Lovly Italian restaurant, staff all friendly and food was delicious 😋

Fancied an itilian while away on busiess came across this place online, close to the hotel. Had good reviews but they dont do the place justice. Staff are knowlegeable and very polite. Food is beyond amazing. If you fancy other types of food forget it and come here and eat italian.

Excellent staff and food, great ambience. They went all out to cater for 17 of us for my daughter's 16th birthday and the service was second to none and plenty of me u choice to cater for all diets. I thoroughly recommend it. You'll feel like you're on holiday when you're there! Thank you Dolce Vita 😋 we'll be back!

I had the most incredible meal at Dolce Vita. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was impeccable. The pasta dishes were cooked to perfection, with flavors that were bold and authentic. I particularly enjoyed the Carbonara, which was a delicious combination of real guanciale & pecorino. The wine list was extensive and well-curated, offering a great selection of Italian wines to complement the food. Food is great. They did forget a part of my order which was a pizza. I drove back and they stated they were going to make a fresh one. After waiting for about 5 minutes they gave me the pizza which was not fresh but just reheated . It was just not a nice way to have my lunch.

Great little Italian. The owner has bags of charm and charisma and the food is always spot on. It's always busy so book ahead. I can't see any reason to go to the main franchise chains when this little independent is so good.

I went to an Italian restaurant expecting to taste homemade pasta , but they don't make pasta, the ravioli were the same that i can buy in the supermarket

This is a must if you're in the area. Family run, small businesses, with great, friendly service and fresh, authentic food. For us, it's the best in the area. Their pasta and ravioli are unbeatable! Personal favourite - Polpette meatballs. I've been in the area for 8 years and have never been disappointed.

Great family run local Italian restaurant facing the green. Very nice fresh pasta at reasonable price. Only let down by customer toilet location with access in the middle of restaurant. But good enough to come back again.

Save on the flight to Florence and get a taxi to Wooburn Green. A beautiful restaurant capturing the essence of Italy, gorgeous food and very friendly hosts. It's always a pleasure to be welcomed into their home.

Lovely restaurant with a nice relaxed atmosphere and excellent service. They accomodated my neices daughter with a high chair and a childs menu which was much appreciated.

We had an absolutely lovely meal and all 4 of us enjoyed what we chose. The wine was chilled, the service was good but I have to say the toilets were not. Both toilets could be used by male or female but the one on the right - the locks didn’t work and the one on the left wasn’t a lot better. There was toilet paper etc and the hand dryers worked but the paint was peeling off the doors and generally looked like they needed a good upgrade. Shame really as having to use the toilets in that state took the shine away from the good food.

Love the vibe, service and food here, have eaten a number of times at Dolce Vita and have only ever had a great experience.

Just had a sneak preview of Dolce Vita's Christmas menu. Perfectly cooked, tender lamb served up by a top team. Merry Christmas! New dishes from Angelo at Dolce Vita! Assassin's linguine and amazing soup with home made garlic croutons. Delicious!

I came here for the first time. The restaurant was very clean, the gentleman who served me ( Francesco) was very welcoming and professional, the food was fresh and very very good, I recommend it with confidence.

Food excellent, but beginning to look a little tired. My carbonara more expensive than equally good restaurants around. Pricing does need looking at.

Garlic bread was a bit burnt but the Arabietta was great. Not many options for vegetarians.

Stopped off here for an early evening meal after a walk. Great food, great value for money, had the pizza special and a platter with burrita. I always thought of stopping here and now will do so more often!

Wow! Picked out from Google Maps as a convenient stop on way to a wedding. What an amazing restaurant. A genuine friendly welcome and a fantastic meal and superb and attentive service. Cannot speak too highly about this restaurant. Recommend the Pollo a la Fungi and King Prawn with Tagliatelle. Just wish it was nearer to us.

