Ordered at 18.40, turned up at 20:15, originally due at 19.30. When it turned up it was only warm, had to heat in microwave.

we never got lamb curry instead some odd potato in curry sauce, after waiting that long for it and it not to be right, I Paud for 2 curries, use tamarind a lot and never had problem but the order was all wrong

food was late. therefore cold. had to microwave some dishes

The food was amazing, tasted great, looked great, it was a restaurant quality meal with one exception, the chips were just cheap frozen chips so I wouldn't recommend ordering the chips but the rest of the meal was exceptional good.

After waiting 1.5 hrs I rang to ask about my order that I was to be told it’ hadn’t even been started, long story short when I finally had the food. I’ve been stuck in the house with food poisoning ever since, please stay away from this shambles

waited an hour and 40 mins for it to be delivered, from leaving the shop to getting to me I waited 35mins yesterday live 10mins away,when I opened the food I had asked for no onions or anything in wrap apart from meat as my husband can't eat onions and it came with onions and peppers in it!! won't order again

Really poor takeaway, ordered food at 5pm when it opened and food arrived at 7.30pm!!!! Chips were stale and cold and curry luke warm. Never again

Stunning FOOD ... BEAUTIFUL CHIPS ... the aloo chaat is stunning with the achari garlic chicken with egg fried rice lamb spinach balti amd crisp savoury papadom.... lush .. will be ordering again.

Obviously a Tuesday is their busiest time with such discounts... But I was informed the delivery would be arriving at a specific time and it did..... Cannot fault them for this and was rewarded with a monetary voucher on next order..... Very happy .

the king prawn biriyani did nit have any King prawns. there were three pieces of prawn which was over cooked. I had to throw that away because the rice tasted of meat. the receipt for the order is missing. I asked for it they haven't given it. not a good place to order food

We’ve always had beautiful food from here. For years now. So I decided to ignore some of the recent reviews. Sadly they were right we had two curries and they were both watery, mine (korma) didn’t have much of a taste to it. We will try again in a few months and hope they make changes that are needed. We also ordered to peshwari naans which were delicious!

Even though the food was late it was piping hot and amazing

I tried the Chicken Tikka Biryani this time. I was not disappointed. Food arrived hot. Not overspiced and really very pleasant to eat.

There food is authentic and delicious. So last week I have eaten their tamarind flatter and Tikka biriyani also peshwary Nan all were really tasty.

Ordered for the first time tonight. Food was lovely, cooked very well and very tasty. Easy to order through Just Eat, only critism is that delivery was a bit longer than we would have liked. Given a time slot of 21.15 -21.35, food arrived at 21.50. Nothing major really. Very young girl delivered, I am hoping she was much older than the age she looked. She was very polite however. Just concerned for the safety of a child knocking on doors so late.

My order was amazing as usual. There is nothing that could have been done any better. I forgot my husband said he would pick it up and put it down for delivery and it was delivered before he got there to collect. The only thing I did wrong was forgot the tip by I will make sure it’s added in with the next order. Amazing 😊❤️

i had the tandoori chicken and chicken tikka byriani. the food as a whole was bland, no flavour on the chicken. and the masalla sauce that came with the byriani tasted watered down with no flavour, and the naan bread was very greasy so much that its left a horrible taste in my mouth..

Food was almost all absolutely beautiful! The curry was lovely. Accept the chips, they were rock hard and dry.

First time using the app .... Very impressed with both the app and the restaurant Tamarind Express. Extremely easy to place an order and options for payment including card and cash on delivery... Beautiful food on delivery and very polite individual delivering. Definitely will use this option again nice experience.

I was notified by the app that my meal would be late in arriving. However, the delay wasn't too great, and the food when it arrived was excellent, again.

Food was delicious, I set the collection for the 1st slot, as had a few others so there was a slight delay which is understandable, but the food was hot and delicious so a 5min wait was completely fine. The staff were friendly too. I think they'll be our new regular. Husband had the Naga Chicken and said it was the best curry he'd had in years. The tikka masala and the garlic rice were also excellent.
