Best indian meal I've had in a very long time. The korma was beautiful! The new owners are also really lovely.

I went to Indiana take away to discover it had changed ownership, I was welcomed.by the owner Sam very polite man his are.polite to they talked to me the whole time i was there the cost was very reasonable the premises very clean as well younsee your food order be made in front of you and the nan breads are freshly baked the dish I ordered was delicious 😋 I wanted more it was very flavourful and I will be.going there again to try.more.items from the new menu I highly recommend Indiana Take Away at Abersychan. Five stars

Been having takeaways for last couple years tried this place couple times every time not good tried all different currys in the end i was going as far as Newport to get something half tidy but this changed hands about 3 months i think i thought id give it ago right .the meal was one the best currys ive had in years and years everything on the order was perfect fresh and so tasty i cant recommend the new owners enough when i ordered i explained i was trying and in past haven't been able to eat the food from there the guy said well try i wont say nothing I'll let the food do the talking and it did it was stunning pepole try this takeaway you will be back and back its delicious i never leave reviews but they deserve a 5 star and i hope it all works out for the new owners as they bend over backwards for you remember the days were Currys was enjoyable well this goes above and beyond ill be there tonight people try it you will not be disappointed .

Honestly the best Indian takeaway meals about ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The last 2 meals I’ve had from there as been spot on generous portions, and really tasty!!! It’s under new management Really friendly guys

Easy to order and was ready on time. Food was great - will definitely use again. Very friendly and helpful in shop and clearly keen on providing a quality service.

Indiana has had a change in management recently, when I first learnt about this I became worried that the place would start to decline in quality but I went there recently I was nothing but impressed. Food was fast and delicious, the people working their where nice and helpful and the building had a nice renovation done. The food itself was rather expensive but I think it's well worth the price for what you're getting.

Love the food and quality is really good and service is also good people who run it very friendly and helpful

Had a stunning curry mild Dansak highly recommended. I avoided this curry house because years ago we had a awful meal from there i dont know if its changed hands but we were advised to give it another go and i am glad we did lovely flavours

It’s hard to believe but they only take cash in 2023 , very unusual these days and yet you can pay by card using Just Eat

Ordered the same meal as I always have. This New Years Eve meal was poor. Too much spinach, not enough meat, prawn pieces not whole prawns! Never had that in my Balti from any Indian Takeaway before. It was the same for the Pathia. We paid extra for the prawns only to have pieces. It’s back to the Tamarind for me.

Ordered our usual meal for New Years Eve. ( Special balti , chicken and prawn Parthia ) . The food is nowhere near as good as it Used to be. I had the same meal last year. It was so good I wrote a review reflecting this. Unfortunately,this years meal was poor. The balti had too much spinach, hardly any meat and more sauce. What I found to be unforgivable was the prawns are no longer whole but cut up in pieces! My wife paid extra to have prawns in her Pathia. These were also pieces not whole. I have never had this before nor would I ever want it again. A cost cutting exercise no doubt. I used to get my takeaway from the Tamarind before Indiana. Looks like it’s back to the Tamarind for me.

Not as good as it used to be watered down mint sauce which seeps out into a watery puddle on your plate, not much flavour to the curry either don't think il be ordering again.

Very disappointed with the food..white hairs in the naan bread..food bland and definately not worth the money. Won’t be ordering again

We had a meal from here on Friday evening, truly shocking, far far to hot , food was inedible & most certainly didn't match description We have emailed twice to complain, no response. We will never buy food from there again.

Always such lovely food! Has become our go to Indian Takeaway. Speedy delivery too! Highly recommend.

Absolutly THE BEST FOOD IVE EVER ORDERED, the service is amazing the staff are so very polite and helpfull and even the delivery drivers are absolutly amazing , I never give 5 stars but I'm so throughly happy I've found this place, I haven't ordered any where else since , and my favorite dishes so far are chicken madras , chicken vindaloo and chicken korma absolutely to die for , fairplay , and the owner he is an absolute joy to speak to you , which is a welcomed change these days people anser a phone and manners go out of the window , this guy is joy so happy and so patient and so helpfull , really am so so pleased with Indiana xxxx

Just had a meal delivered, and I have to say it is absolutely beautiful. All the food is hot and fresh will definitely be having again and recommending to others.

Really tasty food, delivered promptly. Had lamb balti, butter lamb plus sides, all delicious.

When this opened it was lovely. Tasty food, thick sauces with curries. It was our first choice. Recently something has changed. Well before covid. Every curry is overburdened with onions and normal peppers (not chilli peppers), very watery and very little variance in taste. Thecsauce thickness and taste has vanished. This has been the new constant so I'm not going to order again as it has been a total waste of money

We have found the food is never consistent at this take away, chicken madras is normally our dish, sometimes it’s great other times it’s not, take for instance, this weekends chicken madras presented us with a huge chicken bone in the curry, off putting to say the least, as said never consistent.

Great food. Polite delivery drivers . Good price .. what more do you want. Will continue to buy from this excellent establishment

We have recently moved to the area and have had 3 deliveries from Indiana. Boiling hot, full of flavour, good portions and quick to deliver. Would recommend this to anyone in the area!!! The Balti, Jalfrezi, Pathia and Madras are all really good!!

Best food by far..a little bit more expensive than others in area but worth the extra. Polite and friendly staff.. recommended. I'm now a regular.hope they make it down there.. good luck.

Further to my first review in June, we've since had two more meals from Indiana. What a refreshing change to have such pleasant and courteous staff! We've had two deliveries. Ordering by phone is a dream. Orders are repeated back to you to double check it's correct and you don't get 'barked at' down the phone! Waiting times are reasonable, 45 mins to an hour which means that everything is freshly cooked! Delivery drivers are polite and the food is absolutely roasting hot on delivery! No more luke warm food as with previous local Indian establishments! Food is lovely! We've already got our fave dishes that we tend to always order! Please keep it up Indiana, you're building a very good reputation!! Looking forward to next treat night!

We decided to try Indiana as we noticed it was now open. Living a mile away, we have been looking for a decent Indian takeaway for quite a while. It's always daunting trying new places. We were pleasantly surprised! We decided to do a collection order first. The takeaway waiting area is small but clean and tidy. The guy who took our order was very friendly ( he came out from the kitchen and stopped to wash his hands before taking our order...that was a great start! Alleviated hygiene fears as no rating displayed as yet due to being pending) As we were first time customers, we had a discount. We didn't have to wait long for our food. We played safe with tikka lamb starter, poppadoms, onion baji, chicken kurma and pilau rice. It was lovely! Proper chunks of chicken in the kurma! We really enjoyed what we had. Overall, it was very good and have already recommended to family. Looking forward to our next takeaway from there, next time we might try out their delivery service and be more adventurous with the menu! Good to have a decent Indian takeaway nearby finally.

We've just had a superb meal from this takeaway. Piping hot, fresh ingredients and plenty of chicken breast in the curries. Would definitely recommend them.
