Hello everyone, I rarely give 5 stars but absolutely everything is right here! The atmosphere is somewhat rustic and has a lot of charm. To be on the safe side, we booked a table on Friday evening with a lead time of 40 minutes. That worked too! Come in "Gently warm welcome" - Roberto is absolutely TOP and mega charming! There's even something for children to color in and painting supplies on the menu. Pizzas cost between €15-20, which is fine! Cocktails 2 for 1 - MEGA cool and really tasty! Food was a dream - I really can't say anything. But again - Roberto was the bomb!!!! The days will definitely come back. English version: Moin ( Germans "Hello" ) together, rarely give 5 stars but here absolutely everything is right! The ambiance is smoothly rustic and it has a lot of charm. The Pizza was very Cold. The Restaurant is only 1 minute away but the Pizza came like it came from the fridge.

I always love going to Baker street as there’s a wonderful lady who’s been there years who makes the experience fantastic. sadly there’s a manager who never helps the team and wanders around with a headset on not talking to anyone who always sours the experience. even when it’s wildly busy he’s never supporting his team - who cope admirably…..

Upgraded the Margharita to Romana. It's OK but not impressive in any way. It came quickly, under 10 minutes.

Very good Fast and pleasant service

We went to Pizza Express after Mme Tussauds this afternoon. Very friendly and competent service. The food was very tasty, the selection was absolutely fine. The drink selection was good. For our 60th anniversary, our sons were even able to eat a 3-course meal for free. Special requests for pizza were carried out without any problems. We would definitely eat there again on another visit to London!

Very nice pizzeria in the Marylebone area. Good atmosphere and service! A fairly economical option and one of the places that closes later in the area. We were served by Pepe, a super friendly Mexican who took a few minutes to chat with us. Out of ten!! The pizza is very different from what we eat in Argentina, but it delivered!

Ate here yesterday for lunch have and have been up all night with awful food poisoning Edit: 2 days now and still throwing up avoid if you care for your health

We visited today after visiting Madame Tussaud’s. We arrived an hour before our booking time as a party of 9. The host was so accommodating and welcoming and made space for our party of 9. The service was friendly, efficient and actually perfect, my daughter has a peanut allergy and her needs were taken into account. The food was served together and on time. We were celebrating a 14th birthday and the staff helpers us celebrate. All in all a fantastic meal and experience and the staff worked so well as a team. Special mention to Jade our waitress who was so professional and helpful. Thank you

Busy place but always pleasant as we ate there three out of 6 evenings - the options for gluten free food locally were limited We found it easy to access and the service as always very good.

I love Pizza express. Their pizzas and Pastas are delicious. Their restaurants are good!

Tejas and the manager on duty were extremely helpful. We came in due to a recommendation from my friends from America who have visited and they were right to come. I highly recommend this location in particular because you will know the people there will go above and beyond for you. Food is great and service was even better! Thank you again for letting us get the apron for my friend who loves pizza express!

Had a wonderful experience at Pizza Express, Baker Street. Pepe, our waiter was extremely helpful, attentive, friendly and efficient. He made sure our needs were met promptly and gave us exceptional customer service. He greeted us with a smile and made our entire experience really enjoyable. He also went out of his way to help us download the app and add the discount to our bill. Really appreciate his amazing service and definitely will be back!

Pizza Express always delivers consistently but boy was this place filled with a lot of toddlers and young kids. It was hectic but there were a lot of staff running around to ensure the throughput. You need the club to get savings or else it is mad expensive. Cost £45, would have been £65.

The pizza was very good, a little small for my taste but very delicious. The waiters were very good and so was the atmosphere of the place. Everything perfect!

Be sure to pay attention to the menus!!! There is no mention of pork or pork. It may be a problem for those with sensitivity. Even if you order chicken pizza, there may be thin bacon in it. Be sure to ask and specify before ordering. Don't expect Italian Taste in terms of taste. We tried the Margarita and goat cheese pizza. It smells very strong and the tomato paste used is not of a very good quality. We had the chance to try it 3 times and I must say that it was not worth the expensive price in all three of them.

Habíamos estado en Wembley para la final de la Carabou Cup y estábamos de buen humor después de ver al Newcastle United levantar el trofeo, pero para cuando volvimos a Londres estábamos hambrientos de hambre sin haber comido desde el desayuno. Cruzando la carretera para dirigirme por Baker Street vi este PE y había pasado un tiempo desde la última vez que probamos PE decidimos darle una oportunidad. Me alegro de que lo hiciéramos, era todo lo que queríamos. Excelente, servicio amable y gran pizza. Como alguien en otra reseña dijo para una cadena, esto sintió una experiencia muy personal. Compartimos bolas de masa para empezar (tienes que tener ¿verdad? ) y una americana y una de Pollo y Pancetta con la opción Romana think crust. Ni decepcionado. Las dos pizzas excelentes y acertó en el lugar perfectamente. Probé su edición limitada de PE brew y fue un excelenteIPA probar tres de ellos solo para asegurarse! En general, una comida muy agradable, coronado con un gran servicio. Volvería en un santiamén.

Very nice discovery, we had a very pleasant and friendly welcome, a great waitress with a smile who took the time to explain the menu to us in English and French. I highly recommend a very nice address.

Really awful pizza, I've been going to PE for many many years...and this was the first time visit in many years and it really has gone down the pan. Prices, sizes service, very disappointed indeed. My local gogo take away has 100 time better pizza. Shame on Pizza Express becoming just another company trying to screwfix the customer!

