Went in on a whim as I saw the lunchtime deal. Was expecting a ok ISH small pizza, ( think the deal was £12 or £14 ish for a pizza and soft drinks) but the pizza was MASSIVE and absolutely delicious!!! I highly recommend this place. Pizza cooked fresh in less than 10 mins from ordering. Staff were friendly and the Smoked Almonds were incredible...... Thank you and I will be returning again this week 😅

I came here for a girls night out last saturday. I was greeted with amazing service from Aaliyah, she made my whole party feel so comfortable. Pizza 8 was beautiful! Will definitely return.

Visiting Bristol for the first time, was recommended to come here my a friend and we were DELIGHTED that we listened. Our waitress Naomi was fantastic, we had a massive order of seven pizzas between us with each one having a special addition or switch recommended by Naomi. The food was spectacular, however the service was definitely the highlight; wicked quick, accurate, and extremely pleasant - overall excellent experience would return any day.

Came recently for a quick pizza before a theatre night out. Service was quick and friendly. Food was amazing. My husband loves their gluten free pizzas - this is now his go to choice for a quickish meal in Bristol!

Absolutely loved it. As usual fantastic food, friendly atmosphere and amazing service. You can't go wrong with Franco Manco as it is always a wonderful idea!

The lady at the front was amazing and so on it! Unfortunately the rest of her team let her down. The restaurant was rammed and there was a queue of us waiting to be seated due to the theatre and comicon. One of the servers looked utterly lost and cleared tables at an impressively slow rate. There was a man in a green jumper sorting out bills to make tables available sat down with two tables to chat and make conversation with them which slowed everyone down significantly, despite the very obvious wait. The food was actually really good and the pizza choices were inventive and delicious. It was well priced. So I’d definitely go again but the man in the green jumper definitely needed some additional training on how he managed a busy service.

Ordered pizzas and they arrived 10 minutes later. Amazing food and great homemade tiramisu - light and sweet. Good and friendly atmosphere as well.

Ok, pizza nice but quite heavy dough base. Service good. Prices no longer cheap like they used to be. Seating quite cramped too. Overall okay

Wonderful sourdough pizzas and salads. Very friendly staff and quick service. Even though they were busy they managed to fit us in. I’m would recommend.

I love the food here, honestly nothing to complain about. I would pick your night to go though as one night we went and it was swamped by gen z students all staring at their phones. I'm part of that generation and really don't understand it.

Good service, the restaurant was busy and we had no reservation, however we only waited 5 minutes for a table. For quality price might be the best pizza in Bristol. The pizza arrived quickly and it was really good. The waitress was friendly, polite and efficient. I will definitely go back.

Came by for a meal last night with a friend and really enjoyed everything. It was super busy so we were lucky to get a table and once we were seated our servers Taylor and Dzanet were incredible. I got the vegan special and my friend got the meat feast. Both were great.

All good, we went to make the most of the £5 pizza January deal. Went in a group of 18 which was about 4 people more than our booking, they kindly added another table on for us. Pizza is very fresh and tasty and servers were helpful. It would be even better if there was balsamic oil on the tables in addition to garlic and chili oil but those were tasty!

This pizza is perfect for Koreans as well! Even though I like to eat two slices of pizza because I'm too hungry, I ended up eating four slices because the dough was thin enough! And surprisingly, the pepperoni pizza was delicious haha.

The pizza was very delicious as each menu had a completely different taste. There were 6 of us and we ordered 4 pizzas, which was enough to fill us up, and the price was 12 to 14 pounds per pizza. However, you have to make a reservation to eat there, so I had to go last night and then go back. I think I will come again because the pizza tastes great.

Fast, efficient service with a smile for 2 adults and 4 kids. Reasonable pricing and the pizzas were excellent quality. Not too busy/loud either for lunch which was nice.

Very good service and nice place. Unfortunately the pizzas were not enough cooked. I have noticed it to them and they have kindly re made an extra pizza for me. Slightly better, but I think the standard is a very poor cooked pizza. You can rarely have a pizza like this in Italy. My suggestion is just enhance cooking.

