Zizzi - High Wycombe in Wycombe

Overall 5 out of 5 however some issues. Arrived at about 12.30 the service was terribly slow and when our main course arrived it was cold. The manager did an excellent job at putting the situation right. Our main courses were re cooked and once they arrived they were lovely. The manager offered us desert on the house and when our bill came she confirmed that the whole meal would be on the house also. Whilst the experience started off bad the manager did an amazing job at putting it right. We will return!

Amy served us this time as she has done on prior occasions and she was awesome throughout. She let me daughter select the items to order off her ordering device and provided extra snacks to keep her happy and busy. Always a friendly face and attentive server, I can't speak highly enough of her service. We'll definitely return for the service and the food.

Always great, love going with my family or friends. They have amazing food and specials and love the mock tails and desserts.

Ordered through Deliveroo, they said that’s the recipe and not able to get a refund. I mean really? That how a pizza should look?

Food was delicious and catered very well for the children at the table, the waitress (Amy) was attentive but not over the top. Great service.

Amy was such a delight to be swrved by. Very kind and considerate, allowing us plenty of time to decide what we should order. Micheal was also superb with his service always popping round to make sure we was enjoying our food and helping my other half in cutting up her pizza with a smile and a good bit of chitchat. Will be coming again thank you for a lovely meal

the food is amazing! not too oily or any overpowering flavours. the staff here are lovely every time i come here and very accommodating. the atmosphere is very chilled and never too busy and overwhelming. very clean too never any mess here.

We come to Zizzi (High Wycombe) regularly and every time we are welcomed quickly, served in good time and everyone is very polite. The food is always cooked to a high standard and they are SO good with allergens. The service is so personable and we just love going there with the family. They are also fab with children making them just as welcome. A special thank you to Amy (the lady I believe in charge at HW) as she’s always so friendly and remembers our order each time we come! Such a nice touch to our meal. There’s also a gentleman who is always in there who may be part of management as well but not sure of his name! Thanks guys, we love visiting because of you!

Great night with 2 friends, greeted at the door promptly, shown to our table, drinks order and nibbles arrived straight away, same with mains pizza, delicious. Cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make it a must-visit for pizza lovers! Highly recommend! Big thank you to Kasia for looking after our table!

Pleasant people, lovely atmosphere. I was dining at the restaurant with my friends, we all were happy about the service, people in the restaurant. Our waitress was called Kasia she’s most cheerful person I’ve seen. Amazing experience. We will be back definitely !!!

The food was nice, although a bit overpriced. £45 for lunch with two mains, two coffees and two lime and sodas. Service was good.

My son has allergies and this is without doubt the best restaurant we have visited regarding the care and attention to allergies. The female manager here is exceptional and a great asset to the restaurant. Highly recommended

I have been back to this Zizzi restaraunt on numerous occasions and have always had exceptional service by the Manager Amy and her team of staff. I would like to thank Amy especially as she has been in attendance of our family celebrations. She is a credit to your company.

Incredible food, staff are really kind and helpful. We went on a Sunday and the atmosphere was still very good! Definitely recommended!

We arrived for an unplanned lunch and we're seated straight away despite the restaurant being busy. We ordered our food and drinks and had a wonderful time chatting while we waited. Food arrived promptly and was absolutely delicious. Tomatoes on salmon salad were divine and we couldn't resist a dessert which was absolutely scrumptious. Staff were very attentive and friendly and made the experience extra special. Thank you!

The staff are the best and no what I have and help me to find all the things l like and all round the place is so clean and the take out is as good as being in ZIzzi itsel the newdish is well good👍 have just had the six layer lasagne and it was 10 out of 10 and more thank the great👍staff who are great at the job in ✋️🤚🙋‍♂️

Starters awesome. Main courses mostly misses. Desserts awesome. Service is also great but leaving after eating can take a lot of time when peak time starts.

Sticky pig pizza was good apart from the very chewy crackling on top. The pasta was good and the fresh mozzarella seemed high quality. Service was not so great as we ordered burrata on the pasta but were only told they had run out after the food had already come. If we’d known this before we could have picked something else. We were also given the bill before our food had even come which was weird. All in all the food is good and menu choice is exceptional.

Food was tasty and pretty well priced. Love that set menu.

Best service with amazing friendly staff, start from chef’s, to the manager , the customer service really make huge difference now , all amazing food excellent cook ok time and very tasty, staff good service, chatting, friendly, welcoming, checks on you around food , service 10 stars plus , managers brilliant customer service and they care about the service, environment, costumer service, food deliveries, and they make you to come back again. The Experience what you get it is a huge performance and enjoyable treat. Thank you everyone

Poor garlic bread, doughy and under cooked. Lasagne, plenty of pasta, and cream sauce, almost no meat. Why should I be expected to pay £3 extra for a lasagne with meat when it’s on the menu as a meat lasagne. Just charge more and deliver what it actually says on the tin. Wagu pizza was ok but not spectacular as claimed, certainly not worth the price.
