Great food, possibly the best in the area.

We had a leaving meal for one of my colleague, there was about 10 of us all together. Service was very slow, our order wasn't taken until 45 minutes after we arrived, took a while for food to arrive as well. Food was OK, nothing special in my opinion. When it came to asking for the bill, we all wanted to pay separately for what we ordered, as some had more than others drinks etc. Unfortunately staff wouldn't allow us to pay individually and we had to work it out ourselves, which wouldn't have been a problem had our deposits been considered, however upon realising this issue, when asked (after paying) if we could have our deposits back, staff refused and told us to sort it out between us. Very dissapointing. Prices were very high, my glass of wine was £8.70 which I find is extortionate. I won't be going back anytime soon. And the party that I was with all said the same. It felt like they conned us out of £50.

Had the pleasure of dining here tonight and I must say it was delightful. Customer service was top notch. Our waiter was on point. Food was amazing and very good value for money with 2 courses at £16.99! Bargain! Atmosphere was fab with many people enjoying the evening with family and friends. Restaurant was very modern with Indian touches. Seating extremely comfortable. This will now be our go to Indian from now on!

Visited yesterday evening with friends and we were all impressed with not only the delicious food but the service which was so efficient and friendly. The restaurant has such a great ambiance and we loved the decor. Will definitely be going back.

We didn't have a reservation, but a table was available and we were seated after a short wait. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and everything was perfect.

Twice I’ve been to Rasoi, first time I went I ordered a Pathia although what was served was NOT a Pathia! Second time we arrived adhoc and were told they could accommodate us but it would be a 10 minute wait. No problem, drinks purchased, menu perused, choices made….. nearly an hour later and nursing a pint we left. Ok so we didn’t book but it didn’t seem to matter at time of arrival and we did ask if they could fit us in. My advice, don’t bother, go somewhere else.

We went to the Rasoi indian Sa4 restaurant ,They asked us to wait and we waited for an hour afterwards they came and told us only they have valentines menu only. Unfortunately, we didn't drink any alcohol drinks. So we can't go that menu .I'm very disappointed and went with three kids .kids were crying because they didn't get any food .they planned their kids' menus for dinner.we left after hour and 30 min, without eating.

I really had bad experience on Valentine’s Day because after I waited for more than hours they mentioned they can only serve valentine day menu which is I feel ridiculous first time. I been there so many times before I never experienced this I feel very bad becuase my day ruined for the Valentine’s Day.

I attended here with a large party. Celebratory family gathering. Overall a very poor experience. Service was slow, clearly understaffed, slow to bring drinks to table, missed items off order. Food served to table disjointed, and therefore part of meal was cold by the time rest of the meal arrived (after reminding staff). Food was bland considering the pricing of a high end Indian restaurant. Coffee for dessert so weak it tasted like milk. We had a 20% discount voucher, we were told we could use it for the party. When we went to pay it could not be used because one person of the party had a set meal deal. Why not tell us that at the start, that the whole voucher could not be used for that reason, or just not knock 20% off everything but that meal. Overall, I would not recommend this place, every time I have attended personally in a group more than 6 people– service is extremely slow, food is mixed, order is often wrong, and I often get the feel that the owners literally just care about sucking as many £s out of you as possible, and not caring about the dining experience they give. Will not be coming again, and I will be encouraging my family to do the same. P.S. the same place recently would not serve a small, frail 85 year old lady a children’s meal, and made her pay for an adult meal for them to have a few mouthfuls. Shocking.

The food is mediocre 😕 as a curry house. There wasn't much choice of curry's. There was just your basic curry on the menu. The waiter's were slow to serve and a few of them didn't know the menu and kept repeating himself. There over price as well 1.10 for half a poppadom, we bought chutney tray and there was no lime pickle so we ask foe some and we got charged for.

Masala chips.... are potatoes with tomato sauce. According to the chef: "Designed for the people around" 😱 Shocking! Told would get 6 lamb chops... got 5... and charged 22 quid!! Yep...overpriced!! Poor service... and when I complained, got made to feel like a liar! Nope! Not returning to this place again!

Been to many Indian restaurants it’s our favourite food when me and my partner treat ourselves and we go here often for the best service, good staff, good music, the food is perfect every time only place I go that isn’t a disappointment swansea restaurant is exactly the same PERFECT!!!

Hi Just returned from Rasoi in PontliwArrived at5.30 and given seat near door very cold.After asking we were reseated no problem.The place is very cold and our meal was eaten with coats on for most of the time.Previos reviews have mentioned this so no effort has been made to put this right. Paying good money to sit in a freezing restaurant is not good. We were not served our meal for nearly 50 minutes after we arrived very slow service. Staff were polite and apologetic when we asked about the service. The curry was fine when it arrived if a little salty Overall not a happy experience.

Limited menu but the food was nice. Soft drinks were extremely expensive. Unfortunately, it was freezing cold in the restaurant so we kept our coats on.... like many other diners. When asked if the heating on, we were told yes! A return visit is unlikely.

Lovely little lunch here, staff were so attentive and they couldn't do enough for you. Service was quick and most of all, the food was delicious. Gave us 20% off our next visit in way of a personalised Christmas card.

Accepting tables of new customers and no staff to manage the numbers. Food was mediocre but the price is a premium. The chicken tasted like it was reheated.

Upon entering, we received a warm welcome from the front desk. Service was quick and cheerful and our waitress, Sara, was fantastic and accommodating. The food was delicious and we will definitely come back.