La Dolce Vita is a fantastic Italian restaurant in Wooburn Green. I had the spaghetti allo scoglio, which was delicious. The seafood was fresh and perfectly cooked, and the sauce was flavorful and light. The service was also excellent. Our waiter was friendly and attentive, and he made sure that we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend La Dolce Vita to anyone looking for a great Italian meal.

Been twice in the last few weeks and both times the food was again superb with a packed restaurant. Shows that the food and value for money are obviously spot on! I could eat just about everything on the menu, it really makes ordering a real problem. Whilst I enjoy the meat, my wife adores the seafood - especially with pasta. Really good wine list. Highly recommend Dolce Vita - we will keep coming back!

This is the best Italian in and around Wycombe. Their Rustica are epic, their pizza are delicious, and the staff are always lovely and welcoming. You can't go wrong here. I had a capricciosa, with the additional £2 for Burrata, and it was SO GOOD!! (Looks like an egg in my photo 😆)

Had a lovely family meal in this authentic Italian restaurant, we had the risotto, the bolognese, the steak & the carbonara and all were excellent, both freshly cooked and delicious. The service was attentive without being intrusive and the cost was very reasonable. The only slight disappointment was the banoffee pie which was underwhelming but I guess that’s down to personal taste. Have been before and will certainly be back again.

Had a superb meal at Dolce Vita on Saturday with my wife,daughter and grandchildren. Food, Wine, Service and Atmosphere were all truly excellent. Can't wait to go back again.

Been here a few times to celebrate birthdays the staff make an effort and singing Happy Birthday! Food is always lovely and reasonably priced! It feels very family orientated and cozy. Will certainly be returning.

Picked up a vegetarian pizza from the menu to share with my Mum and we were both delighted with the delicious taste and fresh ingredients which included tomatoes peppers mushrooms red onions spinach and mushrooms on a lovely thin base. I will be back to try more dishes from the menu soon as it all looks so good. Thank you Angelo for the welcome and friendly service.

Fantastic Italian food & service! Consistantly too! We come here often with our 3 children. The Italian staff always make a fuss of them which adds to our positive experiance. We always leave with our bellies full & satisfied, nurtured the Italian way.

Even though they were busy and short staffed, nothing was too much trouble, everyone was very friendly and made us feel very welcome.

One of the best Italian restaurants outside of Italy. I keep coming back here for years and bringing friends, family, partner, everyone here to show how delicious the food is here. The service is also amazing, they went up and beyond even if the place was full and there was a birthday party with a group of people. Highly recommend.

Love love love! And being half Italian I usually avoid pasta & risotto dishes in Italian restaurants as they have nearly always disappointed . Not here! They are delicious and just how they should be 👌topped with lovely people looking after you and making your time here so lovely

Wonderful meal on a Saturday evening when we were staying in the area for the first time. A very welcoming atmosphere when we arrived: lots of family groups with children, all clearly enjoying their food. Service was very friendly and efficient. We shared an antipasto platter for a starter - all good, and my only regret was that I hadn't ordered a plate of the arancini all to myself. For mains, we had various pasta and pizzas - all very good (especially the spaghetti carbonara), and a cut above anything similar that we've had for a long time. For sweets, the tiramisu and affogato tia maria were delicious. Lovely meal, and lovely too to see an independent restaurant so busy and popular.

Says they closed at 4 when arrived but states they close at 8pm…. Tried calling but no one answered. When arrived they apparently had a private event. Could at least answer and tell customers the situation

Always a fantastic meal at Dolce, but had the specials this time and they were spectacular. You know a restaurant is doing well when it is packed on a Thursday early evening! A real mix of customers from families to couples - looked like everyone was enjoying great food with plates cleared. This is a fantastic restaurant! Great food at good value.

Nice atmosphere, very good food. We tried the calamari, the Pollo Sambuca and a pizza. Lovely and fresh. Free parking behind the place. I do recommend booking a table in advance.

