Lovely meal and a friendly service

Always lovely food, and if you have the loyalty app, the perks are great. They also really looked after my daughter who's in a wheelchair. Top service!

Staff were lovely and friendly. Food was OK,I had what supposed to be spicey chicken pasta but there was no spice at all,very average pasta. Prices were very expensive-£16 for pasta is way too much. Overall an ok lunch,won't be rushing back.

Ella was our waitress and she was good and every friendly. Accommodating and was able to be full of assistance. Service, food and atmosphere was very good.

Had dinner here with a friend last night and was a brilliant experience as always. Great food and a wonderful atmosphere. A special shout out to Juliette for being so helpful and attentive.

The food was very good but some of the portion sizes can be quite big. The service was great, always checking if customers are satisfied and were totally fine with changes to orders and helping with use of discounts when unsure. It had a cozy atmosphere and not busy on weekdays. Would recommend!

Always good value with professional and friendly service

Ellie welcomed us and sat us at the table we preferred. Ellie and Juliette and another colleague whose name I did not get, served us and were friendly and fun to chat to. A lovely evening all round. Thank you.

Juliette was our server. Very attentive. Dishes came out hot and menu has really improved, with lots of vegetarian and vegan options with unexpected and healthy ingredients. Highly recommend the aubergine meatball and the rainbow lasagne options. Dishes to keep kids happy and a more elevated option for adults too. Great family dining and prompt service.

Visited on a quiet mid week night. Only 1 other table was taken, but the service was slow and inattentive. The server was polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. The food was great. I felt it was a bit overpriced, and they added a tip, which is unacceptable, in my opinion.

Great food, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and caring staff. 2 of us have Coeliac disease and they helped with menus. Festive menu was a good deal. Drinks are slightly overpriced but that’s as they are in most restaurants.

Always great, love going with my family or friends. They have amazing food and specials and love the mock tails and desserts.

Great service and feed was great, came in with my daughter who has allergies. We were greeted and served by Amy who was courteous and friendly. She expertly helped us navigate the menu for the best options. Amy made this entire experience and made my girl smile, as asset to the Zizzi chain, thank you!

Loved the food and ambience. Tried Courgette Fritters, Aranchini for starters and the Primevera for mains. Delicious pizza and felt quite authentic I would say!

We came for lunch on New Year's lunch. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and lovely food. There's good vegetarian and vegan options and mocktails for non alcoholic drinkers. The service was efficient too. Would certainly recommend this place!

Great food. Really speedy service

This was our first time eating at Zizzi in High Wycombe. The staff were super friendly and looked after us well. We enjoyed our food and the kids menu was perfect for the kids. The salted caramel brownie was a hit. A special thanks to Amy who showed our son the pizza oven close up as he was fascinated with it. (All from a safe distance might I add)

Delicious start to New Year's Eve celebrations! Cocktails got us in a party mood, absolutely loved the special beef short rib calzone & chocolate melt did not disappoint! Another fantastic meal. Thank you Team & Happy New Year!

Zizzi’s is always a go-to restaurant as someone with food sensitivities the most important being gluten. They have lots of things I can eat - a gluten free pizza and pasta menu - as well as easy allergens filtering. Everything that comes out has a non-gluten sticker & the allergens are noted on the bill. They have wheelchair accessible downstairs seating, and a signposted disable toilet although I’ve never used it.

Zizzis is my family’s local favourite, good service and consistently great food. Not one to miss!

We enjoyed our 3 course lunch, having ordered from the festive menu. The lemon and blackcurrant cheesecake was particularly delicious

I've reviewed Zizzi High Wycombe previously, but no harm in another. My wife & I have eaten at this particular branch several times, each visit has been excellent, this visit being no exception. Great quality food, good menu choices, the restaurant is smartly presented & comfortable, the staff are brilliant, very friendly & efficient, in fact, I'd like to highlight the excellent service we received from a member of staff, "Juliette" a young lady who is working her university gap year, she was exceptional at her job, we wish her well with her future prospects. Well done Zizzi.

The staff were very good to us at this Zizzi's, in particular our server Hannah! They were friendly and the Millionaire's club perks were great, so we could really treat ourselves.

Excellent food, truffle mushroom burrata pasta was a highlight. Great service despite only 2 servers in a busy restaurant, very kind and sweet to our toddler. Very child friendly. Good portion sizes. Highly recommended.

Previous Visits here last year & before have been much better than tonight. The Food was Cold / lukewarm, the standards of Service from the Waitresses lacked any Care & was very Unprofessional & the fact that we had a 3-course meal & was double charged for the Desserts was a blatant lack of attention to detail. Just seemed like the 2 little Slappers who worked there were very Unprofessional. Bad Service & Food was virtually Cold & badly presented. The only thing nice was the bottle of Trebbiano Wine.

A lovely place to go with the family. Lots of good options. Juliette was very helpful and made it a lovely experience.

Had a great lunch at Zizzi. Despite it being busy before Christmas the service was excellent, attentive and quick. Had the goat cheese ravioli and it was amazing, as was the arancini. Looking forward to coming back!

Thank you Juliette, the service was fantastic and the food was great.

Sticky pig pizza was good apart from the very chewy crackling on top. The pasta was good and the fresh mozzarella seemed high quality. Service was not so great as we ordered burrata on the pasta but were only told they had run out after the food had already come. If we’d known this before we could have picked something else. We were also given the bill before our food had even come which was weird. All in all the food is good and menu choice is exceptional.