Excellent service and first class meal…. as always. Highly recommended. Although it was quite busy, the restaurant has been set out in a way to give everyone a personal space . Also great when we go as a family of 15.

I had a worst food of my life here in Rasoi.... I ask them to make Indian style curry with bit spicy, they gave me sweet curry and adding chilli powder into it, I ask them to get better one they added more and more chilli powder in the curry... This is the worst restaurant I have ever seen in my life. I got sick with this food. I recommend everyone not go this restaurant ever.....

Lovely layout and clean relaxed environment, food was plenty full but menu limited, staff friendly but a little over attentive at the table, the numerous staff approached the table more than the annoying little fly.

Lovely food ( limited choice though ) , staff excellent but service a little slow . Prices on the upper side of average but surroundings comfortable and more ‘luxurious’ for this restaurant type . I would definitely go again .

We visited the restaurant on a Tuesday evening and they were short of staff but the whole evening was fantastic the food was outstanding and the two waiters were amazing they were polite, attentive and not overbearing like some staff can be Cezary and Omkaur were a delight. We would definitely be going back and would definitely recommend it to anyone who hadn’t tried it

We were offered drinks on arrival whilst waiting for our table to be prepared which was a nice welcome. We ordered starters and mains which were all amazing however our mains took a little while to be served however it was a Saturday night which is understandable. The waiter also apologised for the wait but the food was well worth it! It is quite pricey but the food is of great standard. Will definitely return again.

We have just had a meal here for my mum and dad's wedding anniversary and we have thoroughly enjoyed. We received a glass of complimentary champagne first, for the anniversary, and the food was exceptional! The service was wonderful, very friendly staff. Thank you all for a lovely evening ❤️

I went with my family and children. We hadn’t booked as it was a last minute decision but the staff didn’t mind that we hadn’t booked, even though they were busy. They were all extremely helpful and friendly. Food was absolutely delicious! Large portions and very tasty. Our waiter was Cezary who was very kind and attentive. We will definitely return!

We normally order take away from this restaurant, first time dine in, the service from Kasia was excellent. Welcoming & keep checking us if everything’s ok. Food was delicious and fresh, will definitely be back again.

Ate here as a table of 4 , all of us had the set menu . You expect the set menu portions to be smaller but they were very generous. Every thing tasted beautiful and was hot when it came out . One small criticism about the onion bhaji starter that was a bit dry, but tasted nice. The staff were great , ultra polite and professional. Great place try it , you wont be disappointed.

Our waiter Cezary provided a warm welcoming experience regularly checking up on our table to make sure everything was okay and that we were happy with our food and drinks which was greatly appreciated.

Had really high expectations and was unfortunately disappointed. Definitely not suited for hosting large parties even with a preorder and dining off peak times. Was sat waiting with only curries for over 20mins before our side of the table had any rice to eat our mains with! Really took away from the experience and management did not make any effort to remedy our situation.

Where do I begin, I’ve never came across a disorganised restaurant until I came to Rasoi. The service was nonexistent, took forever for the food to arrive. The portion of steam rice for the party we booked did not cover everyone, it seemed like they were scared of running out of rice… the whole experience was a disappointment.

Was terrible from start to finish, attended large party which they were not prepared for, food came out staggering, rice portions were so small and the pilau rice was off and still argued it wasn’t with three Indian head chefs at the table who were all saying it’s off and charged. The restaurant itself is pretty but that’s about it.

Went to the Rasoi for dinner with three friends. It was a Tuesday evening but the place was still enjoyably busy - always a good sign. We all commented on how nice the ambience is, it's not just one big echoey room, the dividers and sectioning make it feel more cosy. Zac was our waiter and he couldn't have done more to help us enjoy our evening. He was available when we wanted him but we never felt rushed. Three out of four of us had the chicken tikka shaslik and we were glad we did. I use a mobility aid and had no problems. There is slight lip coming off the car park but after that it is totally flat and very spacious with plenty of space for manoeuvre and even to stash the chair if you want to transfer to a seat.

Large party on Sunday. Quite busy so service was affected a little as part of order was forgotten. Chick madras -2 guests both - plenty of chicken and hot but no taste and too salty. Chick korma - plenty of chicken but too runny. Other guests meals were nice.

Not a very authentic Indian restaurant, all the dishes seemed a bit mild and like they had been suited to the British pallet. Despite this the food was nice and well done. Service was subpar, seemed overstretched as it got very busy.

Had Sunday lunch to celebrate my wife's birthday. As usual first class food and good service from Space & Arthur. The lunch menu ( £14.95 for 2 courses) has good and varied choices but the full a la carte menu is available for greater choice....

Terrible chutney tray,appalling service,sat waiting for over half hour when the resteraunt was empty at 9 30pm,4 members of staff standing talking and nobody took our order so paid for what we had walked out hungry.

On arrival we were told our booking was ½ hour before the time we booked fir and promptly told we only an 1 ½ hour left of our time slot. Young guy was abrupt and told us he can only go by the booking system, once the other couple arrived with proof of booking time was he then prepared to accommodate us. We ordered drinks which they messed up, changed an item on the sharing bread and guess what that was not done. Food was lovely and server's were pleasant. The after food shorts we copies and in the original bottles to make it look as if they were selling originals, which is against trading standards. Don't think we'll be rushing back any time soon

Just had lunch here, took advantage of the lunchtime offers. Food and service both excellent, plenty of parking spaces and the lunchtime offer made it very reasonable.
