Thursday night treat with my daughters. I have coeliac disease but can eat safely here with no problems after! The base is delicious and I wouldn't know that i was eating gf. I always have the Margherita which was juicy and tasty washed down with a medium glass of white. My daughters had veggie pizza and Franco pork special and loved them too. I felt awful because I wanted to pay the waitress extra tip besides the service charge but you can no longer do this on card. Try to remember cash for tips

Lovely place in the city centre where you can enjoy posh real pizza, in a relaxed, comfortable restaurant, served by great staff. If you're looking for something different, this is the place to try.

Free post half-marathon pizza. Amazingly fast service and even refused to take a tip. Would dock a tiny bit for the fact that the Napoli only had 3 anchovies on it, but beggars can’t be choosers!

Decent pizza, however, better pizzas available in Bristol City Centre. I wish they would serve wine in a wine glass, however that’s a minor issue. Finally, I was charged incorrectly for 3 bottles of wine instead of 2. No apology offered, just a correction. Bit of a spoiler on the whole evening.

The Amatriciana pizza is one of the best we have ever eaten. There are good small salads. The place is very nice and large, salads in the center of Bristol. The price is also great. Highly recommended.

This was nice Weekday early eve. Dinner with family. Kids had a choc pizza thing for pudding. My food was lovely. Nice coffee.

Food quality has declined in recent years. Our sever was ‘meh’ but was likely overworked. Not great value for money. Would encourage you to support a different, perhaps more local business.

Went in on a whim as I saw the lunchtime deal. Was expecting a ok ISH small pizza, ( think the deal was £12 or £14 ish for a pizza and soft drinks) but the pizza was MASSIVE and absolutely delicious!!! I highly recommend this place. Pizza cooked fresh in less than 10 mins from ordering. Staff were friendly and the Smoked Almonds were incredible...... Thank you and I will be returning again this week 😅

I came here for a girls night out last saturday. I was greeted with amazing service from Aaliyah, she made my whole party feel so comfortable. Pizza 8 was beautiful! Will definitely return.

Came recently for a quick pizza before a theatre night out. Service was quick and friendly. Food was amazing. My husband loves their gluten free pizzas - this is now his go to choice for a quickish meal in Bristol!

Visiting Bristol for the first time, was recommended to come here my a friend and we were DELIGHTED that we listened. Our waitress Naomi was fantastic, we had a massive order of seven pizzas between us with each one having a special addition or switch recommended by Naomi. The food was spectacular, however the service was definitely the highlight; wicked quick, accurate, and extremely pleasant - overall excellent experience would return any day.

Absolutely loved it. As usual fantastic food, friendly atmosphere and amazing service. You can't go wrong with Franco Manco as it is always a wonderful idea!

The lady at the front was amazing and so on it! Unfortunately the rest of her team let her down. The restaurant was rammed and there was a queue of us waiting to be seated due to the theatre and comicon. One of the servers looked utterly lost and cleared tables at an impressively slow rate. There was a man in a green jumper sorting out bills to make tables available sat down with two tables to chat and make conversation with them which slowed everyone down significantly, despite the very obvious wait. The food was actually really good and the pizza choices were inventive and delicious. It was well priced. So I’d definitely go again but the man in the green jumper definitely needed some additional training on how he managed a busy service.

I love the food here, honestly nothing to complain about. I would pick your night to go though as one night we went and it was swamped by gen z students all staring at their phones. I'm part of that generation and really don't understand it.

Good service, the restaurant was busy and we had no reservation, however we only waited 5 minutes for a table. For quality price might be the best pizza in Bristol. The pizza arrived quickly and it was really good. The waitress was friendly, polite and efficient. I will definitely go back.

Came by for a meal last night with a friend and really enjoyed everything. It was super busy so we were lucky to get a table and once we were seated our servers Taylor and Dzanet were incredible. I got the vegan special and my friend got the meat feast. Both were great.

Taylor was absolutely lovely, we had an excellent dinner and the food was very yummy!! yay! such a fun date night, we had an argument beforehand, and the food just changed our moods for the better; and potentially saved our two year marriage. thanks franco manca !!!

All food was delicious, staff very accommodating and patient during a very busy shift (especially Naomi who was very helpful assisting us with app/ menu choices).

The pizza was very delicious as each menu had a completely different taste. There were 6 of us and we ordered 4 pizzas, which was enough to fill us up, and the price was 12 to 14 pounds per pizza. However, you have to make a reservation to eat there, so I had to go last night and then go back. I think I will come again because the pizza tastes great.

This pizza is perfect for Koreans as well! Even though I like to eat two slices of pizza because I'm too hungry, I ended up eating four slices because the dough was thin enough! And surprisingly, the pepperoni pizza was delicious haha.

All good, we went to make the most of the £5 pizza January deal. Went in a group of 18 which was about 4 people more than our booking, they kindly added another table on for us. Pizza is very fresh and tasty and servers were helpful. It would be even better if there was balsamic oil on the tables in addition to garlic and chili oil but those were tasty!

omg tom was amazing so, so funny and helpful, gave us a free tiramisu for all the troubles we had on the app, such a good experience and a great vibe would definitely come back again for tom and the pizza more importantly

Fast, efficient service with a smile for 2 adults and 4 kids. Reasonable pricing and the pizzas were excellent quality. Not too busy/loud either for lunch which was nice.

Very good service and nice place. Unfortunately the pizzas were not enough cooked. I have noticed it to them and they have kindly re made an extra pizza for me. Slightly better, but I think the standard is a very poor cooked pizza. You can rarely have a pizza like this in Italy. My suggestion is just enhance cooking.

I had a fantastic experience at Franco Manca! I ordered Pizza 10, which was absolutely delicious – perfectly baked with fresh, flavourful ingredients. The highlight of the visit, though, was the amazing service from Mzaher. She was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely hilarious – she had us laughing throughout the meal. Her positive energy made the whole dining experience even better. Thank you, Mzaher, for such a memorable evening! Highly recommend this place for great food and even better service

Used this place for the first time today. NOT DISAPPOINTED! On entering we were shown to a nice table, were given a bottle of water and menus were already on the table. The menu was very good for choice, catering for vegetarian and vegan tastes. We ordered and we waited around 20 minutes before it came, ample portions and hot. Exceptional quality dough, and good textures. My daughter and I will definitely be visiting again. Recommended!

Went to franco manca on a busy Saturday night, we hadn’t booked and so had to come back 20 mins later than when we initially tried to, but they sent us a text when a table was available which was great. We ordered a pizza between us and a side of garlic bread which was more than enough for 2 and was brilliant quality and even fast service despite it being busy. Our waitress was very helpful and attentive too, will definitely be going back here.

We called in on our way to a gig, so quite early, and was offered a table directly. Having ordered only one pizza arrived, when questioned, we were advised that one was burnt by the chef and he was remaking it. We started to share the one on the table but by this time it was cold! We didn't want to make too much of a fuss, but as a result, they promptly remade both, and the manager apologised and took them both off the bill. This could have been a disaster, but the way she pulled it back was very much appreciated. Great service, good food, we will definitely return, thank you.
