyed a Franco Manca pizza most weeks. The pizzas were consistently good, the staff professional and friendly and the atmosphere always pleasant. Would highly recommend the place and will be looking forward to visiting again when I'm back.

I went to Franco Manca for a quick pizza before closing time. Great dough and tiramisù. I had pizza N.10, they have been really generous with burrata. The service was excellent, really friendly.
