Zizzi - Marlow in Wycombe

Sadly my Calzone con picantti was not very spicy. Service was sporadic. It's sad because we've had good meals there previously but I will not be rushing back. I didn't bother complaining as my pizza went cold very quickly and I needed to eat.

Great service, great food and a nice atmosphere. I have a challenging diet but Lisa was amazing in handling my requirements.

Another great visit to Zizi, Marlow. Lisa made us feel very welcome, she was friendly & helpful. As always, the food was delicious. I always try one of the specials, today a main & a desert. The beef & chianti ragu was cooked to perfection - al denté pasta with a succulent beef ragu - & the Black Forest Fondant is my new favourite desert! Thanks to all the team. Already looking forward to our next visit!

The service was decent, but the food was mediocre. I ordered the carbonara, and it was overly oily with almost no hint of the creamy texture you’d expect. It seemed like they forgot the eggs entirely.

We go regularly to Zizzi Marlow and the staff and food are always great. Additionally, today Seb did a magic trick for us which the kids loved (and us:)

We love the consistency of the food and service at Zizzi. It’s easy to find/book a table and the service is quick - appreciated when dining with hungry kids! A special shout out to Jorel at the Marlow restaurant who is charming, friendly and helpful - we always ask to be seated in his section :-)

Highly recommend this Zizzis. Excellent attention to detail. From the moment we arrived and until we left, Jorel and the whole team went over and above from helping with food selection, embracing the craziness of bringing children into the restaurant and even first aid when one of our party hurt their lip. It was a fantastic evening and honestly blown away with the customer service. Well done Marlow Zizzis!

Hi, me and my husband came for some site seeings and shopping in Marlow and decided to have rather late lunch, firstly there was no one in the restaurant for around 10 minutes so we sat ourselves which was no problem but then the server, Danni if I remember correctly, she very rudely asked us to move even though there wasn’t anyone in the restaurant to a smaller dirtier table, So already the start wasn’t a great start. We ordered our food and drinks no problem but then she disappeared, the drinks weren’t given to us by her for another 5 minutes and the food was waiting on the side for a few minutes more and our pasta, which was delicious, was already cold. We would have asked her to warm it up when we noticed but she had disappeared AGAIN and we didn’t see her for at least 20minutes, we asked the kitchen if there was any waiters as we needed some more drinks and he went to find someone but no one came. When she finally come back we weren’t happy, we mentioned that she was rude and the food was cold however she shrugged it off and didn’t offer us anything thing as a gesture. We got the check, paid and she rudely dropped our change going all over the table and swiftly disappeared again. Honestly this had ruined our lovely day in Marlow because of her unprofessional attitude and we won’t be coming here again.

Fantastic family meal - served to us by superstar waiter Sebastian. Drinks and food arrived quickly and was delicious. We had not visited our local Zizzi in a while, and we are so pleased we did. We were out to celebrate a birthday and our meal was made even more special by magician Sebastian and his card trickery!! We will return soon, great meal. Thank you !

Lovely lunch with friends, served by Lisa who was very friendly and helpful

This was my first time at this Zizzi’s and unfortunately it’s not somewhere I will be returning to. We had a big party of 13 and three of us ordered the new Mushroom and Truffle with a burrata on top (Which is my dream favourite dish as an Italian). When the dishes arrived two of the three dishes arrived with clotted cream instead of burrata, trying to pass it off as an expensive burrata. The third dish (my dish) came with half a burrata that was old and dried out like a mozzarella ball and when eating it I struggled to find any trace of truffle. I was starving hungry and ate the dish anyway thinking that that’s how they do it here. When the new dishes came after complaining about the burrata I tasted some and realised the difference between how the dish was meant to be and what mine was actually like. I ended up with a simple mushroom pasta which is a basic dish and paid almost £20. Very very disappointed and will urge people to either go somewhere else or make double sure you know what you’re supposed to be getting. Felt scammed and the fact that we had to complain multiple times to get what we should’ve ruined the meal. The taste was very nice once it came but the night was already ruined.

Have enjoyed many excellent dinners here with my family. Food arrives in record time and there is no compromise in flavour; exceptionally polite and friendly service, Especially from Bruce. Looking forward to being back next time I’m in Marlow. Many thanks to the whole Zizzi team!

Oh my from the moment myself and two friends walked in,we were greeted by a a friendly young man who took us to our table.We were served by the lovely young girl called Emily. Emily was super polite,professional and made sure everything was ok at our table and asked if anyone had any allergies and of course that was myself Yasmine. She made sure everything I was going to have had no fish or eggs in. I can go on but overall outstanding customer service thank you so much Emily for your excellent communication skills for a young person.Food ,drinks and dessert were absolutely delicious.Have an amazing Christmas and a happy new year 🙏🏾

Lovely evening. Great food, Great service Jorel, our waiter was brilliant - friendly, helpful and looked after us well. Christmas set menu is great value and loads of choice. Situated on Marlow High Street, some limited parking on the street but there are some car parks in easy walking distance.

Fantastic dining experience, lovely staff, delicious food and great atmosphere. In fact Lisa went above and beyond, I’d highly recommend a visit to Zizzi’s in Marlow.

We booked zizzi Marlow for our work Christmas party, there were 15 of us dining. Sadly, we were very disappointed by the poor customer service. The manager had a very rude attitude & seemed desperate to get rid of us! Would not return.

We were blown away by the Service from Lisa at the Marlow branch of Zizzi. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left she couldn’t have done enough for us. She made our table feel so lovely and festive & the kids just loved it! We will absolutely be back. Thanks you Lisa!! 😁😁

we booked it according to the reviews. The four of us were greeted by a big smile from Danni and the decoration and seating were nice . We ordered 2 brisket meat stufato and it has almost no meat at all , just potatoes . We asked Danni , she said should be the opposite . When half get what they wanted it s spoiling the purpose of having a nice evening out when on holiday . Danni voluntarily charged only one plate (we did not ask for that) and was very apologetic.

Bruce served us and made us feel very welcome. He provided polite and efficient service, was knowledgeable and friendly. We would not hesitate to return.

Jorel made my experience at zizi so lovely, compared to Wycombe zizi this was by far much better, jorels service was 10/10 with the little added candles and birthday song was so sweet and made my night so special. Wow I think this is the best Zizzi in the UK. We was looked after by Jorel definitely want to come back again soon. We were looked after so well excellent service it felt like being at home. Lovely food and wine.

Excellent service, offered with great humour. Atmosphere spoilt by a cold wind whenever the front door opened that's out of staff's control. For diners, be careful where sit.