I’ve had two amazing visits to Dolce, the atmosphere is lovely, it has a very authentic feel and I had genuinely best spaghetti carbonara I’ve ever tasted! Would go back again and again and again

Tried booking a table online, doesn’t work. Emailed the team and no reply. Phoned the first day they were open and no tables for my time. Arrived on the evening and fobbed off to another table half outdoors with smokers stood nearby. Eventually after having to argue, we got the table we booked. Took an age for the starters to come out, then ordered the mains, asked for onions as an extra, didn’t arrive with any despite the duty manager explaining this one had onions in and the other didn’t as ordered. So the replacement was a plate of raw onions which were meant to be inside the Calzone. Just poor all round.

Family meal for 8 adults on Sunday which was relaxed and enjoyable. The waitresses were friendly, helpful and efficient; meanwhile the boss slaved away in the kitchen to produce delicious Italian and Sicilian food. The service could not be faulted and the bill for 8 was surprisingly less than expected. I would love to revisit soon.Lovely location looking onto village green.

Had another gorgeous meal at Dolce! Starters and mains were cleared accompanied by a really lovely Pinot Grigio. The baked peppers stuffed with Cotto ham, Mozzarella, Goats cheese, Black Olives was a new choice and a superb one! The meatballs in a creamy tomato sauce with some lovely bread to mop up that great sauce. Seafood risotto and veal in white wine and mushroom sauce were the mains, extremely tasty, well cooked, generous portions - fantastic! Freshly cooked, as we requested no octopus in the risotto and that is exactly how it arrived. Always a joy to eat at Dolce, but this time everything just came together to make it perfect

Food, atmosphere perfect as always

Wow. What can we say. From searching “Italian restaurants near me” this absolute hidden gem popped up. From a warm welcome from the staff, taken to our seats we were presented with what can only be described as an outstanding and fulfilling menu. We opted for the garlic bread with mozzarella, and tortellini ricotta for mains. The main dish can only be described as the greatest Italian dish we have ever had!!! (We have travelled all around Italy Rome, Venice, Florentina to name a few) it was delicate and delicious and I cannot recommend it more. If You are local you are incredibly lucky and if you’re not local get yourself down there. We loved it so much we have booked to go back in two days time. It was 10/10

I ordered two pizzas a Gamberoni and a vegetarian with chillies. When I got home I received a pepperoni and Gamberoni with chillies. I threw the Pepperoni away as I am a vegetarian and I was too exhausted to go back and complain especially when you spend the whole day gardening and not only that I don't like to complain in a packed restaurant. What made the pizza worse was they put chilli powder on the Gamberoni instead of fresh green chillies which is too overpowering! I've had better pizzas from there, disappointed to say the least!

Child friendly good little Italian

Our favourite restaurant in the area! Feels like a piece of Italy in the UK. Food is always tasty, staff are friendly. They also do own a small shop nearby with Italian food where we bought absolutely best Pannettone at Christmas time.

Went in right at the last minute for a takeaway and Luca "the manager" was very accommodating. Had a nice chat with him whilst I was waiting. Lovely spaghetti and meatballs, reasonably priced. Will be looking forward to spending a evening there Thank you

This is a.lovely Italian restaurant serving good and reasonably priced food. We went there with a group who are locals and it was packed. It seems it is like that most nights, so they must be doing something right.

That was not a first time when I have visited restaurant. Every time I felt like I want to come back there. Food is absolutely amazing, place looks very lovely, you’re feeling like at family’s Italian restaurant. All was perfect but my last visit at the beginning was great but unfortunately ending made us feeling disappointed. Even that was not a problem when wrong meal was served (waiter made a mistake) was not a complain from our side. At very end, the waiter came instead of asking do we want anything else, he said that “he needs this table back”. That was rude…

Absolutely delicious authentic Italian food, large portion sizes and really friendly and welcoming staff. Such a shame we don’t live locally or we would be there all the time!
