We had a rare date day. We were going to a concert in Wembley so thought we would stop in Baker Street for something to eat. We arrived and were taken to a really nice seat. It was not so close to anyone else. We were greeted by a young lady who was very polite. Our server was really friendly and very attentive. She came and took our order and also came half way through to make sure everything was good. The food was amazing. Can’t think of anything bad to say. Thank u for making a rare day out even better.

We arrived on Sunday evening having not booked with 3 hungry kids. The staff were great especially our waiter Diogo . He brought the food and drinks super quickly. Great food and atmosphere. Diogo was very good and helpful , the fire alarm in the flat above went off. We went outside because it was so noisy and too loud for the children. The staff were very professional , Diogo helped us outside explaining what was happening. They were apologetic, I hope that they sort this out so it does not recur. However it did not spoil our enjoyment of the evening. I would recommend the service is so good and the food also.

Me and my partner visited the place during our holiday and it was absolutely worth it! The dough balls were tasty, the cocktails were amazing but the best part was the dessert! The staff were generally kind and friendly and when they figured out we were a couple they made us a cute little decoration for the dessert, it was adorable! 🥰 I would definitely recommend! The place is LGBT friendly🏳️‍🌈, there’s a big flag on the window and we definitely felt comfortable!

The food was delicious, as it always is. It has options for everyone, vegan, vegetarian and gluten free. The staff are amazing and very friendly, and I LOVED that they have the LGBTQ+ flag up, I cannot wait to come back to this pizza express. Thank you for making everybody feel welcome!! Amazing team 😁

Very friendly, attentive and fast service. The food (Garlic Bread with Mozarella, Double American Cheese and the La Rheine) were great! Special requests were also fulfilled without any problems. We didn't have to wait long and were very satisfied. We would love to come back 🙂

We went to Pizza Express Baker Street after attending the cricket at Lords. We had booked a table which was just as well as the restaurant was very busy. The staff worked hard and provided excellent service. We enjoyed our meal which was delicious. A great atmosphere. A well led team that coped brilliantly with a sudden large influx.

Service poor Drops the menus and never comes back Have to get attention for drinks, starters or mains They walk past you multiple times and never pay attention Never any salt, pepper or basics on the table Food never comes in any order, whatever is ready first comes. Mains before starters etc, Food always cold. They never assist you with the pizza express app. Rewards or payment etc. need I go on.

My first day in London, went in with my husband and my VERY hungry 5 year old. Staff were ignoring us on purpose - most likely because of my hijab. Many people walked in after we were seated and their orders were taken immediately. We waited over 10 minutes and I had my hands raised the entire time to get anyone's attention. There were at least 4 servers around and nobody glanced our way. I decided to leave the restaurant, and while I was walking out, one of the servers was glaring at me without even saying a word or trying to apologize. If you're Muslim and a hijabi, don't bother going there!

Never go wrong with PE. If you run out of ideas or just don't know what to have, there's always a PE nearby.

Amazing waiter called Toby today, nothing was to much trouble for him and he sorted out a free ice cream each for all the lovely people I support. Finished off a lovely day up London. Thank you from us all .

Pizza Express is predictable, hence my visit. The whole experience is mediocre, which was what I expected and got. Why go there? Convenience, laziness, familiarity. Must stop wasting my money.

We had our evening meal here after a long day wandering around Kew Gardens. Restaurant was very lively but not overly noisy and a our service by Santi was exceptional. He went out of his way to explain certain things to us and made sure we were happy & enjoying our food. Food was delivered quickly ; it was hot and delicious especially the Buddha salad basket that I had...all in all and very pleasurable experience and would definitely recommend and would return myself...

I have been to pizza express many times, but this place, we waited half an hour from the time we arrived, when I went to ask the manager, he said nonchalantly you can go somewhere else to eat, I explained that the two tables next to us were served later than us, he said in a bad tone that maybe it was almost ready, it was very upsetting, I didn't want to eat again at all!

Very tasty Padana pizza. We paid £80 for 4 pizzas.

Pizza was disgusting and overpriced

The food was good. I wanted some salt, but my table had no condiments, and my server took very long to initially approach us, then literally never came back. She stayed to the left around the corner the entire time, so we couldn't even flag her down if we needed anything. We had to track down the only other server who remained in the main dining room several times. I felt bad for him, he was helping nearly everyone in the room because no other servers were around. Manager, please give a kudos to him 👏🏼 (long curly-haired brunette) he deserves it. He works extra hard as opposed to the rest. I had to catch a train, and I was worried I was going to miss it because of how neglectful our server was. Please give her some extra training on customer service.

I was really disappointed by the Pizza Express starters. The prawn dish was horrifically bland and tasteless. And the mushroom arrancini was frankly inedible. Pizzas themselves were great but whatever happened to Pizza Express starters which used to be so good is beyond me.

