My husband and I had a meal new years eve, it was amazing

Fabulous Indian restaurant.. small and intimate.. perfect if you want excellent food in a private environment

The food was delivered hot and was delicious. Best biryanj I have had in a long while. Ordered poppadoms and Chutney and min sauce- samosas, keema nan and lamb biryani. All very tasty indeed. The idea of Indian kids meal is perfect- my daughter was very happy with her drink and sweets and smaller portion in a box- not just the usual boring chicken nuggets box meal for kids- top marks for this being an option. I will definatly be ordering again.

Lovely restaurant. Don't be fooled by the outside. Inside opens up into large dining rooms which is well kept. Staff are very attentive, friendly and polite. Food is delicious and there is lots of options and huge portions.

Unfortunately this establishment does not accept credit or debit cards - not even for a large order totaling over £100, and we had to leave and get the appropriate amount of cash from a cashpoint before picking up our order. This is totally unacceptable in 2025. By all means charge a card surcharge if you wish, but to refuse to even accept cards is so last century. Even though the food was good, will not do business with them again until they join the 21st century.

Went last night for a curry there was 7 of us the food was nice I asked when we first got there if we could have some free poppadoms as it was one of our friends birthdays they said yes I thought that was nice of them .then when we went to pay our bill should have come to £30.85 and they charge us £40.00 so we was charged for poppadoms and dips

Worst behaviour ever, the girl in the front does not have any manners at all. Worst customer service experience ever.

Absolutely gorgeous food every time me and my partner order from here. The variety of food is a big hit for me too as I love to try new recipes! My favourite restaurant, keep up the amazing work and the main ones I have now are the Bhuna and Saag! Stunning!

Wow what a lovely venue so modern, attentative service very friendly. Great food! The nan breads are so light. We had a family meal with a range of different foods everyone enjoyed. Well done to Bollywood lounge. Would recomend!

Amazing food as always. (I wish they would deliver)

We arrived here early on new years eve night the staff where very friendly taking time to explain about the dishes we had selected, service was prompt and the food was very tasty lovely spices just what we had asked for and very relaxed atmosphere! There was a group of seven sitting opposite us who had the buffet and said they really enjoyed it ! Looked great! When we received the bill I was surprised to see how reasonable our food and drinks where ! Excellent value we will visit you again at the panache .

First time eating from here tonight, everything we had was 5 star

Their chicken was so undercooked and I couldn't eat it and when I called 3 times they didn't do anything about it. WASTE OF MY MONEY

Chaiiwala is a great place to be. The atmosphere and food is top notch with service being speedy and reliable. Would definitely recommend coming with family and friends to try out their new menu too!

We’ve been ordering from them since the last 3 years but it seems that they changed the chef, most of the food that was ordered is tasted different not what they used to before.