Terrible takeaway experience. We ordered the same pizzas for 15.95£, however, one person was charged 15.85£ and the other 16.05£. No one apologised to us and said that’s a technical issue. However, I believe that waiters should always check what they charge and don’t be that unprofessional. Also, we asked to cut all pizzas, it was only done on one and we had to eat the other one as a one big slice. Lastly, the pizzas were not marked (as one had was with special requests) and were not tasty. Do not recommend this pizza express for a takeaway.

It was the best place I've experienced in London. I was really surprised after taking a bite of pizza. The sauce, flavor, and side dishes are really delicious. I definitely recommend it if you come to London. oh my god

As far as pizza Express goes this is a good one. We turned up at 5.30 hoping for a table for 2 without a booking and while it seemed very busy we were seated within minutes. Our server was pretty attentive and cheerful. Toppings seem to have got more stingy and the prices do seem to be sneaking up. But always a good option for a relatively cheap and fast eat.

This place has a friendly and light atmosphere ❤️ Peter, you made our afternoon! So kind and caring throughout the entire service, the lovely long curly hair person that sat as down as well, and a big shout out to my Brazilian crew! 🇧🇷 you all deserve a raise ;) The staff is the best thing this place can offer, and the food follows right after. If you would like to have good pizza and be met with truly loving people, this is the right place.

Very overpriced pizza. Ate here a couple of nights ago. Ordered a vegetarian pizza and it was about 9 inches at best. Cost £16! Cheapest glass of wine almost £9! Pizza was tasteless. The chillie oil was more oil and zero chillie! Very disappointed. Staff were the best thing about the restaurant.

Good quality pizza, even if cooked in an electric oven. The mac'n'cheese is also good. We got a bottle of wine for £25. Being used to Italy, we expected at least a cork stopper, but instead it was a screw cap, like the discount ones. Definitely high prices for the type of place.

Nothing to say just long waiting time

Rudeness seems to be what they serve. I was a solo diner and was shown a table. I sat down, was provided a menu and waited for over 20 minutes. No one offered to take my drink order or provide water. After 5 additional minutes I left and won't be back.

Food was amazing here. Definitely try the dough ball in blankets and the mozzarella sticks!

Me and my partner visited the place during our holiday and it was absolutely worth it! The dough balls were tasty, the cocktails were amazing but the best part was the dessert! The staff were generally kind and friendly and when they figured out we were a couple they made us a cute little decoration for the dessert, it was adorable! 🥰 I would definitely recommend! The place is LGBT friendly🏳️‍🌈, there’s a big flag on the window and we definitely felt comfortable!

Service was ok. Atmosphere downstairs was ok. Very busy place. Ordered a Christmas pizza, about £20. So not cheap. In fact expensive. Base was thin, hard at edge and chewy. Next to no toppings. Not that I expect a lot of toppings but I expected more than the very limited amount on it. Maybe they run out of ingredients!. Overall the pizza was poor. My wifes pizza, although different was of the same poor quality. I expected a lot better from this restaurant. On a pisitive note the desert and coffee were good. Would advise people on going again. There are a lot better pizza places in the neighbourhood.

This is not my first visit, booked and chosen by another family member. On this occasion I was treated to burnt (every piece was black on the underside) dry calamari and burnt tiny pieces of chicken both costing £8+. It is awkward to complain when part of a larger family group many of whom we've not seen for months. It was coupled at the end by my card being declined contactless, re-done with pin which went through with receipt and then the waiter coming back a few minutes later saying it was not showing on his app despite a receipt saying it had gone through suggesting I pay again! I shall be asking the wider family when we meet up again can we go elsewhere - 3 meals over 18 months and every one has had problems. Very over priced for the quality of food served. My husband said his pasta dish was tasteless and looked like a microwave meal.

Such a lovely evening at the Pizza Express near Baker Street. The food was delicious and arrived quickly after ordering. Pavo was our waiter and he was so lovely and understood my gluten free allergy. Will definitely be coming back.

I’m not a huge fan of London, but our experience with this Pizza Express was bang on. We were a walk in table of 6 on a Saturday evening, somehow they had a spare table downstairs. It’s the cleanest, most well decorated pizza express I’ve ever been to. The prices weren’t insane, the food was perfect, and we even had a plug socket near the table which was useful after walking around all day for recharging phones. Not sure about everyone else but it was my favourite part of going down to London, big up you guys 💯💯💯

Pizza Express just a stone throws away from Baker Street Station. First of all the location is brilliant. The building and decor looks really nice, the downstairs looks really class too. The menu has a fantastic selection. And the pizzas are always fresh and tasty. Pipped in for a quick lunch today and the staff were really friendly and informative. The order was taken promptly and the pizza arrived super quick 👌. It wass fresh and hot. Smelled delicious and tasted as good as it smelled. I washed it down with a fanta from the bottle; which always tastes so much better. Overall the restaurant was really nice, staff friendly and attentive and the facilities clean. Will definitely return again for some more pizza adventures. Give them a go, and get the app it's a ganechanger!

They were very unpleasant, the girl who served us. It says they close at 10:30 p.m. and I arrived at 9:20 p.m. and they didn't let me sit down, only takeout food which they prepared poorly for me, without the soft drink, cold potatoes. I wouldn't go again
