Food was good. Service was average Welcome was appalling Unfortunately when we arrived the waitress who ‘greeted’ us was extremely rude. I made the mistake of asking for a table in the window which appeared to annoy her as she looked at me with a look of utter contempt for a few seconds and asked for a minute as she needed to get the QR number. I actually felt so taken aback that I apologised to her Anyway thankfully the meal was fine and the other waiting staff were all friendly and pleasant.

Fantastic for families with allergies! We regularly choose to eat at zizzis high Wycombe for a number of reasons. The staff there are fantastic at dealing with our girls allergies and making us feel that we are welcome and not a hassle, which isn’t something we always experience at other restaurants. They are attentive, thorough and make the experience genuinely positive. Whilst I can’t recall the female managers name, she in particular are deserving of our recognition as even when taking a new colleague through the allergy process, was patient and engaging not just with our two busy daughters, but also with the colleague she was training. My only gripe and it isn’t with the staff at all is that Zizzis as a whole is cashless. But don’t let that stop you choosing Zizzi high Wycombe!

We had the 3 course deal and everything was absolutely amazing. The food was among the best Italian we've had, the service was great, prices were fair and the restaurant was set up fantastically.

Friendly staff , good with children

We came for my daughter who had got her GCSE results. Even though they were busy, the staff made her feel special, sharing details of their own experience on this day. Super great service which left us feeling delighted.

Did enjoy it here, really nice slow cooked Beef Brisket and Chianti Ragu, with a crispy sage topping. My only complaint would be that the pasta itself was slightly overdone. The cheese and pesto infused dough ball was a lovely special side dish. Always a nice venue, waiter was great. 😁👌

Saturday night, pretty busy. Was greeted, seated and served by Maisie within a few minutes. Food was tasty and the service was great!

Sad poor food Would not recommend and definitely not return. Salmon was overcooked so it was dry with no seasoning the salad consisted of green leaves and tomatoes.I did complain and mention food quality in other Zizzis was far better and was told they followed the safety guidelines. That being said the staff were very kind and pleasant. My wife left her bag and we returned later to pick it up. Sincere thanks for their honesty and kindness 😇👍🙏🙏🙏

Food & drinks were lovely, we love the set menus at Zizzi’s they are the reason we always come back. Abi who was our server was amazing! She is brand new to Zizzi’s and she couldn’t have been accommodating for us! She was so down to earth, we had a lovely chat about her travelling stories and she looked after us the whole evening. This review is just after holding my son’s 9th birthday here. The service was absolutely amazing. We were kept very much looked after throughout, the team were very friendly. The food was awesome, and kept the 12 kids at the party happy. Booking was kept simple, and they were able to accommodate flexibility as numbers fluctuated prior to the actual event. We really cannot be happier and cannot thank the team enough for hosting an excellent party.

Lovely mid week treat dinner with my wife. Buzzing atmosphere and great service. Particularly enjoyed the picante harissa prawn skewer over pasta - very inventive.