I had a fantastic experience at Franco Manca! I ordered Pizza 10, which was absolutely delicious – perfectly baked with fresh, flavourful ingredients. The highlight of the visit, though, was the amazing service from Mzaher. She was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely hilarious – she had us laughing throughout the meal. Her positive energy made the whole dining experience even better. Thank you, Mzaher, for such a memorable evening! Highly recommend this place for great food and even better service

Used this place for the first time today. NOT DISAPPOINTED! On entering we were shown to a nice table, were given a bottle of water and menus were already on the table. The menu was very good for choice, catering for vegetarian and vegan tastes. We ordered and we waited around 20 minutes before it came, ample portions and hot. Exceptional quality dough, and good textures. My daughter and I will definitely be visiting again. Recommended!

Went to franco manca on a busy Saturday night, we hadn’t booked and so had to come back 20 mins later than when we initially tried to, but they sent us a text when a table was available which was great. We ordered a pizza between us and a side of garlic bread which was more than enough for 2 and was brilliant quality and even fast service despite it being busy. Our waitress was very helpful and attentive too, will definitely be going back here.

We called in on our way to a gig, so quite early, and was offered a table directly. Having ordered only one pizza arrived, when questioned, we were advised that one was burnt by the chef and he was remaking it. We started to share the one on the table but by this time it was cold! We didn't want to make too much of a fuss, but as a result, they promptly remade both, and the manager apologised and took them both off the bill. This could have been a disaster, but the way she pulled it back was very much appreciated. Great service, good food, we will definitely return, thank you.

Speedy service, good pizza,reasonably priced. Dropped a star mostly due to lack of any more than ‘average’ level of interest from staff. Service charge will be taken unless you state otherwise. Pleasant surroundings although fairly basic. Tables for 2 people are very small so pretty tight to get plates, bottles and drinks to all fit on. It was fairly quiet when we arrived but almost full by the time we left at 7 p.m. so it is clearly popular. Several very large orders going out ( 10+ pizza boxes) so I assume also popular with parties, work functions etc. On the whole, food was good, nice fresh pizza and platter. I would recommend it to friends .

Fern as her colleagues are all amazing friendly people. The service is quick. I like the quality of the food and the ethics of the brand (or no brand), qll for a fair price. The local is kind of noisy at peak time but still worth it, and gloriously intimate and romantic at other times.

Food wasn’t pricy and pizzas tasted standard. A bit soggy dough in the middle for pizza 3. Pizza 2 has a bit of dry and hard edges. The sourdoughs could be better. Creamy tiramisu in a generous portion. Not too sweet but a bit light for wine and coffee as well. Very friendly and quick service. A nice cozy place to be as well.

Very busy, definitely book a table. Beware of the spice, I can't do really hot curry so I ordered a butter chicken whspicis normally safe and mild but was very hot

Lovely food, I had the number 8 which had pork cheek (really just great bacon), and it was incredibly delicious, one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Service was friendly and quick. Only downside is that they don't sell/had run out of rum!

The staff were immediately welcoming & friendly when we entered. Although it was busy, we were shown to our table very quickly. Itseems that booking a table is a good idea at busy times of the day. The waiting staff asked about allergies without being prompted & were very helpful. When the food came, it was obviously freshly prepared & cooked. It looked & tasted delicious. The pricing was very good & the drink selection was excellent. Entry for a disabled person was complicated. I did not see an easy access for a wheelchair on entry, but it looked like they have an accessible side entry.

Homemade Lemonade is good to try. Service is very quick. I liked the ambience.

FRANCO MANCA, CLARE STREET, BRISTOL The best thing about this place was the atmosphere; it was Friday evening and absolutely buzzing!! The service was fast, friendly and efficient - faultless! The food was really tasty and clean. The menu was lovely, just (in my opinion) slightly restricted in terms of selection of pizzas and overall variety of dishes, but this undoubtedly ensures the fast service. I'd definitely go back again. Highly recommended.

late sunday afternoon and hardly anyone there we were seated by a young lady who was totally disinterested in her job to the point of being rude other waitress took the order, unfortunately she was little better the food arrived almost instantly! dreadful pizzas, chewy with hardly any toppings, just a few bits of ham and tomato thrown in the middle. paid the bill (less the full added service charge) no acknowledgement from anyone. dreadful from start to finish with poor quality food
