Elachi in Torfaen

Visited this little gem last night with a friend. I had been before about 4 years ago and it was superb then. Our meals were outstanding. I ordered a lamb jalfrezi, he had a chicken madras and we shared rice and a keema naan. The service was attentive without being hurried or intrusive. The quality of the food was utterly without fault on every level, which is rare, as quite often these days restaurants are skimping on the expensive ingredients, particularly quality lean lamb, which in my dish there was tons! We left full and delighted. 100% satisfied - I will be returning soon.

Had three of these and they were absolutely beautiful! Full of flavour and very filling! Saved some for the next day too!

We were told not to be too loud when just talking and laughing, by the manager who was extremely rude . Spoilt our evening, I can understand why the restaurant was so empty if that was his attitude x just out to enjoy our evening x

Food is the best and the order is delivered with nothing missing. Our new favourite!
