Zizzi - High Wycombe in Wycombe

We experienced an appalling level of racism. It couldn’t have been more obvious that the waitress held discriminatory attitudes. The disrespect was so blatant that even onlookers were disturbed, prompting 13 potential customers to leave the restaurant in protest.

Always great, love going with my family or friends. They have amazing food and specials and love the mock tails and desserts.

The staff are the best and no what I have and help me to find all the things l like and all round the place is so clean and the take out is as good as being in ZIzzi itsel the newdish is well good👍 have just had the six layer lasagne and it was 10 out of 10 and more thank the great👍staff who are great at the job in ✋️🤚🙋‍♂️ just got in to the best zizzi and that's in highWycombe the staff keep a eye out for the regular

We ordered two kids' meals and weren’t told that they would be free with the purchase of an adult meal—would’ve appreciated that info upfront. Kids wanted grapes for their dessert and werw waxh served 4 grapes...what a joke. Couldnt even give a lroper portion. The adult pasta dish was disappointing: watery and bland, with very little flavour. The garlic bread, which came free with the Zillionaire Club, was completely overpowered by rosemary and difficult to enjoy. Service was okay, but the food overall really let the experience down. Honestly wish we’d gone to the Pizza Express opposite, which is usually far better in every way.

Lovely food every time i’ve been in, the Pollo Rosso pasta is my absolute favourite. The service is always prompt and lovely :)

Food was okay. However, macaroni and cheese tasted bland. Service was nice and atmosphere was pretty quiet. All in all was good.

Normally a fan of Zizzi and go a number of times. Sadly at the High Wycombe Eden centre visit, my partner felt the food repeating on herself later on and that evening I was sick. Me being sick I cannot say for sure if it was the food. The main reason for the low score, being told you only take card payments and not cash is criminal. People should be allowed the choice and if I’m only ever presented with the same binary choice at my next visit to a Zizzi I will take my business elsewhere.

Very friendly but a bit slow and it wasn't too busy. However staff were lovely and couldn't have been nicer.

We were greeted well and food came quickly but wasn’t very warm! From then on service was extremely slow and had to keep getting up to get any attention! Staff seemed more interested in setting up for next day and even when it wasn’t busy any more still had to get up to ask for deserts to be ordered and then the bill! When I went to pay as yet again no one came to us I said service hadn’t been great and the member of staff said nothing no apology or thanks as I paid Will definitely not be returning and wish id asked for service charge to be removed as definitely wasn’t deserved!!😳 Very disappointing as we were out celebrating my granddaughters ballet show and left very deflated ☹️

Had a lovely time, celebrating a birthday. We were are large mixed group including some with allergies. Hannah our waitress was very attentive nothing was too much trouble. Meals all came together and were hot. Would highly recommend Izzy High Wycombe branch.

We dined as a group of 28 people including many with special needs. Our group has dined at Zizzi’s in High Wycombe several times in the past and the service is always very good. It seems as if nothing is ever too much trouble. The staff are always very patient and sympathetic towards our group. Well done and we’ll be back!!

Maisie was an absolute pleasure. I have intolerances and straight away she put a bottle on my table to ensure she was the only Person to Served me, to make sure I am looked after. She’s personable, got great energy, and was just a delight. Will 100% come back with the service we were given.

The food is fine, the staff are not great, maybe it was a bad night, but a smile would be nice, not a word spoken unless they really had to and even then it seemed an effort and that we were putting them out. Would I use the Wycombe restaurant again, unlikely.....

High Wycombe Zizzi is absolutely brilliant with welcoming customers, providing a fast and prompt service, by sharing great deals for the day and engaging in conversations with customers. The food is always a good portion, hot and very tasty. Definitely a place to enjoy with friends and family.

This was a meal out for my daughter's birthday. Ge got a table at slightly short notice despite them being busy, and after a minor issue with a drink enging up not being in a glass (no-one's fault, these things happen), we had a lovely meal. It was nice not to wait too long for dishes to be served, and all plates were cleared. Deserts were laso served promptly and my daughter got a Happy Birthday message in chocolate sauce on her plate, which was a noice touch as we hadn't asked for anything special. Big thanks to Maisie for making this a special event.

Had a take away from Deliveroo all the food but one was piping hot. They tried to blame the driver but it’s in a sealed bag. The manager told their team member it’s not their fault. I watched come out of Deliveroo bag. I have recommended the restaurant to people. This will be the final I ever eat Tom one of their establishments.