Visited this branch of PE during half term holidays and the place was full within 30 minutes of opening. It’s very busy at peak times as it’s close to Baker Street and Regents Park. That said, the service was very good and the food was also as you would expect, so they handled it well during peak lunchtime. They had forgotten to give us the halloumi bites but were quickly to take that off the bill and redeem our voucher. No hassle. 4 stars for this PE.

Top service Super lovely employees. Totally friendly, even towards my daughter. Each time there were pencils and a different puzzle. Food was really delicious. Were here twice during our stay. Absolutely recommended 😃

Honestly the worst non frozen pizza I’ve had in my life, and it cost £20. It was dry, over cooked and there was barely any toppings. Very disappointing. Service wasn’t great either. Normally love pizza express

A busy restaurant with delicious food. The service is attentive and friendly. Pleasant informal atmosphere. I recommend booking in advance because it is busy. For non-UK residents this is only possible by telephone. A UK telephone number is required on the site, otherwise it will not work. Restaurant also has an outdoor terrace. Is located directly next to Baker Street metro station.

Unfortunately, we didn’t manage to eat, because... They don't allow dogs, although there are no signs on the door. Having already made the choice to leave the establishment, my wife was extremely dissatisfied. True, we were offered a place on the street in windy and rainy weather, we felt maximum discomfort, but we found a dog-friendly establishment nearby where we had lunch with pleasure.

Lovely birthday meal today with excellent service. Sat outside as was warm. Very enjoyable.

Ate here yesterday, where I thought that it would be a good place to eat (looking at the reviews) but instead it was one of the few things I regret going to. The pizzas were below mid, the staff (in particular one mid age lady) wasn’t friendly and it felt like we had to eat quickly to make room for others. I would suggest to search for an other place to eat, so don’t waste your money on this place where you get below mid pizzas who are very expensive.

It was a pleasant surprise. The food was good, I haven't been here for a long while. If you're caught short and need to eat it's not bad.

The person who showed us to our table was very nice. He also took our orders and brought our food which was very nice. The food was really good. It was a bit busy but I'm not surprised because it's such a nice place and has great service.

It's a place that I wanted to visit since I came to London as I'm a fan of Italian food. Now, to be honest, I think that the experience here is going to vary a bit depending on the hour on which you visit. We were a bit unlucky to come at a very busy time. We had to wait a bit to find a seat and thus, the overall atmosphere was very tiring due to the very loud noise. In terms of food, the pizza was good as well as the pasta, but nothing extraordinary. The Tiramisu on the other had was pretty bland, nothing worth mentioning about. I'm a bit intrigued by the popularity of this place, but that's just a personal opinion. Overall, if I ended up at another time when the place wasn't so crowded, I think that the experience would have been a bit better. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it while being full.

I went twice, the first time for lunch and the second time for dinner. The food was delicious both times, the atmosphere was pleasant, but the service was unmatched the first time, two great Italian guys served us. The second, although the attention was good, was not comparable with the previous one

We frequented the one near the Sherlock Holmes museum. The young lady who served us was such a delight and made it very easy to order. The pizza was amazing, but honestly, it's the dough balls that'll keep me coming back!

The worst service I have ever encountered in a while. I came here for m’y birthday with my friend and ordered a mushroom pizza. It was stale, hard and the crust was burnt. My friend asked to have other plates and the lady said wait I only have two hands in a rude tone, and then she didn’t give the plates at all and I payed over 40 just for a pizza and some dough balls and calamari. I kept saying excuse me and other people realised but the waiter ignored me multiple times while smirking. I have never felt so humiliated and degraded in a restaurant before like this. Give my money back at the very least, because I do not plan to give you any more any time soon. Disgraceful service and workers. I feel upset and my birthday was ruined. I was dedicated to spending my money on your pizza but all failed. I hope you respond to this review with some lovelycustomer service and some form of compensation…

The pizzas were SUPER good, the service was really great and totally child-friendly. The bread was our highlight; it was still warm and absolutely delicious. The dessert that was recommended to us was great. Thanks from the kids..!

Just across from Madame Tussauds there is great place to wind down with a lovely meal. They serve only pizza and pasta, but they do it well. Relaxing atmosphere. Three course childrens meal was a big success.

Probably the best Pizza Express meal ever tonight. Shout-out to Santi who brought my pizza fresh from the oven to my table piping hot! It made all the difference. Despite the restaurant being full he continuously checked in with me ensuring everything was on point. It was a one-of-a-kind experience. Hope Santi is here next time I come...

I visited Your branch in Baker Street in the doom and gloomy weather but I have to say you have brightest ray of sun shine working in Baker Street she made my time there the best ever Tina served use and I have to say did not expect such a world class service. Attention to details 💯 service with a smile 💯 the food was good too but I have to say if I come back to Baker Street it will be for the people and the service it is not often that you get this kind of service now a days! Thank you Team Baker Street and Thank you Tina! Keep on the good work !
