The best restaurants serving Indian food in Wales

Although I clearly mentioned in the instruction that the food should have proper salt and be medium spiced, but it was really very sweet and felt like having a dessert.

Visited this little gem last night with a friend. I had been before about 4 years ago and it was superb then. Our meals were outstanding. I ordered a lamb jalfrezi, he had a chicken madras and we shared rice and a keema naan. The service was attentive without being hurried or intrusive. The quality of the food was utterly without fault on every level, which is rare, as quite often these days restaurants are skimping on the expensive ingredients, particularly quality lean lamb, which in my dish there was tons! We left full and delighted. 100% satisfied - I will be returning soon.

CHAOS! We arrived as a party of 10, pre booked for 7pm - nobody even seemed bothered that we were there despite us speaking to someone on arrival. Eventually, after prompting we were seated at 7.30. Table not laid properly, no menus provided - again had to ask for this and to order drinks. Some drinks eventually arrived - after popadoms had been eaten but like other customers have commented, had to ask several times for water and then a glass to drink it from! Staff were very busy but seemed totally clueless. We waited until almost 9.15 for food to eventually arrive - madness! Food was ok but dishes that are traditionally mild or medium were hot-not to my liking. The only time the staff moved quickly was to clear the table as they obviously wanted us to leave and then had the nerve to try and add a 10% service charge to the bill - that has to be earned and certainly wasn’t. We have visited many times over the years but that will be the last time. Suggestion if considering going- don’t!!!

Definitely the best Indian cuisine in all of Wrexham. I’ve dined in a few times and the staff always make you feel so welcome. The food is spot on every time—and the delivery is just as good! I highly recommend the king prawn vindaloo—it’s full of flavour and absolutely delicious. They even wished me luck before I tucked into it, but it’s my usual order!

Expected high standards. Was in for a shock as I did not feel that the staff were attentive to even cared to ask us how our food was. I mean it’s good they didn’t because it was terrible.

Great service , friendly and lovely atmosphere. Value for money Always feel welcome when we come here Clean….. and beautifully presented food (Ate too much but still got to take my left overs home!) Definitely worth a visit just for the Sag Aloo See you again soon x

Been ordering take aways over 5 months now, all good, except last Sat, chips on getting them home unedible,and hard as if they were stale and reheated, spoilt our meal for two, cost over £43.00. Also chicken tasted tough, also felt cooked and reheated. Other meals were very good, since beginning of year. VERY DISAPPOINTED AS WONT BE ORDERING AGAIN. Reply would be appreciated.

Absolutely gorgeous food every time me and my partner order from here. The variety of food is a big hit for me too as I love to try new recipes! My favourite restaurant, keep up the amazing work and the main ones I have now are the Bhuna and Saag! Stunning!

Fabulous food! Seems to be mainly takeaway but we sat in and the service was fantastic! Just gorgeous...the prawn bhuna is fab!
