Team are brilliant - we are always made to feel welcome by the manager, the wider team - who have been consistently here for a few years. Whilst we like eating the great food - it’s the Jorel that keeps us coming back! He is a super star!

Great food in warm comfortable environment with attentive service

Me and mum visited this evening and we had a really lovely dinner and the atmosphere was very cosy! Also we had a very attentive and friendly waiter named Bruce who did an exceptional job! Very happy with the service from Bruce!

Had a lovely meal, served with a smile and really lovely staff, very quick service too. Music level is at just the right level for a buzzing atmosphere!

We popped in without booking and were met by Jorel at the door. He engaged immediately with our children and had us all laughing. The restaurant was so busy but Jorel kept up great spirits and great service. I could hear him chatting and being friendly to other tables. He made our night a fun event! Thanks Jorel! Oh, also the food was hot, fresh and tasty!

Best service ever! Visited Sat 2nd Nov 2024 at lunchtime. Been to many Zizzi’s as we love the food and as always, the food was amazing. But what made this Zizzi stand out for us was the amazing service from the staff. I wish I knew the name of our waiter as I would mention it, because he was so good. The place was full of families with young children, including us, we have a 4-year-old, and he was so good with all the children. Was always coming past checking if we needed anything, happy to answer questions, remembered what everyone on our tabled ordered so when the food came out, he knew who was having what and not asking who ordered what. Because of the amazing service from the staff, we would definitely return to this Zizzi’s. I had a kids eat free QR code and when he tried to scan it, for some reasons it didn’t work but the waiter said not to worry it must be an issue at their end and said he would take off the price of our daughters 3 course lunch £8.50. The food came out in good time, was piping hot, fresh and delicious, we have some Chicken dish, fish and Pizzas of course. The deserts were also really tasty. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you for such a great service and I hope someone from Zizzi’s reads this and passes our thanks on to the hardworking team at this branch.

Great meal at zizzi’s the night before my wedding, with my friends and family. Staff really helpful and friendly, food was lovely! A good Gluten free menu. Really nice touch was a free bottle of Prosecco, when leaving. Thank you for making it such a lovely relaxing evening.

Just had a fab meal at Zizzi in Marlow. Lisa who looked after us, took my dairy and gluten allergy seriously and gave me the allergen menu but she also seemed very clued up on what we could or couldn’t have. The pizza was fantastic, would highly recommend it as normally gluten free pizzas are awful. We have been served by Lisa before and she’s such an asset to the restaurant. She’s friendly, professional and just seems to have everything under control.

As always excellent service from Jonel, he’s always friendly, fantastic with my kids and we always look forward to coming back to zizzi Marlow.

We met up with friends in Marlow although non of us live near! The food as always was excellent and Dani was also excellent such a lovely lady. The ladies toilet, one cubicle was not what we’d expect ie not clean and there didn’t appear to be a seat! But the rest of the area was fine.

Had lunch with colleagues at Marlow, we enjoyed food and Service provided by Dani, Thank you.

What an underwhelming experience. Food is not cheap, quality is average (below when compared to any real Italian restaurant). Service was awful - failed to bring starter, long wait for entre, no meaningful apology for that, no effort to compensate for this error. First visit, will be last. Mentioning the experience to local friends they didn't seem surprised.

For years we have been coming to the Zizzi in Marlow and Jorel never disappoints, he always makes the night with his excellent service and brilliant fun self! We always have a laugh with him and he’s a true hard worker (he’s always working!) keep smiling and being your amazing self Jorel!! :)

Ordered two risotto, salmon and a mushroom. Unfortunately the salmon was over done and the risotto was like under cooked tastic. No flavour. Very disappointed

I recently visited the Marlow branch of Zizi, where Jorel, our waiter, truly made the experience exceptional. As a regular at Zizi, I’m familiar with their great food, but Jorel went above and beyond, making our visit to this particular location stand out. His attentive and friendly approach really enhanced our time, making it a memorable meal. Highly recommend dining here and asking for Jorel!

I ordered a margherita pizza, a burrato salad, and a cola from them. The pizza is very delicious in all honesty. The salad is not bitter, I liked it, but it might suit someone else. It consists of cherry tomatoes, burrato cheese, and pomegranate molasses only. The only drawback of the place is that the service was slow, the restaurant was crowded, and the staff were few. However, the waitress was very nice and keen to please the visitors.

On a positive note, the menu offered a variety of options, and the dishes we ordered were well-prepared, though nothing particularly memorable. If the service had been more attentive, the experience would have been much more enjoyable.

When entering Zizzi’s we were greeted and welcomed into the warming atmosphere. Throughout the night we were kindly assisted by Sebastian who was kind, funny and able to run us through the menu. Overall an enjoyable night out! Will be returning!

The staff make this Zizzi such a great place to visit. They are quite simply wonderful. They work really well as a team. We come every Monday between engagements and there is nowhere else we would rather be. Lisa, Stephen, Ben and Olivia are a joy and a real asset for Zizzi.

I am a frequent visitor to Zizzi Marlow and have always found the food to be excellent and the service very friendly. A special mention for Olivia who has been exceptionally friendly and helpful
